One of the government's policies for the education sector that now must be implemented by every school is using the 2013 curriculum, especially for the elementary school level of education. There are many approaches that can be used in basic and secondary education. This study did at SDIT Raudlatul Jannah that has a learning program using a scientific approach. This research used qualitative approach by type of evaluation research with Stake Model. Data were collected through observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques were done through data reduction, display data, and verification. The result of the study showed that the context aspect (antecedent) base or implementation of learning program of scientific approach in SDIT Raudlatul Jannah is in line with the regulation of minister of education and culture No. 103 year 2014 article 2 verse 7. Transactional aspect of transaction evaluation of scientific approach in SDIT Raudlatul Jannah 85% has met the criteria. Output aspect based on average KKM's achievement, student's SME scores, and students' effective student-level outcomes are good.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Cluster Learning System during the Covid-19 pandemic in 3T schools. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Budong-budong, geographically this school is located in Mamuju Tengah District, West Sulawesi Province. Central Mamuju Regency is one of the underdeveloped districts in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach to describe the implementation of the Cluster Learning System during the Covid-19 pandemic in 3T schools. Data obtained through observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis process used data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Hubermen which consisted of three activity lines, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it was found that in implementing the Cluster Learning System there were 3 stages carried out by the SMP Negeri 7 Budong-budong, namely the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. In addition, in the application of the Cluster Learning System at SMP Negeri 7 Budong, there are several advantages and disadvantages.

Speech acts are actions that are displayed through speech. This means that something like that contains an assumption that the utterances we speak are not really empty speeches without any action content in them, or empty of the current context. Speech acts are divided into three types, namely speech acts of locus, illocution and perlocution. The problems discussed in this research are 1) What are the forms of speech acts between the seller and the buyer at Sumberayu Market, Muncar Banyuwangi? 2) It is included in the category of speech acts whether the utterances uttered by sellers and buyers at Sumberayu Muncar Banyuwangi Market. This study aims to determine the forms of speech acts between sellers and buyers at Sumberayu Muncar Banyuwangi Market, and to find out the meaning contained in the the form of speech acts and including the category of speech acts whether the utterances spoken by the seller and the buyer at Sumberayu Market Muncar Banyuwangi. Researchers here use a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is an approach based on a natural or naturalist background. Research data collection techniques using observation techniques and note-taking techniques, data analysis techniques flow analysis methods which include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions / verification. The results of the study were speech acts which consisted of 19 forms of conversation consisting of 86 locusive speech acts, 20 illocutionary speech acts, and 14 perlocutionary speech acts which were spoken between sellers and buyers consisting of vegetable sellers, fruit-fruit sellers, ampok rice sellers, traditional hawker sellers, soybean sellers and others.

In Islamic education, the granting of punishment and reward is permitted based on the Quran and Sunnah by maintaining aspects of tarbiyah. This study aims to discuss how effective the application of reward and punishment systems in motivating someone's performance in general, be it students, employees. And as a religious individual, especially for those who are Muslim, how does the effect of implementing this reward and punishment system increase faith and good deeds or avoid evil. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include library research, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, and data verification. The results showed that the forms of rewards given included rewarding someone who excelled in an action, were able to improve the person's performance motivation in the future and could motivate others to do the same good.On the other hand, punishment is also important to apply including giving advice and guidance, showing a sour face, giving a hard rebuke, and giving additional tasks, such as memorizing the surah or short verses from the Quran or hadith, is also able to prevent someone from doing negative things and try not to repeat negative things in the future.

This research examines the application of customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages in Dolo District, Sigi Regency. This research focuses on solving problems about how to apply customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages in Dolo District. This research method uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews or interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, data verification. Then check the validity of the data. What is found in this research is that the solution to prevent conflict in society must involve the roles of all elements, not only the Dolo District government, but the community itself, especially the facilitators, because the progress of an area cannot be separated from the participation of the youth in the area itself. Apart from that, there are obstacles to implementing customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages and what methods or approaches are used in implementing customary law. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung di Kecamatan Dolo, Kabupaten Sigi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tentang bagaimana penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung di Kecamatan Dolo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview atau wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data.kemudian melakukan pengecekan keabsahan data. Adapun yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah solusi untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik di masyarakat harus dilibatkan peran dari semua elemen, bukan hanya pemerintah Kecamatan Dolo, tetepi masyarakat sendiri, khususnya pemudah, karenan kemajuan suatu daerah tidak lepas peran serta dari pemuda yang ada diderah itu sendiri. Selain itu, kendala-kendala penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung.serta metode atau pendekatan apa yang digunakan dalam menerapkan hukum adat.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) policy in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Padangsidimpuan City. In this study using the George C Edward III implementation model that is considered very appropriate and has detailed variables. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate, the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) policy has been running since 2015. However, there are still some problems encountered. Of the 4 variables in the George C Edward III implementation model namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucrat structure. The results showed that the Disduk Capil Kota Padang Sidempuan only fulfilled 2 variables. The 2 variables are fulfilled namely disposition and bureaucrat structure. While two more variables that are not fulfilled are communication and resources.

This research was motivated by the readiness of teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum thematic learning at SD Negeri 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara. The problem in the research is "how is the readiness of the teacher towards the implementation of the 2013 curriculum thematic learning in class I to IV SDN 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara?". The purpose to be achieved in this study is to describe the readiness of teachers in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning at SD Negeri 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara. The method in this study is descriptive research that uses a qualitative approach, the subjects in this study were principals and teachers of Public Elementary School 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara. The data in the research are all related instruments about the readiness of teachers in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning at SD Negeri 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara. Sources of data obtained through questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. Checking data by extending observations, increasing perseverance, triangulating data, peers, holding member checks. while the data analysis techniques go through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification / conclusion. The results of this study indicate that according to the observations I made to different teachers and classes 5 respondents were ready to carry out the 2013 curriculum thematic learning which can be seen from the range of scores that I have analyzed, namely 5 respondents get a range of scores A (Very Good) with scores between 90 ≤ A≤ 100 from the process of implementing learning and learning instruments. Become a researcher through observasil results from the assessment of learning devices and learning implementation instruments. This is to measure the readiness of teachers in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning at SD Negeri 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara. Based on the results of this study, the suggestions that can be conveyed are that teachers are more able to increase the creativity of thematic learning with more challenging and maximum readiness in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning process so that it can run well.

This research was conducted with a team of lecturers from Malikussaleh University with the aim of realizing environmental-based learning through the use of waste as a learning medium that sharpens the creativity of teachers and students. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Safinatussalamah Al-Munawarah. Dayah Safinatussalamah Al-Munawarah is located in Blang Panyang Village, Muara Satu District, Lhokseumawe City. The time of the research was carried out on August 9, 2021 and the place of research was at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Safinatussalamah Al-Munawarah. The population in this study were all MTsN students at the Safinatussalamah Al-Munawarah Islamic Boarding School and the sample was the 1st grade students of MTsN Safinatussalamah Al-Munawarah. The research uses a 'qualitative' approach. The research conducted is descriptive. The instruments in this study were observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study: (1) Data Collection, (2) Data Reduction, (3) Data Verification, (4) Drawing Conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that this activity teaches students to love the environment by utilizing inorganic waste and making inorganic waste as a product of learning media can also increase student creativity and learning outcomes, this is because students better understand the concept of learning by seeing and working through learning media.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify and analyze Regional Government Policies in Transferring Functional Positions to Structural Positions in West Southeast Maluku Regency, which is one of the policies that ignores the needs of the community and is not in accordance with regional conditions and is not based on rational choices that consider elements of priority needs. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach to data analysis techniques using a model using the Miles and Huberman Model, through the procedure of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that there was a policy of transferring power, there was still a mismatch between the fields of expertise and educational background with the positions they held so that the implementation of their duties became ineffective and efficient.Keywords: Policy and Position Transfer
