This research is motivated by the implementing the emergency curriculum during the pandemic in history learning. The problem of this research is the teacher's perception of the simplification of the 2013 curriculum during the pandemic period in history subjects for the 2020/2021 academic year at SMAN 1 Sungai Rumbai and SMAN 2 Sungai Rumbai. The purpose of this study is to describe Teacher Perceptions About the Simplification of the 2013 Pandemic Curriculum in History Subjects for the 2020/2021 Academic Year at SMA N 1 Sungai Rumbai and SMA N 2 Sungai Rumbai. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research uses the Stimulus Response theory, a theory that emphasizes the response or response to something that happens such as a policy or rule. The data collection techniques used are: 1) Observation, 2) Interview, 3) Documentation Study. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that Teacher Perceptions About Simplification of the 2013 Pandemic Curriculum in History Subjects for the 2020/2021 Academic Year at SMAN 1 Sungai Rumbai and SMAN 2 Sungai Rumbai were effectively used during pandemic learning. This is based on the tendency of teachers to view the emergency curriculum which has reduced lesson hours and material exposure so that it can make it easier for students and teachers in learning activities during the pandemic.

This study describes the principles of performance-based budgeting on Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin, knowing the effectiveness of the use of direct expenditure and indirect spending in Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin as well as budget performance. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collecting technique is done through field study that is interview, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques starting from quantitative and qualitative with descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the principles of performance – based budgeting on Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin stated that tranparency and accountability is still no good, but the budget discripline and  budget justice are good enough. The effectiveness of the use of direct expenditure in the implementation of performance–based budgets. Based on the ratio of effectiveness of the use of the budget Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin years 2014 up to the year 2016 has effective criteria and from year to year the level of effectiveness has increased. The effectiveness of the use indirect budget from 2014 to 2016 has a fairly effective criteria and from year to year always fluctuate.

Abstract The research is aime to analize the implementation of character education in applying The 2013 Curiculum a SMP Negeri 1 Sewon. This research used the qualitative method. The collecting data this research use many tecniques such as 1) interviews, 2) observations, 3) documents study. Data analysis techniques in the research is trianggulation data.This research implies that SMP Negeri 1 Sewon has implemented the character education by carrying out the teaching learning activietes and self development systematically, such 1) planning program related of the school mission and vision which is dones at the begaining of the year, 2) organizing, 3) implemented in self development and extracurricular activities and teaching learning activities as well, 4) monitoring and evaluating that is done the headmaster and all staff with the teachers supervisor. [Title: The Use of Image Media in Improving Initial Reading Ability at Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten]. This study aims to determine the extent to which the use of image media can improve the initial reading ability in Group B of the Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten Students in the 2017/2018 Academic Year. This study is a Classroom Action Research with qualitative-quantitative data analysis techniques. The subjects of the study were 23 students of group B of the Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten. The results of data analysis show that the use of image media can (1) improve students initial reading ability, (2) make learning activities more active and fun, (3) the students initial reading ability after the second cycle increases with a percentage of 95.65%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of image media can improve the students initial reading ability of group B Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten Sesela Village, Gunungsari, West Lombok 2017/2018 Academic Year.

This research aims to find out how lecturers’ competence and learning motivation affect the students’ statistical analysis ability. This research was carried out at FTIK IAIN Kendari academic year 2016/2017. Population and sample is focused on the 54 students who have successfully passed the statistics and research methodology course. The instruments used are tests, questionnaires and documentation study. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferensial analysis after the test meets the requirements of linearity, multicollinearity, normality and autocorrelation continued with the hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The research results indicate that; 1) the lecturers’ competence partially affecrs the students’ inferential statistics analysis capabilities significantly, 2) the students’ learning motivation partially affects the students’ inferential statistics capability significantly, and 3) the lecturers’ competence and the students’ motivation significantly affect the students’ inferential statistics capabilities. Both of these variables contribute collectively as much as 62.2% to the students’ inferential capability, while the rest 37.8% influenced or described by other factors which are not addressed in this study.

<p>This study aims to examine:1.) Implementation of Historical Learning through the Exemplary of Buya A. R. Sutan Mansur in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta. 2.) Teachers' Constraints in Implementing History Learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a Discourse Analysis approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis techniques used interactive analysis by Milles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate:(1) The implementation of historical learning through the example of Buya AR Sutan Mansur at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta has been running quite well and effectively, during the Covid 19 Pandemic through Google Classroom, in history learning the teacher has compiled a learning tool consisting of a syllabus , RPP and the application of Buya AR Sutan Mansur's exemplary values in the history of teacher learning have brought out the exemplary values of Buya AR Sutan Mansur which consist of religious values, nationalism values, hard work values, independence values and very high steadfastness.(2.) Teachers' Constraints in Implementing History Learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta, namely inadequate learning resources, and insufficient learning time, while the subject matter is large, due to the different character of students.</p>

Abstract The  problem  of this research is : How is the language development of children age 12 to 24 months in Semarang ?. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. As for the generally receptive: children can follow and obey what is spoken by adults; The children seem to understand when the adults were talking about them; and children  can understand  to the words that they  heard more than that they can speak.   Keywords: Language, children, expressive, receptive, word.

The research objective is to increase the wealth of mufrodat through hypnoteaching methods. The research subjects were all fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in the 2016/2017 Academic Year. Researchers used data collection instruments in the form of observation formats, question sheets, field notes, and interview guidelines. The research method is classroom action research. Data analysis techniques are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The results of the study are: 1) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the pre cycle before receiving hypnoteaching learning method treatment gets an average of 65.38. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who get a score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 23% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 77%. 2) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the first cycle after applying hypnoteaching learning method got an average of 72.3. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 61.5% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 38.5%. 3) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the second cycle gets an average of 90. The smallest value is 75 and the highest score is 100. With a Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 92.3% while students who have not yet reached Minimal Completeness Criteria is 7.7%. 4) The use of hypnoteaching method can increase the wealth of mufrodat of fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in 2016/2017 Academic Year.

Abstrak Pelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM) dalam mengatasi bullying di SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi impementasi program GSM secara umum, kegiatan program GSM dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat impementasi program tersebut dalam mengatasi bullying. Penelitian ini mengacu konsep impementasi kebijakan Van Metter dan Van HornPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripstif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling, guru tim GSM dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data , reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tersebut sesuai dengan teori van metter dan van horn yang terdiri dari standar dan sasaran, sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi, disposisi, hubungan antar organisasi dan kondisi lingkungan berjalan dengan baik dan semestinya. Kegiatan program GSM dalam mengatasi bullying adalah kegiatan sosialisasi, circle time, pagi berbagi, hearing, dan beberapa penerapan zona kelas. Faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan GSM di SMP N 2 Sleman adalah dukungan dari semua elemen sekolah dan faktor penghambat program GSM adalah masih ada beberapa guru dan siswa yang belum beradaptasi dengan adanya program tersebut. Kata kunci : program, Gerakan sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM), bullying Abstract This research aims to describe the implementation of the Fun School Movement (GSM) program in dealing with bullying in SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspects studied in the implementation of fun school movement program activities and supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of this program. this research to the concept of Van Metter and Van Horn policy implementation.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study include the principal, counseling guidance teacher, GSM team teacher and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation was in accordance with the van metter and van horn theory which consisted of standards and targets, resources, organizational characteristics, dispositions, relations between organizations and environmental conditions running well and properly. GSM program activities in dealing with bullying are socialization activities, circle time, morning sharing, hearing, and some class zone applications. The factors that support the success of GSM in SMP N 2 Sleman are the support of all elements of the school and the inhibiting factors of the GSM program are there are still some teachers and students who have not adapted to the existence of the program. Keywords: programs, Fun school movements (GSM), bullying

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. Conclusions, abilities and work experience have an impact on employee performance Keywords: Ability, Work Experience, Employee Performance.
