This study aims to determine the improvement of the discipline for early childhood through Token Economy technique.  This study has been carried out on the Group A students of Kindergarten of Kumara Asri Denpasar academic year 2017/2018. This type of research is Classroom Action Research using observational method.  The subject of this class action research is 26 students of group A Kindergarten of Kumara Asri; consist of 14 girls and 12 boys.  The object of this study is the application of Token Economy technique to improve the discipline of early child. The results obtained in First Cycle showed that 17 students (65.38%) had achieved learning completeness, whereas in Second Cycle, 24 students (92, 31%) have reached learning mastery. There is a 26.93% increase in child discipline with the application of Token Economy technique from first to second cycle. This means that the application of Token Economy technique can improve the discipline of early childhood

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply the problem centered learning model of learning in the Elementary School 187/ X Bangun Karya, Academic Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 187 / X Bangun Karya Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the study has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle that is equal to 50% and an average of 68.7 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle completeness criteria to be 100% and the average namely 91.7 states that the Focus Group Discission can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Problem Centered Learning learning model in learning in 187 / X Public Elementary School Build Work Year 2019/2020.

Children are individual figures who are undergoing a process of very rapid development for life and organization which is a physical and spiritual unity that is intact with all its biological and psychological structures and devices so that it becomes a unique figure. Children experience a fundamental development process which means that development experiences at an early age can have a strong and long-term effect so that they underlie the child's subsequent developmental processes. Every child has a number of potential, both physical, biological, cognitive, and social emotional potential. The design of this study uses class action research (Classroom Action Research) with two cycles, where each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection, while the instrument uses observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were 25 children of Group A in Mentari Harapan Blimbing Paciran Lamongan in the Academic Year of 2017/2018. Data analysis was carried out by means of descriptive qualitative with 65% individual completeness and 85% grade completeness. In this section, it can be concluded that, media playing geometry dice can improve numeracy skills in children in group A Mentari Harapan Blimbing Paciran Lamongan Academic Year 2017/2018, this is evident from the results of the pre-survey research with grade completeness reaching 59.2%, at Cycle I completeness grade 72% and in Cycle II completeness reaches 88.4%.

In general, the purpose of this study was to improve the discipline of early childhood through the method of token economy habituation in class II even semester 2016-2017 SD Cherry South Jakarta. The method of token economy refraction is a method of strengthening behavior by giving points (reward). In particular, the discipline referred to in this study is the presence of children on time at school. This research method is classroom action research which follows the models of Kemmis and Taggart. This study consisted of two cycles. Each cycle includes 4 stages, namely, 1) planning (planning), 2) acting (implementation), 3) observing (observation), 4) reflecting (reflection). The research time is 1 month, from April 2017 to May 2017 with the subject of research as many as 11 students, while the data is collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there was a significant increase in discipline in class II students. This can be evidenced by the increase in the results of quantitative calculations starting from the results of the average pre-action discipline, cycle 1 to cycle 2, namely the results of the pre-action average = 12, cycle 1 = 13.27, cycle 2 = 15 and the results of interviews concluded that the method of habituating token economy can motivate discipline in early childhood optimally. This study concludes that discipline with the method of habituating token economy can improve the discipline of early chilhood.

Cognitive development is an important aspect. One of them is the ability to think symbolically. To improve the ability of symbolic thinking of early childhood certainly cannot be separated from the role of educators. Indicators of cognitive development that must be achieved by children aged 4-5 years are: numbers 1-10, recognizing the concept of numbers, recognizing the symbol of numbers, and recognizing the symbol of letters. For this reason, it is appropriate for educators to work hard to improve the ability to think symbolically in early childhood by providing stimulation through appropriate learning media like children, one of which is the media learning of dimples. This research was conducted with a class action research method. From the two cycles that have been done show the results that there is an increase in the ability of symbolic thinking in early childhood group A using the media learning dimples.Perkembangan kognitif merupakan aspek yang tidak kalah penting. Salah satunya  adalah kemampuan berpikir simbolik. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik anak usia dini tentu tak lepas dari peranan pendidik. Indikator perkembangan kognitif yang harus dicapai anak usi 4-5 tahun adalah: membilang  benda 1-10, mengenal konsep bilangan, mengenal lambang bilangan, dan mengenal lambang huruf. Untuk itu sudah selayaknya pendidik berusaha dengan keras untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik anak usia dini dengan cara memberikan stimulasi melalui media pembelajaran yang tepat bagai anak, salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran lesung angka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode peneletian tindakan kelas. Dari dua siklus  yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemmapuan berpikir simbolik pada anak usia dini kelompok A dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran lesung angka.

The problems of this research is the students are difficult to find the information from the text. The objective of this class action research are: (1) to know how far Think-aloud strategy can improve the students’ reading comprehension and; (2) to know how the process of teaching reading by using Think-Aloud Strategy at eleventh grade of SMK Kartikatama Metro in academic year 2017/2018. The method of this research is clasroom action research that consist of two cycles. The subject of this research is the students of Accounting Class eleventh grade of SMK Kartikatama Metro that consist of 30 students. The research instruments in this research are observation, interview sheets, and test. The result of the data analysis in this research are pre-test until post-test 2 that the average of pre-test was 60.93. Then, the implementation of think-aloud strategy in teaching, there is an increase of 3.65 become 64.58. Then, in the cycle 2 the average of students’ score is 80.17. Based on the teaching and learning activities, pre-test until post-test 2 are increased. From the cycle 2, It is about 80 % of the students can achieve the minimum passing criteria (KKM), so this research is success. The conclusion is the implementation of  think-aloud strategy can improve students' reading comprehension.

This study was conducted based on findings related problem with the lack of vocabulary Sundanese early childhood on the group B TK PGRI Cibeureum, this is due to lack of familiarity and use of Sundanese language, as well as the stimulus provided only a librettist. One alternative used in this research is using pictorial word card media. According to some media experts said display card can enhance or enrich the vocabulary of early childhood. This study aims to improve the mastery of vocabulary early childhood Sundanese language using pictorial word card mediain group B at TK PGRI Cibeureum. This study uses a Class Action Research (PTK) and implemented in the B2 group TK PGRI Cibeureum Cibeureum District of Tasikmalaya in the second semester of the academic year in 2017 with the number of students amounted to 10 people. In addition to children, the subjects in this study were researchers, partners and media researcher pictorial word card. Classroom Action Research (CAR), which held 3 cycle by using models Kemmis and Taggart and using data collection techniques of observation and documentation. Results of research conducted showed an increase, this is evidenced by an increase in the ability of teachers in planning lessons, the ability of the teacher in the learning process, the ability of teachers in the use of media and word cards pictorial vocabulary Sundanese early childhood. Recommendations for teachers is illustrated word cards can be used as a medium of learning that children do not feel bored in learning.  Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan temuan masalah yang berkaitan dengan masih kurangnya kosakata bahasa Sunda anak usia dini pada kelompok B di TK PGRI Cibeureum, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pembiasaan dan penggunaan bahasa Sunda, serta stimulus yang diberikan hanya berupa nyanyian. Salah satu alternatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan media kartu kata bergambar. Menurut beberapa ahli media kartu kata bergambar dapat meningkatkan atau memperkaya kosakata anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa sunda anak usia dini menggunakan media kartu kata bergambarpada kelompok B di TK PGRI Cibeureum. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan dilaksanakan di kelompok B2 TK PGRI Cibeureum Kecamatan Cibeureum Kota Tasikmalaya pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017 dengan jumlah peserta didik berjumlah 10 orang. Selain anak, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti, mitra peneliti dan media kartu kata bergambar. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 siklus dengan menggunakan model kemmis dan taggart serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan peningkatan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran, kemampuan guru dalam  proses pembelajaran, kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan media kartu kata bergambar serta penguasaan kosakata bahasa Sunda anak usia dini. Rekomendasi  untuk guru yaitu kartu kata bergambar dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media dalam pembelajaran agar anak tidak merasa jenuh dalam pembelajaran.

In general, the problems were found are; learning model done by the teacher are not appropriate, wherein learning activities was dominated by lecture during the class. Based on the daily test score, it was found that class completeness was only 41%. Thus, the writer attempts to solve the problems by applying an innovative learning model specifically by using the Crossword Puzzle learning model through class action research (CAR / PTK in Indonesian). This research is aimed to describe the implementation of learning by using the Crossword Puzzle learning model to the enhancement of learning activities and results of the VIII-H students in SMP Negeri 1 Jaten. Therefore, the methodology of the research is class action research. The subject of the research is 32 students at VIII-H SMP Negeri 1 Jaten in the second-semester academic year 2019/2020. The data is collected by observation and test method. The result of this research shows that the use of the Crossword Puzzle learning model can improve students’ learning activities and results. The average result of the observation specifically in the students’ learning result on cycle I is 72 and cycle 2 is 79. This result shows that the implementation of the concept word approach can improve students’ ability. Secara umum permasalahan yang ditemukan antara lain; model pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru kurang tepat, dimana kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan dominasi ceramah secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan nilai ulangan harian yang didapat ketuntasan kelas hanya 41%. Oleh karena itu, penulis mencoba untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif dengan model pembelajaran Crossword Puzzle, melalui penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Crossword Puzzle dapat peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII-H SMP Negeri 1 Jaten. Untuk itu rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-H SMP Negeri 1Jaten Semester Genap tahun pelajaran 2019/2020  sebanyak 32 siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran model crossword puzzle dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Pada observasi awal nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa siklus I 72 dan siklus II 79. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan kata konsep dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa.

This is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply STEM learning models in 86 / X Harapan Makmur State Elementary School, School Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 86 / X Harapan Makmur Public Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The initial observation result was 58.56 and the percentage of completeness was only 50%. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the research has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle of 50% and an average of 67.5 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle of completeness criteria to 87.5% and average that is 87.46 states that workshops can improve the ability of teachers to apply the STEM learning model in learning at 86 / X State Elementary Schools Harapan Makmur 2019/2020 Academic Year.

ABSTRAK Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah rendahnya konsentrasi belajar anak. Hal tersebut disebabkan kurangnya pembelajaran yang melatih konsentrasi belajar anak.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimanakah upaya meningkatkan kemampuan konsentrasi belajar melalui papan titian siswa A di TK Indria Kabupaten Batang Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017”. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk upaya meningkatkan kemampuan konsentrasi belajar anak melalui papan titian di anak kelompok A Di TK Indria Kutosari Kabupaten batang.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelompok A di TK Indria Kutosari Kabupaten Batang tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel penelitian yang diambil adalah 11 siswa kelompok A yang terdiri dari 6 anak perempuan dan 5 anak laki-laki di TK Indria yang berkisar usia 4-5 tahun. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi dan dokumentasi.Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari awal penelitian ada 1 (9%) anak dari 11 anak yang memiliki kriteria baik. Kemudian, peneliti memberikan siklus I kepada anak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan konsentrasi belajar anak Siklus I memberikan peningkatan sebesar 50% (1 anak) dari 11 anak yang berkrotaeria baik. Karena belum berhasil, diberikanlah refleksi pada siklus II. Siklus kedua ini memberikan kenaikan sebesar 80% (7 anak) dari 11 anak yang berhasil dan dapat dikatakan penelitian ini berhasil.Bedasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah supaya pembelajaran papan titian dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif guru dalam mengajar. Kata kunci: Konsentrasi Belajar, Papan Titian, Anak Usia Dini   ABSTRACT The encouraging background of this study is the low concentration of children's learning. This is due to the lack of learning that train children's learning concentration. The problem in this research is "How to improve the ability of study concentration through board of student A at TK Indria of Batang Regency of Academic Year 2016/2017". The purpose of this research is to improve the ability of children's learning concentration through board of titian in children of group A in TK Indria Kutosari Batang district. This type of research is a classroom action research. The population of the study were students of group A in Indria Kutosari Kindergarten of Batang Regency in the academic year 2016/2017. The sample of this research is 11 students of group A consisting of 6 girls and 5 boys in Indria kindergarten which ranged from 4-5 years old. This research data obtained through observation and documentation. The results of analysis obtained from the beginning of the study there are 1 (9%) children of 11 children who have good criteria. Then, the researcher gives cycle I to the child to improve the ability of children's learning concentration. Cycle I gives an increase of 50% (1 child) from 11 children with good characteristic. Because it has not succeeded, the reflection is given in cycle II. This second cycle gives an increase of 80% (7 children) from 11 successful children and it can be said this research is successful. Based on the results of this study the suggestion that can be submitted is that the learning board board can be used as an alternative teacher in teaching. Abstract: The purpose of the research is to describe the application of Finding A Star to improve the rough motor skills of early childhood in group A in TK PGRI 03 overlap and describe the increase in the rough motor skills of child group A in TK PGRI 03 through the game Finding A Star. The research plan used is a class action research (CAR). The study was conducted over two cycles, each of which was performed twice as much as a meeting consisting of planning, implementing, observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis of the data used is qualitative and quantitative. Improvement a the child's rough motor ability from the preset to the implementation of cycle II with a strength indicator increases with a percentage of 62.5 percent, Agility increases with a percentage of 87.5 percent flexibility increases with a percentage of 62.5 percent accuracy increases with a percentage of 75 percent the balance increases with a percentage of 75 percent . Based on the results of the performance of Finding A Star game that the child's rough motor skills proved increased Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan penerapan permainan Finding A Star untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini pada kelompok A di TK PGRI 03 Tumpang dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak kelompok A di TK PGRI 03 Tumpang melalui permainan Finding A Star. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua siklus, setiap siklusnya dilakukan sebanyak dua kali pertemuan yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak dari pratindakan sampai pelaksanaan siklus II dengan indikator kekuatan meningkat dengan presentase 62,5 persen, kelincahan meningkat dengan presentase 87,5 persen, kelentukan meningkat dengan presentase 62,5 persen, ketepatan meningkat dengan presentase 75 persen, keseimbangan meningkat dengan presentase 75 persen. Berdasarkan pemamparan hasil pelaksanaan permainan  Finding A Star bahwa kemampuan motorik kasar anak terbukti meningkat.
