Many salt-farmers in Pademawu lived in the middle to lower economic class because they still produced bad raw-salt. This study aimed to arrange a new model of developing salt-farmers skill to produce a high amount of salt in better quality. Qualitative method was used in this study. The data presented were the result of interview and observation. The researher acted as a research intrument that went directly to the fielt to obtain accurate data. The data analysis technique used was domain analysis, which sought to analyze general descriptions of research object at surface level but relatively intact about the object of research. The result analysis of this study was targetted to obtain complete description of the object without mentioned detail elements of the object research. This research only discusses the development of salt farmer skills competency. This research was expected to give valuable contribution of model of developing salt-farmers skills.

Think-Pair-Share technique is one of the cooperative learning strategies that promote student involvement in the classroom. This strategy makes students engaged in in-class activities such as discussions and provides opportunities to share their ideas with others. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share strategy in teaching speaking skill for secondary students. A qualitative method with a descriptive analysis was undertaken in this study. The sample was twenty students of eighth grade. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data analysis technique used was presented in a descriptive form. The results indicated the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique during the learning process took place following the stages that have been stated in the learning process plan made by the teacher. Appreciation for the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique both from students is quite good. Students stated that they can overcome the constraints in the learning process of speaking activity through Think-Pair-Share.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural values in the ritual of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata as part of the Toraja indigenous people life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Meanwhile, the respondents involved in this study include culturist, linguists, and the Toraja community. The research instruments used in this study were document files, interviews with the subjects, and observations using a video recorder that recorded the ritual process of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata. The data analysis technique in this study includes three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the cultural values contained in the rituals of the Bulang Londong Sembangan Suke Barata were 'Manuk' which symbolized the value of the work ethic, 'Ussembang Suke Barata' which represented the religious value of bamboo slashed by 'Mina', and 'Kayunan Londong' which personifies the leader's patriotic value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki nilai-nilai budaya dari ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata dari masyarakat adat Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah budayawan, ahli bahasa, dan komunitas Toraja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah file dokumen, wawancara dengan subjek, dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan perekam video pada ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata. Teknik analisis data mencakup tiga langkah utama, pengurangan data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata adalah manuk yang melambangkan nilai etos kerja, ussembang suke barata yang mewakili nilai religius bambu yang ditebas oleh mina, dan kayunan londong sebagai personifikasi nilai patriotik pemimpin.

This study aims to determine the location of the difficulties that cause difficulties in learning algebra in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kerinci. This study uses a qualitative method with a population of all eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Kerinci. The sample of this study was 9 students of class VIII A and 9 students of class VIII B selected through sampling techniques. The sampling technique used is using a nonprobability sampling technique that is a purposive sample. Data obtained from tests and interviews. The data analysis technique is data reduction and data presentation.

This research reported the implication of students’ indiscipline behaviour in teaching and learning process. In conducting the study, researchers used descriptive qualitative approach in order to describe the implication of indiscipline behaviour in teaching and learning process. By using purposive sampling, we invited ten students of Physical Education, Sport, Health, and Recreation of Artha Wacana Christian University, Kupang. The data were collected from observation-participation, indepth-interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique used was qualitative method. The result indicates that the implications of students’ indiscipline behavior in teaching and learning process are: 1) loss of confidence in self irresponsibility, 2) the emergence of horizontal disharmony, 3) learning atmosphere is not conducive, 4) poor academic achievement, and 5) self-compunction and disappointed.

The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of the language available in the novel teenager "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data in this study Various styles on the novel teenagers "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. Documentation technique is used in the data collection technigue. Data analysis technique in this research is done through steps, that is: (1) reading novelteenlit "Angel Angel" by Luna Torashyngu (2) hiding data, (3) classifying data, (4) analyzing data, and (5) conclude. Test the validity of the data is a credibility test conducted by increasing persistence with the supervisor during the process, and discussion with colleagues. The results found in the novel D'Angel Princess by Luna Torashyngu in slang and not used to separate the characteristics of the teen novel. Then the word denotation and author connotation to express and convince the compiler readers convey narration and description in the story, said Science used as a means to monetize a novel theme with a scientific theme, the words used to sort out teenage characters who look slang. The use of sentences is used to describe the main character in the sentence Usage. The author's written sentence contains descriptions and narrations to make the story more interesting and easy to understand. Comment topic sentence  gives a beautiful impression or a beautiful comment on the characters. Use of minor sentences is used  to give challenge and sincerity to what people say so that readers feel confidence. Abstract: The art studio Apo Lagaan first appeared in Samarinda in 2007 and is still going on today. The Apo Lagaan art studio is an art studio that focuses on the traditional arts of the Bahau Dayak, especially the music of sape' karaang. This study aims to reveal the form of the Apo Lagaan Art Studio's role, the form of presentation of sape' karaang, and the meaning contained in the game. This study uses a qualitative method. The observation technique used includes the object of research and the determination of informants. The data collection techniques of this research include literature study, interviews, and documentation. The research data analysis technique is carried out by utilizing the data that has been found in the field. The results showed that the Apo Lagaan Art Studio had a role in the continuity of the sape' karaang in Samarinda City. The role of the Apo Lagaan Art Studio on the continuity of the sape' karaang in Samarinda City is carried out through studio activities related to activities, training, and performances of traditional Dayak Bahau music and dance. In addition, the Apo Lagaan art studio has also expanded its partnerships to several government agencies and schools to provide education to the general public about the importance of cultural preservation, especially by the younger generation.   Abstrak: Sanggar seni Apo Lagaan pertama kali muncul di Samarinda pada tahun 2007 dan masih bertahan hingga saat ini. Sanggar seni Apo Lagaan merupakan sanggar seni yang berfokus pada bidang kesenian tradisi Dayak Bahau khususnya musik sape’ karaang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap bentuk peran Sanggar Seni Apo Lagaan dan bentuk penyajian sape’ karaang serta makna yang terkandung dalam permainannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik observasi yang digunakan meliputi objek penelitian dan penentuan informan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini antara lain studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan data-data yang telah ditemukan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sanggar seni Apo Lagaan memiliki peranan terhadap kontinuitas sape’ karaang di Kota Samarinda. Peranan Sanggar Seni Apo Lagaan terhadap kontinuitas sape’ karaang di Kota Samarinda dilakukan melalui aktivitas sanggar yang terkait dengan kegiatan, pelatihan, dan pementasan musik dan tari tradisi Dayak Bahau. Di samping itu, sanggar seni Apo Lagaan juga memperluas kemitraannya ke beberapa instansi pemerintah dan sekolah-sekolah guna untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat awam akan pentingnya pelestarian budaya terutama oleh generasi muda.

<p><strong>This research article writing aims to describe East Ghouta post the deliverance of Bashar al-Assad based on the perspective of phenomenology study of Edmund Husserl. The issues to be studied are: (1) </strong><strong>h</strong><strong>ow did the East Ghouta conflict start, Syria?</strong><strong>; and</strong><strong> (2) </strong><strong>h</strong><strong>ow is Ghouta Timur after the release of Bashar al-Assad ?. The object under study is the national and international online news media. The research method used is qualitative method. Data collection is used with watch and note techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. To test the validity of data, the technique used is triangulation technique. The results of this study are: (1) East Ghouta </strong><strong>c</strong><strong>onflicts, Syria started on March 15, 2011. In addition to the background of the Arab Spring events, it turns out the level of emotionality of the President, Bashar al-Assad is quite lit whenever there is something that is not in his heart, which eventually led to hundreds of thousands of civilian lives lost and millions more fled</strong><strong>; and</strong><strong> (2) </strong><strong>a</strong><strong>fter 6 years of slipping into a totally inhumane empire, </strong><strong>Ghouta</strong><strong> were finally freed from the shackles of their own warden by Bashar al-Assad.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong> - <em>East Ghouta, deliverance, Bashar al-Assad, phenomenology</em></p>

This study aims to describe the education value of religious character in Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia. The method which is used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data source in this research is Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia. The data in this study is the education value of religious character in Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia. The data collection techniques in this study used documentation study techniques. The validity of the data in this study used theoretical triangulation technique. The data analysis technique in this study used interactive data analysis techniques. The results of the study found that the education value of religious character in Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia is a form of religious relationship between humans and God, including piety, prayer, repentance, and tauhid. The form of the religious value of human relations includes affection and kindness. The results of this research can be used as a media to strengthen the religious character of students through literary learning.

ABSTRACTThis study identifies the form of language variation and describes the factors that influence the language variations that are used by the community as a tool for social interaction of citizens of the city limits, Joyotakan sub-district, Serengan sub-district, Surakarta city. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data Conditions, Gender, age level and idiolics are factors that influence the language variation of residents collection techniques using interviews, listening and observing methods. The data analysis technique used the extralingual comparative study method by comparing and linking language with daily life in the city boundary community environment, Joyotakan sub-district, Serengan sub-district, Surakarta city. Data presentation techniques with the description of ordinary words that are technical. Teknik penyajian data dengan deskripsi kata-kata biasa yang bersifat teknis. Al-Kafiyaji was a popular folk teacher of his time and he also mastered quite a number of scientific branches and wrote many works especially in the field of history namely the book of Mukhtasar al-MufId fi Ilmi al-Tarikh. The purpose of this study aims to determine the biography and thoughts of al-Kafiyaji in the field of history based on the book of Mukhtasar al-Mufid fi Ilmi al-Tarikh. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, namely by collecting data through literature and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by the heuristic, criticism, interpretation and historiography methods. Based on this study it was concluded that: first, Muhammad bin Sulaiman bin Saad bin Mas'ud al-Rumi Muhyiddin Abu Abdillah al-Kafiyaji al-Barumi al-Hanafi was born around 788H / 1386/7 AD in the Anatolian Caucasus region located in the Asian region of Asia small and died in Egypt, and took the education world from the land of Sham to Egypt and produced many many works especially in the field of history. Secondly, in the field of history or Tarikh he has written the work entitled Mukhtasar al-Mufid fi Ilmi al-Tarikh. In this book, al-Kafiyaji examines the principles of historiography, the basics and the problems of historiography and the virtues of experts and sciences. He also investigated the date, from the definition based on language, custom, and terminology, to the history of  the Tarikh. This book discusses the goals and conditions that must be possessed by someone who will write history.
