Bandung Polytechnic for Manufacturing (Polman Bandung) as one of the educational institutions that uses Production Based Education (PBE) in the teaching and learning process needs to prepare graduates who can compete in Industry that demands adequate creativity and skills. In order to ensure that graduates are the best and ready to enter the working and industry, the D3 Study Program - Precision Tool Manufacturing Technology (TPPP), which is under the Manufacturing Engineering Department, Polman Bandung, needs to carry out a fundamental transformation in its curriculum. To realize it, this Study Program carries out an Assessment Program for Curriculum Alignment that analyzing industry satisfaction from competencies of graduates. The competency consists of the core competency, hardskills competency, and softskill competency. The purpose of this study is to find out the gap between competency of students and industrial needs and analyzing industry satisfaction with the quality of academic services at Polman Bandung. The analytical method used was Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, this method is an analysis technique which is used to find out which competencies need to be increased. The sampling data was collected from graduates in the last 3 years, industries in which graduates of the last 3 years work, student in the last year, and lecturer. The measured competencies will be classified in 4 quadrants, quadrant 1 recommended to be improved, quadrant 2 is satisfying and its performance must be maintained, quadrant 3 low priority, and quadrant 4 overkill. Based on IPA analysis, the competency which need to be improved comes from quadrant 1 as known a high priority improvement. The results of this competency gap will be analyzed to improve education program by transforming its curriculum.

Information technology (IT) has an important role in carrying out the functions of universities, so that it can be trusted to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the academic process lead to the academic services being more maximal as well as supporting the university's business process innovation to develop. The Naval Academy (AAL) is one of the educational institutions found in the Indonesian Navy and has the task of producing professional Navy officers, possessing current technological mastery capabilities and towards World Class Navy. By referring to the desired results above, AAL uses information technology in conducting teaching and learning activities. The Information System available at the Naval Academy (AAL) is currently not optimal, therefore the authors conducted an analysis to plan the strategic development of information systems and information technology at the Naval Academy (AAL). This research was made using the Ward and Peppard method. The step of this research started with internal analysis, external analysis using PEST analysis, internal IS/IT analysis and external SI/IT analysis to map the information system position at the Naval Academy (AAL) with SWOT analysis. The results were the achievement of the IS/IT formulation strategy and management of IS/IT in the future

Programmable logic controller (PLC) is a basic and essential element in the engineering of industrial automation. Therefore, basic knowledge of the early stages of PLC plays an important role, especially for mechatronics and manufacturing engineering students. However, due to limited equipment available, high cost equipment, high trainer student ratios, and low reliability of existing equipment, many educational institutions do cannot provide the sufficient resources necessary to help students to become proficient with PLC technology. To alleviate these main problems, the PLC Trainer Kit Simulator is to be developed and used in the Automation Lab at Polytechnic of Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah (POLIMAS). The PLC Trainer Kit Simulator will be used to help student on PLC applications for basic course in JF506 Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory. This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Evaluation will be determined based on pre-test and post-test. This paper reviews the necessity of the simulation kit prior to its implementation. It is expected that, the teaching and learning processes could become more effective thus contribute to positive impacts on students’ interest in learning PLC.

The success of the study program (Prodi) as a work unit in higher education is largely determined by the quality of services provided, where quality services can be identified through the satisfaction of service users, in this case students. Academic problems that are often encountered are related to the presence of lecturers in teaching. This academic service is also one of the usual problems faced by students in the teaching and learning process. For example, often the inaccuracy of the lecturer is present or completed in the teaching and learning process and that of course makes students uneasy and has to wait more than the hours specified by the study program. In addition, there is no maximum availability of facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process, such as a minimal LCD and when used as a projector in teaching it is damaged so the lecture process is slightly hampered. The formulation of the problem of this research is, How is the academic service provided by the PAI FITK Study Program UIN Raden Fatah Palembang? What are the constraints of academic service in the PAI FITK Study Program UIN Raden Fatah Palembangin? order to improve the quality of academic services? This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study: observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques that describe, describe, and explain the data obtained from the results of the study, then concluded as a result of the analysis. From the results of the study, students' expectations of academic services at PAI FITK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang were not in line with expectations. The constraints faced in the academic service in the Islamic Education Department of Raden Fatah Palembang State Islamic University are: Academic service Prodi still seems slow, facilities and infrastructure are inadequate and still need to be completed, both quantity and quality human resources are still far from expectations so service is not maximized, There is still a lack of discipline among employees. Various efforts have been made: In terms of facilities and principles, continuous improvements are made so that the lecture process and academic services run well, Supervise internal employees and evaluate employee performance in order to improve the quality of performance, increase quantity and provide training to employees to maximize performance. Giving rewards to employees who excel in their fields so that they can motivate other employees to boost and improve their performance even better than before.

This study aims to determine and describe (1) online learning media used in the teaching and learning process in the new normal era, (2) students’ understanding of the use of online learning media, (3) students’ preference of the way of communication, and (4) students’ preference of material form. The participants of this research are the students of English Education Study Program at Universitas Al Washliyah (UNIVA) Labuhanbatu. The instrument of the research is questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data analysis technique used in this study consists of data colletion, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result shows that the most frequently used online learning media are WhatsApp and Google Classroom. Almost all students understand how to operate WhatsApp, Zoom, and Email. As many as 47% students choose two-way semi communication in teaching learning process. Using video as the material form in teaching learning proces is the most preferred by students.

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of online learning for the even semester 2020/2021 Language Studies course in the PGSD FIP UNIMED study program. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The population used in this study were all second semester students who took the Language Studies course at the PGSD FIP UNIMED Study Program. Samples were taken involving 187 respondents. The instrument used in the study was an online questionnaire with a google form. The data analysis technique was carried out by qualitative analysis with 4 stages of activities, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed: (1) the average score of the teaching and learning process is 4.11 (Good), (2) the average score of capability/competence of lecturers is 4.28 (Good), (3) the average score of supporting facilities and infrastructure is 3 ,93 (Good), and (4) the most dominant challenge is the need to improve IT skills and effectiveness in time management. The research was aimed at enhanching social, emotional intelligence of students by developing participative, collaborative scientific writing teaching materials based on need analysis. It has three focuses, i.e. introduction study, product design and development, and product effectivity test. The research data consists of field notes, feedback, comments and critics on the product from experts and practitioners. The data is analyzed by using domain analysis technique. The research results in developed product of participative, collaborative scientific writing teaching materials. It has specific characteristics that were different from conventional teaching materials, which have reflection of student participation in identifying purpose and selection of teaching materials that can be used as collaborative, democratic discussion topic for the students. The effectivity test results show that the developed product was better than conventional scientific writing teaching materials. Scientific writing teaching and learning process that utilizes the developed teaching material product significantly impacts on improved social, emotional intelligence, teaching and learning process quality, and scientific writing learning achievement of students. Abstract The writing of this paper aims to describe the profile of Indonesian Literature Study Program graduates at Padang State University, and describe the success of Indonesian Literature graduates viewed from their profession and income, and describe the opinions of Indonesian Literature graduates in terms of academic services while studying at Padang State University.This type of research is quantitative research. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The location of this research was carried out on the google from application or social media. The object of the study was Indonesian Literature alumni who responded to 71 alumni. Data collection techniques by sharing the link https://forms.gle/UThrexUYVvkmb13q9 questionnaire through WhatshApp media. Data analysis is done using the google from application. Based on the results of the study concluded as follows. First, the profile of graduates of the Indonesian Literature Study Program at Padang State University can be seen from the number of respondents who responded to the questionnaire that had been distributed, the number of alumni in the last 5 years was 240 alumni, while those who responded were only 71 alumni, and the most common among women, and on average to get the first job alumni only takes 3-6 months. Secondly, the success of Indonesian Literature graduates seen from the profession and alumni income from the results of the study proved that many respondents worked while entrepreneurship, and on average the respondents answered the knowledge that jobs with education obtained were not in the field of work, and the salary for the first job received by respondents on average it reaches Rp. 1,000,000-2,000,000. Third, the opinion of Indonesian Literature graduates in terms of academic services during their education at Padang State University, the respondents' opinions on academic services as well as service delivery and overall service quality assessment of aspects of teaching and learning are quite good, such as disciplinary knowledge, knowledge competencies outside the field of science , general knowledge competencies, information technology mastery skills, and others.Keywords: search, information, alumni, Indonesian literature

The unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic has forced educators individually, and educational institutions collectively, to rethink their teaching and assessment modes. Several universities have seen a sudden shift from traditional face to face teaching and learning to online approaches. The aim of this case study is to share the authors’ experience in the design, coordination, delivery and evaluation of a fully online post-registration programme. Now in its twelfth year, this is an interdisciplinary course and caters for qualified health professionals from various sectors and with various levels of experience seeking a baccalaureate qualification. The paper uses the SWOT analysis technique to highlight the programme’s strengths and weaknesses, and to reflect on its opportunities for, and threats to, further development. In so doing, it discusses some considerations underpinning the shift from a face to face to an online, mainly asynchronous, mode of delivery for this post-registration academic top-up programme. The paper explains the challenges encountered and the lessons learnt through feedback from the students, stakeholders, and external examiners. The good practices that were developed as a result, including strategies to foster a community of learners, may be of interest to, and applied by, educators in other settings.

The suitability between expectations and reality of the quality of education students get during college affects students' perceptions of education quality in a study program. Information on the achievement of the implementation of main courses subjects and the teaching and learning process can be used as a basis for evaluating and mapping the gaps between the curriculum and the teaching and learning process with the required competencies. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of core subjects' learning outcomes in the D3 KS and D3 KG Pograms, Department of Civil Engineering PNJ. The method used in this research is the survey method, with purposive random sampling and descriptive analysis approach. Meanwhile, the performance and gap analysis use the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results denote that the students' perceptions of the learning outcomes of the main courses of the D3 KG and D3 KS Programs, Department of Civil Engineering PNJ showed promising results. The IPA analysis shows that six of the seven D3 KG Study Program main courses are in Quadrant II, and six of the eight D3 KS Program main courses are also in Quadrant II.

Lecture courses in the English Language Education Study Program of STKIP Setiabudhi Rangkasbitung are still conducted in face-to-face class, so the students who do not attend lectures cannot know the pronunciation material at that time, because the Pronunciation course is a practical course in the English pronunciation system. The E-Learning Pronunciation is built so that lectures can be carried out anywhere and anytime without reducing the quality of the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the students who are left behind can continue to follow the Pronunciation course material, as well as habituating students in utilizing communication and information technology. E-Learning Pronunciation is important to be built to improve the ability of students’ pronunciation when doing distance learning, so that students are clearer and more firm in understanding Pronunciation so that there are no errors in English pronunciation. Participants in this study were first semester students of English education study programs. This study uses an experimental research design with the Prototype System development method and system of testing uses Black box testing.
