Qualitative as the "art of understanding" is passed on as the expertise of the researcher to understand the object of research with the sophisticated efforts done through the art of speaking, the art of writing and the art of presenting what has been studied, as we can find in artists that produce fine art. Understanding qualitative research methods in guidance and counseling is viewed as an art. The term understand in qualitative research is the process of grasping the meaning of a phenomenon that is the target of interpretation in a study. In the implementation of guidance and counseling services, counselor seeks to understand the meaning of the problems of the counselee with the effort to capture the meaning or meaning of problematic faced by the counselee. The art of understanding qualitative research in guidance and counseling is a deep understanding of research methods that describe the object of research through procedures and data that are non numerical to the object of research, such as verbal data, text data, content analysis techniques, conversion analysis techniques, focus groups, analysis Discourse, and phenomenology to interpret the object of service phenomenon Guidance and Counseling.

The purpose of this study wasto examine consumer consumption behavior in shopping online. It also aimed to establishthe factors promoting students desires to transact online. Importantly, the study used qualitative research methods. The results showed that consumption behaviorswere not based on needs but rather the desires, they are easily influenced by friends and follow the latest trends, discounts, or promos in the online shop. There are other additional factors with significant influence of consumption patterns. These include price, convenience, trust, availability of goods, and the promotions attractingtheirattention. Therefore, counselors should utilize information services, group guidance, and individual counseling services to regulate students behavior.

This article aims to look at how to improve self-efficacy through guidance and counseling services at SMP 1 Pleret, Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, data collection methods through interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results and discussion that there are still many students who have low self-efficacy so they are difficult to achieve good learning outcomes. This is proven by some students rarely doing school work and rarely doing homework also do not have the motivation to excel. BK teachers try through guidance and counseling services in the form of a preventive approach for those with high self-efficacy and a curative approach for students with low self-efficacy. Such as helping students to convince themselves that students are able to do tasks even though it is difficult and able to excel and to convince students to avoid feeling inferior about themselves. Guidance and counseling provided by BK teachers shows significant changes in some students who already have high self-efficacy. So it can be concluded that through guidance and counseling can be an effort to improve student self-efficacy.

PROFIL OF PEDAGOGIC AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELORS IN BANDUNG CITY. This study aims to get a profile and description of pedagogic and professional competencies of guidance and counseling teachers (counselor) in Bandung. The research used the quantitative approach with survey methods. The population of this research is 127 counselors of the senior high school in Bandung. The Instrument was the development of Permendiknas No. 27 Tahun 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies with ten aspects related to pedagogic and professional competencies. Data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the profile of counselors is in the competent category but in several aspects need some developed. The result of the research can be used as a need assessment for supervisor in understanding counselors competencies so that it can be used as a basis to provide guidance and counseling services effectively and efficiently.

Abstract: Implementation of guidance and counseling services should be based on the needs and problems of students, so the effectiveness of the service will be achieved to the fullest. But the reality is a lot of implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools, do not notice it. So that the completion of the problems experienced by students sama.Berangkat always use the services of this, the research level of effectiveness of guidance and counseling that implementation has been using the application activity instrumentation and data sets as the basis for an implementation of the service. The method used is a qualitative research subjects that teachers BK and Students at SMA Negeri 1 Metro. Data collection technique through interview, observation and documentation. Research results show that by utilizing activity instrumentation applications and data sets, the counseling services have a high level of effectiveness. In carrying out the service, BK teachers can identify problems and needs experienced by students, so that the efforts of the assistance provided to be more precise, and problem students can terentaskan optimally.Keyword: Guidance and Counseling, Instrumentation Applications, Data Association

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk memindai penerapan bimbingan dan konseling dengan pendekatan multikultural di SMA. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini yaitu, guru BK, Kepala sekolah, para guru, siswa, pengurus OSIS, dan komite sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Palangkaraya. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pengamatan partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan empat tahap penelitian kualitatif dari Miles dan Hubermann, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, klasifikasi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) tujuan  layanan konseling dengan pendekatan multikultural adalah memberikan bantuan kepada siswa multikultur untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dengan baik, 2) jenis-jenis layanan konseling antara lain membantu klien mengembangkan perilaku santun, membantu mengatasi kecemasan, menggali dan potensi siswa, 3) karakteristik khusus yang diterapkan yaitu dengan memberikan layanan konseling individual, 4) layanan konseling dengan pendekatan multikultural telah memanfaatkan secara maksimal berbagai media konseling yang ada. Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, multikultural, pemindaian, layanan  AbstractThe general objective of this study is to scan the application of guidance and counseling through multicultural approachin senior high school. The study used a qualitative approach. The informants of this study is counseling teacher, school principal, teachers, students,students’ organization at school (OSIS), and school committee of SMA Negeri 1 Palangkaraya. Data were collected using participatory observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed using four qualitative research phases of Miles and Hubermann, namely data collection, data reduction, data classification, and making conclusions. Based on the research results, in general it can be concluded that: 1) the purpose of counseling services through multicultural approach is providing assistance to students multicultural to overcome the problems encountered well, 2) the types of counseling services include helping clients develop polite behavior, helping to overcome anxiety , exploring students’ talent, 3) special characteristics that are applied by giving individual counseling services, 4) counselingservice through multicultural approach has been maximally utilizing some existing media counseling.Keywords: counseling, multicultural, scanning, service

Peningkatan Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia membuat perubahan kebijakan pendidikan. Menanggapi itu, pemerintah membuat kebijakan tentang kurikulum darurat sebagai bentuk konsep dasar yang dapat dijalankan pada saat kondisi tertentu. Konseptualisasi dasar pendidikan dengan kurikulum 2013 tidaklah bisa berjalan dengan baik, sehingga pemerintah mengambil keputusan bagi pendidikan yang terdampak Covid-19 dapat menerapkan kurikulum darurat. Pemerintah menekankan bahwa pendidikan di Indonesia harus tetap mementingkan tujuan utama yang terkandung dalam kurikulum. Dengan begitu penelitian ini melihat konsep pendidikan dengan M-Learning dari perspektif layanan konseling. Program penting bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah menjadi peran utama untuk mendapatkan evaluasi yang baik. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk mengevaluasi sistem pembelajaran M-Learning dengan memberikan layanan kepada peserta didik dengan membandingkan pembelajaran C-Learning. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi dengan dasar penelitian kualitatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembelajaran M-Learning inefisiensi dalam konsep pendidikan yang didasari pedoman kurikulum di Indonesia. The increase in the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has led to changes in education policy. In response to that, the government making a policy on the emergency curriculum as a form of the basic concept that can be implemented under certain conditions. The basic conceptualization of education with the 2013 curriculum could not work well, so the government decided for education affected by Covid-19 to apply an emergency curriculum. The government emphasizes that education in Indonesia must continue to prioritize the main objectives contained in the curriculum. Thus, this study looks at the concept of education with M-Learning from the perspective of counseling services. An important program of guidance and counseling in schools becomes the main role to get a good evaluation. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the M-Learning learning system by providing services to students by comparing C-Learning learning. This study using an evaluation method based on qualitative research. The evaluation results show that the M-Learning learning system is inefficient in the concept of education based on curriculum guidelines in Indonesia.

The aim of this study is to determine refugee mothers' educational expectations for their children. It is a qualitative research designed with phenomenological approach, which is one of the qualitative research methods. Twenty volunteer mothers coming from Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan were participated in the study. An interview form, including open-ended questions, was used as a data collection tool. The data was collected by face to face meetings with each participant. Content analysis was applied to the data gathered. Findings indicate that the refugee mothers' expectations from the schools are guidance and counseling services for refugee students, more social activities at schools, more intensive Maths and language courses, effective communication and interaction between students, parents and schools. Most of the refugee mothers would like to settle down in a more developed country and they don't want their children continue their education in Turkey.

In conducting research, the authors use Islamic economic law research methods that adopt qualitative research methods including both primary data sources and secondary data, data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis techniques namely editing and organizing, checking the validity of data, and stages research stage. All this researchers use to find research results. The findings in this study are as follows: 1. In running a business as a transportation service provider, PT Kereta Api does not only focus on sales but also serves to cancel and change the schedules. 2. There are two kinds of cancellations, namely canceled buyers and canceled officers. 3. Cancellations and schedule changes are both manual and online. 4. Cancellation and schedule changes can be made as long as not exceeding the specified time limit. 5. In canceling and changing passengers' schedules, an administration fee of 25% of the ticket price is subject to administration.
