Due to the current epidemiological situation, the issue of organizing e-learning has become more important than ever. At one point, all educational organizations faced many problems that no one had thought about before. How to organize full-time training on a completely distance basis? Distance learning has had a huge impact on the educational process of universities and schools. The main platform through which the e-learning process at Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) (MAI) is carried out is LMS MAI Moodle. It should be noted that on the basis of this platform, a website with courses lms.mai.ru was created. The second in popularity and frequency of use is Microsoft Teams platform (MT). It is worth noting that thanks to the platforms for distance learning, the educational process was not only not disrupted or stopped, but was also supplemented with such advantages as autonomy and flexibility in acquiring knowledge. In connection with the coronavirus pandemic, on March 17, 2020, MAI completely switched to distance learning. At the moment, the epidemiological situation in Russia is improving and universities are again conducting face-to-face classroom studies. But what was happening with two platforms mentioned above after the end of the quarantine? Students and teachers of MAI say that the use of platforms has decreased, but classes are still held in this format. We discussed the prospects for further use of MT and LMS MAI in this article.

Abstract Distance learning and e-learning have significantly developed in recent years. It is also due to changing educational requirements, especially for adults. The article aims to show the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning. Examples of the 20-year use of the distance learning form of computer science describe the difficulties associated with the implementation and implementation of this form of teaching. The results of students in the full-time and distance form of teaching in the bachelor’s study of computer science are compared. Long-term findings show that distant students have significantly lower scores in the first years of study than full-time bachelor students. In the following years of study, the differences diminish, and students’ results are comparable. The article describes the possibilities of improving the quality of distance learning.

In the system of school education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the problem of developing electronic educational material and introducing it into the educational process of schools is becoming urgent. Introduction. The development of students' ability to make informed and responsible decisions in the field of personal finance is an urgent problem. Young people must have the appropriate competencies, have the required level of financial literacy. This also applies to students of non-economic areas of training, in particular students of technical specialties. The purpose of the study is to analyze the financial literacy of students of a technical university. Materials and methods. The material of the research was the data of an anonymous sociological survey of 100 students of Stupino branch of Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) of the 3rd and 4th courses of full-time education by filling in Google forms. Results. Analysis of students' opinions showed a positive trend (65% of respondents) for the introduction of financial literacy in the educational process of a technical university. Students admitted (54% of respondents) that they are not aware of all kinds of risks when investing in NPFs, when buying a home, compulsory motor third party liability insurance, taking a loan, when calculating wages, etc. Based on the students' answers, it was found that 62% of the respondents had no experience in solving financial issues. At the same time, 67% of students are not interested in rates on deposits, loans, the key rate of the Central Bank, but daily use the financial services of the bank (plastic cards, payment for services via the Internet, e-wallet, etc.) 97% of students. Conclusion. Today, the financial literacy of the population is fraught with many vital issues and affects the effectiveness of decisions made and the associated risks.

<p><em>The problem in the world of education at this time is the quality and quantity of education in the field of information and communication technology. The quality of education can be seen from the quality of education desired by the community and for the quality of education related to the equitable access to education without any gap. One way to overcome these problems is by optimizing the role of information and communication technology in the learning process by using e-learning. E-learning used is using online learning based on Schoology. In this application there are several features that can be used by the teacher in the learning process including uploading material, assignments, discussions and giving test questions using the online quiz system. In the use of E-Learning in the learning process can increase students' learning motivation and can create enjoyable learning so that students in participating in learning activities can be active and achieve maximum learning outcomes.</em></p>

At present, the application of internet technology in the field of education is very much needed in order to improve the quality and equitable education services. One of them in improving the quality of education is from educators (teachers). The teacher has a very crucial role in the process of teaching and learning. Therefore, the teacher must be able to provide an appropriate method and method so that the classroom atmosphere in PBM becomes enjoyable. The specific purpose of this service is that they are able to understand and properly apply e-learning based learning media. The implementation is held for 2 (two) days, namely: first, the implementation of observation and the introduction process. Then the next day a workshop held on the application of e-learning based  learning media. The result of this dedication is that teachers can apply e-learning based learning models in the teaching and learning process.

The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in higher education, in many cases, does not necessarily correspond to an organizational, sustainable and consistent initiative in all courses or undergraduate programs imparted. An associated risk is wasting the potential of ICTs to contribute to the quality of education. This is an exploratory-descriptive, mixed methods investigation at Tecnológico de Costa Rica (TEC) to determine the components and factors affecting a Maturity Model (MM). Participants were students, teachers, and institution officials. Results show the components of a maturity model that provides teachers with a roadmap for implementing e-learning in face-to-face, bimodal and virtual courses, advocating for a substantial contribution to the quality of education at a Costa Rican University.
