The purpose of this research was to analyze the response of impulse buying, response to discount on Matahari Department store and  the effect of  discount on impulse buying on visitors. The population in were the visitors at Matahari Department Store, the number of samples 100 visitors who were collected by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique was descriptive analysis and the simple linear regression. The result of descriptive analysis shows that the response of impulse buying was positive and the response of discount was also positive. The result of simple linear regression show that impulse buying was influenced by discounted price (discount) on Matahari Department Store. The positive results  tend to be weak indicated by the results of adjusted R-square. This mean that  the impulse buying in Matahari Department Store was also  influenced by other variables outside of this research

Shopee is one of the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Shopee often collaborates with domestic and international celebrities to become brand ambassadors, one of which is Cristiano Ronaldo. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo on Shopee brand awareness. The sample in this study were 400 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS staticstic 24 software. The findings of this study are that there is an influence between the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo to Shopee's brand awareness of 3.3%. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo has a significant and positive effect on Shopee brand awareness.Keywords: Attraction, Brand Awareness, Shopee.

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on earnings at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research uses associative research methods. The population used in this study is the entire consolidated financial statements of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk for 13 years from 2006 with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the sample used is 6 years from 2013-2018. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 16 for windows. From the research conducted, the results show that the capital structure has no effect and is not significant to profit. This can be seen from the results of the t test conducted tcount obtained 1.661 <ttable 2.776, and sig value 0.172> 0.05, it can be concluded that the Capital Structure variable has no effect and is not significant on Profit. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal terhadap laba pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh laporan keuangan konsolidasi PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk selama 13 tahun dari tahun 2006dengan Teknik sampling yang digunakanyaitu purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan yaitu 6 tahun dari tahun 2013-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan program SPSS 16 for windows. Dari penelitian yang yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil yaitu Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Laba.  Hal ini terlihat dari hasil uji t yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai thitung 1,661 < ttabel 2,776, dan nilai sig 0,172 > 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Laba.

Abstract.This study aims to describe the financial leverage and profitability of the company and how the influence of financial leveraege on profitability in the telecommunications sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. With survey research through descriptive and verification methods, the research sample was 4 telecommunications companies in the period 2007-2016. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling, while the analysis technique uses simple linear regression using the help of EViews software 9. Based on the descriptive analysis of financial leverage from year to year it tends to be relatively up and fluctuating profitability but is quite decreased compared to the initial year of the study. The effect of financial leverage on profitability is 56% while the remaining 44% is influenced by other factors, the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the effect of financial leverage on profitability has a significant negative effect so that the results of the study can be generalized to the population. Keywords. Financial Leverage; DAR; Profitability, ROA AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran leverage keuangan dan profitabilitas perusahaan serta bagaimana pengaruh leveraege keuangan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sub-sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dengan penelitian survey melalui metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, sampel penelitian adalah 4 perusahaan telekomunikasi pada periode 2007-2016. Teknik sampling menggunakan Purposive Sampling, sedangkan teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana menggunakan bantuan software EViews 9. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif leverage keuangan dari tahun ke tahun cenderung relatif naik dan profitabilitas fluktuatif namun cukup menurun jika dibandingkan dengan tahun awal penelitian. Pengaruh leverage keuangan terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 56% sementara sisanya 44% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh leverage keuangan terhadap profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan sehingga hasil penelitian dapat digeneralisasikan kepada populasi. Kata Kunci. This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya.

This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

<p>This study aims (1) to determine the quality of human resources at KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City, (2) To determine the development of business in KPRI “Pertaguma”, and (3) To determine the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City. The independent variable in this study is the quality of human resources while the dependent variable is business development. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling. The researcher uses purposive sampling technique as sampling technique. Results showed that there is difference between the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun. Free variable at this research is the quality of human resource while variable tied is business development. It can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression of Y = 61.738 + 0.210 X. Where the variable quality of human resources totaled</p>0.210 shows the influence of the quality of human resources to the business development are positively correlated, meaning that any increase in the quality of human resources 1% resulted in higher business development at 0.210 units. Based on the results of the analysis can be said to be a significant relationship between quality of human resources and the business development, meaning that there is difference business development of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of environmental uncertainty on employee performance and knowing job insecurity can strengthen the relationship between uncertainty over the performance of employees of the Inspectorate of Bali ProvinceSampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that environmental uncertainty had no effect on employee performance, job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and moderating insecurity jobs strengthened the influence of environmental uncertainty on employee performance. The Inspectorate Staff of the Province of Bali is good enough in carrying out their duties, so that environmental uncertainty does not affect performance. But the Inspectorate inspector should provide motivation to grow the confidence of his employees and continue to improve teamwork in finding the latest information to make decisions and realize good governance.
