PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK PERSONAL DAN KOMPETENSI PENGHULU TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN (STUDI KASUS PADA KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN SUNGAI PENUH )

The research is proposed to test the influence of personal characteristics and penghulu competencies on service quality. The population in this study was the Sungai Penuh City community who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Sungai Penuh, amounting to 150 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 110 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the personal characteristics and competence of penghulu have a positive and significant effect on service quality. The results also show that penghulu competency variables act as intervening variables between personal characteristics and service quality.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Training and Organizational Climate on the Success of Fisheries. The population in this study is the Sungai Penuh City community which has a total of 120 fisheries businesses. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 92 businesses was selected with a sampling technique based on Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and test hypotheses using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Training and Organizational Climate has a positive and significant effect on Business Success. The results also show that the Organizational Climate variable acts as an intervening variable between Training and Business..

The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information. <p class="judulabstrakindoCxSpFirst"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p class="abstrak">Banjir besar pada akhir tahun 2007 mengharuskan Pemerintah Kota Surakarta untuk melaksanakan program relokasi paska terjadinya banjir. Masyarakat pindah dan menempati lokasi relokasi namun tidak jauh dari bantaran Sungai Bengawan Solo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kerentanan sosial masyarakat terhadap banjir pasca relokasi yang bertempat tinggal di sempadan Sungai Bengawan Solo. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu <em>s</em><em>imple random sampling. </em>Analisis data keruangan dilakukan dengan metode <em>Spatial Multi Criteria Evaluation (SMCE)</em><em>. </em>Penilaian kerentanan dengan menggunakan dua skenario yaitu skenario lingkungan dan skenario ekonomi. Hasil proses SMCE menunjukkan bahwa di lokasi relokasi, terdapat wilayah-wilayah yang masuk dalam kerentanan sosial tinggi dan sedang. Berdasarkan skenario lingkungan, menunjukkan bahwa seluruh kelurahan/desa lokasi relokasi memiliki kerentanan tinggi kecuali Kelurahan Mojosongo yang memiliki kerentanan sedang. Berdasarkan skenario ekonomi, menunjukan lokasi relokasi yang termasuk dalam kerentanan tinggi adalah Kelurahan Semanggi, Jebres, dan Desa Gadingan. Sedangkan lokasi relokasi yang termasuk dalam kerentanan sedang dalam skenario ekonomi adalah Kelurahan Mojosongo, Desa Laban, dan Desa Plumbon.</p><p><strong>Kata k</strong><strong>unci</strong>: kerentanan, banjir, relokasi</p><p class="judulabstrakingCxSpMiddle"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p class="Abstrakeng">        Great flood at the end of 2007 requires Government of Surakarta to implement the relocation program after the flood. The community moved and occupied the relocation site but not far from the banks of Bengawan Solo River. The aims of the study are to assess the level of social vulnerability after relocation. The data used in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Spatial data analysis was conducted using Spatial Multi Criteria Evaluation (SMCE). The vulnerability assessment using two scenarios, the environmental scenario and economic scenario. Results of the SMCE showed that in relocation sites there are areas that fall into high and medium social vulnerability. Based on the environmental scenarios, the relocation areas have high vulnerability except for Mojosongo which have moderate vulnerability. Based on the economic scenarios, the relocation area that included in high vulnerability are Semanggi, Jebres, and Gadingan.While the relocation area that included in moderate vulnerability using economic scenario are Mojosongo, Laban, and Plumbon.</p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: </em><em>vulnerability, flood, relocation </em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous variables X1 (facilities) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction) and know the partial influence of variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction). Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data collection method in this research is using primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. Based on the result of t test data analysis variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) partially have no significant effect on passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro and the result of F test simultaneous variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) have significant influence to passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro.

This study aims to find out the effect of the organizational culture on job satisfaction of the employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office. The population was all employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office with the total number of 154 people and the number of the sample was 61 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique. The method of data collection used a questionnaire for getting the primary data. To support the primary data, the secondary data were collected using interview and documentation technique. The method of data analysis used simple linear regression. The data were processed using the application of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 20. The result of the study shows that the organizational culture significantly influences the job satisfaction of the employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office. Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

<p>Abstract<br />The article of  this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar  pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi  Bank Agroniaga  yang  sedang  mengalami  keterpurukan.  Kepemilikan  Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia.
