Banking is now increasingly recognized that the service and trust of customers or customers is a provision that is difficult to separate and is a vital aspect in order to survive in the business to win the competition. This study aims to provide excellent service to customer trust on PT. Rural Banks jorong kampung tangah pariaman. This type of research includes a type of qualitative research. This research was conducted on on PT. Rural Banks jorong kampung tangah pariaman. The type of data collection used is Field Reset and Reset to the Library. Based on research found that the implementation of excellent service has been carried out by PT. Rural Banks jorong kampung tangah pariaman but the acceptance and response of some customers or customers is not very good. With the results of this study, it can be suggested (1) the performance of employees must be improved even better. (2) Provision of services must be in accordance with standards and services not making it up are always honest in attitude. (3) Keeping the customer's trust in order not to switch to another bank. (4) Adding facilities and infrastructure that support services (5) Always keep abreast of the times so as not to lose competitiveness with other banks in modern times like today.

This research was conducted at PT. Jorong People's Credit Bank, Tangah Pariaman Village. The type of data collection used is Field Research and Research to the Library. Based on the research results it was found that the application of excellent service has been carried out by PT. Jorong People's Credit Bank, Tangah Pariaman Village, but the acceptance and response from some customers was not very good. The goal is to determine the process of implementing excellent service on customer trust in PT. Jorong People's Credit Bank, Tangah Pariaman Village. The method used is a qualitative method. With the results of this study, it can be applied (1) In the implementation of excellent service at the bank starting from being neat and polite, it can provide special services to customers, so that customers feel satisfied with the service they will receive. (2) Terms of service must be in accordance with standards and service is not making it up and always be honest in attitude. (3) Maintaining good relations between employees and customers so that customer trust is maintained. (4) Adding facilities and infrastructure in banks that support services. (5) Keeping abreast of the times in order to be able to compete with other banks in modern times like today.

  Poverty and unemployment are problems that Indonesia is still facing today. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the national economy, including the MSME sector. Productive zakat distributed to MSMEs has the potential to help develop and form MSMEs mustahik in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The implementation of zakat is important to see the potential of zakat in an effort to help mustahik to be more empowered to face the challenges of the times. This study aims to find out how to implement the distribution of productive zakat for mustahiq micro-enterprises during the pandemic, and to find out the obstacles faced by the Bogor City Baznas when distributing productive zakat during the pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used is the interview and documentation method. Interviews were conducted with the Baznas of Bogor City as the authorized party in the distribution of zakat. The results showed that the Bogor City Baznas distributed productive zakat in the form of business capital. The productive zakat is distributed to individual and group mustahik. The Bogor Berkah program is included in the productive zakat based on taklim majlis. The maximum limit for assistance provided is Rp. 2,000,000. Recipients of productive zakat are also required to give infaq every day from the results of their efforts. Constraints faced by the Bogor City Baznas at the beginning of the pandemic were the reduced number of muzakki who distributed their zakat, limited space for monitoring, and efforts to develop MSMEs that were difficult to carry out.

The times are progressing rapidly so that the need for critical thinking is increasing. Some experts argue that those who think critically are able to solve problems responsively. Therefore, education practicer take various ways to create nowdays critical generation, as well as the Aceh Documentary (ADC) Foundation in Banda Aceh. The documentary film production training which is conducted annually by the ADC Foundation is believed to be able to improve the critical thinking of the participants. This study aims to determine the perceptions of four participants of Aceh Documentery Foundationabout improving their mindset after attending the documentary film production training. This is a qualitative research. The data for this study was collected from early June to August 2019, which the Data collection techniques used in the research were interview and FGD. The data analysis stage was carried out on September 2019 after the documentary film training was completed. The data analysis is carried out by using the Miles & Hubermen style, in which activities in the analysis include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. From this research, it can be concluded that the use of documentary films as a learning medium can improve the participants' critical thinking, eventhough the level of criticism obtained by each individual is different.

The rapid development of technology in the digital age has a very big impact in changing the way work from manual to computerized, one of the perceived changes in electronic mail. Aplikasi Manajemen Surat Korporat is one application that can speed up the process of handling incoming and outgoing mail. The purpose of this research is to study the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail using Aplikasi Manajemen Surat Korporat to facilitate the administrative process at PT PLN (Persero) UID West Java. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques carried out by interviewing, observing, documenting with branches of the Secretariat unit, and studying literature from books, journals, and documents relating to research discussions. The results showed that the management of incoming and outgoing mail using Aplikasi Manajemen Surat Korporat in PT PLN (Persero) UID West Java was good, the application used was digital by the times, the system was easy to work on, easy to learn, saving costs, fast, guaranteed security, could distributing information quickly so that every incoming and outgoing mail can be processed quickly, ultimately the service to the public can be improved. Some obstacles are common in nature is the occurrence of disruptions on the internet network that can be overcome when the network improves again

AbstrakPelayanan prima merupakan pelayanan yang dilakukan sebaik mungkin kepada pelanggan atau konsumen agar dapat merasa puas.  Banyak macam-macam tujuan pelayanan prima salah satunya adalah memberikan pelayanan berkualitas terhadap para pelanggannya sehingga menimbulkan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan oleh penjual. Manfaat dari pelayanan prima yaitu untuk  meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan perusahaan ataupun pemerintah terhadap  pelanggan, yang dapat menjadi acuan dalam  pengembangan penyusunan standar pelayanan. Standar pelayanan dapat didefinisikan sebagai panduan yang digunakan untuk melakukan pelayanan dan menjadi acuan untuk menilai kualitas suatu pelayanan. Pelayanan dapat disebut  prima apabila pelanggan telah merasa puas dan sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Begitu juga yang dilakukan karyawan frontliner bank BCA untuk melayani nasabahnya dengan pelayanan yang prima yang selalu  mementingkan kepuasan nasabah. Berbagai upaya untuk meningkatakan standar kompetensi pegawai dengan mengikuti pelatihan kompetisi, standar kinerja, standar layanan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kompetensi keras untuk setiap karyawannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari beberapa orang melalui wawancara. Kata kunci :Frontliner Perbankan; Kepuasan Nasabah; Penelitian Kualitatif; Pelayanan Prima; Standar KompetensiAbstrackExcellent service is service that is done as best as possible to customers or consumers in order to be satisfied. There are many kinds of excellent service objectives, one of which is to provide quality service to its customers so that it creates customer trust in the goods or services offered by the seller. The benefits of excellent service are efforts to improve the quality of company or government service to customers, which can serve as a guide in developing service standards preparation. Service standards can be defined as benchmarks used to provide services and become a reference for assessing the quality of a service. Service can be called prime when the customer is satisfied and in accordance with customer expectations. Likewise, BCA bank fronliner employees serve their customers with excellent service who always prioritizes customer satisfaction. Various efforts to improve employee competency standards by participating in competition training, performance standards, service standards, knowledge, skills and hard competencies for each employee. Along with the times, human are increasingly far from the values of the Qur’an. This indludes the cause of moral decline. This research aims to determine the concept of birrul walidain in the Surah Maryam verses 41-48 and their implications in shaping the character of students based on the Maryam verses 41-48 in thw interpretation of al-Misbah. Surah Maryam verses 41-48, because he tell about the morals of the Prophet Ibrahim with his father. So that the verse can be the basis for the formation of student character. Al-Misbah’s interpretation includes the interpretation of the al-adabi al-ijtima’I pattern, namely the socio-cultural interpretation style of literature. This researfch is a qualitative research with a type of library research. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. Analysis of the data used is the interpretation method tahlili. The results of this study were obtained that there are two concepts of birrul walidain namely the concept of honesty, which ilustrates the figure of the Prophet Ibrahim who has an honest attitude in justifying something that comes from Allah and the concept of gentleness and affection of parents, namely the Prophet Ibrahim still prioritizes a gentle and devoted attitude to his parents even though his parents responded with harsh words and denial. The implication of the concept of birrul walidain is to instill honesty, compassion, and courtesy to parents. The educational methods in surah Maryam verses 41-48, namely the method of story, qudwah, hiwar, and targhib wa tarhib.

The development and advancement of technology brings changes to the patterns and lifestyles of Young Catholics (OMK). This fact raises a great concern in this article, that most OMK are currently very busy with their work, study assignments, and social media, so that involvement in the activities of the parish becomes less effective and less targeted. The main issue in this article is to get a clear picture of how OMK is involved in the activities of the raid. This article wants to know the extent to which OMK is involved and involved in the pastoral work of the Church in the parishes of the Diocese of Ketapang. This article is qualitative research with descriptive analytical writing methods. The population used was Young Catholics in a number of parishes in the Diocese of Ketapang with a sample number of fifty-two active OMK. Instrument uses semistructured interviews to 12 OMK through WhatsApp social media. As a method of data collection, the authors disseminated questionnaires online to 40 OMK. The results showed that the involvement of OMK Keuskupan Ketapang in the activities of the church needs to be improved. Coaching to omk from the parish also needs to be designed and planned well. This study recommends the need for recollection, supply, retreat or similar activities that can grow and cultivate the faith of OMK. OMK is expected to be increasingly aware of self-identity as a young Catholic in the midst of the development of the times.

This research aims to formulate marketing strategy to increase visitors of Gembira Loka Garden and Zoo (KRKB Gembira Loka) in Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research and uses interview, observation, and documentation as data collection method. The data is analyzed by using SWOT analysis with internal and external variable identification. The internal variable shows that location is the main strength of Gembira Loka KRKB with 0.17 by value and 5 by rating. From external variable, the result of EFAS table shows that Gembira Loka KRKB has good enough chance while the thread has less result than the chance. Gembira Loka KRKB is in quadrant 1, which is the position in which a company is considered to be in a beneficial situation due to its chance and strength. In such case, the company can utilize the chance by maximizing the strength. The following strategy to go through in this condition is supporting aggressive planning.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

This journal explains the results of cohesion and coherence analysis in the current new news discourse in Indonesia published by Republika, Thursday 16 May 2019. The research uses descriptive methods by describing and explaining the results of the analysis found in the study. This research is a type of qualitative research because the results tend to be released and descriptive. the technique used in this study is to take data, data collection is done in two ways, namely listening and taking notes. This study found the results of the use of cohesion and and the use of coherence. Cohesion is the integration between the parts that are characterized by the use of language elements. Cohesion is divided into two parts, lexical cohesion and grammatical cohesion. Grammatical cohesion includes conjunction, reference, release, substitution. Lexical cohesion includes antonyms, synonyms, repetitions, metonymy, and hypomini. Whereas, cohorence is the relationship between elements one with the other elements so that it has an integrated meaning.
