The existence of problems that occur ie free association in students. researchers provide solutions in tackling and minimizing high promiscuity. Using the REBT group counseling method, this method is very effective in addressing existing problems. The advantages of this REBT group counseling method is that REBT approach is clear and easy to understand, REBT approach can be easily combined with behavioral techniques, REBT approach is relatively short, this approach has become a lot of literature and research. The research method used is quantitative research method with the steps include population research, sampling, research design, research procedures, research variables and devinisi variables, data collection methods and instruments, methods of data analysis.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a autoimmune that causes a long period of inflammation in the joints. This might cause a deprcrease in the quality of life of a person resulting in limited activity and depression. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self management and the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis . the research method uses quantitative research by using descriptive correlation research methods. Then this research uses a Cross sectional approach design research method and correlation design with a sampling total sampling, and the number of sample in this study was 25 respondents. The measuring instrument used in this research in a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the chi-square tets, the result of this study showed that 18 people (51%) had a good self management and 17 people  (49%) had a good quality of life. This show that there is a relationship between self managemnet and quality of life of rheumatoid arthritis patient at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam hospital in 2021 with the result of the chi-square test (p Value 0,001). Therefore, it is hoped that patients will be able to further improve self management so that the quality of life is getting better.

Filigree jewelry has a complex and detailed jewelry character, so that market segmentation is limited to the middle and upper middle age range. This research plays an important role as one of the techniques and data collection methods that will be studied in the Design Project Course V. The purpose of developing the filigree technique with a new material approach is to expand market reach. In addition to the new material approach, the development of this filigree technique of jewelry design. The design research method used is data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, literacy studies and exploration. The results of this study indicate that filigree jewelry can develop according to trends and can reach a wider market segmentation so that it can add product value and quality of life of metal craftsmen.

Indonesia's health development plan according to the National Medium Development Plan (RPJMN) for 2015-2019 states that the target for infant mortality is 24 per 1,000 live births while by 2018 the infant mortality rate in Indonesia is still high at 31 per 1,000 births. There are various causes of infant death, one of which is an infectious disease. Provision of breast milk (ASI) is one thing that can prevent infants from infectious diseases. Exclusive breastfeeding for infants up to 6 months of age is very important. however, exclusive ASI coverage in Bukittinggi city has decreased from year to year. The research method in this study is a mixture / combination (mixed methods). Data collection methods in quantitative research using questionnaires while qualitative research uses in-depth interviews (indepth interview) to find problems more openly and make observations and study documents. It is expected that the baby's mother should be more active in seeking information about Exclusive ASI and the benefits of Exclusive ASI so that awareness arises to make every effort to continue to provide Exclusive ASI to the child even if the mother is working or outside the home.Rencana pembangunan kesehatan Indonesia menurut Rencana Pembangunan Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) tahun 2015-2019 disebutkan bahwa target untuk angka kematian bayi adalah 24 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup sedangkan samapai tahun 2018 angka kematian bayi di Indonesia masih tinggi yaitu 31 per 1.000 kelahiran. Ada berbagai macam penyebab kematian bayi, salah satu diantaranya adalah penyakit infeksi. Pemberian air susu ibu (ASI) merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat mencegah bayi dari penyakit infeksi Pemberian asi ekslusif pada bayi hingga usia 6 bulan merupakan hal yang sangat penting. akan tetapi cakupan asi ekslusif di kota bukittinggi dari tahun ke tahun mengalami penurunan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah campuran/kombinasi (mixed methods). Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) agar ditemukan permasalahan secara lebih terbuka serta melakukan observasi dan studi dokumen. Diharapkan Ibu bayi hendaknya lebih aktif mencari informasi tentang ASI Eksklusif dan manfaat dari ASI Eksklusif sehingga timbul kesadaran untuk berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk tetap memberikan ASI Ekslusif kepada anak walaupun ibu tersebut bekerja atau berada di luar rumah.

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

This study aims to analyze the background of the emergence of metal children in the Ketapang ferry port, and formulate a model that can be used to overcome the presence of metal children in the Ketapang ferry port. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, the steps of which include determining the location of research, the method of determining informants, research instruments, data collection methods, data validity testing methods, and data analysis methods. The results showed that there were a number of factors that caused the emergence of metal children at Ketapang Port of Spread, namely 1) poverty factors, 2) family factors, 3) peer or playmate factors, and 4) education factors. Models that can be used to tackle the presence of metal children are Street-centered intervention, Family-centered intervention, Institutional-centered intervention, and Community-centered intervention.

This reasearch is conducted on MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academition and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MSME operated just to fullfil the life necessities.The purpose of this reasearch was to investigate the influence of the business mentoring on the MSME performance in PUSPA program 2016.Researcher used quantitative research method. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis.The result showed that business mentoring affect the performance of MSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of business mentoring variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 74%. While the remaining 26% is influenced by other factors such as entrepreneurship competence and human resources.

The lecturer's performance assessment by students in the form of an online Lecturer Performance Assessment Instrument Questionnaire (KIPKD) is in line with the work concepts of Green Computing by utilizing computer hardware and software better, more efficiently and more useful. KIPKD online POLSUB uses Google Forms, because it has an attractive and responsive look, provides a fairly complete choice of stuffing model, free, the results are neatly arranged and can be analyzed easily. This research method uses literature review in the form of books, journals that discuss about topics related to the use of Google Forms as a medium in the manufacture of questionnaires for surveys and data collection, as well as related to the concept of Green Computing. While data collection methods used in field research by way of observation of the system running in the academic POLSUB. The use of KIPKD online illustrates that POLSUB participates in preserving the environment, with no 12 paper/year rims, equivalent to 12 tree trunks.

The aim of our research was to study the impact and purpose of the reporting on socially responsible conduct on the success of corporate operations. The data and information were gathered with the quantitative research method, whereas the instrument for gathering them was a questionnaire that was distributed among 759 large and medium sized organisations from the field of market services in the Republic of Slovenia. We have established that activities aimed at socially responsible conduct are directly connected with the success of corporate operations, especially the revenue (p = 0.001), the profit of a company (p = 0.000), operational growth (p = 0.007) and operational economy (p = 0.002), and are typical for organizations with a larger number of employees (p = 0.032). In this regard, the real estate and construction market activities received the lowest scores. Research results provide theoretical as well as practical benefits for everyone dealing with the planning, implementation and control of sustainable development, as well as socially responsible conduct within the organization.
