The problem in this reserch originated from the observation to the field researchers who focus on the implementation of the recruitment of athletes PPLM Riau province, especially athletics shot put the number of instrument test is still common for a number in athletics. Based on the needs analysis, the researchers designed a development instrument of shot-put from physical, technical, tactical, and mental aspect. Research and development of the instrument using a qualitative approach and method development research Research & Development (R & D). The subjects in this research were four people who are all athletes PPLM Riau Province in 2016. Validity of test results using the product moment correlation can be described item development instruments, which have very high criteria consists of 4 items (36.36%) are weight, height, push-ups and standing, while 7 other test items have value product moment correlation with high criteria as much as 63.36%. For the results of reliability test r11 = 0.72 This means that the reliability of the instrument development that researchers in the category of sufficient reliability.

Module based on guided discovery learning can be used as an alternative to improve student�s activeness and understanding the concept. This research aims to develop redox reaction and electrochemical cell module based on guided discovery learning and reveals its validity and practicability. The type of this research is a development research using 4-D development model. The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of validity and practicality sheet. This module was validated by 3 UNP chemistry lecturers and 2 chemistry teachers of SMAN 10 Padang. Practicality test were conducted on 2 chemistry teachers and 32 twelfth grade students of SMAN 10 Padang. Data were analyzed by Cohen�s Kappa formula. The results of the validity test showed that the module has a very high validity category (k=0.83). Practicality test results by teachers and students showed that the module has high practicality category (k=0.79 and 0.80). Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the module developed was valid, practical.

ABSTRACTThe method used in this research is the development research method (Development Research), with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Educational Administration Study Program Concentration of Information and Communication Technology University of Muhammadiyah Kendari starting from April 29 to June 10. The object of this research is computer-based learning media by using micrososft web expressions in web programming courses. Data collection is done by observation, documentation and instruments. The data analysis technique was done by using descriptive analysis technique.The results of this study are computer-based learning media by using Microsoft Expression Web that is packaged in a Compact Disc (CD). Computer-based learning media declared feasible based on validation by media experts and education experts with a total percentage of 84.1%, Material experts with a total percentage of 87.5%, Limited Test Results / small groups with a total percentage of 97.08% and results wider test / large group with a total percentage of 91.56%. From the test results above it can be concluded that the learning media with microsoft expression web that is designed is very feasible to be used as a supporting medium in learning web programming courses.Keywords: Computer-based learning media, Microsoft Expression Web

The purpose of this study was to analyze the requirements of instrument, the characteristics of the developed questions prototype, the feasibility of the questions, and the thinking level of students regarding Van Hiele's Theory of geometry concept taught with assistance of Geogebra Software. This study was a Research and Development using Wina Sanjaya's model. The instrument' development procedure consists of four stages, namely: Preliminary Stage, Product Development Stage; Stage of Trial and Product Validation and Dissimination Stage of products. The instrument feasibility is based on the accuracy and practicality test. The subjects of this study were all students of class XI Santu Petrus Pontianak 2016/2017 Academic Year, with a sample of class XI-MIA3 students chosen randomly. The results showed the level of instrument feastibility which expressed through experts' testing and student' opinions, calculation of validity, reliability, distinguishing factors, levels of difficulty, and practicality test results. The instrument obtained an average validity of 0.68 belongs to high category, a reliability of 0.998 belongs to very high category, and a difficulty level of 0.35 belongs to moderate category. The percentage of content validity, construction and language content rated by the experts  amounted to 91.16%, which categorized as high. The student response rate was 80.9% which belong to good category.Keywords: Instruments, Van Hiele's theory, Geogebra Software

Students' mathematics learning achievement is influenced by many factors, one of which is the learning media used. The textbook is one alternative learning media. The textbook used previously was not focused on problem-solving, so that this development research aims to produce a textbook based on problem-solving in algebra that is valid, effective, and practical. This research uses Gall & Borg development research which is limited to seven steps namely research and information collecting, planning, developing a preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revisions, main field testing, and dissemination. This research was conducted at the Department of Mathematics Education, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Instruments and data collection used in this study were textbook validation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and student response questionnaire. The results of the research showed that the validation result of the textbook was included in the highly valid criteria (86,74 %), the test results met the criteria of classical completeness (82,75%), and the students' response to the textbook was very high (83,33%). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the algebra textbook based on problem-solving can be used in learning. The results of the application of an algebra textbook based on the problem-solving show an increase in student achievement with an N-Gain value of 0.32.

Learning PAI (Islamic Education) seeks to increase the interest of students to develop the knowledge, skills and ability to think about nature and its contents are full of secrets endless. Based Permendiknas No. 23 of 2006, Standard Competency Education Unit (SKL-SP) SMP / MTS include: students can find and apply information from the environment and other sources logically, critically and creatively, and students can demonstrate the ability analyze and solve problems in everyday life. The purpose of development research are: 1) to describe the model of PAI that has been applied in SMP Negeri 1 Puri Mojokerto 2) Describe the product feasibility PAI learning for junior secondary students and secondary review of aspects of the model Student Facilitator and Explaining 3) Produce Learning PAI student Facilitator and explaining the model that corresponds to the culture and character of students in SMP Negeri 1 Puri Mojokerto Products PAI learning facilitator and explaining the model student has been accomplished based analysis of trial data. Based on the measures that have been implemented can be concluded as follows. 1). Products are revised based on theoretically and empirically test results are: Revised by students by questionnaire: Change to increase the attractiveness of the model 2) Products that are developed interesting for classical learning in the classroom and independently. 3) The product of these products can ease the burden of teachers in teaching. 4) The results of expert validation and testing, PAI Learning Facilitator and explaining the model student is fit for use for subjects of Natural Sciences (PAI). 5) Products that are developed can increase students' motivation, and motivation is one of the conditions of implementation of productive models.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android untuk memudahkan pemahaman konsep trigonometri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang didukung data kuantitatif. Model Pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE. Karya inovasi ini dibuat dengan macromediaflash 8. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 siswa pada ujicoba kelompok kecil dan 30 siswa pada ujicoba kelompok besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan menggunakan model Miles Huberman.Hasilpengembangan diperoleh sebuah media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa untuk mempermudah mengingat rumus trigonometri. Kata kunci: Media pembelajaran, android, konsep trigonometri Abstract [The Development of Interactive Android Based Learning Media to Facilitate Understanding of Trigonometric Concepts]. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive android based learning media to facilitate understanding of trigonometric concepts. This research is a development research with qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. Development model used is ADDIE. The innovation work was made with Macromedia Flash 8. The subjects in this study consisted of 8 students on a small group trial and 30 students on a large group trial. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Qualitative data analysis technique using Miles Huberman model. The results of the development obtained a learning media that can help students to simplify remembering the trigonometric formula. Abstract This paper presents the design and the test results of a 25 Gbps VCSEL driving ASIC fabricated in a 55 nm CMOS technology as an attempt for the future very high-speed optical links. The VCSEL driving ASIC is composed of an input equalizer stage, a pre-driver stage and a novel output driver stage. To achieve high bandwidth, the pre-driver stage combines the inductor-shared peaking structure and the active-feedback technique. A novel output driver stage uses the pseudo differential CML driver structure and the adjustable FFE pre-emphasis technique to improve the bandwidth. This VCSEL driver has been integrated in a customized optical module with a VCSEL array. Both the electrical function and optical performance have been fully evaluated. The output optical eye diagram has passed the eye mask test at the data rate of 25 Gbps. The peak-to-peak jitter of 25 Gbps optical eye is 19.5 ps and the RMS jitter is 2.9 ps.

Very high-energy resolution measurements using X-rays can be achieved by extreme backreflection (Bragg angle close to 90°) from perfect crystals. This technique, combined with the high intensity of X-rays emitted by synchrotron-radiation sources, allowed the development of the instrument INELAX for inelastic scattering experiments. The principles and test results are discussed.

Corrosion of equipment in the oil and gas complex is a global problem, as it contributes to huge material costs and global disasters that violate the environment. Corrosion control methods used to protect equipment do not always ensure the absolute safety of the operation of oil and gas facilities. Moreover, they are quite expensive. The developed method for controlling the electrochemical parameters of aqueous solutions to combat complications during the operation of oil-field pipelines provides the necessary protection against corrosion. The method is economical and environmentally friendly, since it does not require the use of chemical reagents. The test results have shown a very high efficiency in dealing with complications in oil fields.
