Learning is a process of communication between learners, instructors and teaching materials. SDIT ATH-THAARIQ 2 Dumai is one of the integrated Islamic elementary schools in the city of Dumai, has a vision of realizing the Qur'anic generation, Islamic civilization, intelligent, high achievers, towards global-minded human beings. SDIT ATH-THAARIQ 2 Dumai familiarizes students with praying in congregation and dhuha prayers every day, practicing Islamic customs such as eating and drinking, going to the toilet, adab to old people, procedures for taking the right and memorizing methods juz amma. Teaching and learning activities currently still use book and blackboard media. This makes students less interested and bored during the learning process, thus giving the effect of lazy learning which results in a decrease in students' ability to absorb lessons. Learning media are designed according to the needs and attractive appearance, in the application are designed lightweight games to eliminate boredom in students and facilitate students in memorizing. The application design is made using Adobe Photoshop CS6 software, and Adobe Flash Professional CS6. This application can improve students 'ability in memorizing juz amma and understand how to take whudu correctly so that it makes it easier for teachers in the learning process. Students' abilities increase by 50% and boredom during learning can be overcome by the existence of such learning media, because the display in the application is easily understood by students.

Abstrak : Keberhasilan suatu proses belajar mengajar dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua faktor yang mendominasi yaitu model pembelajaran dan motivasi yang dimiliki siswa saat belajar. Dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang tepat akan membuat kegiatan belajar mengajar lebih menarik sehingga menarik rasa ingin tahu siswa untuk belajar. Rasa ingin tahu merupakan motivasi alami yang dimiliki oleh siswa, sehingga mereka tertarik untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini model yang akan digunakan adalah Problem Based Learning atau dikenal dengan Problem Based Learning (PBL). Model pembelajaran ini berorientasi pada siswa, dimana guru akan memberikan objek permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan materi dan siswa akan diminta untuk menganalisis penyelesaian masalah tersebut dengan menggali berbagai informasi baik dari buku, internet ataupun hasil siswa. Sedangkan guru hanya berperan sebagai fasilitator dan mengarahkan siswa. Tujuan dari artikel review ini adalah (1) untuk mengkaji model Problem Based Learning (2) mempelajari hasil belajar (3) untuk mengkaji model Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Abstract: The success of a teaching and learning process is influenced by various factors. In this study, there are two factors that dominate, namely the learning model and the motivation that students have when learning. By applying the right learning model, it will make teaching and learning activities more interesting so that it attracts students' curiosity to learn. Curiosity is a natural motivation possessed by students, so they are interested in participating in the learning process. In this study, the model to be used is Problem Based Learning or known as Problem Based Learning (PBL). This learning model is oriented towards students, where the teacher will provide an object of problems related to the material and students will be asked to analyze the resolution of the problem by exploring a variety of information both from books, the internet or students' results. Whereas the teacher only acts as a facilitator and directs students. The purpose of this review article is (1) to examine the Problem Based Learning model (2) to study the learning outcomes (3) to examine the Problem Based Learning model in improving learning outcomes.

The development of science and technology increasingly encourage renewal efforts in the utilization of technology results in teaching and learning process. One of the technology that can be used in teaching and learning process is education media. Educational media used must be adapted to the development and demands of the times. Support the right educational media used in teaching and learning process will facilitate the achievement of learning objectives can be. Therefore, the education media will affect the absence of a complete and appropriate learning information target, and affect the outcome of the learning process. At the beginning of the spread of Islam has been known teaching and learning activities, when the media has been there and education has been applied by the Prophet Muhammad SAW in teaching science and Islamic law to the friends. Some educational media clusters expressed in the Qur'an and al-Hadith, among others: Audio education media contained in al-Qur'an letter al-'Alaq (96) verse 1; Al-Isra '(17) verse 14; Al-Ankabut (29) verse 45; Al-Muzammil (73) verse 20. Pandemic situation covid-19 that hit the world, made everyone forced to isolate themselves in the house, causing all activities to be done at home, including the teaching and learning process. Home learning activities are still carried out using online methods.The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of online-based learning on student learning achievement. The samples in this study were all students of Diploma Three Midwifery Program numbering 70 people.This research uses descriptive design with quantitative approach, data analysis used chi square. The results of the study have the effect of online-based learning on student achievement. Obtained a significance score of 0.025 smaller than 0.05 which means that online learning has an influence on student achievement (P<0.05). It is expected that parents can supervise during the implementation of learning, and it is expected that lecturers can use the right methods so that the material can be absorbed by students properly.

The purpose of this study is to facilitate teaching and learning activities, so that it can improve students' understanding of the mathematics material presented by the teacher and can be used as a medium to increase interest and interest in the learning process. Learning media plays an important role in teaching and learning activities so that the teaching and learning process becomes effective and easy to apply, but in reality in the world of education learning media is often not paid attention to because of limited time to make teaching preparation and it is difficult to find the right media. At MI NW Liqaul Amal still using manual learning media using books, writing and other teaching aids as student learning tools, learning media like this still cannot increase student interest, especially in mathematics lessons. One of the learning methods used to overcome these problems is to create interactive learning media in mathematics subjects. This learning media starts with a needs analysis process that will be used in making flash-based interactive learning media and making concepts or designs according to the results of the analysis. The results to be achieved in making interactive learning media on mathematics subjects are that students can understand the material and increase student interest in learning, so that the teaching and learning process becomes more effective

Special service administration is to provide services specifically or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. But specifically given by the school to the students so that they are more optimal in carrying out the learning process Special service management in schools is basically set and organized to facilitate or facilitate learning, and can meet the special needs of students at school. Special services are held in schools with the aim of facilitating the implementation of teaching in the context of achieving educational goals in schools. Education in schools also includes trying to keep students in good condition. Good here concerning physical and spiritual aspects. Special services provided by schools to students, between schools one with other schools are generally the same, but the management process and utilization are different. Some special services available at school include: Library, Labor, UKS (School of Health Business), School Kafetaria, Facilities of worship, Dormitory, Cooperatives and Transportation. Thus, special service management is a process of providing services to students to support learning activities so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract. This journal discusses the development of variations in teaching in increasing learning motivation. The learning process is an activity that involves an individual (physical and spiritual), learning activities are never carried out without a strong motivation or motivation from within the individual or from outside the individual who participates in learning activities. Therefore, the learning process requires the development and use of variations in teaching to generate student motivation. Variations in teaching include variations in teaching styles, variations in media and materials, and variations in teaching and learning interactions. Abstractlearning process  good teaching  can create a situation that allows children to learn, so that is the starting point of the success of teaching. The low quality of education depends on the management of the teaching and learning process which can be interpreted as being less effective in the teaching and learning process, the causes: (1) Low learning activities, (2) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The case in Solok City Middle School, the low level of student learning activities allegedly influenced the low student learning outcomes. Based on observations on class VIII A which included the superior class had not yet achieved the desired completeness, the class with the least completeness was class VIII B which was 33.33% with KKM 65 criteria. Seeing this reality, teachers were required to motivate students and foster enthusiasm student learning. Therefore, to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, the author tries to apply student learning activities through discussion methods in small groups.Keywords: Learning, discussion AbstrakProses belajar mengajar yang baik dapat menciptakan situasi yang mmemungkinkan anak belajar, sehingga merupakan titik awal keberhasilan pengajaran. Rendahnya mutu pendidikan tergantung pada pengelolaan proses belajar mengajar yang dapat diartikan kurang efektifnya proses belajar mengajar, penyebabnya: (1) Rendahnya aktifitas belajar,  (2) Sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai. Kasus pada SMP Negeri % Kota Solok rendahnya aktifitas belajar siswa diduga berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan pengamatanpada  kelas VIII A yang termasuk kelas unggul belum mencapai ketuntasan yang di inginkan, sedangkan kelas yang paling sedikit ketuntasannya adalah kelas VIII B yaitu sebanyak 33,33 % dengan kriterian KKM 65. Melihat kenyataan tersebut, guru dituntut untuk dapat memotivasi siswa dan menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa. Karena itu, untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa, penulis mencoba untuk menerapkan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui metode diskusi dalam kelompok kecil. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, diskusi

The existence of the COVID-19 outbreak has an impact on all sectors of life, one of which is in the education sector, many schools are forced to dismiss their students and teaching and learning activities are carried out online. the transition of Geography teaching and learning activities at MA PPPI Miftahussalam Banyumas from face to face to online creates new problems in learning so that a special strategy is needed in this learning. Although online learning is not effective for achieving learning goals, the teacher must be able to make new innovations so that learning objectives can be achieved. This study uses a qualitative description method by observing the behavior of students when online learning takes place. Learning online Geography class XII at MA PPPI Miftahussalam Banyumas uses educational games. This study aims to find out the right media in learning Geography class XII during the COVID-19 pandemic at MA PPPI Miftahussalam Banyumas. The results of this study showed that 76 students of class XII MA PPPI Miftahussalam Banyumas who had taken the test showed an average value> 8.00. This shows satisfactory results.

What does it mean for artists within academia to make art, teach and learn with and in community, in particular the challenged and challenging Montreal neighborhood of Pointe-St-Charles? This article addresses community engagement in "The Point" from the perspectives of a doctoral student and two instructors involved in "The Right to the City" (TRTC), a three-year, interdisciplinary, placed-based teaching initiative of Concordia University (Montreal). Showcasing the student’s graphic novella, based on the oral history interview of a longtime resident, this article affirms the importance of reciprocity—learning with rather than about—within academic and artistic outreach.
