Social studies education (SSE) is placed among the major academic disciplinary subjects within the school curriculum even from the primary/basic to the secondary level. It is a compulsory subject in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) as well as it was also in the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) Examination. Importance of the subject itself has no question, despite that the content inside the subject and the delivery of the subject to the student are the major concerns. By the principle, the SSE is the combination of knowledge, skill and values of the society. It is the composition of the academic disciplinary subjects of social sciences, such as, geography, history, sociology, anthropology, civics, economics, psychology, culture including numbers of social issues and agendas in an integrated form including the past events in the study enables and inspires students to understand the present and become the bona fide citizens. The present paper has focused the position of geography content in the social studies of school education curriculum in Nepal. It has been over viewed in the context of content incorporated inside the subject according to the grades from basic to the secondary level and the delivery systems in each chapter. At the end, the final outcomes have been summarized as a form of suggestions to improve the disciplinary development of geography content in the social studies of school education curriculum. Abstract An innovative planning and assessment tool for the subject of Physical Education (PE) on the secondary school level has been created in the course of this research project. Evaluation of the research on the Latvian assessment system in PE has shown the current need for an online based curriculum planning tool (e-planner) which would help teachers to effectively and qualitatively determine the levels of knowledge, skills, personal trait attributes and development dynamics in PE. This finding has served as basis for the hypothesis of the work: creating an e-planner will have a positive influence on the planning and evaluation processes in the subject of Physical Education on secondary level. The author set put to determine the theoretical foundation and the desired content of the E-planner according to the curriculum standard of PE on the secondary level in Latvia and create the planner based on the free Google Forms online platform. Study included the evaluation of teachers’ opinion about using the E-planner for planning and evaluation purposes. The result of this project is the first on-line curriculum planning tool in the Latvian language which is based on the modern theoretical understanding of student-centered planning and the assessment approach in education. Implementing such a tool on a state level across the disciplines would improve the quality of planning and instruction in schools.

The concept of the virtual university is relatively new and it is necessary to distinguish a number of contradictory points in its verification. Firstly, it is the quality of the education received. The problem of educational process content at the virtual university, organization of control and level of accomplished tasks, issues of intellectual abilities and critical thinking development, reflexivity of consciousness are the subject of heated discussions of both the supporters and opponents of the virtual university idea. Secondly, there is the question of the way of thinking. The virtual space involves a network mode of organization characterized by openness of the structure, poly variability of determination and expediency of modal logic. The phenomenon of virtual university is the result of responding to the needs of social transformation. In such model, the content of the social roles of the teacher and the student changes significantly. The competence of the modern teacher is not limited to knowledge. After all, the most experienced academician is not able to absorb all the information in a certain science, and obviously loses in the volume of assimilated information to any search engine.

The purpose of the article is to study the sources and pedagogical interpretation of the "women's question". The subject of the research is the “women's question” and its artistic realization in the novels of Marko Vovchok. The analysis of the problem was carried out by integrating the traditional methods of Russian comparative historical literary criticism with new approaches to world literary criticism - gender, sociocultural, postcolonial, and feminist. As a result of the study, we came to the conclusion that the pedagogical views on the "women's issue" in the writer were formed and developed under the influence of communication with the Ukrainian and European intelligentsia of the 19th century. The progressive part of the intelligentsia of the second half of the XIX - early XX century advocated a change in the social status of women. Representatives of public and pedagogical opinion believed that a woman can not only be a mother, wife, housewife, she is capable of self-realization in other areas of society, for which she needs a decent education. The journalistic work on this problem of women with a possible comparative characterization of the regions of some European countries, which in the period under study were part of the Austro-Hungarian empires, deserves further study

The current educational process is moving from a monotonous, indoctrinate, teacher-centered, top-down, mechanical, verbal, and cognitive process. However, there is an impression that the current practice of Islamic education is sterile from the context of the reality that it is unable to contribute to the various problems that occur. One of the educational problems in adolescents is reflected in the data from the social services. There are five of the eight cases handled by the social service for the protection of women and children are juvenile delinquency cases. Therefore, we need an interpretation and reorientation as well as a paradigm shift from current educational practices. As Muslims, we have the Messenger of Allah as a role model for education. The teaching prophetic techniques and methods can change generations and create a masterpiece in the form of khairu ummah. Among the principles of prophetic education is to strengthen faith before studying the Qur'an. Prophetic education also has a basis on which to become the foundation. The implementation of prophetic education itself consists of several processes, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. This study aims to examine the entire process of implementing prophetic education at the secondary school level, especially in SMP Bina Insan Boarding School. The research method used is field research and library research. The data are then analyzed theoretically and philosophically for further conclusions.
