The distribution of zakat fitrah coincides on the 30th of Ramadhan Hijriyah as in Kedunggede Village. There are prolems in the process of zakat distribution, the results of the reports from each hamlet must be known and singed by the committee chairman of the village administration and then determine the nominal money and weight of rice distributed. The solution offered is to implement an application that has been made by adjusting the needs partners, with the E-Zakat feature. The flow service method starts from presenting the existing infrastructure in Kedunggede Village regarding the use of information technology the presenting the use of the E-Zakat feature. The conclusion of this Amikom Mitra Masyarakat activity is that when the village amil zakat practice the E-Zakat feature it gets a good response and the amil zakat provides a satisfactory assessment because it can provide realtime information so that the time efficiency is felt.

The existence of women farmer groups in the use of land for agriculture, such as existing fruit and vegetables, deserves a response to the follow-up, considering that the activities of women farmer groups have great potential. However, the professions as farmers and agricultural laborers, the income of female farmers and agricultural laborers does not necessarily depend on the season. With the ability to manage further processed agricultural products, they can have reliable income and use a marketing system that is adjusted to the times. This research is a model trial with the title "Business Information Technology Models for Women Farmer Group in Indonesia" with the aim of minimizing disparities in the village. By utilizing knowledge, skills and technology, it is hoped that poverty and disparity can be minimized or even eliminated. This research at a macro level provides benefits to stakeholders, namely human resources who supply raw materials, female farmers who are metamorphosed into entrepreneurs, so that domestic and foreign consumers will get superior regional products with high quality.

The Village

South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

Sukasari Urban Village is one of the villages located in the district Rajeg Tangerang District, Banten. Currently, the development of information technology very rapidly to take advantage of the android application system as enhancing the effectiveness and flexibility of activities to get the information, in this case related to the public service. It is important to get public information faster in the village Sukasari. Observations on public service activities in the Village Sukasari are less effective if it is not included with public service information applications based on Android. With information still use the public services at the village office mading so is difficult to get information society wards. Also the location of the residence community and urban village office to be the cause. By design kiForm app (android app) as a form of use of information technology will facilitate the public to get information public services wherever they are.

Abstract: Information technology era requires speed and processing to obtain information. Users are required to quickly obtain and process information as needed. The use of the internet covers many fields of education but the use of the internet also covers the scope of business and transactions. Development of internet technology is widely used in business and sales transactions. Because the internet can create new entrepreneurs. Internet-based social media is an application service that is widely used as a means for the purpose of publishing a service or product. In the implementation of the service, the pre-test method was used which was given to the mothers of the village of RT 03 RW 01 by giving a questionnaire to measure their understanding of social media. Furthermore, given the delivery of material on understanding social media and the internet. The next method is carried out in practice to implement it. This will provide benefits in understanding social media and the internet for business ventures, both businesses that are established individually or in groups. Because social media can be used as a promotional media, see market developments, provide experiences for consumers and serve as social media for competitors. The results obtained from this service, the community / village mothers have business facilities, namely using the social media Facebook. Penggunaan internet mencangkup banyak bidang pendidikan tetapi penggunaan internet juga mencangkup lingkup bidang usaha dan transaksi.Perkembagan teknologi internet banyak digunakan dalam bidang usaha dan transaksi penjualan. Kerena internet bisa menciptakan para enterpreneur yang baru. Internet berbasis media sosial merupakan suatu layanan aplikasi yang banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana untuk tujuan mempublikasikan suatu jasa atau produk. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian digunakan metode pra test yang diberikan kepada ibu-ibu tiban kampung RT 03 RW 01 dengan memberikan koesioner untuk mengukur pemahaman tentang media social. Selanjutnya diberikan penyampaian materi tentang pemahaman media social dan internet. Metode selanjutnya di lakukan pelaksaan prakterk untuk mengimplemantasikannya.  Hal ini akan memberikan pemanfaatand dalam pemahaman media social dan internet  untuk usaha bisnis, baik usaha yang didirikan secara individual maupun kelompok. Karena media sosial dapat dijadikan suatu media promosi, melihat perkembangan pasar, memberikan pengalaman bagi konsumen dan sebagai media sosial kompetitor. Hasil yang didapat dari pengabdian ini, masyarakat/ibu-ibu tiban kampung mempunyai sarana usaha yaitu menggunakan media sosial facebook. ABSTRACT Rapid development of information technology and increased authority of village by the law No. 06 of 2014 on Village, need the existence of transformational leadership. Village head is expected to have ability to respond the changes, and influence the changes to support village development. The purpose of research are identify the ability of village head to respond the change, and identify behavior of transformational and transactional of village head to govern the village government in Kuburaya Regency. Samples of the research are two villages with different characteristics and resources. The two villages are Telukempening and Sungairaya Dalam. The result shows that limitation and lack of resources in Telukempening encourage the village head to be transformational leader, meanwhile village head of Sungairaya Dalam shows the behavior of transactional leadership. The purpose of this research is toexamine the effect of village officers competency, community participation and utilization of information technology on village fund management. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 55 village officers from 11 villages in the city of Jantho Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District. Statistical testing using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application. The results showed that (1) the competence of the village officers, public participation, and utilization of information technology had a positive effect on village fund management, (2) the competence of village officers had a positive effect on village fund management, (3) public participation had a positive effect on village fund management. (4) the use of information technology has a positive effect on village fund management.   Keyword: Competency Village Officers, Public Participation, Information Technology, Village Financial Management.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi perangkat desa, partisipasi masyarakat dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 55 perangkat desa dari 11 desa di Kecamatan kota Jantho, Aceh besar. Pengujian statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompetensi perangkat desa, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa, (2) kompetensi perangkat desa berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa, (3) partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa, (4) pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa.   Kata kunci: Kompetensi Perangkat Desa, Partisispasi Masyarakat, Teknologi Informasi, Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa.

The advancement of big data analytics is paving the way for knowledge creation based on very huge and unstructured data. Currently, information is scattered and growth tremendously, containing many information but difficult to be interpreted. Consequently, traditional approaches are no longer suitable for unstructured data but very rich in information. This situation is different from the role of previous information technology in which information is based on structured data, stored in the local storage, and in more advanced form, information can be retrieved through internet. Meanwhile, in Indonesia data are collected by many institutions with different measurement standard. The nature of the data collection is top-down, carried out by survey which is expensive yet unreliable and stored exclusively by respective institution. SIDeKa (Sistem Informasi Desa dan Kawasan/Village and Regional Information System), which are connected nationally, is proposed as a system of data collection in the village level and prepared by local people. Using SIDeKa, data reliability and readiness can be improved at the local level. The goals of the SIDeKa is not only local people have information in their hand such as poverty level, production, commodity price, the area of cultivated land, and the outbreak of diseases in their village, but also they have information from the neighboring villages or event at the national level. For government, data reliability will improve the policy effectiveness. This paper discusses the implementation and role of SIDeKa for knowledge creation in the village level, especially for the agricultural activities which has been initiated in 2015.Keywords: big data analytics; SIDeKa;  unstructured data.

The Village

The Evaluation of Pilot Project Universitas Membangun Desa (UMD) focuses on the development of villages in Bondowoso district of East Java province through the innovation of the use of information technology. This study presents an evaluation of the implementation of a pilot project of the Village Information Administration System (SAID) implemented in ten villages located in two wringin and cermee sub districts in 2016. This program is an innovative collaboration between Jember University, Community Collaboration and welfare services (KOMPAK) and Australian Aid. The purpose of this program is to build a Village Information System (SID) and utilize it to create an independent village in data and information, introduction of village potential and marketing of village superior products. through a qualitative approach, this research can describe the context and setting naturally through observation, interviews with stakeholders and beneficiaries of the program. The results show that the Village Information Administration System (SAID) is able to accelerate and improve the quality of village government services but there are several problems in its implementation such as internet network problems, low human resource competence, lack of support from village government and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. One aspect that needs to be studied more deeply about the village administration in the era of village autonomy is the ability of the human resources in the management of village government in accordance village governance objectives and the demands of, “Undang – undang no 06 Tahun 2014 about the village. The capacity of the village government deemed not qualified to run the authority possessed by law the village. Weak capacity of rural government impact on law implementation failure that led to the poor rural village development. This study examines these issues. This study used qualitative research methods. The unit of analysis of this research that the village government Landungsari Dau District of Malang, East Java. This study was conducted over three years (2016, 2017, 2018). The findings of the research during the last four months in the first year of the study is Landungsari village administration showed a good performance in governance at the village of village autonomy era (the era of the Village Law. The village government is able to carry out rural development planning, village administrative governance, and the financial management of the village properly. Nevertheless, the village government also faces serious problems is the lack of human resource capacity of the village administration, village very less quantity, and village officials do not understand the duties of each. To address these issues, the village government seeks to organize village governance based on information technology (e-government), but the effort has not worked well because the village government does not have a human resources professional in the field of information technology and the village government does not have enough budget to develop the e-government program. Therefore, the research team conducting FGD on the development of e-government program. FGD village government resulted in an agreement in cooperation with governmental science labs and e-government program APBDes budgeted in fiscal year 2017. Step next phase is the research team conducting FGD Phase II to design e-government as a means of governance villages effective and efficient, to disseminate the e-government, and publishes scientific articles on the model of governance based rural e-government in the Journal of Politics and Government Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. Our advice as a researcher is a village government should make regulations governing Internet-based mechanism of public services (e-government). The regulation is to encourage villagers Landungsari to get used to using services based on the Internet, the district government of Malang should provide support to the village government to make innovations in governance, and the central government should support the village government to strengthen rural government institutions such as the addition of the village
