The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of acquisition duty of right on land and building exemption policy in terms of achieving tax revenues at the regional tax and retribution agency jakarta pusat in 2018 as well as the obstacles and efforts made in the acquisition duty of right on land and building exemption policy. This study used a qualitative method of descriptive approach, the data collection techniques were by observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The study used the theory of G. Shabbir Cheema and Dennis A. Roninelli based on the factors of environmental conditions, relationships between organizations, resources, and the characteristics of the implementers. The obstacle factor in this study is the low level of public awareness, especially the people of Jakarta Pusat, they are not active in checking in the field for differences in acquisition value of the taxable object. The efforts made to solve the obstacles are the public and open socialization and conducting field checks on the basis of acquisition value of the taxable object calculations.

The development of tourism on the coast of Pulau Merah Banyuwangi has resulted in the welfare felt directly by the people around the coast. This article discussed the results of development of the Pulau Merah coast by using the inclusive development paradigm, they are consists of benefits, participation, and ecology aspects. This qualitative research has used a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews of 27 informants. The results of this study indicated that in the development of tourism in Pulau Merah, especially the achievement of inclusive development was good. This is caused in three aspects of inclusive development; the aspects of benefits, participation, and ecology are well implemented. The benefits of the development of Pulau Merah have been felt evenly by the people. Community participation of Pulau Merah coast is quite high. The public awareness of the importance of ecology on the coast of Pulau Merah is also high.

Introduction. Public relations is an important service in the library, public relations functions as the delivery of information to users. This study aims to see the perceptions of librarians' perceptions in implementing the public relations function at the Padang State University Library. The specific objectives of this study are; (1) to see the perceptions of librarians in serving library users, (2) to be alert to foster trust from library users to librarians, (3) to see librarians in serving library users, (4) to see how to start and stop librarian communication with library, (5) to see how librarians notify library users if any. new collection, (6) to see the service implementation. public relations by librarians for library users. Data Collection Medhod. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by direct research into the library who conducted an interview with one of the librarians in the field of circulation services at the Library of Padang State University. Result And Discussions. Based on the results of research conducted, the results show that public relations services at the Padang State University Library in conveying information to users are based on user needs. The inability of users to find information is the librarian's job to find the information needed and convey information related to new collections that exist in the library to the library users. Conclusions. The research was conducted using qualitative methods to obtain information related to the perception and implementation of public relations at the Padang State University Library. The purpose of this research is to provide education to increase public awareness of the dangers of covid-19. In addition, this study found the importance of raising public awareness to adhere to health protocols to avoid the dangers of Covid-19.  The research target is the government of Gampong Aneuk Glee, Indrapuri Sub District. This study uses a qualitative method that aims to determine the Gampong government’s strategy in increasing public awareness about the dangers of Covid-19. The data was obtained through three data collection methods, including interviews, observation, and analysis. The results showed that the Gampong Aneuk Glee government had carried out many strategies in increasing public awareness, such as placing banners and appealing to the public about the dangers of Covid-19. It is intended to increase public awareness regarding the dangers of Covid-19 optimally.

Anime is known by the people of Indonesia as an animation made in Japan. Whereas in Japan itself, the word “anime” is used to refer to any animated film, regardless of where the origin of the anime is. Anime is liked by many Indonesians because the visual characters of anime are considered to be very interesting such as big eyes, colorful hair, etc. Anime lovers, also called otaku, usually spend their time watching anime. Anime can be used as an informal learning media that uses the senses of sight and hearing or it is called audio visual. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method and data collection through quotation of words from the anime Barakamon, an adaptation of the manga that was composed and illustrated by Satsuki Yoshino. This anime’s genre is comedy, slice of life. This study aims to provide more knowledge about anime as a media for learning Japanese, especially about common expressions such as pronouns, greetings, apologies, and expressions of thanks.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang kasus penegakan kebijakan protokol kesehatan yang tidak konsisten di Kota Pontianak. Kondisi masyarakat ini merepresentasikan keterlibatan mereka sebagai bagian dari penyelenggaraan kebijakan, khususnya dalam penegakan kebijakan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemic Covid-19. Terjadi ketimpangan yang tidak adil dalam penegakan aturan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengumpulan data sekunder juga dilakukan dengan penelusuran daring. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ketaatan masyarakat Kota Pontianak terhadap penyelenggaraan aturan protokol kesehatan tergolong baik. Hal ini dilihat dari kepatuhan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan perilaku menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, dan memakai masker secara konsisten. Meski demikian, ada juga pelanggaran aturan yang terjadi. Hal ini dilihat dari jumlah sanksi atau denda yang diberlakukan kepada sejumlah pengusaha kedai kopi. This paper describes the case of inconsistent health protocol policy enforcement in Pontianak City. The condition of this community represents their involvement as part of the implementation of policies, especially in the enforcement of health protocol policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. There is unfair and inequality in the enforcement of the rule. This research uses qualitative method, with primary data collection by interview and observation. Secondary data collection is also done with online browsing. Based on the results of the study, the adherence of the people of Pontianak city to the implementation of health protocol rules is relatively good. This is seen from the community's compliance in maintaining distance, washing hands, and wearing masks consistently. However, there is also a violation of the rules that occur, this is seen from the number of sanctions or fines imposed on a number of coffee shop entrepreneurs.

<p class="07KatakunciKeywords">This study aims to determine the perspective of Islamic eco-theology in the Reresik Sendang tradition in Wonosoco Village. How the people of Wonosoco Village carry out, interpret, and how the Reresik Sendang tradition is seen from the perspective of Islamic eco-theology. This research uses a type of field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques obtained through the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings from this study indicate several important points: First, the tradition of Reresik Sendang is a form of effort by the people of Wonosoco Village in preserving the natural environment based on Islamic teachings. Secondly, in the implementation of the Reresik Sendang tradition, there are still rituals which are Hindu-Buddhist teachings. The community interpreted that the Sendang Reresik tradition is a form of gratitude to God Almighty, as well as a form of respect for the ancestors. Third, viewed from the perspective of Islamic eco-theology in the Reresik Sendang tradition in Wonosoco Village, there is a meeting point in it, which sees nature as a "sign" of God.</p>

This research aims to describe sentence production errors especially pause and tongue slips in the 2018 Student Constitutional Debate Competition. The benefits of research for the researcher are to deepen knowledge about language, especially errors in the production of sentences, and for the reader to give knowledge to the public about the study of psycholinguistics in producing a sentence and broaden the insight into language about sentence production. Descriptive qualitative method was used in this study. This research used source data of 2018 Student Constitutional Debate Competition semifinal one and final one video. In this study the tapping technique was used for the data collection technique. Based on the results of data management and analysis, the sentence production errors contained in the 2018 Student Constitution Debate Contest video are (1) Breathing pause, (2) Doubt pause, (3) Malaproprism, (4) Transposition tongue slip, (5) Anticipation tongue slip, (6) Perseveration tongue slip. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan produksi kalimat terutama senyapan dan kilir lidah pada Lomba Debat Konstitusi Mahasiswa Tahun 2018. Manfaat penelitian bagi peneliti adalah untuk memperdalam pengetahuan mengenai bahasa khususnya kesalahan produksi kalimat dan bagi pembaca yaitu untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang kajian Psikolinguistik dalam memproduksi suatu kalimat serta memperluas wawasan kebahasaan mengenai produksi kalimat. Dalam penelitian digunakan metode berupa desktiptif kualitatif. Penelitian menggunakan sumber data berupa video Lomba Debat Konstitusi Mahasiswa tahun 2018 babak semifinal satu dan final satu. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik sadap catat. Berdasarkan hasil pengelolaan dan analisis data, kesalahan produksi kalimat yang terdapat dalam video Lomba Debat Konstitusi Mahasiswa Tahun 2018 yaitu (1) Senyapan pernapasan, (2) Senyapan keraguan, (3) Kilir lidah malaproprisme, (4) Kilir lidah transposisi, (5) Kilir lidah antisipasi, (6) Kilir lidah perseverasi. <span>This research aimed to find out the public perception of the use of financial technology (Fintech). The informant in this research is the citizen of Medan as a user fintech or not. Data collection techniques by using in-depth interviews to 10 informants with different ages and professions background. The analysis technique by using descriptive qualitative method that is useful to provide facts and data. The result shows that public perception toward the use of financial technology (fintech) includes attitude, interest, understanding, motivation, and expectation. Where attitude of society towards the use of fintech, providing support to the progress of financial technology innovation in Indonesia is very helpful for the community, while the public interest to use fintech has been proven from interviews 9 out of 10 respondents have been interested by using it. The society has understood the benefits and usage of fintech because using fintech is more efficient and effective than other financial services so that people are motivated to use fintech. The society hope to the organizers of fintech in order to provide socialization to the public and practicality in using the service, so that people who lack understanding of technology can use it easily.</span>

Every development activity always leads to better things. If development is not achieved, it will impact the society negatively. Through each of existing social changes, the existing community is expected to work together in carrying out any existing development activities, one of which is in the tourism sector, namely the construction of the Equator Park. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and the techniques used in data collection are observation and interviews. The purpose of this study is to see and find out the changes that have occurred in economic and socio-cultural fields that have existed in the community, especially in Jeruju Besar Village since the existence of the Equator Park tourist destination. The results indicated the occurrence of socio-cultural and economic changes leading to positive things for the people in Jeruju Besar village since the existence of the Equator Park tourist destination, and the community is required to be more creative and innovative in creating Equator Park tourist attractions and utilizing technology in introducing the tourist attractions.
