In connection with the current situation in the country for the development of sport in general and particularly in the regions and the represented Strategy for the development of physical culture and sports until 2028, the article presents SWOT-analysis as one of the options for strategic development of the sport. The study identifies the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a particular region with a rating of the probability of factors occurrence and the coefficient of their impact on the development of field hockey. Purpose: strategic analysis of the external and internal environment of field hockey development. Due to the complex analysis and individual method of expert assessment, the assessment of development strategy and internal transformations, potential advantages and limitations of development is carried out, guided by complex factors caused in modern conditions. Based on the strategy of potential advantages and limitations of the strategic development of the sport, the following conclusions can be drawn: the main threats are lack of attention of governing bodies to the sport and underfunding, which leads to limited material incentives, low rate of material and technical base improvement and migration of field hockey athletes and coaches. One of the important internal changes in the development of field hockey in the region is a program-targeted method that will help streamline and distribute the stages of funding and detail ways to transform the threats of SWOT- analysis in this work into perspective and enhance opportunities for internal change in strategic development of regional field hockey.

Introduction. In the insurance market of Ukraine, there is a need for non-commercial insurance, which does not carry out business activities in favor of shareholders, but implements the principle of collective mutual assistance of insurance participants. Its necessity is determined, first of all, by the possibility at affordable prices to provide real insurance coverage to the general population, agricultural producers, small business representatives, and others like that. The development of the strategic development of the work of insurance companies prompts them to rational use of all their resources, in order to increase their efficiency at all stages of development. For this purpose, special methods of strategic management are used, which include the search for economic criteria that provide an objective assessment of the company's activities. Thus, conducting this analysis will enable each company to make it competitive on the insurance market. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to reveal and substantiate the institutional forms and perform SWOT analysis to identify the weak and strong points of the organization of the insurance company and the strategic development of insurance activities in general. Research results. The article reveals the concept of institutional forms of organization of insurance activity in Ukraine. Conducted competitive analysis (SWOT-analysis) of strategic development of insurance companies and organization of insurance activity in Ukraine. The proposed ways of strategic development, weak and strong forms of organization of insurance activity are revealed. Conclusion. Insurance companies have financial institutionalization of their forms of activity. Under this concept is understood the process of consolidation of norms, roles, statuses, rules for bringing and combining them into the insurance system for the ability to act for insurance protection. The conducted analysis of the activity of the insurance company, its development strategy provides an opportunity to identify the most promising directions for its development and organization of work. Thus, the identification of weak and strong sides of the company, based on SWOT analysis, positively influences the development of the company's future strategy, its organizational structure, as well as the quality and price of insurance services.

The regions’ development specializing in the minerals extraction has certain features, primarily due to the region's economy mono-dependence on its structure diversifying possibility. In modern conditions, the study of the problem of an innovative approach to the strategic development of mining regions in Russia becomes obvious and logical. The article examines the issues of a conceptually new approach to the elaboration of the strategy for the mining region development as the main prerequisites for increasing its socio-economic condition efficiency. The use of marketing technologies in the region development strategy, as well as clustering based on the territorial production placement forms, taking into account the placement principles, the region subjects integration both inside and outside the national economic network, contributes to accelerating the solution of the tasks faced by all participants in the regional development process. A coal mining region SWOT-analysis was carried out. The main result of the work is the assessment of the synergetic effect value that manifests itself in the provision of resources combining the region’s spheres and industries. The results of the study can be recommended for use in the strategy development for the "monoregions" sustainable development.

In modern conditions of development of the Russian tourism market, the practice of introducing “informative paths” routes as one of the forms of interpretation of a healthy lifestyle and a desire to protect the environment is becoming popular. For high-quality functioning of walking routes in Russia in general and the Republic of the Crimea in particular, it is necessary to carry out systematization and expert assessment of old routes, to carry out routine planning of the new ones. For the development and deployment of the existing and new informative walking tours, working out and adaptation of the development strategy of such tourist routes are necessary. The authors claim that a necessary element in developing a strategy for organizing informative walking tours is the diagnosis of the current strategy for managing informative walking tourism. During the research, its own development strategy of modern informative footpaths was developed, which is based on four main forms of strategic development: strategy of growth, development strategy, strategy of business, and strategy of competitiveness. Proceeding from the proposed mechanisms for the development strategy of informative footpaths, quality indicators can be achieved through a methodical approach to the development of a strategy for the development of “informative paths” to achieve compliance with the requirements of the tourist services market, existing goals, forms, methods, procedures, and projects.

This research intended  to evaluate the development strategy of Marine Fish Hatchery Unit at Gumilamo Island, North Halmahera. Analysis SWOT was used to determine the development strategy. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and literature relevant to the research. SWOT analysis showed the internal and external factors that affected the development of Marine Fish Hatchery at Gumilamo island. The strenght were location, water quality , local government support, and availability of seeds and feed. Weakness were lack of public interest, lack of extension and human resources. Opportunity were the high value of the sale, business opportunities and  local government regulation. The purpose of the article is to determine the conceptual fundamentals of modern sport system in the Strategy for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports in our country for the period until 2030, using the analysis of the fundamental changes in modern sports and the orientation of population to the values of sports. Methods and organization of the research. Analysis of the problem occurs on basis of the au-thor’s theory of sports, the study of relevant empirical facts, the results of sociological studies, as well as an analytical review of publications. Results and discussion. Analysis of the fundamental changes in modern sports and the orienta-tion of the population to the values of sport activities resulted in substantiation of conceptual provisions on the significance of the number of activities. These activities include development of various models of modern sports; priority of its health and recreational function; organizing sports for health and recreation as a new model of mass sports and as an element of the structure of children and youth sports; implementing sports for health and recreation into the education system for children and youth. Conclusion. Practical implementation of the formulated conceptual fundamentals of the modern sport system in the Strategy for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports for the period until 2030 primarily depends on changing the priorities of the state social policy in the field of sports. Innovative delivery of sport activities resulted in promotion of healthy lifestyle and crea-tive recreational activities of local communities should take the place of the practice of putting forward sports records and victories of a narrow group of people.

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. The article studies theoretical and methodological bases of the strategic management of the development of administrative territories, considers the essence of strategic management and formulates the advantages of using it in management of administrative territory. Based on the analysis of the key provisions of the EU regional policy, the strategy of “smart specialization” is considered as the most common approach to territorial development. Using the experience of the countries of the European Union as a basis, a BPMN diagram, describing the conceptual bases for the formation of a competitive territory strategy, was built. Practical approaches to the formation of strategies for the development of administrative territories operating in Ukraine, regulatory acts, in particular, that had a direct impact on the formation of the existing model of strategic territorial management, were analyzed. The main requirements to the content of the strategic plan were considered and the list of key provisions and analytical methods (socio-economic analysis, comparative analysis, SWOT-analysis, PESTLE-analysis, sociological analysis) was formulated. Using the comparative legal analysis of the experience of the European Union as a basis, a number of features can be highlighted that must be taken into account in the process of forming the administrative territory development strategy.
