One of the accreditation indicators of a modern Uni-versity is research work. The paper presents an anal-ysis of research carried out at the Department of foreign and Russian languages of the Siberian Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the problem of forming the speech culture of foreign students. The research period is 2018–2020. The topics are indicated, the stages of research are briefly described, and the prospects for scientific work are determined. Research work was carried out on the following topics: “Teaching Russian speech etiquette to students of training courses for foreign specialists in educational organizations of the Minis-try of Internal Affairs of Russia”; “Formation of speech culture of students of training courses for foreign specialists, taking into account the regional component”. The presented generalization of the research work made it possible to verify the rele-vance of the chosen direction and the need for fur-ther continuation of the work.

The need for scientific and theoretical comprehension and normative registration of definitions and provisions related to the scientific support of the activities of internal affairs bodies, the importance of creating a sound system of organizational and methodological foundations of scientific activity of a teaching employee working in an educational organization of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, taking into account the requirements of the time and current legislation (order The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated November 13, 2020 No. 767 approved the Concept of scientific support for the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030) determines the relevance of the research topic both in theoretical and practical terms. The challenge of the research lies in the contradiction between the need to fulfill the requirements of the “Concept of scientific support for the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030” and the absence of a section that provides training in the organizational and methodological foundations of scientific activity in the programs of supplementary vocational education for pedagogical staff of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. This article studies the importance of professional communication training for employees of internal affairs in the educational organization of the Ministry of internal affairs agencies of Russia. The research justified the necessity of developing communicative qualities, acquiring professional knowledge and communication skills of a law enforcement officer by the fact that law enforcement officers are the specialists of the «man-man» professional system. Professional communication of employees of internal affairs has its own characteristics, which are primarily related to interaction with different categories of citizens, including those citizens who violate the law and public order. It is important for the employee to be able to interact with citizens at a high professional level, and for this it is necessary to possess mental and pedagogical technologies. Training of an internal affairs officer in psychological and pedagogical technologies takes place in educational organization of the Ministry of internal affairs of Russia. However, in nowadays, due to the coronavirus educational organizations teach online and these circumstances have led to a negative tendency associated with the formation of personal qualities in employees that do not contribute to effective professional communication. This negative orientation is confirmed by the research conducted by the authors focused on the study of communicative qualities of employees of internal affairs agencies. The research involved employees studying in an educational organization of the Ministry of internal affairs of Russia. The research found an increasing negative tendency of development of such negative qualities as low self-esteem, uncertainty, social and communicative passivity of employees of internal affairs agencies. In conclusion the authors provided their views and perspectives on how to address those emerging issues.

he object of the study, which formed the basis of this article was to optimize the possibilities of teaching English in educational organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and the subject is studying the vocabulary of English scientific literature to optimize the possibilities of teaching English in educational organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The aim of the work is to improve and optimize the use of the vocabulary of the English scientific literature to optimize the possibilities of teaching English in educational institutions of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as well as developing recommendations for teachers on the use of scientific terminology in the process of teaching a foreign language to students and students of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The research methods used in this scientific work are the analysis and systematization of scientific literature on the subject of the research; statistical data processing methods. The scientific novelty of the research consists in expanding, supplementing and refining scientific views on optimizing the possibilities of teaching English in educational institutions of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The practical significance of the results lies in the substantiation of the possibility of using the vocabulary of the English scientific literature in the process of teaching a foreign language to cadets and students of the Russian Interior Ministry.

The article presents the results of the study of the volitional sphere of employees of the internal Affairs bodies. With the help of comparative analysis the distinctive psychological features of volitional regulation of cadets and students studying in educational institutions of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia of open and closed types are revealed. The authors for the first time presented the characteristics of two types of educational institutions of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia (open and closed), influencing the features of the development of the volitional sphere of students. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that when comparing the data of self-assessments of volitional qualities, the identity of the rank structure of volitional qualities in the tested educational organizations of open and closed types is found. When comparing the results obtained by using the method of the scale of control over the action of Kulya, it is revealed that orientation to the state (self — control) during realization of intention in action is stronger developed at cadets (listeners) of the educational organization of open type of training, and orientation to action (self-regulation) - at subjects of the educational organization of the closed type of training.

The results of analytical studies of the subject and subjectivity in relation to law enforcement officers based on the academicians Eddy V. Sayko and Anatoly A. Derkach’s fundamental research are presented in the article. Service in the internal Affairs bodies is a deterministic system. It is characterized by huge information flows, extreme neuropsychic and emotional loads, and complex interpersonal relationships. In this regard, increased requirements are imposed on employees of all levels of the law enforcement system. After studying the long-term dynamics of the level of readiness of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia in the framework of self-development, it can be concluded that specialized competencies formed in the classroom according to the traditional system are not transformedinto skills of the highest order. Based on the research, the obvious problem of further improving the methodology of teaching competent actions in the course of performing operational and service tasks in various conditions is revealed. It is reasonable that the traditional learning process involves the development of a specific algorithm of actions in standard situations of operational and service activities, and when introducing various tasks of modeling typical situations, students often cannot complete the task in changing conditions (beyond the standard).

The article reveals the content of modern training technologies for internal affairs bodies; approaches are presented to training and education of cadets and students of educational organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and educational methods the foundation of which is formed value content of professional activities: patriotism and citizenship, service to the Fatherland and interests of the people, loyalty to the law and official duty. The authors propose specific methods (case methods, group discussions, role-playing and business games) for use during seminars and practical classes in the discipline «Professional ethics and official etiquette». These methods are active and interactive, and their content is based on the appeal to literary and cinematic works on the activities of law enforcement officers on various stages of national history. The article is of methodological interest for scientific and academicians of educational organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, teaching humanities. The authors come to the conclusion that the use of educational methods of teaching in the classroom gives cadets and listeners a clear idea of the main components of professional activity and official duty, morality and law, strengthens the understanding of the continuity of the glorious traditions of previous generations of employees of the internal affairs bodies, allows creating the Ministry of Internal Affairs in educational organizations Russia a favorable upbringing environment and qualitatively raise the level of practical readiness of graduates for professional activities.

The relevance of the topic is related to the importance of humanitarian education for the formation of worldview and spiritual and moral foundations of the personality. The need for humanistic and humanitarian orientation of University education is justified by many pedagogues. Universities of the MIA of Russia provide students with the opportunity to master a wide range of Humanities. The article presents the results of a study that developed a system of Humanities that affect the spiritual and moral development of students. In the course of the analysis, the worldview and psychological and pedagogical blocks of Humanities were identified, and the number of hours for each course of study was indicated. In addition, the article shows the interdisciplinary connections of Humanities that integrate knowledge on the spiritual and moral sphere of personal development. There are four thematic modules of Humanities: “Man”, “Society”, “Activity”, “Universe”. The analysis of the interdisciplinary interaction of the selected thirteen Humanities is carried out. Examples of forms and methods of formative work are shown, according to the curricula for the mastering these disciplines. The topics, their content, forming competencies, forms and methods of experimental work are correlated, which allows us to clearly trace the interdisciplinary connections.
