The article deals with the consideration of brandonyms from the standpoint of defining the status of lexical affiliation and their role in the stylistic organization of different texts. The article analyzes the issues aimed at clarifying such terms as «universal», «etrangism», «barbarism», as well as defines «brandonym», «text», determines the ability of brandonyms to acquire the characteristics of stylistics of certain messages, including advertising texts, and those that promote a particular idea implicitly. The onym space of any text is a reflection of the subjective assessment of the word by the author, therefore, the article emphasizes the peculiarities of introducing brandonyms to the texts of the above functional styles of modern Ukrainian standard language, as well as the specifics of mental and linguistic view of the world of an individual – the author of certain messages – as a representative of ethnolinguistic culture, the native of a separate language and philosophy. The relevance of the article is due to the need to trace functioning of proper names, in particular brandonyms, to try to establish their status in different texts. The aim of the article is to define the status of brandonyms from the standpoint of their affiliation to a certain group of vocabulary and stylistic purpose in the texts of literary and journalistic styles. Research methods are due to the peculiarities of the analysis of proprial vocabulary, which involves the use of descriptive method and a comprehensive approach to considering the functioning of specific lexical units in a particular text and their potential to create a certain stylistic intonation and power in achieving the overall goal of discourse formulation. In our opinion, the article is a necessary study in the research of Ukrainian onomastics, in particular the stylistic functions of proprietary names in various texts. Conclusions. Brandonyms cannot be assigned to one specific group: «barbarism», «entragism», or have only an understanding of it as a linguistic universal as all other propriatives both purely for theoretical reasons and in terms of functioning in a separate text, the studied language units may vary in the aspect of a clear assignment to one named group of vocabulary. From a stylistic point of view, brandonyms are not endowed with superpowerful properties of creating some sublime or lyrical intonation of the text, but have considerable potential to help achieve the goal of literary style – to reproduce the socio-temporal color of the described events and phenomena – and journalistic – providing voluntative function, and to act as a dominant of linguistic ambivalence.

The authors attempt to consider the philosophical and ideological ideas of the great thinker and humanist Abay Kunanbayev. The analysis of Abay Kunanbayev's work has shown that there are poorly developed aspects, however, without claiming to cover all aspects of the problem comprehensively, the authors made an attempt to study the nature and essence of Abay's philosophical and ideological views in the work "Words of Edification" based on the material of Abay Kunanbayev's work "Words of Edification". The authors focused on the analysis of the philosophical content of the work "Words of Edification". The article uses a philosophical methodology that corresponds to the current level of spiritual and scientific- theoretical culture. The authors implemented scientific methods such as the ascent from the abstract to the concrete, the principle of concrete historicism (the unity of historical and logical). Concrete historicism, exploring the history of the subject, considers the logic of the historically developing subject (process), this principle contributes to the active reflection of the historical process. Historicism traces and reproduces the essence of the historical process from the point of view of its formation and development in the system of concepts. Abay's creativity occupies a special place in the world culture, he raised spiritual culture to a new level, gave new examples of reflection of the Kazakh reality. Abai justified a new worldview, new thinking, new values, which are fundamentally different from everything that was in the traditional culture of the Kazakhs. In the work "Words of Edification", the object of criticism is the traditional Kazakh society. Criticism has a constructive character, as a result of which universal problems, ideas of kindness, humanity, compassion, mercy, freedom and responsibility are raised. Abai forms a new approach to the concept of labor. The great thinker showed the role of work in the formation and development of a person, personality, that through work and activity it is possible to comprehend knowledge, science. Abay expressed a new approach to religion, he contrasted blind faith with a reasonable study of Islam, when they accept Iman not only as something sacred, but also know how to protect and strengthen it with reasonable arguments. Abay developed a new ideal of a perfect, true person, "tolyk adam", who strives for knowledge, is a moral person, recognizes freedom of choice and responsibility. The moral code of the great humanist is "Adam Bol". Abay, determining the status of a person in the world, notes that a person's mind, erudition, honor and charm make him beautiful and strong, he focuses on spirituality, knowledge, education and culture.

Abstract: The development of the interdisciplinary areas of cognitive, affective and action neurosciences contributes to the identification of neurobiological bases of conscious experience. The structure of consciousness was philosophically conceived a century ago (HUSSERL, 1913) as consisting of a subjective pole, the bearer of experiences, and an objective pole composed of experienced contents. In more recent formulations, Nagel (1974) refers to a “point of view”, in which qualitative experiences are anchored, while Velmans (1990, 1993, 2009, 2017) understands that phenomenal content is composed of mental representations “projected” to the space external to the brains that construct them. In Freudian psychology, the conscious mind contains a tension between the Id and the Ego (FREUD, 1913). How to relate this bipolar structure with the results of neuroscience? I propose the notion of projection [also used by Williford et al. (2012)] as a bridge principle connecting the neurobiological systems of knowing, feeling and acting with the bipolar structure. The projective process is considered responsible for the generation of the sense of self and the sense of the world, composing an informational phenomenal field generated by the nervous system and experienced in the first-person perspective. After presenting the projective hypothesis, I discuss its philosophical status, relating it to the phenomenal (BLOCK, 1995, 2008, 2011) and high-order thought (ROSENTHAL, 2006; BROWN, 2014) approaches, and a mathematical model of projection (RUDRAUF et al., 2017). Eight ways of testing the status of the projective hypothesis are briefly mentioned.

The Law Institute of recognition of a State is one of the most difficult, controversial, and dynamically developing institute of the national and the international law. However, at present there are many states that are not officially recognized by most other states, which since the beginning of the 1990s began to be designated by the term “unrecognized states”, “de facto countries”, “self-proclaimed states”, etc. The presence of unrecognized states is a complex problem in the theory and practice of international relations, since, possessing all other signs of statehood, they do not have international diplomatic recognition and cannot be members of the UN. Today there are about 120 unrecognized states in the political map of the world, which are recognized by the territory of 60 countries. The problem of unrecognized states is also relevant for the post-Soviet space, since after the collapse of the USSR, several territorial entities arose, the status of which has not been recognized at the international level so far. In the proposed article, the authors tried to find out the reasons for the emergence of unrecognized states, identified the main features of such territorial entities and possible options for their further fate as countries that do not have the status of a generally recognized state. The protracted legal uncertainty of the status of the unrecognized states aggravates the problem of further international cooperation of the world community from the point of view of global security and the possible threat of conflicts that could cause a world political crisis.

This chapter re-orients consideration of realist elements in Bowen’s short stories by framing readings according to a series of ‘recesses.’ The first is as a building feature designed to conceal and display, which frames a discussion of the status of ‘things’ in Bowen’s writing, that is, the objects that deck out her narratives and become a focus for critical interest in her realism. The second is as a cue for the notion of receding, which I use against claims about consistency in narrative voice in Bowen’s work to argue instead that Bowen’s ‘voice’ can be shown increasingly to recede, leaving the subject-position in such doubt as to compel the willing reader to complete the point of view. Finally, ‘recess’ is used in the sense of suspension or adjournment, against claims that the ‘psychological realism’ created by Bowen presents a ‘transtemporal subjectivity,’ to argue that agency in Bowen’s narratives becomes, by virtue of the points raised above, suspended, such that ‘subjectivity’ is itself untenable. The term I will use to describe the coming together of people and things in Bowen’s fictional universe—and indeed in her writings about the world of the Blitz—will be ‘inter-objectivity.’

Falsification of hadiths has spread tremendously among society as the dissemination of fabricated hadiths has been normalised among the public and Islamic and religious scholars. This issue is not a new phenomenon but has been evolving since the hadiths were transmitted orally and developed through writing such as books and so on. It is also a well-known fact that hadith scholarship's contribution via writings includes written materials from the current and past Islamic and religious scholars, including Siamese scholars. This article aims to discover the authenticity of hadiths in ‘Kitab al-Nikah’ from the book of ‘Bulughul Maram min Adillat al-Ahkam’ written by al-Hafiz ibn Hajar (m. 852H). Even though al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar mentioned the majority of the sources for the hadiths, yet there are some hadiths which sources are left unmentioned. He also divided the hadiths into thematic points, although few hadiths have not been categorised under suitable themes. All of the hadiths will be analysed in terms of their authenticity, tanasub and suitability in terms of nikah. In order to identify the status and authenticity of the hadiths, a specific method will be used: takhrij (retrieval) based on the theme of the hadiths. A descriptive method will be used to analyse the hadiths in the tanasub point of view and the suitability of the hadith towards certain themes. The research showed that 86% of the hadiths found in ‘Kitab al-Nikah’ are authentic and based on authorised and muktabar books of hadiths. In addition, 95% of the hadiths chosen were relevant and suitable with the theme of nikah.
