Falsification of hadiths has spread tremendously among society as the dissemination of fabricated hadiths has been normalised among the public and Islamic and religious scholars. This issue is not a new phenomenon but has been evolving since the hadiths were transmitted orally and developed through writing such as books and so on. It is also a well-known fact that hadith scholarship's contribution via writings includes written materials from the current and past Islamic and religious scholars, including Siamese scholars. This article aims to discover the authenticity of hadiths in ‘Kitab al-Nikah’ from the book of ‘Bulughul Maram min Adillat al-Ahkam’ written by al-Hafiz ibn Hajar (m. 852H). Even though al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar mentioned the majority of the sources for the hadiths, yet there are some hadiths which sources are left unmentioned. He also divided the hadiths into thematic points, although few hadiths have not been categorised under suitable themes. All of the hadiths will be analysed in terms of their authenticity, tanasub and suitability in terms of nikah. In order to identify the status and authenticity of the hadiths, a specific method will be used: takhrij (retrieval) based on the theme of the hadiths. A descriptive method will be used to analyse the hadiths in the tanasub point of view and the suitability of the hadith towards certain themes. The research showed that 86% of the hadiths found in ‘Kitab al-Nikah’ are authentic and based on authorised and muktabar books of hadiths. In addition, 95% of the hadiths chosen were relevant and suitable with the theme of nikah.

Abstract:Public entrepreneurship is commonly understood as the outcome of the activities of a Schumpeterian political innovator. However, empirical research suggests that changes to a more efficient economic policy, even if it is known and technically easy to implement, are usually delayed. This is difficult to reconcile with Schumpeterian notions of public entrepreneurship. In this paper, it is argued that the attempt to transfer a Schumpeterian approach to the public sector is fundamentally flawed. Institutional checks and balances that characterize most modern liberal democracies make the strategy of bold leadership an unlikely choice for an incumbent. If change occurs, it occurs normally as a response to the fact that the status quo has become untenable. From a normative point of view, it is argued that if public entrepreneurship nevertheless occurs, it will often be associated with unwanted consequences. A dismantling of formal institutional checks and balances is therefore not reasonable.

Rape to girls is categorized as violence that continuously happened. This research looks at the sexual harrasement phenomena from the perpetrator’s point of view. Many cases indicate that the subject often has close connection with the victims such as neighbour, relative, teacher, grandfather, father, or even young underage male surrounding the victims. It means that both victims and the subjects are psychologically immature but for several reasons they have to involve in a situation which destruct their future. Therefore, there is a need to frame various factors that drive the subject for doing sexual harrasement. By using materials on the newspaper, this research employs qualitative-descriptive method that purposively uses Jawa Pos news as single resource of the data. The result shows that particular places affect the subject in conducting their action. There are four places that are usually used as a site of sexual harrasement. First is in the area that is hidden and safe from observations of the surrounding environment, especially in the victim's home. Second, other areas prone to the occurrence of acts of rape are zones completely open and away from the reach of community control, such as on the streets, in public places, in a quiet courtyard, at the cemetery, and so on. Third, the place is usually chosen to rape, one of them is in school. Fourth, in the region in the eyes of the public is viewed as an area of "gray" and was common permissive life, such as in a hotel or inn.

In her work on the bourgeois male of the nineteenth century, Carol E. Harrison argues that “Although French law made no distinction between male and female associations, administrative practice ignored women in groups.” Most historians accept this point of view—that French administrators generally ignored the associational activities of women, and, indeed, most female groups appear to have garnered little notice from authorities. While Annie Grange suggests that this may be because so few female as-sociations existed throughout much of the nineteenth century, Catherine Duprat has uncovered numerous female societies, especiallysociétés de bienfaisance, many of which received more generous treatment from municipal and national officials than their male counterparts. However, she suggests that their official “silence”–the absence of general assemblies and frequent publications, as well as their careful cultivation of the traditional, non-threatening image ofdames de charité—kept these associations largely out of public view. Furthermore, for the most part, those female associations that did exist lacked visible political and financial clout.

Gender differences and cultural structures in the ideal village area classify the status of men and women. Islamic law has a different point of view in seeing gender status in Indonesian society. This study looks at the dynamics of gender in the village of ideal banten from the perspective of Islamic law. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while the determination of the informants was purposvie sampling by considering traditional leaders, village heads and communities and finally data collection through primary and secondary. The results showed that gender dynamics inequality as a problem in the Islamic world, as well as the dark side of masculine-related behaviors cannot only be approached through the perspective of women alone.

The article deals with the consideration of brandonyms from the standpoint of defining the status of lexical affiliation and their role in the stylistic organization of different texts. The article analyzes the issues aimed at clarifying such terms as «universal», «etrangism», «barbarism», as well as defines «brandonym», «text», determines the ability of brandonyms to acquire the characteristics of stylistics of certain messages, including advertising texts, and those that promote a particular idea implicitly. The onym space of any text is a reflection of the subjective assessment of the word by the author, therefore, the article emphasizes the peculiarities of introducing brandonyms to the texts of the above functional styles of modern Ukrainian standard language, as well as the specifics of mental and linguistic view of the world of an individual – the author of certain messages – as a representative of ethnolinguistic culture, the native of a separate language and philosophy. The relevance of the article is due to the need to trace functioning of proper names, in particular brandonyms, to try to establish their status in different texts. The aim of the article is to define the status of brandonyms from the standpoint of their affiliation to a certain group of vocabulary and stylistic purpose in the texts of literary and journalistic styles. Research methods are due to the peculiarities of the analysis of proprial vocabulary, which involves the use of descriptive method and a comprehensive approach to considering the functioning of specific lexical units in a particular text and their potential to create a certain stylistic intonation and power in achieving the overall goal of discourse formulation. In our opinion, the article is a necessary study in the research of Ukrainian onomastics, in particular the stylistic functions of proprietary names in various texts. Conclusions. Brandonyms cannot be assigned to one specific group: «barbarism», «entragism», or have only an understanding of it as a linguistic universal as all other propriatives both purely for theoretical reasons and in terms of functioning in a separate text, the studied language units may vary in the aspect of a clear assignment to one named group of vocabulary. From a stylistic point of view, brandonyms are not endowed with superpowerful properties of creating some sublime or lyrical intonation of the text, but have considerable potential to help achieve the goal of literary style – to reproduce the socio-temporal color of the described events and phenomena – and journalistic – providing voluntative function, and to act as a dominant of linguistic ambivalence.

AbstractOne of the outstanding products of civil-secular law in Israel is the institution of cohabitation. In Israeli law, the term “cohabiting couples” is used to refer to couples who conduct marriage-like relationships, but who, from a legal point of view, are not given the legal status of married couples. In Israel there is a trend toward narrowing the legal gap between cohabiting couples and married couples, and broadening the conditions that confer the status of cohabite. In present-day Israeli legal discourse, support for these trends is seen as a secular, liberal and progressive stance, while opposition to them is viewed as religious, moralistic and conservative. This study aimed at enriching the public legal debate on cohabiting couples from a civil liberal point of view. In order to accomplish this task, I wish to re-examine the laws relating to cohabitation, in intention to break the conventional modes of thinking, and examine the laws dealing with cohabitation from an all-encompassing civil viewpoint, one which does not focus specifically on the unique Israeli context. Only after the more general discussion will we consider the position of Israeli law and consider the possibility of applying the general discussion to the specific Israeli context, keeping in mind the role of cohabitation in Israel as an alternative to the religious marriage. Previous projects I have conducted dealt specifically with the internal relationships including the mutual obligations between cohabitants. In this project, I wish to continue probing the Israeli family law situation but this time I wish to broaden the discussion by examining the external rights of cohabiting couples. The discussion will expose the basic flaw in the Israeli context which makes the implementation of a fundamental civil structure difficult in terms of Israeli law. I shall explain why this flaw has a more serious impact in the context of “external rights” than in the context of internal commitment issues. Therefore beyond making proposals for specific amendments in relation to existing cohabitation laws, I shall clarify why it is necessary to develop additional alternatives to marriage which can also provide an alternative to cohabitation.
