This study aims to look for the effect between self-confidence (X1) and Principal leadership style (X2) and teacher performance (Y). The research methodology uses the descriptive statistical method of the multiple correlation coefficient of the person coefficient of determination and regression analysis. Statistical tests were used t-tests and F tests. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all teachers in public and private junior high schools in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, totaling 172 people while the sample taken was 45 teachers who were randomly selected. Based on the test results there is a positive influence between self-confidence and teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.64, a coefficient of determination 38.8% t count 2.3%> Value of t table 0.02 and a regression equation with Y = 6.00 + 3.23 X1. There is a positive influence between the principal's leadership style and teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.62 and a coefficient of determination of 37.0%. While t arithmetic for 3.184> t table 0.02 with the regression equation Y = 8.3 + 4.3 X2. There is a positive influence between the confidence of the teacher with the correlation coefficient between the two independent variables with related variables equal to 0.645 coefficient of determination 38.8%. F count 14,954> F table 3.23 with the regression equation Y = 126,879 + 0.166 X1 + 160 X2 The better the teacher's trustability and the principal's leadership style are also higher the performance shown by the teacher. The biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges or changes around it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sentra Jaya Distribution Tangerang. The research method uses quantitative with a population of 120, determining the sample using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% obtained 54 respondents. Data collection methods using primary data and secondary data. Test the instrument using the validity and reliability test, the prerequisite data test uses the normality test, the autocorrelation test, the multi-collinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test, while the statistical tests use the multiple regression equation, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test and the significance test. The Effect of Training and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Distribution of Sentra Jaya Tangerang, the analysis of the data that the researchers concluded that the regression equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 which was found was Y = 15.454 + 0.387 X1 + 0.265 X2, with the multiple correlation coefficient R was 0.563, this showed a positive effect. Then get the equation Tcount> T table (2.478> 2.008) in the hypothesis test at α = 0.05 or 5% (significance 0.003 <0.05) then, thereby indicating the hypothesis proposed is accepted, or in other words, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus there is a positive and significant effect between the provision of training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sentra Jaya Distribution Tangerang

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of principal leadership and teacher performance on student achievement in SMA NegeriLubuk Raja OganKomeringUlu (OKU) District. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The results of the study can be concluded that the test results show that the higher the effective leadership of the principal, the higher the student achievement squared the correlation coefficient between the two variables is 0.588. The square of the correlation coefficient between the two variables (r2y2) of 0.5069 can be interpreted that if other variables are not controlled, then 50.69% of the proportion of student achievement variance can be explained by the level of teacher performance. and the multiple correlation coefficient between the two independent variables with the dependent variable Ry.12 of 0.684. From the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.684 means that 68.40% of the proportion of student achievement variants can be explained jointly by the principal's leadership and teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, discipline, motivation and performance either partially or simultaneously in East Jakarta area.This study is using quantitative method. Total population in the human resource development as the study sample counted as many as 112 respondents. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling.The variables in this study areindependent variable, consist of leadership style, discipline, motivation and performance, and the dependent variable consist. Tests proved that motivation has a positive influence on the performance of teachers. Looking at the calculationsthat have been done the coefficient values obtained is 0.416 and t-count value is 5.984 with a significance level of 0.000 which less than 0.05, means that this hypothesis accepts Ha and reject Ho, Tests proved that the style of leadership have a positive impact on teacher performance. Judging from the calculations that have been done obtained coefficient value of 0.421 and t-count value of6.446 with a significance value of 0.000, smaller than 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected., The tests proved that the discipline of work has a positive influence on the performance of teachers. Judging from the calculations that has been done obtained coefficient value of 0.151 and the t-count value of 2.055 with a significance level of 0,042 which smaller than 0.05, means that the hypothesis in this research reject Ho and accept Ha. The results showed that the leadership style, discipline, and motivation partially have significant effect on performance ofaudit quality in East Jakarta area.Leadership style, discipline, motivationsimultaneously have significant effect on performance with coefficient of determination 81.6%. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of religious teachers in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City. The study employed causal survey method with the population of 85 religious teachers in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City. Given that the sample is less than 100 participants, the respondents in this study is the total sample (the whole population). Data were collected using a questionnaire to measure the variables of teacher performance, education and training, and work discipline. The coefficient of reliability (alpha value) is consecutively 0.8074; 0.7126. The results indicate that, first, there is a direct and significant effect of education and training to the teacher performance, indicated by the value þ = 1.030 with a regression equation Y = 28.529 + 1,030X1, r1y correlation coefficient = 0.917, and the coefficient of determination R square = 0.841, or 84,1%. Second, there is a positive and significant impact of education and training on work discipline, shown by the p-value = 0.00 <0.05 with a regression equation X2 = 6.214 + 0,733X2, correlation coefficient (R2.1) = 0.928 and F count = 516.609, and the R Square = 0.862, or 86.2%. Third, there is a direct and significant effect of performance to work discipline, which is indicated by the value þ = 0.839, the regression equation Y = 32.015 + 0,839X2. Fourth, there is a direct influence of the training and work discipline on the teacher performance, the regression equation Y = 30.070 + 0,313X1 + 0,610X2, Ry.12 correlation coefficient = 0.952, and the R square = 0.907 or 90.7%. The findings imply that the religious teacher performance in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City can be improved by participating education and training program and improving work discipline. This study aims to determine the relationship between the pastor's leadership style and the welfare of serving on the motivation to serve Sunday school teachers in GBI sector 1, East Jakarta. The method used in this study is a correlational survey. The research sample was 35 people who were taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument used in collecting data was a questionnaire. The validity test used the Pearson Product Moment formula, and the reliability was analysed using the Alpha Cronbach formula. Based on testing the significance of the multiple correlation coefficient, the coefficient is 46.911 with a P-value of 0.000. Because the P-value is less than 0.05, it is very significant, then H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the leadership style of the pastor and the welfare of serving together with the motivation to serve with a multiple correlation coefficient (Ry.12) of 0.864. The coefficient of determination (R2y.12) is 0.730, which means that 73.00% of the variance in serving motivation can be explained by the pastor's leadership style and the welfare of performing together.

This research was conducted at office Desa Sei Guntung Tengah,  Kecamatan Rengat  Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The aim is to determine the effect of Compensation on the performance of village officials in the success of Village Fund Distribution in desa Sungai Guntung Tengah, Kec. Rengat, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The results of the study obtained by linear regression equation is that SPSS knows that constant (a) is 1.361. and the coefficient of X (b) is 0.355 with a multiple regression equation is Y = 1.361 + 0.355 X. The correlation coefficient is known that (X) compensation has a relationship with (Y) the performance of village officials. This can be seen from the value of the multiple correlation coefficient R is 0.813 meaning that it has a very strong and direct relationship. and then tested with a multiple coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.661. this shows (X) compensation can contribute to the variable (Y) the performance of the village apparatus by 66.1%. And the remaining 33.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. t count for compensation variable is 2.239, in table t with db 35 and significant level 0.025 is obtained 2.034. because t count (2,239)> from t table (2,034) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means compensation has a significant influence on the performance of the village apparatus.

The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

This research is based on the Effect of Leadership and Communication Style on Organizational Performance. Taking the Object of Research at the Study Program Outside Domicile (PDD) Jembrana Bali State Polytechnic (Pilot Academy of the Jembrana Country Community). The purpose of this study is to find out more about leadership style, communication and organizational performance Problem formulation: whether leadership style and communication affect organizational performance. The theoretical foundation in research uses the Management Document. Methodology: Papulation and sampling with 35 respondents, using a questionnaire list and tabulated then analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 24. The results of the analysis of Leadership Style yield: t count of 9.185 and significance of 0.000. t count 9.185 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Communication produces t count of -1.922 and significance of 0.064. t count -1.922 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Hypothesis is accepted with t count 7.263 t table 0.736, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between Leadership Style and Communication on Organizational Performance. The implications of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) obtained by 75.4% indicate that the Leadership and Communication Style of organizational performance 75.4% and as much as 24.6% Leadership Style and Communication are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of food quality and perceived value on consumer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The sample used in this research was 98 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The method used in this study is the use the type of probability sampling includes in the simple random sampling. The analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, and simultaneous test (F test).The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from value (Adjusted R2) of 0,473 can be interpreted that the effect of Food Quality and Perceived Value on consumer satisfaction is 4,73%. The remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.696, it shows that there is a strong relationship between food quality and perceived value with customer satisfaction. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0,05, which means that together Food Quality (X1) and Perceived Value (X2) significantly influence customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract This research is about the understanding of junior high school students about heavy metal pollution in air, water, and land. The research was conducted at Labschools Junior High School, Rawamangun, East Jakarta in 2016 with a sample of 125 students taken from proportional random sampling, using correlational survey method. The results of this study obtained three conclusions. There is a positive and significant relationship between: 1) Knowledge of heavy metal contamination in air, water, and land with the character of student in maintaining environmental sustainability with research result correlation coefficient (ry1) equal to 0,643 and its coefficient of determination (r²y1) is 0,413 with regression equation Ŷ = 53,832 + 2.579X1; 2) The students understanding about heavy metal pollution in air, water, and land with the character of students in environmental sustainability with the result correlation coefficient (ry2) of 0.950 and its coefficient of determination (r²y2) is 0.902 with regression equation Ŷ = 9.390 + 0.952X2; 3) Student's knowledge and understanding about heavy metal contamination in air, water, and land together with student character in maintaining environmental sustainability with result correlation coefficient (ry12) equal to 0,950 and its coefficient of determination (r²y12) is 0,903 with regression equation Ŷ = 8,475 + 0.086X1 + 0.938X2. These indicates a change in the character of students in maintaining significant environmental sustainability. Keywords: student character, knowledge, environmental understanding. Abstrak Telah dilakukan penelitian pemahaman siswa SMP tentang pencemaran logam berat di air, udara dan daratan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Labschools, Rawamangun,  Jakarta Timur pada Tahun 2016 dengan sampel 125 orang siswa yang diambil dari multitage proportional random sampling, dengan menggunakan metode survey korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini mempeoleh tiga kesimpulan. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara: 1) Pengetahuan tentang pencemaran logam berat di air, udara, dan daratan dengan karakter siswa dalam menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan hidup dengan koefisien korelasi (ry1) sebesar 0.643 dan koefisien determinasi (r²y1) sebesar 0,413 dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ=53.832+2.579X1; 2) Pemahaman siswa tentang pecemaran logam berat di air, udara dan daratan dengan karakter siswa dalam  keberlanjutan  lingkungan hidup dengan koefisien korelasi (ry2) sebesar 0.950 dan koefisien determinasi (r²y2) sebesar 0,902 dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ=9.390+0.952X2; 3) Pengetahuan  dan pemahaman siswa tentang pencemaran logam berat di air, udara, dan daratan secara bersama-sama dengan karakter siswa dalam menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan hidup dengan koefisien korelasi (ry12) sebesar 0.950 dan koefisien determinasi (r²y12) sebesar 0,903 dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ=8,475+0,086X1 + 0,938X2. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan karakter siswa siswa dalam menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan cukup signifikan. Kata-kata kunci : karakter siswa, pengetahuan, pemahaman lingkungan.
