This study aims to acknowledge any relationship between Website Quality and E - Website user satisfaction with E-Loyalty of website users. In this study the authors used quantitative research methods. The independent variable is the variable that affects or causes the change or the dependent variable arises. In this research, the independent variables are Website Quality and E - Satisfaction. The dependent variable on the variable which is the result of the effect, because the independent variable. The dependent variable in this research is E - Loyalty. The population in this study is online ticket buyers throughout Indonesia through the PSSI.org website, which is unlimited. The population is users of the PSSI Web Site throughout Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this study is a random sampling technique by presenting a total of 10-15% based on the population of buyers or users of the PSSI.org Web site throughout Indonesia which is provided unlimited, it is known The number of samples using the Jacob Cohen formula using an error level of 10% was obtained as many as 204 respondents. The results of the research obtained by the authors also partially Website Quality and E - Satisfaction has a significant effect on E - Loyalty on the PSSI.org Website, E - Satisfaction with E - Loyalty has a proportion value of 8.2%, Website quality has a higher effect on E - Loyalty on the PSSI.org Site with a proportion of 10.2%. Effect of Website Quality and E - Website user satisfaction on E - Website user loyalty simultaneously with an effect of 35.8%, while the remaining 64.2% is by other variables not examined in this study Keywords: Website Quality , E – Satisfaction , E – Loyalty

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of dynamic capabilities erosion on firm’s survival according to consumers’ perspective, using sensing erosion, seizing erosion, and reconfiguring erosion as the independent variables (X) and firm survival as the dependent variable (Y). This research uses quantitative research methods with data processing using SPSS. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online through Google form to 500 student respondents who had visited Matahari Department Store in Indonesia. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. The questionnaires that qualify to be analyzed are 158 questionnaires. The result of data processing shows that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 40.3%. The results of this study is according to consumers’ perspective, sensing erosion, seizing erosion, and reconfiguring erosion affect firm survival.

Instagram is one of the most popular social media for the public. One difference between Instagram and other social media, is that instamam is more likely to be used to find information and share information with users than to interact directly with fellow users. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the motives and active user satisfaction in using Instagram social media and find out the relationship between the motives and satisfaction of Instagram social media usage. This study uses use and gratification theory which assumes that individuals have certain goals in using media. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection tool is the questionnaire has been validated. The research sample was 70 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The statistic test that the researchers used was the Partial Correlation Test (Pearson Product Moment). Data is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate users want to get information and knowledge that is happening at the present time. Information satisfaction becomes the most obtained by Instagram social media users. Overall Instagram social media has given satisfaction to users and there is a significant relationship between motives and satisfaction.

Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan sebagai variabel independen pertama dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel independen kedua terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk UMKM sebagai variabel dependen. Metode Survey melibatkan responden melalui teknik pengambilan sampel yang purposive non random sampling sejumlah 40 konsumen yang pernah menggunakan layanan pembelian UMKM Kuliner di wilayah Cileungsi secara online. Data primer diperoleh dengan  menyebarkan kuesioner. Beberapa uji diterapkan berupa instrumen kuesioner, normalitas, dan regresi berganda. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian adalah kedua variabel independen yaitu kualitas layanan sebagai independen pertama dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel independen kedua berpegaruh positif terhadap loyalitas sebagai variabel dependen.   Abstract Research to determine the effect of service quality as the first independent variable and trust as the second independent variable on customer loyalty of MSME products as the dependent variable. The survey method involved respondents through a purposive non-random sampling technique of 40 consumers who had used online MSME culinary purchasing services in the Cileungsi area. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Several tests were applied in the form of a questionnaire instrument, normality, and multiple regression. Some of the findings in the study are that the two independent variables, namely service quality as the first independent and trust as the second independent variable, have a positive effect on loyalty as the dependent variable.

Abstract  This research is aimed to analyze the effect of attachment on orientation prosocial behavior of Adolescents. The research was conducted at 2 State High School of Bekasi. The method used in this study is quantitative research methods using the Ex Post Facto design. The sampling technique in this study is proportionate stratified probability sampling with random sampling. The number of samples used in this study as many as 100 people. Data analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis is to test the regression by using SPSS 20. Based on the results of a calculation, a large effect (Adjusted R Square) variable attachment to orientation of prosocial behavior were 0.123 (12.3%), which means that attachment affects orientation of prosocial behavior as much as 12.3% and the remaining 87.7% is influenced by factors other than attachment. The results showed Ha received so it can be concluded that there is influence of attachment on orientation of prosocial behavior in adolescents in State High School (SMAN) 2 Bekasi.  Keywords: Attachment, Orientation, Prosocial Behavior, Adolescents

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and human relations to the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research consisting of performance as dependent variable, job satisfaction and human relation as independent variable. The sample of the research is employee at University X with 50 subject. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and human relations simultaneously on employee performance. Partially there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and there is no influence of human relations to employee performance.

This present studies to examine the factors that influencing adoption of internet banking in Malaysia. This study consists of one dependent variable (internet banking adoption) and four independent variables (knowledge and self-efficacy, trust, security and convenience). By using a quantitative research, a simple random sampling technique is used to distribute survey questionnaires to sample size of 200 respondents around Malaysia. The result was concluded as two (2) hypotheses were supported and two (2) hypotheses were not supported. The result shown that knowledge and self-efficacy and trust do influence adoption of internet banking in Malaysia. Meanwhile, there is insufficient evidence to support that security and convenience do influence adoption of internet banking in Malaysia. Bankers and consumers may refer to this research so that they can improve competitive advantage and consumers are able to understand better about internet banking.

This study was aimed to determine the relationship between self-esteem and conformity along with purchase Smartphone decisions on students of SMAN “X” Surabaya. The method used were quantitative research methods. Subjects of this research were 223 students who use Smartphone products. Sample were choosen by using a stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used are simple correlation, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study shows that: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-esteem and purchase decisions. As evidenced, the result of correlation coefficient (R) is 0,200 with significance value of 0,003 (p < 0,05), 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between conformity and purchase decisions. As evidenced, the result of correlation coefficient (R) is 0,286 with significance value of 0,000 (p < 0,05), 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-esteem and conformity along with Smartphone product purchase decisions on students of SMAN “X”  in Surabaya, indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0,366 and the value of F > Ft at significance level of 5% is 16,75 > 3,04. Contribution of self-esteem and conformity variables in predicting the purchase decision of 13.4 %, so 86.6 % is influenced by other factors.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas bersama-sama dengan pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk Smartphone pada siswa di SMAN “X” Surabaya.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif.Subyek penelitian adalah 223 siswa yang menggunakan produk Smartphone. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda dan regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara harga diri dengan pengambilan keputusan pembelian, terbukti dari koefisien korelasi (R) yang dihasilkan adalah 0,200 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 (p < 0,05), 2. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara konformitas dengan pengambilan keputusan pembelian, terbukti dari koefisien korelasi (R) yang dihasilkan adalah 0,286 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), 3. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara harga diri dan konformitas secara bersama-sama dengan pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk Smartphone pada siswa di SMAN “X” Surabaya, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,366 dan nilai F > Ft pada taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 16,75 > 3,04. Sumbangan variabel harga diri dan konformitas dalam memprediksi pengambilan keputusan pembelian sebesar 13,4%, sehingga 86,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

This study is to see the effect of tail suits on the political choices of Balinese people who are known to have the highest identification of political parties in Indonesia ahead of simultaneous elections (pemilu serentak) in 2019. The method used is quantitative research methods with 1,120 respondents spreading across all regenciess/cities in Bali. The sampling technique applied was multistage random sampling, so the margin of error was 3%. The results of this study indicate the tail coat effect present in the community which has a strong identification of political parties. It's just that the tail coat effect reads smaller than ID party in the political choices of the Balinese people.

The research is motivated by the following cases. First, students vocabulary deficiencies in writing so have difficulty in presenting ideas into a text. Second, the students do not understand about exposition text. Third, students difficult to differentiate exposition text with other text. Fourth, students difficult to develop ideas in writing, so that the resulting of their text is not in accordance with the idea that their think. Fifth, students difficult to write cohesion and coherence paragraphs. This type of this research is quantitative with correlation method. The population in this research is students of class X SMA Negeri 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District with 281 students. In this research, the sampling technique is proportional random sampling with 27 students. In this research, there are two variables, are independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables are vocabulary mastery (X) and the dependent variable is the exposition text writing skills (Y). Conclusions of this research are as follows. First, vocabulary mastery of class X SMA Negeri 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District with an average value of 73,17 which are in the category Lebih dari Cukup. Second, the writing skills exposition text of class X SMA Negeri 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District with an average value of 70,98 which are in the category Lebih dari Cukup. Third, there is a relationship between the vocabulary mastery with writing skill exposition text of class X SMA Negeri 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District because tcount&gt;ttable. The conclusion of this research is the vocabulary mastery is a factors that influence significantly the writing ability exposition text of class X SMA Negeri 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat baca dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SDN Tanah Tinggi 1 Kota Tangerang dengan populasi sebanyak 58 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 48 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dan essay. Instrumen pengumpulan data untuk minat baca (variabel X) menggunakan angket Skala Likert dengan pilihan jawaban 1-4 dan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita (variabel Y) menggunakan essay. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui perhitungan kefisien korelasi dengan rumus Uji t. Berdasarkan rumus korelasi Product Moment dengan α = 0,05 diperoleh thit 4,290 lebih besar dari ttab = 2,013 bahwa thit> ttab dan hipotesis diterima. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara minat baca dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika kelas III SDN Tanah Tinggi 1 Kota Tangerang. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of survey research. The population in this study were all students of class III SDN Tanah Tinggi 1 Tangerang City with a population of 58 students and a sample of 48 students with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. The research instruments used were questionnaires and essays. Data collection instruments for reading interest (variable X) using a Likert Scale questionnaire with answer choices 1-4 and the ability to solve story problems (variable Y) using essays. To test the hypothesis, it is done by calculating the correlation efficiency with the t test formula. Based on the Product Moment correlation formula with α = 0.05 obtained thit 4.290 is greater than ttab = 2.013 that thit> ttab and the hypothesis is accepted. This can be interpreted that there is a relationship between reading interest and the ability to solve math problem class III SDN Tanah Tinggi 1 Tangerang City.
