The research is motivated by the following cases. First, students vocabulary deficiencies in writing so have difficulty in presenting ideas into a text. Second, the students do not understand about exposition text. Third, students difficult to differentiate exposition text with other text. Fourth, students difficult to develop ideas in writing, so that the resulting of their text is not in accordance with the idea that their think. Fifth, students difficult to write cohesion and coherence paragraphs. This type of this research is quantitative with correlation method. The population in this research is students of class X SMA Negeri 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District with 281 students. In this research, the sampling technique is proportional random sampling with 27 students. In this research, there are two variables, are independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables are vocabulary mastery (X) and the dependent variable is the exposition text writing skills (Y). Conclusions of this research are as follows. First, vocabulary mastery of class X SMA Negeri 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District with an average value of 73,17 which are in the category Lebih dari Cukup. Second, the writing skills exposition text of class X SMA Negeri 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District with an average value of 70,98 which are in the category Lebih dari Cukup. Third, there is a relationship between the vocabulary mastery with writing skill exposition text of class X SMA Negeri 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District because tcount>ttable. The conclusion of this research is the vocabulary mastery is a factors that influence significantly the writing ability exposition text of class X SMA Negeri 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was categorized into three. First, to describe the effective sentence mastery of the first year students at SMK Negeri 2 Padang. Second, to describe the writing skills of a exposition of the first year students at SMK Negeri 2 Padang. Third, to describe the contribution of the effective sentence mastery into the writing skills of a exposition text made by the first year students at SMK Negeri 2 Padang. The design of this research was quantitative with a descriptive method. Then, this study also was a correlational design. The population of this study was the first year students at SMK Negeri 2 Padang for about 498 students. The sample of this study was taken by using a proportional random sampling technique (15%), which was 70 students. The data of this study were the results of effective sentence mastery and the results of the writing skill of a exposition text. The instrument of this study was an objective test to measure effective sentence mastery and performance tests to measure expositon text. There were several results of this study. First, the effective sentence mastery of the first year students at SMK Negeri 2 Padang was in Good qualifications (B). Second, the writing skills of a exposition of the first year students at SMK Negeri 2 Padang was in a Good qualification (B). Third, describe the effective sentence mastery contributed 82,00% to the exposition text writing skills of the first year students of SMK Negeri 2 Padang. Kata Kunci: kontribusi, penguasaan kalimat efektif,  keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi

<p>Abstract: The purpose of this research at finding out empirical evidence concerning whether clustering technique and vocabulary mastery are effective or not for the student to write recount text. The research methodology used is an experiment. The sampling technique uses random sampling at Private Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta. Data collection is obtained by testing their vocabulary mastery and writing skills. Data analysis to test hypothesis is two ways ANOVA. The research results conclude 1) There is a significant effect of the clustering technique on students’ writing skills with the value (Sig) being 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 36.740. 2) A significant effect of vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills with the value (Sig) is 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 72.161. 3) There is a significant interactive effect of clustering technique and vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills. With the value (sig) is 0.018 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 5.921. Then all of H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. So, there is the effect of clustering technique and vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills in recount text.<br />Keywords: Clustering Technique, Vocabulary Mastery, Writing Skill, Recount Text</p>

Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan sebagai variabel independen pertama dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel independen kedua terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk UMKM sebagai variabel dependen. Metode Survey melibatkan responden melalui teknik pengambilan sampel yang purposive non random sampling sejumlah 40 konsumen yang pernah menggunakan layanan pembelian UMKM Kuliner di wilayah Cileungsi secara online. Data primer diperoleh dengan  menyebarkan kuesioner. Beberapa uji diterapkan berupa instrumen kuesioner, normalitas, dan regresi berganda. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian adalah kedua variabel independen yaitu kualitas layanan sebagai independen pertama dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel independen kedua berpegaruh positif terhadap loyalitas sebagai variabel dependen.   Abstract Research to determine the effect of service quality as the first independent variable and trust as the second independent variable on customer loyalty of MSME products as the dependent variable. The survey method involved respondents through a purposive non-random sampling technique of 40 consumers who had used online MSME culinary purchasing services in the Cileungsi area. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Several tests were applied in the form of a questionnaire instrument, normality, and multiple regression. Some of the findings in the study are that the two independent variables, namely service quality as the first independent and trust as the second independent variable, have a positive effect on loyalty as the dependent variable.

The aims of this research are to find of reading intensity, to examine the student’ writing skills, and to probe the influence of the students’ reading intensity toward the students’ writing skill. By applyingdescriptive quantitative approach and using correlation research, the subject of the study are the third year students of SMP N 1 Grabag, Kab. Magelang, in the academic year of 2008/2009. Meanwhile, the sample of the research are 40 students of two classes that are taken by applying stratified sampling technique. Furthermore, there are two variables that are analyzed. They are students’ reading intensity as independent variable and students’ writing skill as dependents variable. Based on the calculation of the critical r in the level of significant of 5%, the writer found that rxy aritmethical is higher than rxy table. Therefore, there is influence of reading intensity toward writing skill.Keywords: Reading; Intensity; Writing

The population of study was the students of class X students of SMAN East Jakarta, amounting to 8 schools and the total number of students was 295. Random sampling technique of test sample was used and obtained by 40 students and the study sample as many as 60 students. In order to answer the problems, the writer used a survey and correlation methods. What is meant by the correlation method is to find the relationship between the variables X into Y and independent variables being the dependent variable. Based on the results of hypothesis testing is known that there is a positive and significant relationship between the effects of self-concept to problem solving for. With a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.707 which indicates that the correlation between the two variables was strong, and the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.499. This means that the variable self-concept affects students' problem-solving of 49.9%, while the remaining 50.1% is influenced by other factors.Keywords : Self-Concept, Problem-Solving

This study aims to acknowledge any relationship between Website Quality and E - Website user satisfaction with E-Loyalty of website users. In this study the authors used quantitative research methods. The independent variable is the variable that affects or causes the change or the dependent variable arises. In this research, the independent variables are Website Quality and E - Satisfaction. The dependent variable on the variable which is the result of the effect, because the independent variable. The dependent variable in this research is E - Loyalty. The population in this study is online ticket buyers throughout Indonesia through the PSSI.org website, which is unlimited. The population is users of the PSSI Web Site throughout Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this study is a random sampling technique by presenting a total of 10-15% based on the population of buyers or users of the PSSI.org Web site throughout Indonesia which is provided unlimited, it is known The number of samples using the Jacob Cohen formula using an error level of 10% was obtained as many as 204 respondents. The results of the research obtained by the authors also partially Website Quality and E - Satisfaction has a significant effect on E - Loyalty on the PSSI.org Website, E - Satisfaction with E - Loyalty has a proportion value of 8.2%, Website quality has a higher effect on E - Loyalty on the PSSI.org Site with a proportion of 10.2%. Effect of Website Quality and E - Website user satisfaction on E - Website user loyalty simultaneously with an effect of 35.8%, while the remaining 64.2% is by other variables not examined in this study Keywords: Website Quality , E – Satisfaction , E – Loyalty

Among language skills, writing is considered the most challenging and complicated skill compared to other skills. The main objective of this research is to analyze the improvement of students' writing skills in writing paragraphs through the outline strategy. The participants in this study were 15 fifth grade students. The participants were selected through random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed in percentage. Pre-Test and Post-Test were used as instruments in this study. In the Pre-Test and Post-Test the required items such as writing paragraph titles, grammar, spelling and total sentences (length) of paragraphs are the same. According to the findings, in the Pre-Test the students writing paragraphs were 20.00%, 26.66%, 20.00%, 26.66% (Good), 46.66%, 20.00%, 33.33%, 33 ,33% (Average), 33.33%, 53.33%, 46.66% , 40.00% (Weak) in paragraph headings, use of proper grammar, correct spelling and number of sentences (length ) paragraphs, respectively. After the Pre-Test, the instructor taught the participants about writing paragraphs through an outline strategy for 4 weeks and then conducted a Post-Test. In this test, participants in writing paragraphs through the outline strategy were 46.66%, 53.33%, 60.00%, 53.33% (Good), 40.00%, 26.66%, 33.33%, 40 0.00% (Average), 13.33%, 20.00%, 6.66% , 6.66% (Weak) in paragraph headings, use of proper grammar, correct spelling and number of sentences (length ) paragraphs, respectively. This action-based research shows that the outline strategy can improve students' writing skills.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was categorized into three. First, to describe the text writing skills of the experimental class persuasion students. Second, to describe the text writing skills of the control class students' persuasion. Third, to describe the influence of the cooperative learning which was Think Talk Write (TTW) model assisted by audiovisual media in writing skill related to the persuasive text of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Padang. The type of study was quantitative with quasi-experimental research. The design of this study was static by two groups. The population in this study was VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Padang who were enrolled in 2018/2019 academic year about 252 students. The sample in this study was 64 students that consist of two classes, namely class VIII A as the experimental class and class VIII D as the control class that was taken by using purposive random sampling technique. There were several results of this study. They were: First, persuasive text writing skill of the experimental class students was in the category Very Good (BS) with an average score of 85.94. Second, persuasive text writing skill of control class students was in the category Good (B) with an average score of 76.82. Third, the working hypothesis (H_1) was received at the level of α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (dk) = (n1 + n2) -2 because of tcount>ttable, which is 4.23> 1.70. In other words, the use of model cooperative learning type Think Talk Write assisted by audiovisual media has a significant effect on the persuasive writing skills of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Padang. Therefore, the cooperative learning type Think Talk Write (TTW) model could be used as an alternative in learning persuasive text writing skill at the junior secondary level. ABSTRACT There are three objectives of this research. First, describing the comprehension of journalistic vocabulary  at students grade VIII SMP Negeri 22 Padang. Second, describing the  writing skill of  news text at student grade VIII SMP Negeri 22 Padang. Third, describing the contribution of journalistic vocabulary towards the skill in writing news text at students grade VIII SMP Negeri 22 Padang. This is a quantitative research with descriptive method and using correlational research design. Population and sample of this research are VIII th grade student of SMP Negeri 22 Padang consist of 223 students and 44 sample students. This research use Simple Random Sampling technique. This experiment consists of two variables: vocabulary as the independent variable (X) and the writing skills of news text as a dependent variable (Y). Based of result data analyze and explanation, were concluded 3 case. First, comprehension of journalistic vocabulary on students grade at VIII  SMP Negeri 22 Padang  was on good qualification (83,88). Second, writing skills of news text  at students grade VIII SMP  Negeri 22 Padang was on good qualification (81,91). Third,  comprehension  vocabulary on environment  areacontributed toward writing skills news text  at students grade VIII  SMP Negeri 22 Padang. Nevertheless, for the writing skills news text were needed comprehension of vocabulary on journalistic. Kata kunci : Kontribusi, Penguasaan Kosakata Bidang Jurnalistik, Keterampilan Menulis Teks Berita
