Guidance and Counseling Teachers' Consultation (MGBK) is a community of teachers in the field of guidance and counseling. One of the main tasks of guidance and counseling teachers in schools is to guide students to become human beings with character as required by the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the complete goals of national education. However, not all guidance and counseling teachers have the competence to guard this goal. For this reason, guidance and counseling teachers need to be given training, so that they have adequate knowledge and skills in carrying out their duties. This training aims to increase the knowledge and skills of guidance and counseling teachers in implementing prophetic guidance. Prophetic guidance is designed with the aim of strengthening the character of students. The training method used socratic dialogue. The participants of the activity were 30 representatives from 30 high school, vocational, and MA schools in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung. The results of the training showed that 74% of participants stated that they really got the benefits and new knowledge, even as many as 61% of participants stated that they had increased their confidence. Thus, this service activity has a significant impact on improving the competence and performance of teachers in providing guidance and counseling services.

Pancasila has critical, fundamental, rational, systematic, comprehensive thoughts and eventually this system is a value. Pancasila provides fundamental and universal foundations for human beings in social, national, and state. Thus, through the philosophical values of Pancasila, the development of science education is expected to make it as main reference to national education system, which takes place as way to achieve goals and national objectives. The method in this paper is descriptive analytical. The data entered is the most relevant and primary related to the study of Pancasila and education science, then analysis is carried out to produce an ideas. The results demonstrate that educational philosophy of Pancasila as the spirit of national education system should actually lived as source of values and reference to planning the development of science education in Indonesia, both theoretically and practically. Keywords: Educational Philosophy; Science Education; Pancasila; Values.

The general objective of this community service activity is facilitating the theoretical and practical BK services in Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Special Program in Surakarta and MIM Kartasura in implementing Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014 in an effort to improve the professionalism of teachers. In particular, the purpose of the community service is to facilitate the understanding the partner schools in Counselling services in the areas of personal, social, learning, and career. The service activities include socialization Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014 concerning guidance and counseling services in primary school, a discussion on the basic concept of guidance and counseling, and workshops on the implementation of guidance and counseling in Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Special Program in Surakarta and MIM Kartasura. Community service activities have received positive responses namely the formation of a formal institution Institute of Guidance and Counseling in each school. These institutions equipped with the personnel in charge, coordinator and teacher who oversees areas: personal, social, learning, and career.

Today humans live in the millennial era. The era that is a continuation of this global era has created new challenges that must be transformed into opportunities that can be put to good use, so that challenge brings a blessing for everyone to do. Since the millennial era besides having similarities also has differences, especially in the use of digital technology that goes beyond the computer era, this kaeadaan has invited a number of experts to speak out and at the same time offer a number of thoughts and ideas in dealing with it. Islamic education with various types and levels, ranging from traditional pesantren that is non-formal, hinggapesantren modern with various programs, ranging from kindergarten to college, is institutionally part of the national education system. With such a position, Islamic education will inevitably have to contribute, even responsible menak prepare human beings in the millennial era. That is a human being who is able to change challenges into opportunities, and can use them for his own material and spiritual welfare. This paper seeks to explore the potential contained in Islamic education with various types and levels in the face of challenges in the millennial era. This study aims to determine the important role of the Guidance and Counseling teacher in the development of student character. Character is developed through stages of knowledge (knowing), implementation, and habits. Character is not limited to knowledge. Someone who has knowledge about goodness is not necessarily able to act in accordance with his knowledge, if not trained (become a habit) to do good. Character also reaches into the area of emotions and personal habits. This is needed so that students and / or other school members involved in the education system can simultaneously understand, feel, respect, and practice virtue (moral) values. Counseling teachers here are really needed in terms of Guidance and Counseling that can guide students in developing better characters, so they can become human beings with character. In the signs of organizing guidance and counseling in the formal path it is explained that the guidance and counseling services provided by the guidance and counseling teacher are in the context of service area assignments aimed at developing social care, developing positive emotional aspects, guiding students in guiding life lessons through taking decisions, choosing, achieving, and maintaining achievement. Teacher Guidance and Counseling must facilitate the development and growth of student character. This article is useful to add insight to the students of the Guidance and Counseling study program so that it can be a reference in developing the character of students in high school effectively.

This study aims to present spirituality student competency profiles, which can provide a view of cultural competence on the part of students or the spirituality of the people of Indonesia. The method used is survey. Subjects consisted of 50 students on the course for guidance and counseling. Most categories of student spirituality competency is moderate, with highs in the affective aspects, aspects of cognitive and psychomotor lowest at. Therefore, the development of spirituality on student competence becomes important. Especially the development of the cognitive and psychomotor aspects. Competence spirituality is a potential in human beings that can evolve positively. As the results of research and studies mention that spirituality has contributed to mental health, positive moral behavior, professionalism, physical health, as well as character development. Character development is part of a very important educational mission. Moreover, the students as the next generation of nation-building, it is necessary formation of strong character. Belief in God and positive moral behavior is one of the main characters to be achieved in the national education goals. Spirituality can be a major potential in the development of the character.

School is an institution that not only teach science or study but also is very important to educate the students. The education will influence or change the behavior, character, personality, way of thinking, maturity and etc, because the education is expected the student not only understand or master of science and technology but also have good character and personal. National education goals also called general purpose is education goals to be achieved at the national level. Indonesia’s national education goals listed in law Republic Indonesia number 2 1989, about the national education system chapter 2 verse 4 said: national education the nation and develop human whose faith and fear of God, good character, knowledge and skills, physical and spiritual health, personality and independence and sense responsibility for society and nationality. To achieve national education goals, vision and mission of the school, the scholl students need to choose someone who can be role model for other students in learning, behavior, attitudes and how to interact in school or outside the school cenvironment. The head master and the teacher make the criteria or requirements to determine who will be role model and they use an approach that can be done by using Fuzzy logic . And the assesment’s criteria can be done by looking at the attitude, discipline, the average of mark, the organization, and involved in drugs. That approached is expected to choose a role model of student effectively. From that criteria they make a decision support system to determine thet role mode student.

Guidance and Counseling is a service that all human beings need at one point of their life. There is no human being that has never got a problem at one point or another. This study focused on the assessment of perception of guidance and Counseling services among educational stakeholders in selected secondary schools in Oyo State, Nigeria. Descriptive research design of ex-post-facto type was used in the study. Simple and purposive sampling techniques were used in sampling 300 participants from 10 local government areas (50 schools) in Oyo state. The respondents were measured with validated scale of 0.91 reliability coefficient and the data obtained was analyzed using simple percentage statistical analysis. Three (3) research questions were raised and answered. The results showed that school administrators, teacher and parents (educational stakeholders) had negative perception of guidance and Counseling services. In view of these findings, the study recommended that educational stakeholders need guidance in order to understand and appreciate guidance and Counseling services and that parents should be made to realize that the times are fast changing and that they have to gradually change from the old ways so as to change positively to guidance and Counseling services.

Character education was one of the focuses in the system of national education. Therefore, educators must not neglect this. A school counselor, as one of the educators, has to play a role in character education. Referring to guidance and counseling responsibilities in relation to students’ personal, social, academic, and career aspects, a school counselor must not escape from the main duties. Considering that character education is the responsibility of all parties, a school counselor can, independently and in collaboration with all school components, play a role in character education. Individually, a school counselor can provide services, such as individual services, individual planning services, and responsive services. In collaboration with other parties, a school counselor can make a synergy in character education programs. While guidance and counseling services are one of the service programs that contribute to the implementation of the program in schools. So that it is expected that the implementation of strengthening of character education through guidance and counseling services in schools can be implemented and implemented effectively and efficiently, so that it can achieve more optimal goals for the development of character values that exist in students.Keywords: School Counselors; Character Education; Counseling Guidance Services

GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION. Implementation of guidance and counseling in early childhood education institutions is a necessity. The juridical strengthening of guidance and counseling as part of education that can also touch early childhood education institutions starting from the issuance of Law no. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, followed by various derivatives of other regulations such as Government Regulation No. 19/2005 on National Education Standards, Government Regulation Number 74 Year 2008 on Teachers and Education Personnel, Permendiknas Number 27 Year 2008 to Permendikbud Number 111 Year 2014 on Guidance and Counseling on Primary and Secondary Education. Scientifically guidance and counseling study about human development holistically so relevant to the main purpose of early childhood education with the orientation of child development facilitation. This paper examines the relevance of scientific guidance and counseling to be implemented in early childhood education institutions and the legal basis that reinforces the practice.

Abstrak Guru merupakan seseorang yang tugasnya mengajar, membimbing dan mengarahkan anak untuk belajar. Guru adalah merupakan suatu jabatan khusus dalam dunia pendidikan, dia termasuk salah satu sumber belajar yang utama karena dari sanalah siswa/peserta didik memperoleh bimbingan, pengajaran dan pelatihan. Profesionalisme seorang guru di peroleh lewat pendidikan khusus keguruan atau latihan dan pengalaman. Kemudian menurut  Undang-Undang  Sistem  Pendidikan  Nasional  Guru adalah  tenaga  kependidikan  yang  berkualifikasi  sebagai  guru,  dosen,  konselor,  pamong praja, widyaiswara, tutor, instruktur, serta berpartisipasi dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan. Sejalan dengan itu guru menurut Undang-Undang tentang guru ditegaskan bahwa :Guru adalah pendidik prefesional dengan tugas utama mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi siswa pada pendidikan anak usia dini jalur pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar, dan pendidikan menengah.(Undang-Undang RI,  2003;2).Profil guru ideal adalah sosok yang mengabdikan diri berdasarkan panggilan jiwa, panggilan hati nurani, bukan karena tuntutan uang belaka tidak membatasi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya tidak sebatas dinding sekolah.Masyarakat juga jangan hanya menuntut pengabdian guru, tetapi kesejahteraan guru pun perlu diperhatikan. Guru dengan kemuliaannya dalam menjalankan tugas tidak mengenal lelah, hujan dan panas bukan rintangan bagi guru yang penuh dedikasi dan loyalitas untuk turun ke sekolah agar dapat bersatu jiwa dalam perpisahan raga dengan siswa. Raga guru dan siswa boleh berpisah, tapi jiwa keduanya tidak dapat dipisahkan (dwitunggal). Oleh karena itu dalam benak guru hanya ada satu kiat bagaimana mendidik siswa agar menjadi manusia dewasa susila yang cakap dan berguna bagi agama, nusa dan bangsa di masa yang akan datang.(Djam’an dkk, 2007).Kompetensi kepribadian adalah kompetensi yang berkaitan dengan tingkah laku pribadi guru itu sendiri yang kelak harus memiliki nilai-nilai luhur sehingga terpantul dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Guru, Peserta Didik, Malas, Belajar   Abstract                The teacher is someone whose job is teaching, guiding and directing children to learn. The teacher is a special position in the world of education, he is one of the main learning resources because from there students / students receive guidance, teaching and training. The professionalism of a teacher is obtained through special teacher training or training and experience. Then according to the National Education System Law Teachers are qualified teaching staff as teachers, lecturers, counselors, civil service, widyaiswara, tutors, instructors, and participate in organizing education. In line with that the teacher according to the Law on Teachers emphasized that: The teacher is a professional educator with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in early childhood education, formal education, basic education, and secondary education. (Republic of Indonesia Law, 2003; 2). The ideal teacher profile is a person who devotes himself based on the calling of the soul, the call of conscience, not because the demands of money alone do not limit his duties and responsibilities are not limited to the walls of the school. teacher, but the welfare of the teacher also needs attention. Teachers with their glory in carrying out tasks that are tireless, rainy and hot are not a hindrance for teachers who are full of dedication and loyalty to go to school to be able to unite their souls in physical separation with students. The body of the teacher and students may separate, but the souls of the two cannot be separated (duvies). Therefore, in the minds of teachers there is only one tip on how to educate students to become capable adult human beings who are capable and useful for religion, religion and nation in the future (Djam'an et al., 2007).
