Public transportation is currently starting to experience very rapid development. This development is due to the increasing public demand for safety and comfort on the journey. Presentation of bus ticket availability information at this time is still manual, so potential users must come to the agent to find out the availability of tickets and make ticket reservations so that it is not uncommon if there are users who run out of bus tickets because the user does not get information directly. To facilitate prospective users in booking tickets and searching for bus departure information, an Android-based bus ticket booking application was built. This application was designed using MySQL, Adobe Dreamweaver and Android Studio. The system development method used in this study is the prototyping method. As for the testing method using BlackBox Testing. This method is used to find out if there are performance errors on the system. The purpose of this application is to make it easy for prospective bus users to search for buses and order tickets so they can be done anywhere and anytime without being bound by time and place.

Pesantren Mahasiswa Internasional KH Mas Mansur (Pesma) has a shuttle facility for everyone who lives there. However, the use of the shuttle is not optimal because the ordering procedure still uses manual techniques. It contrasts with the rapid development of industry 4.0 and the mission of Pesma to get digitalization. This paper describes the effort to improve Pesma shuttle bookings by developing an application. The application is built upon the Android Studio 3.5.1 platform and uses Firebase real-time database. The development method implements the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall. The research results in an application called “Pesma Apps” that can be used by staff and mahasantri. Testing the Pesma apps, we obtained sufficiently good results where the black box testing proves that all functions work well. A usability testing using SUS with 30 respondents produces a good result at the level of 72.6, which suggests that the application is accepted.

Correspondence administration service activities in the Cihampelas Village Office, West Bandung Regency are still manual with submission forms, approval processes and data recapitulation that have not been stored properly. Time and location constraints and services that often cannot be resolved in one day are problems for people who need fast services. These problems need to be handled quickly to improve excellent service for the local community, so based on the results of interviews with the manager, an application is needed to simplify the letter-making process. The system development method used to make this software uses the Prototype method with stages arranged starting from the requirements collection which contains the stages in the needs analysis, followed by design to testing with the black box testing method. The application is made based on a website using the Laravel framework, MySQL as the database. Based on the results of testing the satisfaction level of application usability through the User Acceptance Test (UAT), the percentage results were 87% of the total 25 user respondents and 3 admin respondents, which concluded that the application built had fulfilled system functionality and was running according to the requirements of the user

Abstract:Central Lombok Diskominfo availability of very limited information about towers that have not paid or that have already paid fees causes Central Lombok Dikominfo tends not to have accurate and relevant information so it must check the tower. The research objective is to map 320 towers spread across the Lombok Regency in the form of a Google map. The system development method in this study uses XP (Extreme Programming) and the application testing technique uses the Black-Box Testing method. The results of this study are to make it easier for employees / staff in finding the location of the tower that has not paid and who have paid fees by clicking the tower icon in the application.            Keywords:Geographic Information Systems, XP (Extreme Programming), Central Lombok  Abstrak:Diskominfo Lombok Tengah ketersediaan informasi yang sangat terbatas mengenai menara yang belum membayar atau yang sudah membayar retribusi menyebabkan Dikominfo Lombok Tengah cenderung tidak memiliki informasi yang akurat dan relevan sehingga harus mengecek menara tersebut.Tujuan penelitian untuk memetakan 320 menara yang tersebar di wilayah Lombok bentuk google map. This study aims to integrate the alumni information system which has not been integrated at Diponegoro University. The alumni information system previously encountered problems, namely the absence of alumni database application standards, and there was no policy requiring students to fill and update the alumni database system. The application designed in this study can be a medium that connects faculties and also requires that each alumni can fill in the data in the database. The system development method used in developing this system is the V model. This application has the facility to update work data and first salary when working. Information entered into the application can facilitate primary data collection for accreditation purposes. In this application alpha testing is done using the blackbox testing method and in beta testing using a questionnaire distribution method to input applications. Of the graduates in 2017 there are 4521 alumni who have filled in the data well, and there is an increase in 2018 as many as 6487 which indicates that this application can be a means to meet alumni data needs.

E-Commerce is a process model of selling and buying goods using information and communication technology. This business model offers a broad market for products owned by the seller. However this sales model is not yet common for agricultural products. Most of the process of buying and selling agricultural products is still done conventionally. The lack of agricultural e-commerce sites is the main reason for the research conducted. This research will develop an agricultural e-commerce system. This system has two main modules that are sales module and purchasing module. This article specifically develops sales modules for agricultural e-commerce. In the development of modules applied Dynamic System Development Method. The used of this model is based on characteristic of the project which have limited number of development team and short development time. The development stages consist of pre-project, feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build iteration. In this study a prototype has been produced for the sales module on agricultural e-commerce that is being developed

Autosomal recessive ataxias are much less well studied than autosomal dominant ataxias and there are no clearly defined systems to classify them. Autosomal recessive ataxias, which are characterized by neuronal and multisystemic features, have significant overlapping symptoms with other complex multisystemic recessive disorders. The generation of animal models of neurodegenerative disorders increases our knowledge of their cellular and molecular mechanisms and helps in the search for new therapies. Among animal models, the zebrafish, which shares 70% of its genome with humans, offer the advantages of being small in size and demonstrating rapid development, making them optimal for high throughput drug and genetic screening. Furthermore, embryo and larval transparency allows to visualize cellular processes and central nervous system development in vivo. In this review, we discuss the contributions of zebrafish models to the study of autosomal recessive ataxias characteristic phenotypes, behavior, and gene function, in addition to commenting on possible treatments found in these models. Most of the zebrafish models generated to date recapitulate the main features of recessive ataxias.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Zidan Jaya Motor is a company that serves the sale and purchase of used motorcycles, from various brands and types of motorcycles. The problem that is often encountered is the ineffectiveness of sales services in terms of time and effort because they still use manual data collection in the company's parent book. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based used motorcycle sales application. This sales information system planning uses the SDLC (system development life cycle) development method with the PHP (hypertext markup language) programming language. This sales application makes it easy for Zidan Jaya Motor to manage goods data, sales reports, optimize services and maintain company data security. The development of the internet and the implementation of technology that makes it easier for users to increasingly influence the business sector. Business people are starting to take advantage of the internet and technology to run their business or so-called E-Commerce. Denia Donuts Shop is an online shop that sells donuts in South Sumatera. The problems that occur, even though this store has marketed its products online, shop owners still use social media only in the process of transactions with consumers. This becomes very difficult when consumers want to make a purchase, consumers must send messages according to the format determined by the shop's owner, this method is made very difficult for consumers every time they make a purchase. On the other hand, the shop owner also finds it difficult to find product information, stock information, find out which consumers have bought during a certain period, and sales reports that are still recorded in a book. This article aims to build E-Commerce at Denia Donuts Shop that can help in marketing products widely and facilitate the process of transactions carried out by consumers. The system development method used is the prototype method. This research has resulted in an E-Commerce system that has been tested using the black box testing method and has been implemented in accordance with user requirements specifications.

AbstrakPT. Gunung Berlian Nusantara merupakan pengembang perumahan yang bergerak dibidang properti yaitu penjualan rumah subsidi. Sistem penjualannya dilakukan secara kredit melalui Bank atau kredit pada developer. Pembayaran kredit developer langsung pada kantor pemasaran. Data penjualan dan pembayaran rumah diolah oleh bagian administrasi yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel dan buku administrasi. Sehingga perlu dibangun sebuah rancangan sistem administrasi perumahan untuk pengolahan data yang berbasis pemograman PHP dan basis data MySQL dengan alat bantu perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Adapun metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Prototype. Dengan adanya sistem administrasi perumahan berbasis pemograman aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dan mendukung kegiatan administrasi perusahaan. Kata kunci— Perumahan, PHP, MySQL, UML, Metode Prototype.  AbstractPT. It is necessary to build the design of residential administration system for data processing based on PHP programming and MySQL database with design tool using UML (Unified Modeling Language). System development method used is Prototype method.
