Every year, the vast majority of countries switch to an online environment. This is especially true for online stores. The subject of this study is the system of consumer protection upon buying goods in online stores and its effectiveness. The purpose is to analyse the state of development of e-commerce in Ukraine and the system of consumer protection upon purchasing goods in online stores. The following general scientific methods were used: classification and theoretical generalisation – to study the theoretical foundations of e-commerce; statistical analysis – to analyse the current state of e-commerce in Ukraine and the consumer protection system. The following results were obtained: based on the analysis of the provisions of current legislation and the experience of foreign countries describing the development of the e-commerce market in Ukraine and the world, the main trends that have developed have been identified, the positive and negative aspects of e-commerce have been identified, as well as the effectiveness of the consumer protection system upon purchasing goods in online stores. It was concluded that the “e-commerce” industry is developing very dynamically. Consumer protection upon purchasing goods through online stores is carried out as with a regular purchase and sale, but it has a number of specific features. To attract potential customers and build their trust, online stores try to post as much information about their products and services as possible on their official websites, including customer reviews. This indicates that the sellers themselves are interested in resolving disputes as soon as possible and preserving their reputation. Taking this into account, it is the improvement of the consumer literacy of citizens, the ability to fully exercise their rights, and to protect their interests in case of certain contradictions that is one of the ways to solve the existing problems

Since the beginning of the XXI century, the amount of available for the researchers numismatic material has increased significantly, so introducing a new types of coins into the scientific circulation has become an especially relevant in modern numismatics, even when the archaeological context of most of these finds is almost lost. The study of ancient numismatics of Olbia is rapidly gaining in modern Ukraine. At the beginning of the XX century, ancient numismatics already had some significant achievements, but the accumulated material required urgent cataloging and systematization. During last 10 years since the publication of the most important and thorough catalog of ancient coins by Vladlen Opanasovich Anokhin, as well as the results of cataloging Olbia coins by other researchers - Valery Nechitaylo and Grigory Makandarov, numismatics has been enriched by new previously unknown coin types. The aim of the study. The main purpose of the article is to introduce into the scientific circulation new varieties of Olbia coins and to compile the most complete classification of Olbia coins of the IV century BC. Research methodology. In the process of scientific elaboration of the topic general scientific methods were used: analytical, chronological, and topographical, as well as source methods: critical, metrological and iconographic. A systematic approach to the processing of modern finds from private collections and access to the collections of foreign museums was the impetus for writing an expanded classification work. The scientific novelty. The value of the processed materials is that they not only complement this group of coins, but also refine previously published types in unsatisfactory condition, where incorrect reading of the names and trinkets has led to inaccuracies. The Conclusions. The so-called «obol series» covers the period of the Olbia minting around 350-330 BC. The monetary system consists of four denominations: obol (on the coin field depicts Demeter and the eagle on the dolphin), dikhalk (on the coin field depicts Demeter and the eagle on the dolphin), hulk (on the coin field depicts Demeter and the ear, dolphin) and hemihalk (depicts Demeter and dolphin). The die analysis allowed to divide the coins of Olbia of the IV century BC senior denomination for two stylistic groups. According to the results of our own research, we were able to determine the following number of varieties of each of these denominations: obols – 24 types, dikhalks - 6 types, hulks - 6 types, hemihalks - 2 types. We see the prospect of further research in the introduction into scientific circulation of new previously undiscovered varieties of Olbian coins from little-studied sources - materials of museum collections in Ukraine and abroad, among numismatic rarities sold at numismatic auctions and private collections.

The research object is criminality in the sphere of housing and utilities infrastructure. The research subject is the combination of factors determining criminality in this sphere. The topicality of such a classification is conditioned by a special role of the housing and utilities infrastructure in the country’s economy. All crimes committed in the housing and utilities infrastructure, trespassing upon property, also threaten public safety. The author uses general scientific methods of dialectics, analysis and generalization, as well as specific methods of summarizing and grouping. The author formulates the classification of factors determining criminality in the sphere of housing and utilities infrastructure. The classification is based on the distinction between objective (external) and subjective (internal) factors. The former ones are historically determined, i.e. caused by the existing mechanisms functioning in the sphere, which can be overwhelmed only by means of reforming the regulating legislation and modernizing the engineer infrastructure. The latter ones are caused by the drawbacks in the organization of public authorities supervising the housing and utilities infrastructure, and law enforcement bodies. The proposed determination system allows organizing comprehensive and targeted planning of measures preventing this type of criminality.

The correct qualification of a crime provides the basis for achieving the goals of criminal liability, including sentencing a just punishment. During qualification, law enforcement agencies (investigative bodies, inquiry bodies, and court) often face problems caused by contradictions in criminal law regulation (a gap in law, defects in law, legal conflicts, evaluation categories of law, etc.). According to the authors, it is possible to eliminate the contradictions of criminal law regulation by applying the principles of criminal law as a direct regulator of criminal law relations. Purpose of the research: to identify the problems of qualifying crimes in the modern practice of preliminary investigation bodies and courts, as well as to determine the place and role of the principles of criminal law in the process. Framework of the research. The research was carried out with general scientific methods (dialectical, statistical, comparative legal); in addition, methods of analysis, deduction, synthesis, as well as a formally legal method, were used in the research. Conclusions: the authors draw the conclusion that the principles of criminal law should be considered as an independent fundamental form of Russian law.

The genesis and current condition of scientific approaches to defining methods in criminalistics are considered. It is noted that, despite the significant importance for the formation of the methodology of criminalistics science, no separate doctrine of its methods has been created yet. Conversely, scientists offer different definitions and classification constructions of methods of this science. There is not always a justifiable division of criminalistics methods into research methods and methods of practical activity. It is emphasized that the introduction of a single, unified, consistent classification of methods in criminalistics science is a prerequisite for the further effective scientific research in this area of knowledge and the solution of praxeological tasks in the activity of judicial investigative bodies, expert institutions, operational units. Finding out established approaches to the classification of methods in science of criminalistics will contribute to the final formation of the modern scientific criminalistics paradigm. In view of the results of the analysis of scientific approaches, it is proposed to divide the methods in forensics into two varieties, using the following terms: 1) methods of criminalistics that means methods of studying the subject of research of this field of knowledge, carrying out scientific research; 2) criminalistics methods, that is, the optimal methods of action of authorized subjects that are the result of the conducted research and recommended for practical use. Methods of criminalistics should be grouped into the following levels: philosophical, general scientific (methods of empirical research, methods of theoretical research, general logical methods), separate scientific (special) (borrowed, transformed, especially criminalistics). In turn, forensic methods can be divided into: methods of collecting, recording and investigating evidence; methods of using forensic and special techniques; methods of conducting individual investigative (search) actions; methods of designing and testing investigators, court, expert versions and construction of forecasting models, etc. The above points out that in the forensic scientific knowledge there is a complex, dynamic, subordinated system of numerous methods of different levels, spheres of action, directions, which are realized taking into account specific conditions and subject of research. At the same time, this system is open and constantly updated with new methods as a result of their development and renewing.

The purpose of the research is to structure collocations with the «schwarz» element by lexical-thematic groups and their characteristics, which made possible the identification of all semantic variations of the colour black in the idiostyle of E. M. Remarque and helped to reveal the shades of their meaning in the process of reader’s perception of this prominent writer’s works. To achieve its stated goals the study involved the integrational use of general scientific methods (description, induction, deduction), as well as the analysіs of dictionary definitions, modelling and classification of the actual material. The lexical-thematic paradigm of the colour black in the idiostyle of E. M. Remarque is represented by collocations to describe character appearance, shoes and clothes; the plant and animal world, the environment, natural phenomena; household items, building structures, transport; lighting, shapes and figures; forbidden actions and malpractice; people’s mental and physical states. The first group was found to be the most numerous one, while the group which describes people’s severe mental or physical conditions comprised the smallest number of collocations, which make up the black palette of E. M. Remarque’s works. Analysed coloronym (every fourth adjective to denote the colour) is the most actively used by the author in his work „Liebe deinen Nächsten“. The detailed analysis of the writer’s discourse shows that the colour dominant „schwarz” is an important element of the author’s creative method. It is not used to remove colour from reality; it paints it in dark colours, contributes to the formation of the emotional component of the text and stimulates the associative activity of the reader.

The subject. The paper is devoted to the classification of financial law enforcement acts issued in Poland. The purpose of the paper is a typological analysis of the financial law enforcement acts in Poland depending on the subjects who issues such acts. The methodology. General scientific methods as analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison were used. The system method made it possible to regularize a set of financial law enforcement acts, taking into account the subjects of law enforcement in Poland. The functional approach made it possible to identify the types of financial law enforcement acts, depending on their role in the system of law enforcement in Poland. The main results and scope of their application. The definition of the financial law enforcement act is proposed. Classification of subjects of financial law enforcement in Poland is carried out, their powers are covered and characteristics of the individual legal acts issued by them are al-located. The proposed qualitative analysis of law enforcement acts adopted in Poland may be-come a starting point for research in the field of financial law theory and comparative law.Conclusions. A financial law enforcement act is an act issued on the basis of the current rules of financial law by the authorized bodies, establishing or determining – in respect of an individual addressee – the rights and (or) obligations in a particular case in the field of public finance, or preparing their establishment or determination. The subjects applying the norms of financial law, can be divided into: bodies of financial ad-ministration, the courts (primarily administrative courts) and quasi-judicial bodies (e.g. the Commission, considering cases of violation of discipline of public finance). The first group of bodies issues decisions and orders (financial and legal acts), the bodies of the second group issue court decisions and court orders, the bodies of the third group issue decisions. The role of administrative courts in the financial law enforcement is significant. Significant number of financial cases, particularly concerning individual interpretations, in the total number of cases considered by such courts is an evidence.

The purpose of this research work is to identify and analyse the most important conceptual and terminological systems of social geography and the relationships between them. Method. General scientific methods, including analysis, scientific synthesis, analytical method, methods of comparison and generalization were used in the study. Accordingly, the need to identify the category of monodevelopment and its inherent differences in the theory of social geography requires a detailed consideration of its etymology, semantic separation from other categories, i.e. scientific justification considering the specifics of geographical understanding. In the course of the research the method of classification had been used in the separation of the constituent elements of the territories of monodevelopment. The scientific novelty lies in the disclosure of the conceptual and terminological apparatus of social geography and its structuring into a number of conceptual and terminological systems, within which the content of concepts is deepened, the terms denoting certain concepts are specified, in particular the concept of «monodevelopment» in socio-geographical science, taking into account, first of all, the attributes of the territory (properties, relations, processes). It has been revealed that monodevelopment is aimed at the formation of territorial social systems of the highest hierarchical level, in the structure of which individual elements will begin their own monodevelopment, which will end with differentiation or integration of subsystems of the territorial social system. The main attributes of the territory in the interpretation of monodevelopment in social geography had been analyzed. Based on the classification of attributes of the territory (properties, relations, processes) formed in the theory of social geography, the author singled out new types of monodevelopment of the territory with increasing weight of one element, such as monoresource, monodemographic, monofunctional, monocentric development and others. Practical meaning. The results of this study contribute to a deeper socio-geographical understanding of the processes of monodevelopment, their genesis, features of their course and provide an opportunity to model the long-term development of territorial social systems, to achieve expected results due to long-term transformation. They can be used for further study of monosystems of different hierarchical levels, as well as for the development of practical recommendations and programs for the development of individual monoterritories. It is especially important to clarify the category of «monoterritory» and the separation of monoterritories as special territorial formations, which will further determine aspects of the development of this type of territorial formation. It is extremely important in today's decentralization reform in Ukraine, when new united territorial communities are formed; many of which are economically monodirectional.
