The effectiveness of the digital SAMSAT mobile service program is a success in improving the welfare of its members and the community in general with the aim of research to determine the effectiveness of digital services on the SAMSAT mobile program in the city of Mataram and what are the supporting factors and obstacles the city of Mataram. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis in qualitative research, carried out at the time of data collection takes place, namely reduction data, display data, and draw conclusions. The results of this study are the effectiveness of the mobile SAMSAT digital service program in the city of Mataram. So far the services carried out by mobile SAMSAT have been effective. the number that has paid PKB as many as 7.507 vehicles and the amount of money as much as Rp. 3,542,442,111. while SAMSAT mobile 2 operates in the cakra and gebang sub-district offices, the number of which has paid PKB is 2,382 vehicles and the amount of money is Rp. 1,236,041,341. the last being SAMSAT mobile 3 which operates in the sindu market and the udayana roundabout, the number of those who have paid PKB is 2,538 vehicles and the amount of money is Rp. 913,443,402. and those who paid PKB in 2018, traveling around SAMSAT 1 in Sangkareang Park and Mayure Village Office, the number of those who had paid PKB was 10,522 vehicles and the amount of money was Rp. 6,627,326,321. while SAMSAT around 2 operates in the cakra and gebang sub-district offices, the number of which has paid PKB as much as 6,603 vehicles and Rp. 3,708,124,026. the last being SAMSAT mobile 3 which operates in the sindu market and the udayana roundabout, the number of which has paid PKB as many as 3,617 vehicles and the amount of money as much as Rp. 2,740,330,200. judging from the increase in the number of people who have paid PKB from 2017-2018, according to the scale of the assessment made, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of digital services on the SAMSAT mobile program in the city of Mataram has been effective.

The purpose of this research was to examine the Department of Education and Culture's strategy for addressing the city of Pontianak's teacher shortage. This study employs an inductive descriptive qualitative method. Data reduction methods, data display/data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification were used to analyze the collected data. In order to gather the data, we used a combination of observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews as data collection techniques. Structured interviews and purposive sampling were used to select participants for the study. Research shows that the Department of Education and Culture's strategy for dealing with the shortage of teachers is adequate. There is no doubt that the Department of Education and Culture is doing everything it can to alleviate the shortage of teachers in Pontianak City, whether it's through policies like hiring PPPK employees or stipulating that ASN be formed exclusively for educators.

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.</em></p><p><em>            </em><em>The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:</em></p><p><em>p</em><em>rovisions in Article 13 </em><em>and p</em><em>rovisions Article 15</em><em> </em><em>of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

AbstractThis paper discusses the Making of a Dance Studio Directory in the City of Padang. The purpose of this paper is (a) to describe the making of a directory of dance studios in the city of Padang; (B) describing the transition in creating a directory of dance studios in Padang City; (c) describe the business in making a directory of dance studios in the city of Padang. This research was conducted using descriptive methods by describing the subject or object based on visible facts. Data collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded, first, the steps in the process of making dance studios in the city of Padang are (a) data collection that collects all information relating to which is not in doubt to be made in the directory; (B) collect all data obtained; (c) Focus on a vision that has been created; (d) making books so that they are easier to produce and making books more directed; (e) determine the subject, the subject used in making the directory is the name of the street, location of each studio; (f) classification or grouping, grouping data that has been collected and adjusted to the subjects that have been determined; (g) directory design that is by making cover designs, and compiling information from directories. Second, the challenges involved in making a dance studio directory in Padang City are as follows: (a) when collecting data the writer had difficulty in finding the dance studio to be addressed. This is because there are some studios that do not have banners or name bars installed. Discusses some problems in finding the studio; (B) some studios that the author visits the owner often go to the studio or the owner is out of town because they have to accompany their students in the race; (c) difficulties in contacting the studio owner. Third, the non-related ones involved in making directories include; (a) the name of the studio; (b) the name of the owner; (c) year of establishment; (d) number of students; (e) hours of practice; (f) address; (g) telephone number; (h) location plan; and (i) studio photos.Keywords: Manufacture, Directory, Dance Studio

The high rate of divorce, especially in West Sumatra, is an important note for religious extension workers to increase their role and quality in providing counseling. Therefore, fast and progressive action is needed to overcome this. Another phenomenon revealed from the above data is that the divorce case is dominated by the wife's lawsuit. Therefore, it takes the role of religious counselors at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) to increase family resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of religious instructors in increasing family resilience in the city of Padang from physical, social, and psychological aspects. Data collection techniques used interviews and were analyzed with the Miles and Huberman models following the stages of data reduction, data display, conclusion. The role of religious counselors in increasing family resilience has been carried out quite well, although not yet maximized because the raw materials are not yet available, the methods used are only advice and lectures and have not been evaluated continuously.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p> </p><p>Tulisan ini membahas tentang strategi kota Pekalongan dalam <em>mempromosikan city branding “World’s City of</em> <em>Batik”. </em>Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu telaah<em> </em>dokumen, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari tulisan ini adalah (a) menghasilkan pemaparan tentang aset kota yang dimiliki oleh kota Pekalongan, yaitu budaya <em>(cultural)</em> yang diwakili oleh pariwisata berbasis batik dan kemudahan <em>(amenity)</em> termasuk fasilitas yang tersedia di kota Pekalongan. Aset kota ini merupakan salah satu penguat <em>branding</em> kota. (b) strategi <em>branding</em> yang dilakukan pemerintah kota meliputi strategi visual dan strategi promosi. Strategi visual yang dilakukan di antaranya penciptaan identitas visual yang merepresentasikan karakter kota Pekalongan seperti logo, <em>tagline</em>, warna dan tipografi. Identitas visual ini nantinya dikomunikasikan dalam berbagai media promosi seperi <em>merchandise,</em> spanduk, poster, leaflet, dan sebagainya. Strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kota yaitu dengan mengadakan festival tahunan Pekan Batik, membuat labelisasi batik, <em>landmark</em>, zebracross batik. Selain logo <em>branding</em>, kota Pekalongan secara konsisten menggunakan motif batik khas Pekalongan, yaitu Jlamprang dalam media promosi.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: City Branding, Pekalongan, Batik.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><em>This paper discusses about the strategy of Pekalongan city in promoting the city branding “World’s City of Batik”. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques namely document review, interviews and literature study. The results of this paper are (a) an explanation of the city assets owned by Pekalongan city, it is the culture represented by batik-based tourism and convenience (amenities) including available facilities in Pekalongan. This city asset is one of the city’s branding boosters. (b) the branding strategy carried out by the city government includes visual and promotion strategies. Visual strategies carried out include the creation of visual identities that represent the character of Pekalongan city such as logos, taglines, colors and typography. This visual identity will be communicated in various promotional media such as merchandise, banners, posters, leaflets, and so on. Promotional strategies carried out by the city govern-ment include an annual Batik Festival, making batik labels, landmarks, and zebra cross batik. In addition to the branding logo, Pekalongan city consistently uses typical batik motifs of Pekalongan, namely Jlamprang in promotional media.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>City Branding, Pekalongan, Batik.</em></p>

This study aims to reveal heteronormativity in the Lovely Man movie by director Teddy Soeriaatmadja by using narrative structure theory from Tzvetan Todorov and the concept initiated by Judith Butler. Heteronormative values that appear in the film directed by Teddy Soeriaatmadja are seen through dialogue between characters in each scene that are divided into three; (1) equilibrium/plenitude, (2) disruption, disequilibrium/disrupting force, and (3) opposing force. This research uses qualitative method by using approach of narrative analysis of model Tzvetan Todorov. The data used for this research is the film of Lovely Man by director Teddy Soeriaatmadja itself. This study uses data collection techniques with observation and literature study, as well as using data collection techniques with data reduction, interpretation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is a concept of heteronormative values reflected through heterosexuals who are considered to damage the stability of transvestite life, so that heterosexuals are considered as 'the other' heteronormative. Abstract. Sale and purchase is transaction that often done by individual or group because there is a transfer of ownership between goods and assets. In practice, sale and purchase is not only done by face to face but also can be done online, as in the case of the sale and purchase of suppliers data at Agen Fashion. This study aims to find out how the transaction practice is and how Islamic law and ITE Law point of view are, whether it is accordance to the laws or not. This research uses qualitative method with normative juridical approach and literature study. The main sources in this study are secondary data that support this research, such as Alquran, Hadith, and the ITE Law. The interviews as data collection techniques are conducted as supplementary data. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the transaction is not  accordance with the terms of sale and purchase in Islamic law because there is a lack of clarity (gharar) on the quality of the object and is not accordance as well as the clause no. 9 of the ITE Law because the seller did not explain the object completely.Keywords: Sale and Purchase, Islamic Law, ITE Law, GhararAbstrak. Jual beli merupakan bentuk transaksi yang sering dilakukan oleh tiap individu atau kelompok karena dalam jual beli terdapat perpindahan kepemilikan antara barang dan harta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Pada praktiknya, jual beli tidak hanya dilakukan secara bertatap muka melainkan dapat dilakukan secara online, seperti halnya pada jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion serta bagaimana hukum Islam dan Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik memandang praktik jual beli data supplier tersebut, apakah telah sesuai dengan hukum yang menjadi pisau analisis dalam penelitian ini atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan studi kepustakaan. Sumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang mendukung penelitian ini, yaitu Alquran, Hadis, dan UU ITE. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dilakukan sebagai data pelengkap. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu descriptive analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah transaksi yang terjadi di Agen Fashion tidak sesuai dengan syarat jual beli dalam hukum Islam karena terdapat ketidakjelasan (gharar) pada kualitas objek transaksi, dan tidak sesuai dengan Pasal 9 dalam UU ITE karena pelaku usaha tidak menjelaskan secara lengkap terkait objek yang ditawarkan.Kata Kunci: Jual Beli, Hukum Islam, UU ITE, Gharar

The National Housing Development Public Corporation (Perumnas) was established as a government solution in providing adequate housing for the middle to lower classes, to realize this, Perumnas set a target of building 100,000 houses / year. The aspect of development is to ensure that all communities occupy decent homes in a healthy environment, an increase in the number of residents in the city, especially the city of Medan, causes settlement problems because the area of land is a fixed factor, while the population is always growing, thus requiring a system that can help decision in determining the priority of land for housing development. In this study an analysis of patterns related to applicable criteria or rules is implemented by applying the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy-AHP) method, to produce accurate and effective information for making priority decisions on the location of the best residential development land. The analysis framework uses a data collection approach sourced from Public Relations, then an analysis is carried out to determine the criteria, rules and standards used, then a system is built by implementing the Fuzzy-AHP method to produce optimal alternatives that can be used as information. Alternative results will be evaluated by quantitative and qualitative analysis compared to the existing system. The developed system is expected to be used as a tool in decision making in the Regional Sumatra Regional Public Corporation I company that is optimal according to the criteria, rules or standards used. Data collection using the method of literature study, observation, interviews, and sampling. This research is expected to be one of the references in the application of decision support systems in a real scope and contribute to building a constructive community culture based on logical and scientific values.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify the Kentongan Bambu Laras show and explore the contextualization of educational diversity in the Kentongan Bambu Laras performance. This study uses a qualitative method to recontextualize educational diversity in Kentongan Bambu Laras, Patikraja Village, Patikraja District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data obtained were analyzed with a musicological approach used to analyze the form of Kentongan Bambu Laras performance from how to play and form music (form) and organology (instrumentation). The results showed that the value of honesty, discipline value, hard work value, and creative value were found in the Kentongan Bambu Laras performance. Furthermore, the recontextualization of multidimensional education lies in the instrumentation and complexity of the performances to develop physical or motor skills, perceptual, intellectual, emotional, social, creativity.Keywords: multidimensional education diversity, kentongan music performance, Kentongan Bambu Laras ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pertunjukan Kentongan Bambu Laras dan mengeksplorasi terkait rekontekstualisasi diversitas pendidikan dalam pertunjukan Kentongan Bambu Laras. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif terhadap fenomena rekontekstualisasi diversitas pendidikan dalam Kentongan Bambu Laras, Desa Patikraja, Kecamatan Patikraja, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan pendekatan musikologi yang digunakan untuk menganalisis bentuk pertunjukkan kesenian Kentongan Bambu Laras dari cara bermain dan bentuk musik (form), dan organologi (instrumentasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai kejujuran, nilai disiplin, nilai kerja keras, dan nilai kreatif terdapat dalam pertunjukan Kentongan Bambu Laras. Lebih lanjut, rekontekstualisasi pendidikan multidimensional terletak pada instrumentasi dan kompleksitas pertunjukan mengembangkan kemampuan fisik atau motorik, perseptual, intelektual, emosional, sosial, kreativitas.Kata Kunci: Diversitas pendidikan multidimensional, pertunjukan musik kentongan, Kentongan Bambu Laras

<p>The purpose of the study is to know and depict the revitalization and socialization of Daeng dance in purbalingga, Indonesia. This study used a qualitative method. The relevant techniques of data collection to the method are observation, interview, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzedusing three ways; they are data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. The results showed that revitalizing Daeng dance occurred in its earliest performances, by means of innovating the foregoing Daeng dance without leaving its characteristics. The revitalization was done toward the dance’s motion, accompaniment, makeup, wardrobe, stage, sounds, lighting, and floor patterns, as well as there is a change in its function; as the media of spreading Islam in the past to nowadays just being an entertainment. After the process of revitalization, Daeng dance is then socialized through two ways of deployment; they are formal and informal processes. This dance’s socialization in this study occurs through direct performance and mass media. </p>
