Abstrak: Cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia kurang dari enam bulan sebesar 55,7% telah mencapai target. Dari 33 provinsi yang melapor, sebanyak 29 provinsi di antaranya (88%) berhasil mencapai target renstra 2015, sedangkan Provinsi Lampung sebesar  54,9% tidak mencapai target Nasional yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Diketahui  faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki bayi 7-24 bulan di wilayah Kabupaten Pringsewu  tahun 2017. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah sakit wilayah kabupaten pringsewu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki bayi usia 7-24 bulan sebanyak 83 ibu, dan sampelnya berjumlah 66 ibu. Metode pengumpilan data dengan lembar kuisioner. Analisa data yang digunakan univariat, bivariat, multivariate.Hasil Penelitian Sebagian responden tidak memberikan ASI esklusif, yaitu sebanyak 62,1%,Ada hubungan antara dukungan tempat bekerja dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan  p-value = 0,011 dan OR 4,525,  hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan  p-value = 0.000 dan OR 8,615, Ada hubungan antara faktor psikis dengan  p-value = 0,009 dan OR 5,513, Ada hubungan antara sosial budaya dengan  p-value = 0,021 dan OR 7,583, dan Tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, usia, status ekonomi tentang ASI eksklusif dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Faktor yang paling dominan adalah Dukungan suami dengan nilai OR paling besar yaitu 7,291. Abstract: The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged less than six months by 55.7% has reached the target. The purpose of this research is to know the factors related to exclusive breastfeeding on health workers who have babies 7-24 months in Pringsewu District in 2017. The population of this study is all health workers who have babies 7-24 months of age as many as 83 mothers, and the sample amounted to 66 mothers. Data latching method with questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate, multivariate. Research Results Some respondents did not give exclusive breastfeeding as much as 62.1%. There was a relationship between workplace support and exclusive breastfeeding with p-value = 0.011 and OR 4.525, the relationship between husband support and exclusive breastfeeding with p-value = 0.000 And OR 8,615. There is correlation between psychological factor with p-value = 0,009 and OR 5,513. There is correlation between social culture with p-value = 0,021 and OR 7,583, and there is no correlation between knowledge, age, economic status about exclusive breastfeeding Exclusive breastfeeding. The most dominant factor is the support of husbands with the greatest OR value is 7.29

Introduction:Breast milk is a liquid formed from a mixture of two substances, namely fat and water contained in a solution of protein, lactose and inorganic salts produced by the mother's breast glands, and is useful as baby food. Mother's knowledge and attitude in exclusive breastfeeding plays an important role in increasing the growth and development of children. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge (cognitive factors) and attitudes (affective factors) of mothers in the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in Tulang Bawang Barat District in 2021. Method: This research is a quantitative research, with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies > 6 months-12 months as many as 2285 with samples taken as many as 93 respondents. The object of this research is exclusive breastfeeding, knowledge and attitude. The research was conducted in June 2021 in the District of Tulang Bawang Barat. Collecting data using a questionnaire, data analysis is univariate, bivariate and multivariate. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.016, OR = 3.264), and attitudes (p value = 0.001, OR = 7.848) towards exclusive breastfeeding in Tulang Bawang Barat District in 2021. Dominant factors related to exclusive breastfeeding in Tulang Bawang Barat District in 2021, namely the attitude with a p-value of 0.000 OR 10.197. Conclusion: The dominant factor related to the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in Tulang Bawang Barat is the attitude of the mother. To improve the attitude of mothers in the Practice of Exclusive Breastfeeding, the Health Office needs to carry out health promotions with a more frequent frequency by using more attractive health promotion media in collaboration with the health promoter team at the puskesmas.

The prevalence of stunting in five-year-old infants in Indonesia in 2018 it is 30.8% while in two-year babies it is 29.9% which consists of 12.8% very short and 17.1% short. Stunting can be caused by a variety of factors, such as the implementation of initiation of early breastfeeding which is not appropriate and the provision of breast milk is not exclusive. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting in two-year-old infants aged 7-24 months in the work area of Pantoloan Health Center. This type of research is an analytical survey with design cross sectional. The sample in this study were two-year-old infants aged 7-24 months totaling 57 samples with sampling techniques namely simple random sampling and data analysis using Chi Square. The results showed that respondents who experienced stunting were 36.8% and not stunting 63.2%. Respondents who had early breastfeeding initiation tended not to experience stunting (79.2%), while respondents who received exclusive breastfeeding tended not to experience stunting (81.0%). The results of the statistical test showed a significant relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting with the same p-value of 0.033 (α <0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting. Suggestions for researchers for health workers to promote and implement early breastfeeding initiatives and exclusive breastfeeding for mothers to prevent and minimize the incidence of stunting in children in the future.

The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low, in 2007 32%, in 2012 27.1%. Likewise Bengkulu Province, especially in East Circle Health Center 45.1% while the national target of 80%. Many factors affect the exclusive breastfeeding of knowledge, age, motivation, employment and promotion of infant formula. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding. This research was conducted by cross sectional method in mothers who have babies aged 7-12 months totaling 106 respondents (total sampling). Locations in Working Area Puskesmas Lingkar Timur on May-June 2017. Data were collected univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes using Chi Square test and multivariate logistic regression test. Results: a study of 106 mothers with babies 56.6% did not give exclusive breastfeeding, 57.5% less knowledge, 66.0% age 20-35 years, 80.2% high motivation, 59.4% working mothers, 67 , 0% are not exposed to the promotion of formula milk. (P = 0,00 RP = 5,60) and promotion of infant formula (p = 0.00 RP = 8.20) is associated with exclusive breastfeeding, whereas the age variable (p = 0.27 RP = 1.57) is not associated with exclusive breastfeeding. The most dominant factor is knowledge (p = 0,00 Exp (B) = 15,909). Suggestion: It is expected to improve exclusive breastfeeding, health workers should establish breastfeeding mothers' classes with more intensive counseling. And the need for policies to provide appropriate sanctions against violations.

ASI eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI saja tanpa tambahan makanan  dan minuman lainnya kepada bayi sejak lahir sampai berusia 6 bulan. Pemberian ASI secara eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang meliputi faktor pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan, keterpaparan terhadap informasi, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatan. Cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Pegambiran sebesar 54,7% dan belum memenuhi dari target 75%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara determinan perilaku dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Pegambiran Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Pegambiran Kota Cirebon Tahun 2018. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 154  bayi yang berumur 7-11 bulan,  dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang diambil secara propotional random sampling.  Pengambilan data penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara. Uji analisis untuk melihat hubungan variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa pendidikan ibu (p value = 0,785), pekerjaan ibu (p value = 1.000), pegetahuan ibu (p value = 0,977), tidak ada hubungan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Pegambiran Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Pegambiran Kota Cirebon Tahun 2018.  Keterpaparan terhadap informasi (p value = 0,014), dukungan keluarga (p value = 0,018) dan dukungan petugas kesehatan (pvalue= 0,006) ada hubungan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Pegambiran Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Pegambiran Kota Cirebon Tahun 2018.Kata Kunci   : ASI eksklusif, determinan perilaku  ABSTRACTExclusive breastfeeding is the only granting exclusive breast milk alone without additional food and other drinks to infants from birth to 6 months old. Breastfeeding exclusively influenced by a variety of factors which include the factor of education, work, knowledge, exposure to information, family support and support for health workers. Scope of exclusive breastfeeding in Kelurahan Pegambiran UPT Clinic work area amounted to 54.7% and has not met the target of 75%. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between the determinants of behavior with exclusive breastfeeding in Kelurahan Pegambiran UPT Clinic work area Pegambiran the city of Cirebon in the Year 2018. This research method using descriptive analytic study design with cross sectional approach. The population in this research totalled 154 7-11 months old baby with samples as many as 65 people were selected based on the method of propotional random sampling. Research data retrieval by using a questionnaire with interview techniques. Test analysis to look at the relationship of free variables and bound variables with the Chi Square test. Based on the results of the study, pointed out that there is no relationship between the mother's education (p value = 0.785), the work of the mother (p value = 1,000), mothers knowledge (p value = 0.977), exposure to information (p value = 0.014), family support (p value = 0.018) and support health workers (p value = 0.006) with exclusive breastfeeding in Kelurahan Pegambiran UPT Clinic work area Pegambiran the city of Cirebon in the year 2018.Keywords : Exclusive breastfeeding, determinant of behavior

<p>Nationally, exclusive breastfeeding coverage for infants aged less than six months was 55.7%. Lampung province data for exclusive breastfeeding coverage in infants aged 0-6 months was still lower than the national age of 54.9% and has not reached the target of Renstra 2015-2019 was 60% (Ministry of Health RI, 2015). The purpose of this research was to know the relation of lactation management implementation by health officer to exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers in Krui Pesisir West District of Lampung in 2017. This study was a quantitative research type, with the cross-sectional approach. The population was a lactating mother with a 0-6-month-old baby in region work Puskesmas Krui Pesisir West District, as many as 60 people. Data collection were using observation sheets. Data analysis was by bivariate using chi-square. The results of the study showed there was a relationship of lactation management implementation by health workers to exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers at Krui Pesisir West District 2017 (p-value:0,031 and Odd Ratio: 5,37). The suggestion needs to improve education again as well as motivation on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for breastfeeding mothers and to be more proactive in evaluating the implementation of exclusive breastfeeding coverage during breastfeeding mothers, with the aim of increasing the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months.</p>

Exclusive breastfeeding is one program that is quite difficult to develop because it deals with various problems in social society. Until now exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Yogyakarta still has not reached the target expected. The factors that are suspected in this case is lack of exclusive breastfeeding motivation.One cause of this is husband support.  The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between husband’s support in giving brestfeeding and breastfeeding self-efficacy with mother’s exclusive breastfeeding motivation in Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul. The method of this research used non-experimental research with cross-sectional design. Respondents in this study were breastfeeding mothers who had infants <6 months in the work area at Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analytical test which was used was to know the relationship of chi-square test. The result was Husband's support for breastfeeding in the working area of Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul Yogyakarta was in the category of 47 people (58.8%). Motivation of exclusive majority breastfeeding mother in moderate category as many as 49 people (61.2%) and breastfeeding self-efficacy has middle category was 56 people (70%) .The result of correlation test between two variables got each p value <0.05. The conclusion was there was a relationship between husband’s support in breastfeeding with exclusive breastfeeding and mother’s exclusive breastfeeding motivation in Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul (p<0.05).

Introduction: Failure, The success of exclusive breastfeeding is due to the working mother .The failure factor to exclusively offer breastfeeding to working mothers is due to working mothers and the unavailability of breastfeeding room facilities and lack of support from the workplace. Objectives: The research objective was to determine the mother's perception, husband's support and workplace support by giving exclusive breastfeeding to working mothers at CV. Tri Corp Bogor Regency in 2019. Method: The research design used was a cross sectional study. The population in this study were mothers who worked at CV. Tri Corp Bogor Regency as many as 42 people. The sample used was 43 respondents with the sampling technique with the total sampling method. Data analysis using Chi Square test. Result: Based on the results of the investigation, it was found that 22 people were given exclusive breastfeeding (53.4%), 22 people had poor perceptions of mothers (53.4%), 23 people (54.8%) had poor support, local support good work as many as 24 people (57.1%). The statistical test results of the relationship between maternal perceptions and exclusive breastfeeding with a P value = 0.014. The relationship between partner support and exclusive breastfeeding with a P value = 0.032. The relationship between workplace support of exclusive breastfeeding with a P value = 0.011. Conclution: The conclusion is that there is a relationship between maternal perceptions, workplace support and support by providing exclusive breastfeeding for mothers working at CV. Tri Corp Bogor Regency in 2019. Suggestions for research sites to be able to provide health workers for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers as well as increase breastfeeding space and provide exclusive breastfeeding policies for mothers with children 0-6 months.

Abstrak Menurut SDKI 2002 cakupan ASI eklusif 55%, di Jawa Barat 49%, di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya pada tahun 2009 sebesar 70,76%. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yang dilakukan secara cross sectional dan menggunakan analisis univariate, Bivariate, dan Multivariate. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pemberian ASI eklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukahening dan Puskesmas Salawu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Sukahening tahun 2010 77% ibu memberikan ASI ekslusif sedangkan di Kecamatan Salawu 63,4% , Setelah di lakukan uji bivariat variabel yang bermakna adalah status pekerjaan ibu, penyuluhan tentang ASI, dukungan orang tua, dukungan tenaga kesehatan dan dukungan suami, dan faktor yang paling dominan dalam perilaku pemberian ASI eklusif adalah  dukungan orang tua. Perlunya memberikan penyuluhan tentang ASI eklusif, dan terkait kebijakan memfasilitasi tersedianya pojok ASI di saranan kesehatan dan prasarana umum sehingga ibu menyusui masih dapat menyusui secara ekslusif walupun berada di prasarana umum. Abstract According to IDHS 2002 the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding was 55%, 49% in West Java, in Tasikmalaya district during 2009 amounted to 70.76%. This type of research was of quantitative research. The approaches taken were in cross-sectional and using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The research aimed to know about the factor related to ekslusife breastfeeding in Kukahening and Sukalawu Health Centers. Tesults of the research conducted in the district of Sukahening in 2010 showed that 77% mothers exclusively breastfeeding practices their babies while in Salawu district it was 63.4%. After bivariate test, significant variables were mother's employment status, counseling regarding breastfeeding, parental, health personnel and husband support, and the most dominant factor in the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding was that of parents. Therefore, the researchers suggest the need to provide counseling regarding exclusive breastfeeding, , and related to policies in facilitating the availability of breastfeeding corner in health facilities and public infrastructures so that mothers can still exclusively breastfeeding even if they are in public infrastructure.

AbstrakKeselamatan pasien merupakan dasar dari pelayanan kesehatan yang baik. Pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dalam sasaran keselamatan pasien terdiri dari ketepatan identifikasi pasien, peningkatan komunikasi yang efektif, peningkatan keamanan obat yang perlu diwaspadai, kepastian tepat lokasi, prosedur, dan tepat pasien operasi, pengurangan risiko infeksi, pengurangan risiko pasien jatuh. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien pada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kedaung Wetan Kota Tangerang. Metode Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisa diatas menggunakan analisa Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil Penelitian ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapan Keselamatan Pasien pada Petugas Kesehatan, dengan hasil, p value sebesar 0,013 &lt; 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapa Keselamatan Pasien pada Petugas Kesehatan. Kesimpulan penelitian ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapan Keselamatan Pasien.. AbstrackPatient safety is the basis of good health services. Knowledge of health personnel in patient safety targets consists of accurate patient identification, increased effective communication, increased safety of the drug that needs to be watched, certainty in the right location, procedure, and precise patient surgery, reduction in risk of infection, reduction in risk of falling patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and the application of patient safety to health workers in the Kedaung Wetan Health Center, Tangerang City. The research method uses descriptive correlation using cross sectional approach. The population is 50 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. The analysis technique above uses Univariate and Bivariate analysis. The results of the study there is a Relationship of Knowledge with the Implementation of Patient Safety in Health Officers, with the result, p value of 0.013 &lt;0.05, it can be concluded that there is a Relationship between Knowledge and Patient Safety Implementation in Health Officers. The conclusion of the study is the Relationship between Knowledge and the Implementation of Patient Safety.Keywords Knowledge, Patient safety, Health workers
