The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low, in 2007 32%, in 2012 27.1%. Likewise Bengkulu Province, especially in East Circle Health Center 45.1% while the national target of 80%. Many factors affect the exclusive breastfeeding of knowledge, age, motivation, employment and promotion of infant formula. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding. This research was conducted by cross sectional method in mothers who have babies aged 7-12 months totaling 106 respondents (total sampling). Locations in Working Area Puskesmas Lingkar Timur on May-June 2017. Data were collected univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes using Chi Square test and multivariate logistic regression test. Results: a study of 106 mothers with babies 56.6% did not give exclusive breastfeeding, 57.5% less knowledge, 66.0% age 20-35 years, 80.2% high motivation, 59.4% working mothers, 67 , 0% are not exposed to the promotion of formula milk. (P = 0,00 RP = 5,60) and promotion of infant formula (p = 0.00 RP = 8.20) is associated with exclusive breastfeeding, whereas the age variable (p = 0.27 RP = 1.57) is not associated with exclusive breastfeeding. The most dominant factor is knowledge (p = 0,00 Exp (B) = 15,909). Suggestion: It is expected to improve exclusive breastfeeding, health workers should establish breastfeeding mothers' classes with more intensive counseling. And the need for policies to provide appropriate sanctions against violations.

Background: Exclusive Breastfeeding (ASI) according to WHO is the best method of feeding babies, in the period from newborns to 6 months of age without being given other additional foods. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still around 37.3% of the 50% target. . Literature review and previous research show that the practice of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by several factors, including maternal age, mother's occupation, mother's knowledge, family support, support from health workers and the IMD process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of maternal age, occupation, mother's knowledge, family support, support from health workers and the IMD process for the process of exclusive breastfeeding to infants. Methods: An observational quantitative analytical study with a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in the Ilebura Health Center area, from August to September 2020 with a sample of breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months, with total sampling. The variables in this study consisted of from the independent variables, namely maternal age, mother's occupation, mother's knowledge, family support, support from health workers, and the IMD process. The dependent variable is exclusive breastfeeding. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi square test and multivariate test using logistic regression. Results: This study obtained 71 samples of breastfeeding mothers. Most of the respondents (78.9%) who gave exclusive breastfeeding were aged 25-35 years, had a good level of knowledge and did not work. All respondents in this study received support from their families and health workers, and most of the respondents (85.9) who gave exclusive breastfeeding experienced the IMD process. Bivariate test results showed the relationship between age factor (p = 0.163), occupation factor (p = 0.592), knowledge factor (p = 0.452), IMD process (p = 0.010) on exclusive breastfeeding. The results of the multivariate test showed that the most influential factor on exclusive breastfeeding was the IMD factor. Conclusion: Research shows that there is no relationship between maternal age, mother's occupation, mother's knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding, but there is a relationship between the IMD process and exclusive breastfeeding. The most dominant factor influencing exclusive breastfeeding to infants is the implementation of early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD). ). Keywords: Factors, Success, Exclusive Breastfeeding

Anemia is still a problem in the world, especially in developing countries. This condition can have a detrimental impact on every age group including pregnant women. In pregnant women, anemia can cause complications for the mother and the baby she is carrying, such as life-threatening bleeding, miscarriage, low birth weight and premature birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity, anemia, ANC visits, nutritional status and the role of health workers with the consumption of blood-added tablets in post-partum mothers in the work area of the Mutiara Barat Health Center in 2019. This type of research is a correlation analytic study with cross-sectional method. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester who were recorded at the Mutiara Barat Health Center in January 2019 as many as 139 people and the sample was the total population of 139 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi square statistical test which includes univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results obtained: there is a relationship between parity (p = 0.000), anemia (p = 0.016), ANC visits (p = 0.015), nutritional status (p = 0.021) and the role of officers (p = 0.000) with the consumption of tablets with blood added at postpartum mother. The dominant factor related to the consumption of blood-added tablets is the role of the officer. From the research results obtained, it is hoped that the Puskesmas can increase the knowledge of mothers about blood supplemented tablets through counseling so that it can influence the attitude of pregnant women to consume blood supplemented tablets. Keywords: ANC visit; anemia; consumption of blood added tablets; nutritional status; parity; role of officers ABSTRAKAnemia masih menjadi permasalahan di dunia terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Kondisi ini dapat memberikan dampak merugikan di setiap kelompok umur termasuk ibu hamil. Pada ibu hamil, kejadian anemia dapat menyebabkan penyulit pada ibu maupun bayi yang dikandungnya seperti perdarahan yang mengancam jiwa, keguguran, berat badan bayi lahir rendah dan kelahiran prematur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor paritas, anemia, kunjugan ANC, status gizi dan peran petugas kesehatan dengankonsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Barat tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasi dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang terdata di Puskesmas Mutiara Barat pada bulan Januari 2019 sebanyak 139 orang dan sampel merupakan total populasi yaitu 139 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik chi square yang meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: ada hubungan antara paritas (p=0,000), anemia (p=0,016), kunjungan ANC (p=0,015), status gizi (p=0,021) dan peran petugas(p=0,000) dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas. Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah adalah peran petugas. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diharapkan Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang tablet tambah darah melalui penyuluhan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi sikap para ibu hamil untuk berperilaku mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah.

Background: The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Hiang Health Center Working Area in 2019 was 49.1%. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the relationship between family and health worker support with exclusive breastfeeding at the Hiang Health Center, Kerinci Regency Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a sample of 165 people. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The samples taken were mothers who had children aged 6-23 months with the mother's condition physically healthy, able to read, write and speak Indonesian, did not suffer from serious diseases that harm the baby when breastfeeding, such as HIV, Active TB, and Hepatitis. Data collection was carried out from April to May 2021 with the interview method using a structured questionnaire. Data processing was carried out univariate and bivariate using chi-square test. Results: The proportion of children who did not get exclusive breastfeeding was 45.5%. Bivariate analysis showed that family support (p=0.004 OR= 1.68 95%CI 1.2-2.3), and support from health workers (p=0.000 OR=2.42 95% CI 1.73 - 3.37) were associated with exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: Family and the health workers support were associated with exclusive breastfeeding.

Exclusive breastfeeding is the only baby only breast-fed for 6 months without any additional fluid, such as formula milk, orange juice, honey, tea, water and without supplementary feeding others, such as banana, milk porridge, biscuits, porridge or rice porridge. Scope of exclusive breastfeeding in Senapelan work area health center in 2015 is 56 %. Scope of exclusive breastfeeding in 2015 decreased from 2014 the amount of coverage is at 57.44 %This research method is analytic quantitative of observational with cross sectional design. This research sample counted 90 respondents. Technique intake of sample is proportional sampling and data collection do with interviewing mothers with babies aged 7-11 months using questionnaires. Analysis the used are analysis univariate, bivariate analysis with Chi - Square test and multivariate and data processing using computerized. Results of research show there are correlation between mother’s knowledge (Pvalue = 0,0001 , value of POR = 10,094 ) , mother’s education (Pvalue = 0,013, value of POR = 3,421 ) , mother's work ( Pvalue = 0,025 , value of POR = 3,058), mother’s habits ( Pvalue = 0,0001, value of POR = 15,600) and the role of health workers ( Pvalue = 0,0001, value of POR = 13,388 ) with exclusive breastfeeding for the baby. Suggested for holders need to improve outreach programs and socialization for mothers, the general public, working mothers, either in health centers, integrated service post and in classes pregnant women about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding in infants. And to the mother who has a baby to be more diligent in bringing babies to integrated service post Health Services as well as searching for information on exclusive breastfeeding.

Factors Associated  with  Formula  Milk Feeding in Baby Age 0-6 Months in  Working Area Jembatan Kecil  Public  Health Center  BengkuluABSTRAKSusu formula adalah susu yang dibuat dari susu sapi atau susu buatan yang diubah komposisinya hingga dapat dipakai sebagai pengganti air susu ibu (ASI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian susu formula pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jembatan Kecil Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini adalah  survey analitik dengan menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 6-12 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jembatan Kecil Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Proposional Random Sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 68 orang ibu bayi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan data primer dan sekunder.Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik Chi-Square (c²) melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian  didapatkan: dari 68 ibu, terdapat 40 ibu (58,8%) melakukan pemberian susu formula,  31 ibu (45,6%) berpengetahuan cukup,  50 ibu (73,5%) mengatakan petugas kesehatan menyarankan pemberian susu formula, dan 34 ibu (50,0%) tidak terpapar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu, petugas kesehatan dan iklan susu formula dengan pemberian susu formula pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jembatan Kecil Kota Bengkulu. Disarankan  kepada  petugas kesehatan untuk dapat melakukan penyuluhan kepada ibu hamil dan ibu nifas tentang peranan penting ASI eksklusif  bagi bayi, ibu, keluarga, masyarakat dan negara sehingga program pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kota Bengkulu dapat berjalan sesuai harapan.Kata Kunci : bayi,  iklan,  pengetahuan,  pemberian  susu  formula,  petugas,ABSTRACTMilk formula is milk made from cow's milk or artificial milk that changed its composition to be used as a substitute for breast milk (breast milk). This study aimed to study factors related to formula milk feeding in infants aged 0-6 months in working area of  Jembatan Kecil Public Health Center Bengkulu. This research was an Analytical Survey and used Cross Sectional design. The population in this study were all mothers with babies 6-12 months old in working area of Jembatan Kecil Public Health Center Bengkulu. Sampling technique in this research used Random Sampling Proposal and obtained samples of 68 baby mothers. Data collection in research used primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique was done by univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square statistical test (c²) through SPSS program. The result of this study was : from 68 respondents there were 40 mothers (58.8%) did formula milk feeding,  31 mothers (45.6%) had enough knowledge, 50 mothers (73.5%) said health workers recommended formula milk  feeding, and  34 mothers (50.0%) were  not exposed with formula milk advertising. This study showed that there was a significant relationship between maternal knowledge, health officer, and formula milk advertising with infant formula feeding  in working area of Jembatan Kecil Public Health Center Bengkulu. It was advisable to health workers to be able to counsel pregnant and postpartum women about the important role of exclusive breastfeeding for babies, mothers, families, communities and countries so that exclusive breastfeeding program in Bengkulu could  run as expected. Keywords : advertising, formula  milk  feeding, health officer,  infants, knowledge

Mother's Milk (ASI) is the only type of food that meets all the elements of a baby's physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. Breast milk contains nutrients, hormones, insecurity, anti-allergy, and anti-inflammatory. Nutrients in breast milk include nearly 200 nutrients (Puspitasari, 2016). Exclusive breast milk is a baby who is only given breast milk, without the addition of other fluids such as formula milk, oranges, honey, tea water, water, and without the addition of solid foods such as bananas, papaya, milk porridge, biscuits, rice porridge, and team (Roesli, 2005). This research is a quantitative research using Correlative Descriptive design with an intermittent cross sectional approach. With a sample of respondents are mothers who have children aged 6 - 24 months, the sampling technique of this study is Accidental Sampling. Bivariate analysis used is Chi-square statistic. From the bivariate results there is no relationship between maternal age and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no relationship between maternal age and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is a relationship between education and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no relationship between education and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is a relationship between knowledge and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no the relationship between parity with the effectiveness of breastfeeding. Suggestions from researchers For health workers to improve the quality of related health services continue to be improved, for mothers and families it is hoped that they can add information to families and the importance of researchers increasing the effectiveness of exclusive breastfeeding to increase infant life expectancy through exclusive breastfeeding, to increase knowledge about health, especially in health.

In 2013, UNICEF states that 136.7 million babies were born around the world and only 32.6% were exclusively breastfed. Riskesdas data coverage in the Indonesian Exclusive breastfeeding fluctuate and tend to decrease from 31.0% in 2010 to 30.2% in 2013 28% exclusive breastfeeding failure because mothers have to work. A research conducted in the health center Hartatik Bahorok Langkat (2010) obtained 20% of health workers providing exclusive breastfeeding and 80% did not give exclusive breastfeeding. From the results of research in the village Yuliarsi Sawangan Depok West Java (2012), 66.7% of working mothers had supporting facilities for exclusive breastfeeding in the workplace and 33.3% did not have supporting facilities. In PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital there are 32 female health workers who have toddlers.This study is to determine the correlation between the availability of supporting facilities for exclusive breastfeeding women with the succeed of exclusive breastfeeding of mothers who work as health care givers in PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. This study  is an analytic survey research using cross sectional approach. The samples consist of 32 respondents with 6 months - 5 years children taken by using total sampling technique. Data processing technique is SPSS 17 computer program with chi-square statistical test. Of 3.1% of respondents give exclusive breastfeeding and 96.9% are non­exclusive. 90.6% of respondents give formula milk. Abstrak: Cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia kurang dari enam bulan sebesar 55,7% telah mencapai target. Dari 33 provinsi yang melapor, sebanyak 29 provinsi di antaranya (88%) berhasil mencapai target renstra 2015, sedangkan Provinsi Lampung sebesar  54,9% tidak mencapai target Nasional yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Diketahui  faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki bayi 7-24 bulan di wilayah Kabupaten Pringsewu  tahun 2017. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah sakit wilayah kabupaten pringsewu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki bayi usia 7-24 bulan sebanyak 83 ibu, dan sampelnya berjumlah 66 ibu. Metode pengumpilan data dengan lembar kuisioner. Analisa data yang digunakan univariat, bivariat, multivariate.Hasil Penelitian Sebagian responden tidak memberikan ASI esklusif, yaitu sebanyak 62,1%,Ada hubungan antara dukungan tempat bekerja dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan  p-value = 0,011 dan OR 4,525,  hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan  p-value = 0.000 dan OR 8,615, Ada hubungan antara faktor psikis dengan  p-value = 0,009 dan OR 5,513, Ada hubungan antara sosial budaya dengan  p-value = 0,021 dan OR 7,583, dan Tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, usia, status ekonomi tentang ASI eksklusif dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Faktor yang paling dominan adalah Dukungan suami dengan nilai OR paling besar yaitu 7,291. Abstract: The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged less than six months by 55.7% has reached the target. There was a relationship between workplace support and exclusive breastfeeding with p-value = 0.011 and OR 4.525, the relationship between husband support and exclusive breastfeeding with p-value = 0.000 And OR 8,615. There is correlation between psychological factor with p-value = 0,009 and OR 5,513. There is correlation between social culture with p-value = 0,021 and OR 7,583, and there is no correlation between knowledge, age, economic status about exclusive breastfeeding Exclusive breastfeeding. The most dominant factor is the support of husbands with the greatest OR value is 7.29

In Indonesia target of exclusive breastfeeding is 80% and this target is very difficult to accomplish. The scope of exclusive breastfeeding in West Sumatera (75%), in Padang (70.7%) and in the work area of Andalas Health Center (55.17%). This study aim is to determine factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of ​​Andalas Health Center. This type of study is analytic with cross sectional design.The participant of this study is 90 mothers who have infants 6-12 months in the work area of Andalas Health Center. Sampling was proportional random sampling. Data collected using questionnaires. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate with chi square test and significant if p value < 0,05. The study showed exclusive breastfeeding (21,1%), mother have a good knowledge (48.9%), secondary education (51.1%) , unemployed (65.6%), not having breast problem (51.1%), and interested in infant formula promotion (57.8%). The results of bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between education (p=0.048) and breast problems (p=0,000) and no significant relationship between work (p=0.98) with exclusive breastfeeding. There is a tendency all mothers who have less knowledge and interested in infant formula promotion to not exclusive breastfeeding From the result of this study it can be conclude there is a significant relationship between education, and breast problems with exclusive breastfeeding, no significant relationship between work and exclusive breastfeeding, there is a tendency all mothers who have less knowledge and interested in infant formula promotion to not exclusive breastfeeding. For the next research can add other variables, for health workers to more diligent give counseling and for the community to follow more counseling.

ABSTRAK   Pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah intervensi paling efektif untuk mencegah kematian anak namun menurut Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI), tingkat pemberian ASI eksklusif telah menurun selama dekade terakhir. Puskesmas Kota Rantauprapat mempunyai cakupan ASI eksklusif pada tahun 2013 paling rendah dibandingkan puskesmas yang lainnya, yakni sebesar 11,50%. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas Kota Rantauprapat Kabupaten Labuhan batu Tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 7-12 bulan sebanyak 710 orang, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 106 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara. Analisa data dengan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p=0,014<0,05,artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif.  di Puskesmas Kota Rantauprapat. Disarankan kepada Petugas kesehatan Puskesmas Kota Rantauprapat agar lebih meningkatkan upaya cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif melalui penyuluhan langsung kepada ibu hamil dan diharapkan dapat didampingi oleh suami, sehingga suami dapat memberikan dukungan kepada ibu dalam pemberian ASI ekslusif.   Kata Kunci     :  Dukungan Suami, ASI Eksklusif ABSTRACT   Exclusive breastfeeding is the most effective intervention to prevent child deaths but according to the Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (SDKI), the rate of exclusive breastfeeding has declined over the past decade. Rantauprapat City Health Center had the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2013 compared to other health centers, which was 11.50%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding at the Rantauprapat City Health Center in Labuhan Batu Regency in 2016. The type of analytic survey research was cross sectional approach. The population is all mothers who have babies aged 7-12 months as many as 710 people, while the sample is 106 people. Data collection is done by interview. Data analysis with Chi Square. The results showed p = 0.014 <0.05, meaning that there was a significant relationship between husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding. at the Rantauprapat City Health Center. It is recommended to health workers in the City of Rantauprapat Health Center to further increase efforts to provide exclusive breastfeeding through direct counseling to pregnant women and hopefully be accompanied by her husband, so that the husband can provide support to mothers in exclusive breastfeeding.
