The current Covid-19 pandemic has had a very broad impact on the joints of life, including in the field of education. So that the government implements a Distance Learning policy or online. This is to break the chain of the spread of the corona virus in schools and universities. This change in the education system makes it difficult for students to accept and understand the material presented, because learning which is usually carried out in person or face-to-face has turned into Distance Learning or is carried out online, whose implementation cannot be separated by utilizing information technology. This study aims to describe the Learning Strategy of SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Porong in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted on high school students in Sidoarjo Regency. In the research process this time using descriptive qualitative research methods. The learning strategy applied by SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Porong during the pandemic was to use 2 learning methods, namely online learning methods and offline learning methods. The online learning method is done by communicating via WhatsApp, the teacher provides material or assignments via WhatsApp messages in the form of text, video, and powerpoint. And still comply with the health protocol for students who take offline or offline learning. However, this kind of learning technique is important to evaluate, considering the ability of parents to provide online learning facilities. Technology has a very big role to facilitate educators in delivering learning materials so that learning can continue even though it cannot be done face-to-face. In the implementation of online learning, there are obstacles that are a challenge for educators, related to academics, as well as the readiness of facilities and infrastructure related to technology.

The learning process has a benchmark that refers to the achievements experienced by students, namely learning outcomes. Learning outcomes achieved by students have two influencing factors namely internal and external factors. These two factors that influence learning outcomes are interest and learning difficulties. The results of observations on the learning outcomes of students of SMPN 11 Padang in science are still low. Students say that science learning are numerous and difficult. The existence of students who score below the average and the lack of student interest shows the student's interest in learning in science is less and it can be assumed that students have difficulty learning science. Research is a descriptive study. Research uses a correlational study approach. Research subjects consisted of 30 people in class VIII G of SMP 11 Padang. To find out the relationship between variables expressed by the correlation coefficient, data analysis techniques are used using the Sperman Rank correlation. The correlation between student interest and learning outcomes is weak, that is -0.32, the contribution of 10.24% does not have a significant relationship. There is a significant relationship between learning difficulties and learning outcomes, medium criteria w ith a value of 0.59, contribution value is 34.81%. Correlation criteria for interests and difficulties with strong learning outcomes with a value of 0.66 and a contribution of 43.56%, as well as a significant relationship between variables. The results of the relationship between learning interest and learning difficulties with learning outcomes are strong and each variable has a significantly relationship.

This study aims to examine parents' perceptions of distance learning in response to the closure of many schools due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of parents of elementary school students, and the data were collected using interview techniques. This study shows that distance learning in a research context is organized in the form of online and offline learning. For parents, the current learning approach is something that must be lived and supported in the absence of other options. Even though parents do not have negative perceptions, distance learning contributes to increasing the burden on parents or families economically, including psychological and social aspects. The lack of parental involvement and support in the learning process of children at home is generally due to the lack of time and the inability of parents to become teachers for their children at home. Actions to accompany and support children's learning at home are carried out in the form of providing internet packages, helping children to master the learning materials, and participating in completing assignments or tests given by the teacher. The surprising finding of this study is that children's learning motivation has decreased, and for the remainder of the school year, parents expect the government to reopen it so that children can study again in class and meet with their peers.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Education System in Indonesia also experienced a change, namely by replacing face-to-face learning activities directly at schools or colleges with online learning activities from their respective homes. This online learning certainly has an impact on high school student interest and learning motivation. Some students think that physics is one of the subjects that are complicated, and boring. The bad opinion of these students certainly reduces students' interest in studying physics. What's more, currently Indonesia is implementing an online learning system. Therefore, there needs to be a proper teaching strategy carried out by teachers, especially in physics subjects. The appropriate teaching strategy is in order to increase students' interest in learning in physics, and to change the perception of some students who think physics is complicated and boring. Because regardless of the situation, it is important to study physics because physics is the study of all the events that occur in the universe. Writing this paper aims to find out what are the impacts of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on learning interest and motivation in high school students and to be able to find out the right teaching strategies in physics lessons online. The method used in this study is the literature method (literature review) from several reading sources.

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia makes a significant impact both physically and psychologically. One month after the President of the Republic of Indonesia announced about the COVID-19 patient cases, the Indonesian Child Protection Commission data during April 2020, depicted that 76.7% of children were not happy to participate in distance learning because 81.8% were only given assignments by the teacher and 73.2% felt they had a heavy task and had a short period of time to complete. This reaction is an indicator of the children’s anxiety about distance learning. The anxiety that occurs in these students is assumed to depend on their social support and emotional maturity. When students get optimal family support and are able to control their emotions in the face of a pandemic, they can reduce anxiety in facing online learning. The subjects of this study were 202 junior high and high school students. The results showed that social support and emotional maturity simultaneously affect anxiety in online learning (Freg = 45.066, p = 0.00 <0.01). These results can be used as a basis for providing psycho-education to increase family support and emotional maturity to reduce anxiety in online learning.

The survey results on teachers and students in six regencies/cities in Lampung Province showed that in science learning, teachers have not optimized the argumentative skills of students. Thus, this study aimed to develop and validate science worksheets oriented to the argumentative skills of students. This study used a 4D-study design with Argument-Driven Inquiry (ADI) learning model. A small-scale trial was conducted on 20 IX-graders at SMP 9 Krui Pesisir Barat. The large-scale trial was conducted on 50 IX-graders at SMP 9 Krui Pesisir Barat by purposive sampling with one experimental class and one control class. The control class used a worksheet from a particular publisher, and the experimental class used the developed worksheet. Based on the results, the ADI model worksheet can be declared valid in terms of content, construction, and language with an average of 92.3% with very high criteria. The practicality of the ADI worksheet model can be seen from the implementation of learning, student responses, and teacher responses had an average of 89.24% with very high criteria. The effectiveness of the ADI model worksheet can be seen from the ability to work on argumentation skills test questions, showing that the control class N-gain was 0.27 with low criteria and the experimental class was 0.57 with medium criteria. The effect size (SE) of 0.64 showed that the developed science worksheet was effective in developing argumentative skills of students with medium criteria
