Innovation is a need for organizations to improve service and performance. Puslatbang PKASN LAN develops the innovation called by one-stop e-office. One-stop e-office are the programs that consist of a website integration program; the official correspondence electronic system; the staffing information system; and the inventory information system. One-stop e-office aims to simplify the office administration to support the implementation of the tasks institution. The programs have developed and maintained to ensure innovation sustainability. One-stop e-office innovation aims to facilitate the implementation of office administration to support the implementation of the tasks and functions of the institution. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how the implementation process of innovation. This study described the implementation model of one-stop e-office innovation in Puslatbang PKASN LAN. The research used a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques used were literature study, in-depth interviews, and observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative technique. The innovation is implemented through three stages, namely the generation, acceptance and implementation of ideas. The Factors that drive the innovation implementation are the support from the stakeholders; the availability of competent personnel; the innovation competition climate in LAN; and the technology availability. While the factors that inhibit the innovation are the interest differences between work units; and limited resources for the innovation implementation.

This study aims to determine the application of accounting information system for raw material inventories at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan. To find out the application of the accounting system for raw material inventory at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan, data collection techniques were used, namely literature study and field research techniques. While the analysis technique used is a descriptive method. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that application of the accounting information system for raw material inventory at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan has been implemented not good, because there is still inaccurate information that is the demand for raw materials is not in accordance with what is received by the production. Weaknesses Oversight of raw material inventory in warehouses is piling up and is not suitable for processing. The delay in the schedule of order for supporting raw materials to be processed, so the production process does not run properly. The procedures used in the accounting information system for raw material inventory at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan, among others, procedures for requesting raw materials, procedures for receiving raw materials and procedures for issuing raw materials.

In reality, when a small to medium size company adopts ERP system based on customized MES designed to run resource operation of large corporations, problems associated with use and maintenance frequently arise and, in many cases, its effectiveness and performance against investment are not clearly revealed. In order to prevent this problem, it is necessary to take a step by step approach when introducing information system in small to medium size companies and clearly understand the implementation process. This research proposes how to develop information system for small to medium size companies that can effectively collect and analyze data taking into account their business environment and human resources constraint.

Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) is a government agency that serves licensing and investment that uses the information system from BKPM RI, OSS 1.1. DPMPTSP of XYZ City found several obstacles in the use of OSS 1.1, including OSS 1.1 unable to display reports based on the type of permit, there were some licenses that were not integrated yet, there was no link with the licensing agency, so an OSS 1.1 system audit was needed. with a case study in DPMPTSP XYZ City. This audit aims to determine the OSS system capability level 1.1. which refers to the implementation process in DPMPTSP. The method used is descriptive qualitative with primary data type in the form of data from interviews with DPMPTSP. Data collection was carried out by interview and question methods from the COBIT 5 domain. Based on the results of an audit of research conducted using the CobIT 5.0 framework, resulting in a level of capability and recommendations. The current OSS system capability level 1.1, Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM) domains are at capability level 2.6 (Managed), Align, Plan and Organize (APO) domains are at capability level 2.4 (Managed), Build domain, Acquire and Implement (BAI) are at capability level 2.3 (Managed), Deliver domains, Service and Support (DSS) are at capability level 2.3 (Managed), Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA) domains are at level capability 2.6 (Managed). In this condition OSS 1.1 system governance has been implemented well in XYS City DPMPTSP with several recommendations to DPMPTSP so that it can be submitted to BKPM RI to improve OSS 1.1 system governance so that it runs more optimally.

Performance can be viewed as a process or a work result. The purpose of this research is to find out how to increase the motivation and performance of employees so that it has an impact on the progress of the company by paying attention to the factors of remuneration and work environment. This research was conducted at JO WIKA-MPK PLTD MFO 50 MW. The number of samples used was 105 employees, using the total sampling technique method. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Model assisted by the AMOS 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the effect of remuneration on motivation was significant. Furthermore, the effect of work environment on motivation is significant. The influence of motivation on employee performance is significant. The effect of remuneration on employee performance is significant. The influence of the work environment on employee performance is significant. To be able to foster morale in order to improve employee performance, employees must be motivated to be enthusiastic in carrying out their duties in order to achieve the vision and mission the company wants to achieve. This study aims to determine the description of needs, data flow design, database design, and design of information systems administration interfaces PSTIK study program. The research used descriptive method with research form that is survey research. Research subjects are staff, leadership of study program and 60 students of study program. Data analysis technique is to describe the data collected. The results show that the administrative information system consists of seminars and theses, lecturer journals, incoming and outgoing letters, and reports that are tailored to functional requirements, interface needs, and performance needs. The flow of information system data consists of two entities ie students and staff. Students have 6 inflows and outflows, while staff has 10 inflows and outflows. The information system database consists of 16 entities with 8 interrelated relations. The information system interface is divided into two pages. The student page consists of 6 pages, while the staff page consists of three pages.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of supervision in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Supervision comes from the word super and vision, which means to see and review from above or view and assess from above, which is carried out by superiors on the activities, creativity and performance of subordinates. In terms of terms, in Carter's Good Dictionary Education, supervision is all the efforts of school officials in leading teachers and other education personnel to improve teaching. Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.
