Abstract: The purpose of this research is to identify and descripting Dawan ethnic group teenager from the rural area of South Timor Tengah regency to communicate as the part of identity conservation and development when enrolling high school or working in Kupang City. Identification and description include how they’re communicating and using traditional words, daily habits, and using social media as communication forum with the fellow Dawan ethnic group. This research method is using qualitative approach with case study. Selected observation technique, unstructured interview is utilized for data collecting. Post-teenager ethnical background interacting with the different ethnical group could shift and change their original ethnical identity. Identifikasi dan deskripsi meliputi bagaimana mereka : berbahasa dan menggunakan kata-kata, beradat kebiasaan sehari-hari dan  menggunakan media sosial sebagai forum komunikasi dengan sesama dari suku  dan daerah yang sama. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi terseleksi, wawancara tak terstruktur. Latar budaya etnik setelah remaja tersebut bersentuhan dengan etnik yang berbeda dan membawa pergeseran dalam identitas budaya.Keywords : identitas kultural, Suku Dawan, remaja, komunikasi.

This study aims to obtain a description related to the learning of PAI by using ICT and how the impact of the use of ICT on PAI learning systems in the classroom. The research method uses a qualitative approach in the integrated Islamic high school Ummul Quro Bogor, West Java. The results showed that a) there were four stages of using ICT in the learning process, namely; emerging, applying, integrating dan transforming. PAI teachers are already at the integrating stage. In other words, ICT has been integrated into the PAI learning curriculum. b) supporting factors for the use of ICT are the existence of ICT support facilities, the availability of qualified educators, the commitment of the school to implement ICT in every PAI learning. c) Inhibiting factors in the use of ICT are aspects of financing ICT facilities require a large budget. Some elderly teachers have difficulty using ICT in the learning process. Besides, the internet network is unstable. d) The impact of the use of ICT is very significant on PAI learning process. e) the existence of ICT devices not only as a support but already as an important component in the education system. The research led to the recommendation of the need for government support in the form of concern for ICT in terms of policies, facilities, workforce, budget, and organizing training in the use of ICT for PAI teachers to improve their professionalism. Therefore, further research is suggested regarding the effectiveness of the use of ICT in the learning process of PAI.

This research is done to see any risks that happened in Islamic bank, which can damage the bank. While it aims to find out the strategy used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) to reduce the risk faced and often happened in the field. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collecting was done by relating proposed questions and the conclusion made from the result of the interview with Branch Manager (BM), Relation Manager, and Remedial BMI of Branch Office of Mas Mansyur. The result of this research showed that BMI of Mas Mansyur Branch Office had done the process of risk management by identifying risk in the manner of finding out the existing risks which are financing risk; market risk; and ownership risk, measuring and monitoring the risks in the manner of doing measurement to find out and see any reason that causes those risks exist, and controlling and managing the existing risks in Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) financing in the manner of ways that have already determined by BMI of Mas Mansyur Branch Office. This study aims to measure the interest of students of SMA Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi towards physics subjects. The subjects in this study were 59 students majoring in science class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi. The object of this research is interest in learning physics. The method used was a case study research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by using an interest questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that students of class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi have a good interest in studying physics. The average interest of class XI MIPA students is 89.9%.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan di SMA Negeri 2 Palangka Raya, pada aspek: a) perencanaan pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan, b) pelaksanaan pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan, serta c) penilaian pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakasek kurikulum, guru mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan serta tiga orang peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan yang ada di SMA Negeri 2 Palangka Raya sudah terlaksana dengan baik yang dibuktikan dengan adanya perencanaan pembelajaran yang sistematis serta sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku; pelaksanaan pembelajaran telah dilakukan dengan metode-metode pembelajaran yang variatif dimana lebih menekankan pada proses menemukan serta memecahkan masalah yang artinya peserta didik dituntut untuk lebih kreatif dan mampu berinovasi dalam menghasilkan jenis-jenis prakarya dan keterampilan; serta penilaian pembelajaran yang menggunakan penilaian otentik sesuai standar kompetensi lulusan, sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Management of Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning at Public Senior High School 2 Palangka Raya, in the following aspects: a) planning for craft and entrepreneurship learning, b) implementing hand-crafted learning and entrepreneurship, and c) assessment of craft and entrepreneurship learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Sources of data in this study were the principal, curriculum vice principal, craft and entrepreneurship subject teachers as well as three students who took craft and entrepreneurship learning. The results of this study indicate that the management of craft learning and entrepreneurship in Public Senior High School 2 Palangka Raya has been carried out well, as evidenced by the existence of systematic learning planning and in accordance with applicable regulations; the implementation of learning has been carried out with varied learning methods which emphasize the process of finding and solving problems, which means that students are required to be more creative and able to innovate in producing types of crafts and skills; and learning assessment using authentic assessment according to the competency standards of graduates, attitudes, knowledge and skill. Pesantren, the Islamic boarding school, is the oldest Islamic education in Indonesia and is constantly undergoing changes from time to time. This research uses the qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the application of the heutagogy method in the growth of pesantren education. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Luqmaniyyah salaf Boarding School has already applied the heutagogy learning method, it means that pesantren education precedes the Westerners in terms of its utilization. Through the study and discussion of Kitab Kuning (yellow-colored textbooks about Islamic knowledge), students determine their systems, study materials, and problems to find a solution. Sources of learning for students are not only limited by the Kitab Kuning, but students can also have access through the internet, online books and applications with trusted sources. PSDS is responsible for managing the talents and interests of the santri (a term used in Pesantren to call an apprentice), as well as training santri skills by making films, recording, creativity, writing, making advertisements, making interesting contents on social media. LP2M Al-Luqmaniyyah with its various divisions is required to channel and facilitate what the community needs from the students as they can also learn from the community it self. Live shopping is an online shopping activity that is done directly and within a certain duration. This research discusses the live shopping process in the digital communication industry.. The theory used is the theory of marketing communication, social media, Instagram, and digital communication. This study discusses the phenomenon of live shopping activity in the digital communications industry. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach and using the techniques of interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study can be seen that the live shopping activity that uses social media to utilize the features of Instagram namely Stories. The birth of live shopping is based on the phenomenon that has been formed over a long time, namely ‘jastip’. Goods sold in the live shopping activity are also more diverse than shop online as usual. It also offers more interactive shopping activities and fun so that buyers feel the thrill of shopping directly on the spot and the limited duration so that the buyers will be encouraged with time. Before live shopping, sellers will promote it by using Instagram Ads or endorsement to influencers. It can be concluded that the live shopping process starts with 3 main steps, promotion, interaction, and transaction. Live shopping merupakan suatu kegiatan berbelanja secara online yang dilakukan secara langsung dan dalam durasi tertentu saja. Penelitian ini membahas tentang proses live shopping dalam industri komunikasi digital. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori komunikasi pemasaran, media sosial, Instagram, dan komunikasi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan live shopping yang menggunakan media sosial Instagram ini memanfaatkan fitur Instagram yaitu Instagram Stories. Lahirnya live shopping didasari oleh fenomena yang sudah terbentuk lebih lama yaitu jasa titip atau jastip. Barang yang dijual dalam kegiatan live shopping juga lebih beragam dibandingkan berbelanja online seperti biasa. Kegiatan ini juga menawarkan kegiatan belanja yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan sehingga pembeli merasakan sensasi berbelanja langsung di tempat dan durasi waktu yang terbatas sehingga pembeli akan berpacu dengan waktu. Sebelum melakukan kegiatan live shopping, penjual terlebih dahulu akan memasarkannya dengan memanfaatkan fitur Instagram ads atau endorsement kepada influencer. Untuk itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses live shopping dimulai dari 3 langkah utama yaitu promosi, interaksi, dan terakhir transaksi.

This research explains the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI at Senior high school Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Purwosari Pasuruan. This Research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection was through by unstructured and opened interview techniques, unattended and opened observation, and documentation techniques. For analysis and interpretation of data using steps: a). Reduction data, b). Displaying data, and c). Conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the research shows that the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI through two ways, namely through the material and using methods that reflect multicultural values.

Pesan dakwah dapat disampaikan melalui media termasuk instagram. Trend  tersebut memiliki dua sisi seperti pisau bermata ganda (tantangan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyajian pesan dakwah dalam media sosial instagram. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bentuk penyajian pesan dakwah dalam instagram dan mencari tahu kelebihan dan kekurangan penyajian pesan dakwah dalam media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya, melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari dua puluh unggahan yang diteliti, terdapat tiga unggahan yang termasuk bentuk penyajian pesan dakwah informatif, empatbelas unggahan yang termasuk persuasif, dan tiga unggahan yang termasuk koersif. Kelebihan penyajian pesan dakwah pada akun instagram ini ialah menyampaikan pesan dalam bahasa singkat dan mudah dipahami pembaca. Dan kekurangannya, yaitu penjelasan yang kurang lengkap dan singkat. Kelebihan dan kekurangannya ini juga memberikan dampak pada pemahaman  pembacanya. Da'wah messages can be conveyed through the media including Instagram. The trend has two sides like a double-edged knife (a challenge). This study aims to determine the presentation of preaching messages on social media Instagram. The purpose of this study is to find out the form of preaching messages on Instagram and find out the advantages and disadvantages of preaching messages in social media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques, through observation and documentation. The results showed that of the twenty uploads examined, there were three uploads that included informative preaching messages, fourteen uploads that were persuasive, and three uploads which were coercive. The advantage of presenting da'wah messages on this Instagram account is that it conveys messages in short and easily understood language. And the shortcomings, namely an incomplete and concise explanation. These strengths and weaknesses also have an impact on the reader's understanding.

The research is a Case Study of Troubled Financing Handling at BMT Hubbul Wathon in the Covid-19 Pandemic. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques with BMT about policies to deal with the economic crisis during the Covid-19 Pandemic. BMT Hubbul Wathon Sumowono is one of the non-bank syari'ah financial institutions that issues a lot of financing products, such as Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah, and Ijarah financing. In providing financing to customers, an agreement is made in the BMT institution, in which there are several provisions that must be agreed upon by both parties. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, BMT Hubbul Wathon experienced a decrease in both savings, financing and installments. In the Covid-19 Pandemic as well, problematic financing at BMT Hubbul Wathon Sumowono increased by 5% when compared to the financing provided before the Covid-19 Pandemic. Therefore, this non-bank syari'ah financial institution issued several measures or policies including maintaining liquidity, restrictions in providing financing, and also by adding new customer members.

This research aims to test the role of zakat to reduce poverty in the East Java period 2015-2017 by using the index that was recently developed, Basic Needs Deficiency Index. The research method used is qualitative approach with case study strategy. This research formulated BNDI index to measure the deficiency and effectiveness of zakat in resolving poverty. Data required is the total population that its income was below the poverty line in every city of East Java, and also total zakat, which was distributed by BAZNAS East Java in every city of East Java. The results obtained from the BNDI calculation have been able to explain the effectiveness of zakat for reducing poverty and inequality in East Java. The result of calculation, which was a high value or approaching value 1, explains that zakat that was distributed by BAZNAS East Java is not effective in reducing poverty in East Java. Furthermore, the result of this research shows that some cities had the highest BNDI and lowest BNDI as well. Hopefully, this result could be considered to use by the policymaker to improve the effectiveness of zakat in reducing poverty.Keywords: Zakat, Poverty, Basic Needs Deficiency Index (BNDI)
