This study aims to measure the interest of students of SMA Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi towards physics subjects. The subjects in this study were 59 students majoring in science class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi. The object of this research is interest in learning physics. The method used was a case study research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by using an interest questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that students of class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi have a good interest in studying physics. The average interest of class XI MIPA students is 89.9%.

The study, entitled "Analysis of Student Learning Interest in Physics Subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Sakti" raises the issue of how students' interest in learning at SMA Negeri 1 Sakti is towards physics. This study aims to measure the extent of the interest of students of SMA Negeri 1 Sakti towards physics. The subjects in this study were students majoring in Natural Sciences class XI MIPA1 in SMA Negeri 1 Sakti, the object of this study was the interest in learning for students of class XI MIPA1 in SMA Negeri 1 Sakti. The method used is a case study research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire delivery techniques for students and data processing was carried out using Analysis Interactive models from Miles and Huberman. After all, the result of data were presented in some precentages. Based on the results of data analysis of each indicator of interest it was found that overall XI MIPA1 students in SMA Negeri 1 Sakti had an interest in physics with an average percentage score of 48.4%. Interest in teachers with an average percentage score of 54.9%. There are goals to be achieved for the future with an average percentage of a score of 40.9%. Success in learning with an average percentage score of 72.8%. Finding benefits in the learning process with an average percentage of 70.6%. Have the initiative to learn with an average percentage of 72.8%. Concentration in learning with an average percentage score of 77.3%. Willingness in learning with an average percentage score of 81.8%. Based on the results of the analysis shows that students in SMA Negeri 1 Sakti have a good interest in physics. It is recommended that research related to the analysis of students' learning interest at the SMA / MA level and at the SMP / Mts level be continued by other researchers so that things that have not been revealed in this study can be revealed Keywords: Analysis of student learning interst, questionnaire, physics

In chapter 3, we reviewed the current literature from theories in multi-disciplines leading to the development of the conceptual model of inter-organizational trust in e-commerce participation. In this chapter, we first discuss different research methods in information systems followed by analysis of quantitative and qualitative research approaches. Then we provide the reasons for selecting a case study research method followed by a description of the research process, design, and instrumentation of the conceptual model, leading to a semi-structured questionnaire, data collection, and data analysis procedures that take into consideration the validity of data.

This study aims to obtain a description related to the learning of PAI by using ICT and how the impact of the use of ICT on PAI learning systems in the classroom. The research method uses a qualitative approach in the integrated Islamic high school Ummul Quro Bogor, West Java. The results showed that a) there were four stages of using ICT in the learning process, namely; emerging, applying, integrating dan transforming. PAI teachers are already at the integrating stage. In other words, ICT has been integrated into the PAI learning curriculum. b) supporting factors for the use of ICT are the existence of ICT support facilities, the availability of qualified educators, the commitment of the school to implement ICT in every PAI learning. c) Inhibiting factors in the use of ICT are aspects of financing ICT facilities require a large budget. Some elderly teachers have difficulty using ICT in the learning process. Besides, the internet network is unstable. d) The impact of the use of ICT is very significant on PAI learning process. e) the existence of ICT devices not only as a support but already as an important component in the education system. The research led to the recommendation of the need for government support in the form of concern for ICT in terms of policies, facilities, workforce, budget, and organizing training in the use of ICT for PAI teachers to improve their professionalism. Therefore, further research is suggested regarding the effectiveness of the use of ICT in the learning process of PAI.

This research explains the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI at Senior high school Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Purwosari Pasuruan. This Research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection was through by unstructured and opened interview techniques, unattended and opened observation, and documentation techniques. For analysis and interpretation of data using steps: a). Reduction data, b). Displaying data, and c). Conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the research shows that the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI through two ways, namely through the material and using methods that reflect multicultural values.

This study aims to determine the application of the divergent semantic intervention method in motor transcortical aphasia clients after stroke, male gender aged 44 years at the Cibabat Regional General Hospital. The research method used is a case study research experiment which aims to determine the condition of the subject before and after intervention through therapy. Data collection was carried out through the WOTS stage, namely (1) interviews with the client's parents, (2) direct observation of the client, (3) conducting tests on the client, and (4) studying the patient's medical record document. The results of the research after doing therapy using the divergent semantic intervention method for 15 meetings obtained good results by assessing the level of words on nouns. The conclusion is that the divergent semantic intervention method has an effect on mentioning the level of objects

The objective of this study is to understand how employee EI is a critical factor for improved organizational performance. Adopting a qualitative approach with a case study research design, a sample of 40 employees was selected from the organization; data collection was done through a questionnaire after pilot testing. An analysis is done using SPSS, within an interpretative research paradigm using thematic analyses. Findings reflect that understanding and knowledge on EI and its influence on the performance may add value to the organization as employees become aware of the best practices and contribute better for organizational performance. Further, it was also noted that EI is a significant predictor of job and organizational performance only if it is advocated and spearheaded through individual performance classified into the task and contextual performance.

 Abstrak: Degradasi moralitas kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara pada kalangan anak-anak remaja (peserta didik) berada pada kondisi yang cukup memprihatinkan. Tergambarkan dari begitu banyaknya permasalahan anak-anak remaja yang kita saksikan, baik secara langsung maupun dari berbagai media. Sebagai tempat pendidikan formal, tentu saja sekolah memiliki peran tersendiri sebagai wadah dalam menempa moralitas dan karakteristik peserta didik. Sekolah memiliki berbagai sumber daya, akan tetapi apakah sumber daya tersebut telah dikelola dengan seksama? Dari latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter diimplementasikan di sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Selain itu peneliti juga bertindak langsung sebagai key instrument untuk mendapatkan data yang jauh lebih mendalam dan bermakna saat dilapangan dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi-fungsi dari manajemen kurikulum berperan besar dalam keberhasilan sekolah mencapai visi, misi, tujuan, dan program-program sekolah yang dicanangkan. Salah satu faktor penunjang manajemen kurikulum tersebut adalah sikap dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Sebagai ujung tombak dalam manajemen kurikulum, kepala sekolah mengambil peran yang luar biasa sebagai inspirator, motivator, figur keteladanan, supervisi akademik, dan manajerial bagi segenap elemen yang ada di sekolah. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Kurikulum, Pendidikan Karakter CHARACTER BUILDING BASED CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT AT SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI UJUNG MENTENG 01 PAGI JAKARTA Abstract: The degradation of the morality of nation and state life among children (learners) is in a fairly apprehensive condition. It has been described by so many problems among children, either directly or from various media. As a place of formal education, of course the school has its own role in forging the morality and characteristics of learners. School has a variety of resources, but has it been carefully managed? From this background, this research aims to analyze, explore and describe how character-based curriculum management is implemented in schools. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative approach of case study. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. In addition, researcher also acts directly as a key instrument when in the field to obtain data which is much more profound and meaningful from various relevant sources. The results show that the functions of curriculum management play major roles in the success of the school to achieve the vision, mission, goals and programs of the school that proclaimed. One of the factors supporting the management of the curriculum is the attitude and style of leadership of the principal. As a spearhead in curriculum management, the principal takes extraordinary roles either as an inspirator, a motivator, an exemplary figure, an academic supervisor, or manager for all elements of the school. Keywords: Curriculum Management, Character Building

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of accreditation on the standard aspects of PAUD management. This research method uses a documentary study method with a qualitative approach. This type of research in this study is a descriptive case study research. Based on the evaluation recapitulation of all aspects of the management standard that PAUD institutions on average do not yet have a work inspection and assessment document therefore it is a problem that the low achievement period of 8 standards in PAUD units that apply for accreditation in 2017 due to the low 2 aspects PAUD institutions have not yet been launched.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to identify and descripting Dawan ethnic group teenager from the rural area of South Timor Tengah regency to communicate as the part of identity conservation and development when enrolling high school or working in Kupang City. Identification and description include how they’re communicating and using traditional words, daily habits, and using social media as communication forum with the fellow Dawan ethnic group. This research method is using qualitative approach with case study. Selected observation technique, unstructured interview is utilized for data collecting. Post-teenager ethnical background interacting with the different ethnical group could shift and change their original ethnical identity. Identifikasi dan deskripsi meliputi bagaimana mereka : berbahasa dan menggunakan kata-kata, beradat kebiasaan sehari-hari dan  menggunakan media sosial sebagai forum komunikasi dengan sesama dari suku  dan daerah yang sama. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi terseleksi, wawancara tak terstruktur. This research is motivated by the growth of coffee consumption in Indonesia which has been getting higher since 2016. This phenomenon can be seen from the expanding of the coffee industry in Jakarta. Brookland Coffee has become one of the coffeeshops that has been around since 2019 and is in demand by the public. This study aims to determine the use of brand experience for brand loyalty in Brookland coffee. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Researchers collected data for this study through interview sessions, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the use of brand experience for brand loyalty at Brookland Coffee has a positive and significant effect on the bicycle community, which means that with a good brand experience consumers can get an impression and have a positive response so that it can make customers loyal to the product. Brand loyalty can also be defined as how often consumers buy the product. Loyalty is an emotional thing, and can be interpreted as a customer's loyal attitude towards a brand or productPenelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh pertumbuhan konsumsi kopi di Indonesia yang semakin tinggi sejak 2016. Fenomena ini dapat dilihat dari menjamurnya industri kopi di Jakarta. Brookland Coffee menjadi salah satu coffeeshop yang hadir sejak 2019 dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan brand experience terhadap brand loyalty pada brookland coffee. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Peneliti mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini melalui sesi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan brand experience terhadap brand loyalty di Brookland Coffee berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada komunitas sepeda, yang berarti dengan pengalaman merek yang baik konsumen dapat mendapatkan kesan dan memiliki respon yang positif sehingga dapat membuat pelanggan loyal pada produk tersebut. Loyalitas merek juga dapat di artikan dari seberapa sering konsumen membeli produk tersebut. Loyalitas adalah hal yang emosional, dan bisa diartikan sebagai sikap setia pelanggan terhadap suatu merek atau produk tersebut.
