As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, it has greatly impacted the world, especially in the field of education, therefore, with increasingly developing technological capabilities, the teaching and learning process in schools is also carried out online. This study aims to analyze the character values ​​of students, as well as describe the design of student character learning in accordance with Pancasila as the basis of the State, and students are able to instill character values ​​in everyday life. This research was conducted at MI TerpaduTahfidz Al Mubarak Langsa in grades 3 and 4 with 20 students per class, and 4th grade teachers. The data analysis method used is a qualitative method by applying field research, namely by field observations, by observing each object which is done online through a video call application. From the results of the analysis, it was known that the character of students in grades III and IV of Integrated MI Tahfidz Al Mubarak 80% is very in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila because the learning system is carried out always under the supervision of parents and teachers with a maximum number of ten students in one online class. In one class there are two teachers who teach in each class, every day parents must send reports on student progress to their respective class teachers. This is also inseparable from the role of parents in educating their children at home even though the state of the teaching and learning process is carried out online.

The purpose of this research is to determine what factors affect the communication of teachers in students withautism extraordinary school of Mitra Iswara in the Tasikmalaya Regency. This research discusses howinstructional communication is carried out by teachers in students with autism. This research also answers whyschools choose to implement learning communication that combines autistic children students at the same timeand same class. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Datacollection techniques used were non-participant observation and interviews. The results showed that the factorsthat influence communication between teachers and students with autistic children are teachers' competence. Inthis case, the ability to communicate in class both verbally or non-verbally. The second factor is how studentsare capturing lessons and material from the teacher. The third is the role of parents in the learning process,both at home and at school. The communication patterns that are implemented in Mitra Iswara usecommunication patterns in one direction..

Pandemi Covid-19 telah berlangsung selama 1 tahun. Sejak saat itu, proses kegiatan belajar mengajar pun mengalami perubahan. Proses belajar Dalam Jaringan  (Daring) menjadi solusi dari pemerintah untuk menekan angka penyebaran dari virus tersebut. Akan tetap pada praktiknya, guru, murid serta orang tua khususnya merasa kewalahan dalam melaksanakan proses Daring tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam proses belajar Daring di masa Covid-19 serta faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran daring bagi anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan menggunakan analisa kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 10 orang tua (3 ayah dan 7 ibu). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa orang tua memiliki peran ekstra selama masa pandemi berlangsung. Adapun peran orang tua dalam proses belajar daring antara lain mengawasi anak selama menggunakan gadget, mendampingi anak mengerjakan tugas sekolah, menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan anak, memberikan edukasi serta menciptakan lingkungan bersih aman dan nyaman bagi anak.   Kata Kunci : Peran Orang Tua; Masa Pandemi Covid-19;   ABSTRACT   The Covid-19 pandemic has been going on for 1 year. Since then, the teaching and learning process has changed. The online learning process is a solution from the government to reduce the spread of the virus. However, in practice, teachers, students and parents in particular feel overwhelmed in carrying out the Online process. This study aims to determine the role of parents in the online learning process during the Covid-19 period and the factors that influence online learning for children. This research uses case study method using descriptive qualitative analysis. This research was conducted to 10 parents (3 fathers and 7 mothers). The results show that parents have an extra role during the pandemic. The role of parents in the online learning process includes supervising children while using gadgets, assisting children with school assignments, establishing good communication with children, providing education and creating a clean, safe and comfortable environment for children.   Keywords : The Role of Parents; The Covid-19 Pandemi Period;

The halaqah method was practiced in Islamic education since the period of Prophet Muhammad PBUH in order for convey knowledge and education to the Muslims. Continuity in applying the halaqah method in Islamic education has been continued as a legacy in Islam to continue the culture of knowledge established by the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. The establishment of pondok institutions, especially in the state of Kelantan, has demonstrated the application of the halaqah method in the teaching and learning system. Hence, the objective of this study is to study the history of halaqah method in education practised by Rasulullah SAW and also the applications of halaqah method in selected pondok’s, Pondok Pasir Tumbuh, Kota Bharu and Pondok Lubuk Tapah, Pasir Mas, Kelantan. This study uses a qualitative method based entirely on document analysis, interviews and observations to compile the data needed. The results of the study show that the halaqah method is still being used in pondok’s institutions eventhough the current globalization have changed the education system including the Islamic education. The halaqah method is still releven for improved knowledge among the Muslim community especially in pondok’s institutions in Kelantan. For conclusion, the applications of the halaqah method is important in Islamic education especially in pondok’s institutions as a model for practicing the Prophet's PBUH sunnah.

Online learning is distance learning that utilizes telecommunications and information technology. Online is used as a learning model during the corona pandemic to anticipate the spread of the Covid-19. In the learning process this is less effective because there is still a lack of parental roles in mentoring, supervising and motivating children while attending school from home. Parents are the first and foremost educators in the family environment. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of parents in online learning at SMA Respati Jakarta and what obstacles were encountered in assisting children during learning. The research used is a qualitative descriptive study. data collection was done through filling out online questionnaires via google form, and interviews. The results showed that parents play a very important role in the teaching and learning process during learning from home. Where parents act as motivators, facilitators in accompanying and teaching materials that have not been maximally delivered by teachers due to limitations during this pandemic.

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan karena proses pembelajaran di laboratorium Biologi IAIN STS Jambi yang masih minim sarana prasarana yang ada di laboratorium, sehingga menghambat proses pembelajaran khususnya untuk mata kuliah Morfologi Tumbuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku ajar praktikum dan mengetahui praktikalitasnya. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan 4-D Models yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate. Karena adanya keterbatasan waktu dan biaya maka tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa buku ajar praktikum yang divalidasi oleh validator. Produk yang telah divalidasi dan dinyatakan valid oleh validator, kemudian diujicobakan pada proses pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk melihat nilai praktis buku ajar praktikum di laboratorium Biologi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah data deskriptif untuk memvalidasi perangkat pembelajaran oleh pakar pendidikan. Selain itu juga diteliti data praktikalitas penggunaan perangkat pembelajaran ini yang diperoleh dari observasi dosen dan respon siswa. Nilai validitas produk 83,31% yang dikategorikan valid. Sementara nilai kepraktisan berdasarkan data observasi keterlaksanaan SAP, angket respon dosen dan siswa dikategorikan sangat baik atau sangat praktis. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran di Laboratorium Biologi yang dikembangkan adalah valid dan sangat praktis digunakan baik dosen maupun siswa. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, buku ajar praktikum, laboratorium biologi Abstract [The development of a course book for plant morphology at biology laboratory] This research was triggered by the limited facilities of the biology laboratory at the State Institute of Islamic Studies Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi which became a constrain in the teaching and learning process of Plant Morphology classroom sessions. The objective of this research was to develop a course book as well as to reveal its practicality. The researcher did a research and development using 4-D Models consisting of four stages namely; define, design, develop, and disseminate. Considering the limitation of time and finance, the disseminate stage was not executed. The test revealed the validity score of the product was 83,31% which categorized as good. For its practicality, the product was considered as very good based on observation of lesson plan execution and lecturers’ and students’ response. In summary, the course book developed for the course at Biology Laboratory was categorized as valid and practical to be used by both students and lecturers. The research was carried out the lock of student’s abilities in understanding time unit. Time unit is abstract, so it’is needed real object as a model to make the student understand easily.in other hand, the student should be given real activity that can be recreved easily. In order to make them understand the concept of time unit.The success of a teaching and learning process is one of the reasons due to the use of media or participation in the teaching and learning process. Because in the teaching and learning process media has an important meaning.This research used a qualitative method, and used  wall clock that made by paper carton. With a wall clock made of cardboard, it is easy for students to use the clock by rotating the direction of the needle on the cardboard between the long needle and the short needle must match.

<p class="Abstract"><span lang="EN-US">In light of the increasing technological developments, working life and education is changing and becoming more complex, interconnected and digital. These changed circumstances require new and modified competences of future employees. Education has to respond to the changing requirements in working life. To prepare for this, a technological-oriented teaching and learning process as well as gaining practical experience is crucial for students. In this context, Virtual Reality (VR) technologies provide new opportunities for practical experience in higher education, where they can further intensify the students learning experiences to a more immersive and engaging involvement in the learning process. To evaluate the potential of immersive virtual learning environments (VLE) for higher education and to understand more deeply which kind of experiences students gain while learning in immersive virtual environments (VE) an experimental research study is carried out. The paper describes education in light of industry 4.0 first and gives an overall view of immersive learning and the role of VR Technologies. Then the user study to measure user experience (UX) in immersive VLE is presented. Preliminary results are outlined and discussed with a view of further research.</span></p>

Low activity, student creativity in the learning process can result in the teaching and learning process being less than optimal so that the material presented is incomplete according to the expected completeness criteria. From the results of observations and discussions with the history subject teacher, information is obtained that the learning system has not fully involved students as the subject of learning consequently the final result to be achieved, namely individual and classical learning completeness with KKM (minimum completeness criteria) has not been achieved. One of the efforts made to improve the process and student learning outcomes, a learning method is used that makes it easier for students to compile and understand information or the content of the lesson text in increasing understanding of social studies subject matter so that learning outcomes are expected to increase, through the use of the SQ3R method. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem in this study is: "How are the students' learning outcomes increased through the SQ3R method in history learning for students of XII SMA Negeri 1 Tembilahan Hulu Indragiri Hilir? "The purpose of this study is to determine the activities of teachers and students as well as the improvement of student learning outcomes in history subjects through the SQ3R method for class XI SMAN 1 Kateman Indragiri Hilir. The conclusion of this study is that the student learning outcomes, before CAR the average daily test was 64.3, after the CAR based on the daily test cycle I increased to 81.8 and was included in the good category. In the second cycle of daily tests, it increased again to 92.8 and was included in the very good category. Thus, the use of the SQ3R method can improve student learning outcomes in history learning for class XII at SMAN 1 Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir Regency

This article discusses the importance of vision and mission of the Islamic Education Lecturers (IELs) in teaching and learning (TnL). This study was fully conducted through qualitative method via case study. Six IELs were selected as participants and willing to be interviewed, and the data from the interview were supported by three Heads of Islamic Education Unit, 12 lecturers and 12 students. The data were triangulated with the data obtained through observation and document analysis. The data were analysed through N’Vivo software to generate a pattern of themes and characteristics of the vision and mission in TnL. The result found that there were six elements of vision and mission emphasized by the IELs in TnL. Five of them had formed a pattern. That five elements were; students receiving and appreciating, TnL objective achieved, spreading da’wah, moulding students attidtude and thinking, and achieving success in the world and the hereafter. Therefore, a model which is named as Model of the Vision and Mission Practice for the Excellent Islamic Education Lecturers was deloped. From the overall view, the emphasis on achieving mission and vision helps the IELs to successfully conduct TnL inside and outside classroom.

The purpose of this study is to improve students' interest in English vocabulary through picture media in TK Nur Assalam. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The participants of this research were 6 students. The results obtained from efforts to the improving students interest in English vocabulary using the picture media involving active learners in the learning process. The role of picture media in learning activities is very important for children, especially in the next education level. Teaching and learning activities in early childhood will quickly develop if parents and teachers intensive to develop it. There are several attempts to create a sense of pleasure in early childhood by using picture media in the learning process. From the result of research indicate that when pre-action take result (15%). In cycle I, it increased to (55%) sufficient criteria. In cycle II, it increased again to (85%) good criteria. So, the increase that occurred from the pre-action to the cycle I that is (40%). The increase from cycle I to cycle II that is (30%). And increase from pre-action to cycle II that is (70%). From the research results obtained, then to the improving students interest in English vocabulary can be improved by using picture media in the learning process.Keywords : Students’ Interest, Vocabulary and Picture Media
