This study aims to see who is involved in public services in the Tobekgodang District of Tampan District, which has been regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform No. 13 of 2009 concerning Guidelines for Improving the Quality of Public Services. The design of this study uses descriptive qualitative methods that will reinforce and review the data in general in the form of documents relating to public facilities within the scope of public services Tobekgodang District Tampan District. In addition, so that the research objectives can be used also use primary data in the form of interviews with research informants, namely: Head of Tobekgodang Village, Secretary of Tobekgodang Village, Tobek godang Village Staff and Tobekgodang Village Community. The results of this study indicate that the participation of the community in Tobekgodang Subdistrict, Tampan District has been effective in improving public services in Tobekgodang Subdistrict, Tampan District.

This study examines the task of village heads in carrying out their duties in Aur Kuning Village, Kampar Kiri Hulu Subdistrict, as agreed in the Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform Number: 13 of 2009 concerning Guidelines for Improving the Quality of Public Services, Rights, Duties and Obligations of Village Heads in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Article 26 The Village Head who organizes the Village Government, implements Village Development, Village community development, and empoweres the Village community. The design of this study uses a qualitative descriptive method that will discuss and review secondary data related to documents relating to the Village Head in the Task Process in Aur Kuning Village, Kampar Kiri Hulu Subdistrict. In addition, so that the research objectives can involve researchers also using primary data as a result of interviews with research informants, namely: Village Chief Aur Kuning, Secretary of Desa Aur Kuning, Village Staff of Aur Kuning and Community of Desa Aur Kuning. The Village Head in Aur Kuning Village, Kampar Kiri District has been effective in the context of development. His job was as the head of Aur Kuning Village, Kampar Kiri District

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

AbstractPublic service is a measure of the performance of the government's most visible. Communities can directly assess the government's performance based on the service they received. For the quality of public services in all ministries / institutions is a fundamental thing that must be improved. Improved public services, the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform policy that since 2014 was a year of public service innovation. All government agencies, both at central and local levels is expected to make a creative idea or an answer to how to work / public service method. Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform collect and assess the innovations that have been made in a number of agencies across Indonesia. Hopefully the quality and innovation of public services BPS can always be increased, so that it can continue to compete fairly with other agencies. Keywords: Innovation, Public Services, Local Government AbstrakPelayanan publik merupakan suatu tolok ukur kinerja pemerintah yang paling kasat mata. Masyarakat dapat menilai langsung kinerja pemerintah berdasarkan pelayanan yang diterimanya. Untuk itu kualitas pelayanan publik di semua kementerian/lembaga adalah suatu hal yang mendasar yang harus segera ditingkatkan. Peningkatan pelayanan publik, Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (KemenPAN RB) menerapkan kebijakan bahwa sejak tahun 2014 adalah tahun inovasi pelayanan publik. Seluruh instansi pemerintah, baik di pusat maupun daerah diharapkan dapat membuat suatu ide kreatif atau jawaban terhadap cara kerja/metode pelayanan publik. KemenPAN RB mengumpulkan dan menilai inovasi-inovasi yang telah dilakukan di sejumlah instansi di seluruh Indonesia. In the utilization of urban public facilities, it is found that the number of people under 18 years who exercise accounts for 29.5% of the total number of people surveyed, 32.8% between 18 and 65 years, and 37.7% over 65 years. The elderly have become the main population of public facilities, and the aging of cities is becoming more and more obvious. Strengthening the construction and development of urban public facilities has become the main work of current urban construction, and planning public facilities can effectively alleviate the pressure of urban public facilities. Through image recognition to promote urban sports public service, we improve the management efficiency of urban sports public service, facilitate residents' sports, and improve residents' satisfaction and happiness index. Through image recognition to manage portraits and objects, the safety of residents' sports and sports facilities is guaranteed, and the management efficiency is improved. The experimental results show that R-CNN, FAST R-CNN, and Faster R-CNN in urban public facilities can be intelligently recognized by image recognition technology for comparison. Faster R-CNN has good accuracy and low average time. Finally, the study analyzes the service cost of public facilities, compared with traditional public services, with the application of public services under image recognition, so as to guide different groups of people to make full use of public service facilities to improve their quality of life and realize the good behavior of the national movement.

The research is located in Villa Sanyas area of Seminyak-Kuta Bali. The research was conducted to find out how the management villa sanyas, and also to know the factors that make the tourist stay at villa sanyas feel uncomfortable. the choice of Seminyak as the location of this research according to th place where the tourism grows fastly. On the development stage, that tourism area still need various research from some point of view. Thus, this research focuses to identify factors which affects the uncomfortness during stay in Villa Sanyas Seminyak. This research is very important and could be reference as solutions for comfortness of tourists in Villa Sanyas. The method of data collecting in this research are observation, interview, and documentation to analyze the data collected  with descriptive qualitative analysis while primary data and secondary data. The determining of informants use is purposive sampling. Results of the study found that most tourist who stay at villa sanyas feel disturbed by the noise can be heard up to the villa, besides that also some employees who work in villa sanyas not fluent in english. Based on the report, can be suggested to the villa management to improve the quality of service toward the tourists who stay, then the tourist will feel comfort. ABSTRAK             Sebagai suatu lembaga layanan publik bagi masyarakat umum, Kantor Desa Tanggaran dituntut untuk memberikan layanannya yg sesuai dengan harapan masyarakatnya sebagai penerima layanannya. Maka dari itu dari pihak Kantor Desa wajib menjaga kepercayaan & kepuasan yang diberikan masyarakarat untuk terus meningkatkan mutu jaminan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui & juga menganalisa nilai kepuasan masyarakatnya terhitung nilai pada unit layanan administrasi di Kantor Desa Tanggaran. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung & faktor penghambat pada nilai kepuasan semua masyarakatnya terhitung layanannya publik di kantor desa tanggaran kecamatan Pule kabupaten Trenggalek. Metode yang digunakan penulisan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisa kualitatif. Lokasi dari penelitian ini  pada kantor desa Tenggaran kecamatan Pule Kab. Trenggalek. Data primer penelitian ini yaitu berupa hasil angket online maupun dari hasil wawancara kepada masyarakatnya yg mendapatkan layanannya publik di kantor desa Tenggaran kecamatan Pule kabupaten Trenggalek. Data sekunder berupa kumpulan laporan, buku, & juga catatan yg berkaitan erat dengan pelaksanaan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yg digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil dari kuesioner online, wawancara, & dokumentasi. Therefore, the Village Office must maintain the trust  and satisfaction of the community by improving the quality of its services. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of community satisfaction with administrative services at the Tanggaran Office and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of community satisfaction with public services at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek.             The research method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative analysis, the location of this research is at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek. The primary data in this study were the results of filling out online questionnaires and interviews with people who received public services at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek. Secondary data in the form of reports, books, or notes that are closely related to research. Data collection techniques used in this study were online questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Sayyid marriages that occur in the community of Cikoang Village, Takalar Regency are one of the distinguishing characteristics for ordinary people in carrying out their marriages, namely there are separate rules for sayyid women, namely Sayyid women cannot marry men who are not of Sayyid descent or descent  of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.  The research approach used descriptive qualitative methods carried out in Cikoang Village, Takalar District.  Primary data obtained by means of observation, interviews, documentation.  Secondary data comes from books and journals.  This research shows that the way to preserve marriage still exists today, namely, the factor of belief, they believe that their descendants come from the descendants of the Prophet Muhammad.  And the rule factor is that sayyid circles have rules in carrying out marriage, namely sayyid women cannot marry men who are not of Sayyid descent, but sayyid men can marry women outside their circle.  and the witness factor, namely for women who violate these rules will be subject to sanctions in the form of no longer being considered in their family and among their circle as Sayyid descendants and are considered dead.  Meanwhile, the solution for Sayyid women who do not have a partner among them is to match a Sayyid male.  And the second solution is to allow Sayyid women to marry under the applicable sanctions.

Promotional activities are actually a  manifestation of the informative function so that with the promotion it is hoped that there will be reactions from customers, both actual and potential that appear in various forms. These forms of customer are ranging from the ones who grow aware of knowing the existence of the product to the ones that actually use it. In this study, it will be discussed deeper about the effect of promotion on consumers' loyalty by knowing the definitions and indicators of promotion as well as indicators of loyalty as a benchmark. This study employed descriptive qualitative methods. The data obtained in this study are primary data, which are taken from books and journals, while the secondary data are obtained from websites. The data obtained by means of observation or looking for direct references can also be the research validity of the data. Promotion is defined as a way of communication from marketers who inform, persuade, and remind potential buyers to respond to a product in order to influence their opinion in buying the product. Prus and Brandt (1995) stated that customers' loyalty can be displayed through their attitudes and behavior. These attitudes include the intention to repurchase or purchase other products from the company, the intention to recommend and the immunity against competitors.

Along with the importance of the registration of marriage, the existence of Office of Religious Affairs is a part of a local government institution that is assigned to provide services to the community. In this matter, each state organizer has an obligation to provide excellent public services, meaning that the services provided by the government should be able to provide satisfaction to the community. This article aims at discussing some efforts to improve the service of marriage registration in the Office of Religious Affairs located in Sayung, Demak, Central Java. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method based on five service dimensions. The interview, observation and documentation are conducted to gather data. The result reveals that the quality of marriage registration service in the Office of Religious Affairs, Sayung has not been achieved ultimately. In fact, the Office of Religious Affairs, Sayung does not have a minimum service standard so that people cannot assess the service standard of marriage registration clearly. Therefore, in order to improve the service of marriage registration, the officers in the Office of Religious Affairs, Sayung need to improve the quality of marriage registration services that can be achieved by completing a clear minimum service standard.Keywords: Office of Religious Affairs, Service, Marriage Registration

The area of Jenon Spring Water has been determined as tourism development area in Malang Regency. Public facilities and services are a variety of physical buildings and structured programs that play a role in improving the comfort of a residential environment. Public and social services and facilities are very important in the life of city residents. This research is aimed to arrange the spatial development brief of Jenon Spring Water. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research result show that regional arrangement is needed. Where in the area arrangement in Sumber Jenon carried out in this project has a positive effect in Gunungronggo Village, which can improve the economy of the Gunungronggo Village community and improve the quality of Human Resources in Gunungronggo Village by adding a souvenir store and other facilities in Sumber Jenon.
