The area of Jenon Spring Water has been determined as tourism development area in Malang Regency. Public facilities and services are a variety of physical buildings and structured programs that play a role in improving the comfort of a residential environment. Public and social services and facilities are very important in the life of city residents. This research is aimed to arrange the spatial development brief of Jenon Spring Water. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research result show that regional arrangement is needed. Where in the area arrangement in Sumber Jenon carried out in this project has a positive effect in Gunungronggo Village, which can improve the economy of the Gunungronggo Village community and improve the quality of Human Resources in Gunungronggo Village by adding a souvenir store and other facilities in Sumber Jenon.

This study aims to see who is involved in public services in the Tobekgodang District of Tampan District, which has been regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform No. 13 of 2009 concerning Guidelines for Improving the Quality of Public Services. The design of this study uses descriptive qualitative methods that will reinforce and review the data in general in the form of documents relating to public facilities within the scope of public services Tobekgodang District Tampan District. In addition, so that the research objectives can be used also use primary data in the form of interviews with research informants, namely: Head of Tobekgodang Village, Secretary of Tobekgodang Village, Tobek godang Village Staff and Tobekgodang Village Community. The results of this study indicate that the participation of the community in Tobekgodang Subdistrict, Tampan District has been effective in improving public services in Tobekgodang Subdistrict, Tampan District.

ABSTRAKSuasana kota umumnya tercipta dari karakteristik fisik berbagai tata ruang kota dan interaksi sosial di dalamnya. Komponen visual yang dirasakan memberikan beragam sensasi yang mengarahkan individu menangkap kualitas dari situasi secara emosional yang mampu mempengaruhi mood atau suasana hati mereka. Di saat interaksi sosial terjadi, ekspresi tersenyum duchenne dapat terjadi ketika individu merasakan emosi-emosi positif. Namun, suasana kota dapat berubah di saat ada pembangunan ulang fasilitas publik. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi bentuk tata ruang kota dan potensi interaksi sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi suasana hati individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa banyak ekspresi senyum duchenne yang ada pada area kota yang ramai di pusat kota Kendari dan Jakarta Selatan. Penulis memilih pusat kota Kendari dan Jakarta Selatan karena memiliki fasilitas publik yang baik. Adapun kota Kendari saat ini membangun ulang beberapa pusat kotanya sejak tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, kedua area kota memiliki jumlah frekuensi senyuman duchenne yang sama banyaknya di area suasana jenis consumerism dan peaceful and quiet. Namun, ada perbedaan jumlah di area suasana jenis vibrant dan historic, karena beberapa fasilitas di kota tua dan pusat kota Kendari saat observasi berada di tahap pembangunan ulang. Suasana kota merupakan hal yang penting untuk image kota karena memberikan pengalaman emosi positif bagi orang yang singgah atau berinteraksi sosial di lingkungan perkotaan.Katakunci: duchenne, suasana kota, vibrant, peaceful and quiet, consumerism, historic ABSTRACTThe atmosphere of the city created from pshysical characteristics of various urban spatial plans and social interaction in it. The perceived visual component provided sensations that directs individual to capture quality of situation emotionally which can affect their mood. When social interaction occurs, duchenne smile expressions can appear when individual feel positive emotion. However, city atmosphere can change when there is unfinished redevelopment of public facilities. This can affect the form of urban spatial and potential social interactions that can affect individual moods. This study aims to see how much duchenne smile expressions appear in downtown area in Kenadi and South Jakarta. The author chose city center of Kendari and Jakarta because they have good public facilites. The city of Kendari is currently rebuilding several of its facilities in city centers since 2019. Result show that both city areas had same number of duchenne smiles in areas of consumerism and peaceful & quiet type. However, there are differences in the number of vibrant and historic areas, its perhaps because some of the facilities in the old town and downtown Kendari at the time of observatio were in the reconstruction stage. Economic growth should be directed in order to increase incomes and overcome economic disparities and social inequalities and also supported by an increase in productivity and efficiency and quality of human resources. Batik industry is one branch of the clothing and leather industry. One of the branches would observed by the author is a small batik industry, because batik is a traditional folk craft, which is one characteristic of Indonesian country and leather clothing industry branches that have a level of development prospective. This study aims to find out the factors wich affect the income of Small Batik Industry at West Pakandangan Village. Bluto sub district, Sumenep districts This study uses multiple linier regression analysis with primary data. The result show that the variable of capital (X1)significant positive effect of  0,000, labor (X2) significant positive effect of 0,001, total production (X3) significant positive effect of 0,055 and pattern share(X4) significant positive effect of 0,000 has simultaneously positive effect and significant to income. For individual, capital variable has no effect and significant at the income of Small Batik Industry at West Pakandangan Village. Bluto sub district, Sumenep districts

This paper present empirical research result on factors affecting the quality of medical service at the Outpatient Department of some public hospitals in Hanoi. This reserch based on the SERVQUAL model and conduct with 140 patients and 140 patient’s family members who came to these hospitals. The result show that Assurance and Tangible have the most impact to the quality of medical service. We analyze the mean value of the result and see that the Tangible factor has the lowest value and it is the patients and their family members most perceptive factor. Therefore, we focus on analyzing, interpreting and proposing a number of micro and macro solutions to manage the Tangible factor to help improving the quality of healthcare service throughly but sequentially through each step, each zone.

Abstract:  This research aims to determine and test the effectiveness of the role of the village government in creating a Tourism Village strategy to build competitive advantage in the Era of Industry Revolution 4.0 and to find out the factors that hinder and influence the role of the village government in managing the village of Blimbingsari Tourism Village which is a Special Interest Tourism Village (Spiritual). This research used descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this research were the Headman of Blimbingsari, Village Secretary, BUMDes Treasurer, Secretary of the Tourism Committee, Homestay Owners, Village Community Leaders and Academics. The technique of data collection is done by using triangulation technique (combined), the results of qualitative research emphasize the quality of the meaning of good research.The research results obtained by researchers from interviews, observations, and documentation are the role of the Blimbingsari Tourism Village Government to be carried out well. The Blimbingsari Tourism Village Government has a good role as a stabilizer, innovator and motivator. The provision of internet infrastructure and human resource development is a factor in the development of Blimbingsari tourism village in building competitiveness in the era Industry Revolution 4.0. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji efektifitas peran pemerintah desa dalam menciptakan strategi Desa Wisata untuk membangun keunggulan bersaing di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan mempengaruhi peran pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan desa Desa Wisata Blimbingsari yang merupakan Desa Wisata Minat Khusus (Rohani). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Perbekel Desa Blimbingsari, Sekretaris Desa, Bendahahara BUMDes, Sekretaris Komite Pariwisata, Pemilik Homestay, Tokoh Masyarakat Desa dan Akademisi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi (gabungan), hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan pada kualitas makna penelitian yang baik.Hasil penelitian yang didapat peneliti dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah peran Pemerintah Desa Wisata Blimbingsari dilakukan dengan baik. Pemerintah Desa Wisata Blimbingsari memiliki peran yang baik sebagai stabilitator, innovator dan motivator. Pengadaan infrastuktur internet dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor pada pengembangan desa wisata Blimbingsari dalam membangun daya saing di era Revolusi Industri 4.0.

The development of housing and settlement was not only intended for physical development but rather must be linked to the social, economic and cultural dimensions that support people's lives in a sustainable way. The settlement must provide environmental facilities for its citizens that accommodate the five basic elements; nature, people, society, places, and networks. The object studied was Kebonsari Village located on the southern border between Malang City and Malang Regency. Kebonsari village has an interesting topography because it is passed by two rivers, namely Mergan River and Sukun River which is located in eastern Kebonsari. However, a number of problems are encountered in Kebonsari urban village, including the unclean condition of Mergan River, poor condition of public facilities supporting settlements, such as arid and unkempt footpaths and lack of common space for residents. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with observational participatory technique.The outline of this study was the design concept of Mergan riverbank arrangement which includes the arrangement of paths and common space for the citizens who can improve the quality of settlements in Kebonsari urban village

This research in purposes is to implement the Total Quality Management (TQM) to raise the Quality of education in private Madarasah Tsanawiyah (MTs. Muhammadiyah Bandung. The research method used is qualitative method. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data will use primer data, which taken directly from the respondent and secondary data which become supporting data. Based on the research result, the Implemetation of Total Quality Mangement of privat Madrasah Tsanawiyah is very good. By good steps and commitment effort and also focus in realizing the vision, mission, and purposes of the school applying school’s program strategicly and continuously.Explorating the potential of human and natural resources and developing relationship with harmony between schools and the stakeholders and also processing creativity and innovation program of the school. Every obstacle and innovation became the first step to motivate the school to optimize the potentials so we can act that every weak and obstacle is never exist.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research are (1) describe the quality parameters of settlement, (2) analyze the distribution of quality of settlements, (3) test the accuracy of interpretation Quickbird. Methods used for the quality of settlements is scoring and overlay. Accuracy of interpretation used confusion matrix method. Based on research result show that (1) the quality parameter of the settlements is the density of the settlements has a medium quality of 120 Ha, the pattern of the building layout has a bad quality of 182 Ha, tree protective settlement has a bad quality of 233 Ha, the road width has bad quality the extent of 207 Ha, the condition of residential road has good quality which is 204 Ha, and the residential location variable has medium quality which is 91 Ha. (2) the distribution of settlement quality in the subdistric Mandiangin Koto Selayan for the medium quality of settlements are having an area of 125 Ha, the quality of bad settlements has an area of 118 Ha. The medium quality of the settlements is the most in the village Kubu Gulai Bancah while the bad quality is the most in the village Campago Guguak Bulek. (3) test image accuracy using confution matrix produce accuracy of image that is 94,73%.

Multifinance bussiness is not always being about financing a vehicle transportation but the service quality for their consumer and the promotion do also, which is in those case the company will also trying to reach the satisfaction of consumer and company loyalty. The strategy have been done by Adira Finance before, but the problem which they faced was can not reach the optimal goals still. The problem was approached cause the strategy in service all at once the marketing strategy cant increase the loyalty which Company’s wanted yet, where its belonging indicated with the connection of consumer satisfaction. This research had a purpose, and it is to knowing the service quality and the promotion towards consumer loyalty through the satisfaction which is held by Adira Finance. The research also had a hypothesis which are service quality, the promotion and consumer satisfaction have a significant direct effect to consumer loyalty of Adira Finance. This research method using the survey method and the quetioner for doing the interview with respondents. By purposive sampling, Adira Finance consumer who was came to branch office (car exspecially) on Jakarta ( South Jakarta, Pancoran, Kelapa Gading Car, and West Jakarta) from Monday till Saturday, so being a hope, those sample can be represent a whole of car consumer at Jakarta. The data result will be analyze with SPSS 20 version. The research result show us that the promotion variable have a significant direct effect towards loyalty consumer, but its not also happened to service quality which not have a direct effect either. The service quality have its significant direct effect just for consumer satisfaction, and in the other side doing the direct effect towards consumer loyalty. This thing said that if the Company wants to increasing the loyalty of consumer then the consumer satisfaction is the good intervening variable for it, as well known the service quality have a significant effect and together with promotion will be affect the loyalty of consumer. But there is an another variable and factor in other than service quality, promotion and consumer satisfaction which can affect Adira Finance’s consumer loyalty. The company have to consider and learning more those another causes or factors and increasing the positive effect one, because the effect can be bigger than effect of the three variable in this research
