The performance of the Sungai Bawang Village Government in the Village Information System program can be seen from the implementation process. This study focuses on the performance of the Sungai Bawang village government in the Village Information System Program in order to realize the vision and mission of Kuantan Singingi Regency. But the realization in the field that the performance of the Sungai Bawang village government in the Village Information System program did not have a significant impact. In terms of productivity indicators, after the implementation of the Village Information System program the performance of the Sungai Bawang Village Government did not change significantly. Indicators of service quality, the quality of services received by the community before and after the implementation of the Village Information System program have no real impact, because the services provided are still the same, still not based on online information technology. Indicator of responsiveness can be seen that third parties are not committed to the agreed work contract agreement. Responsibility Indicator, the standard used as a reference in implementing the Village Information System program is Kuantan Singingi District Regulations No. 57 of 2017 concerning Village Information Systems and their derivatives namely Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Village Information Systems. Accountability indicators, there is an element of political interest in the Village Information System program. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Sungai Bawang village government in the implementation of the Village Information System program and its inhibiting factors. The research method uses qualitative by emphasizing the concept of performance measurement. The techniques used in collecting data are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. The results showed that the performance of the Sungai Bawang village government was still not optimal. The inhibiting factor is the non-commitment of the third party in carrying out the responsibility, the Village Information System program is influenced by the political interests of certain groups so that the Village Information System program does not run as contained in Perbup Kuantan Singingi No. 57 of 2017 concerning Village Information Systems.

<p><strong></strong><strong></strong><em>The implementation of the Village Information System is essentially a manifestation of the District / City Government in implementing the mandate of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, namely developing a village information system and developing rural areas in order to facilitate and encourage the Village Government to improve and provide public services by utilizing technology Village-based Information and Communication (ICT) based on developments in the digital era, so that it can be accessed quickly and easily by the community and all stakeholders. The application of the Village Information System is expected to have positive implications and at the same time guarantee the implementation of village government to be more effective and efficient, transparent and accountable. The obligation to develop the village information system is attached to the Regency / City, not to the Central Government. During this time, the legal basis used in the development of public information systems based on the Village Information System refers to Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information , and Governor Regulation of Central Java Province Number 47 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Village Information Systems in Central Java Province.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><strong>Abstrak  </strong></p><p>Pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Desa hakikatnya merupakan perwujudan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota dalam mengamalkan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa, yaitu melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi desa dan pembangunan kawasan perdesaan guna menfasilitasi serta mendorong Pemerintah Desa untuk meningkatkan dan memberikan kemudahan pelayanan publik dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berbasis <em>website</em> Desa seiring perkembangan di era digital<em>,</em> sehingga dapat diakses dengan cepat dan mudah oleh masyarakat dan semua pemangku kepentingan. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Desa diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi positif dan sekaligus menjamin dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa agar lebih efektif dan efisien, transparan dan akuntabilitas. Kewajiban pengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa tersebut melekat pada Kabupaten/Kota, bukan pada Pemerintah Pusat. Selama ini, landasan hukum yang digunakan dalam pengembangan pelayanan publik berbasis Sistem Informasi Desa yakni mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik, Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik, dan Peraturan Gubernur Provinsi Jawa Tengah Nomor 47 Tahun 2016 tentang Pedoman Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.</p>

Through the implementation of law No.28 of 2009 on local taxes and lavies, the tax collection authority of the land tax and rural and urban buildings (PBB-P2) is transferred to the local government. North Minahasa district government in this case Watutumou Village is one of the villages that have potentials in the local tax sector can maximize this policy as an effort to increase acceptance in realizing development in the region. This study aims to  determine the level of effectiveness of Land and Building Tax revenues before and after diverted into local taxes in Watutumou Village, the effort made by the village government to overcome the obstacles that arise in the process of acceptance of PBB-P2 and how the role of village government in optimizing the acceptance of PBB-P2. This study used descriptive quantitative method. The collection of data in this case is interview and documentation. The result of the research note that the effectiveness of PBB-P2 before and after deverted into the criteria effective. But in the year before and after diverted, the realization of PBB-P2 didn’t reach the target specified due to certain obstacles, so it requires the effort and role of government in increasing the acceptance of PBB-P2. For the village government can further improve the acceptance of PBB-P2 with attention to human resource training, socialization and up to date data available in the village.Keywords : PBB-P2, effectiveness, village government

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the village apparatus of Tanjung Dalam has the ability to make financial reports of the Village Fund Allocation in accordance with the Accounting Information System and To determine whether village officials are weak in terms of financial administration in Accounting Information Systems Village Fund Allocation in Tanjung Dalam Village, Pondok Kubang Sub-district of Central Bengkulu Regency. This descriptive-based research is trying to describe the real picture of the phenomenon that occurs in the application of Accounting Information Systems on Village Fund Allocation in Tanjung Dalam Village, Pondok Kubang Sub-district of Central Bengkulu Regency. While the technique used in the form of direct observation to the village of Tanjung Dalam, Pondok Kubang Sub-district of Central Bengkulu Regency, who then conducted interviews and documentation studies.After the data collected and data analysis it can be drawn conclusion, namely: In the management of village funds in the village of Tanjung Dalam is in accordance with the accounting information system and already using computerized system. While the executor of Accounting Information System is the treasurer of the village itself that has been able to arrange the village finances properly in accordance with Accounting Information Systems. Any acceptance or expenditure of village funds is recorded in the village general treasury. It's just that there is still lack of supporting facilities for the officers who manage the village fund's financial report.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.

The population data is the data have to be in record in any office the villages around. With the citizens data , the village office can do monitoring inhabitant of which is found in the neighborhood. So far, the village office sampean kecamatan sungai kanan kabupaten labuhan batu selatan, north sumatra still use application desktop in doing processing the population data that is use application microsoft excel .In such a manner as there are still several problems and the obstacles, especially time and energy issued when their distribution data population in parties in need by the village office sampean. The purpose of he did this research is to design and construct information system the population data processing based android. With the information systems that in designed by the writer, is expected to help parties the village office sampean in doing processing the population data and do distribution the population data easily And rapidly through a smartphone android. Nowadays, although the pageraji village government has implemented e-government but more to increase services through the elimination of the old and complicated bureaukasi structure. In this case more information systems are used to speed up and automate processes. There is no information system yet focused on supporting the decision process. Pakkades.id is a type of information system intended to facilitate budgeting mechanisms. In the process of drafting village development budgets, community participation or aspirations are urgently needed. However, there are often obstacles to getting aspirations from the community because the mechanism that is implemented now only through deliberations implemented one day, this will narrow the reach. Therefore, with the implementation of Pakkades.id which is the result of the study authors of the Funding Ristek Dikti 2019 is expected to efficiency and effectively process decision making through the process of capturing the aspirations of the community better.

This chapter suggests the use of comparative pairs analysis as a method of collecting data for inter-organizational information system and chain research. It is argued that chains of organizations can be analyzed by collecting data from a focal firm about upstream suppliers and downstream customers. By comparing pairs of respondents within the focal firm, the differences between customers and suppliers can be analyzed. In addition, it is suggested that by asking each respondent to discuss two third-party organizations, differences in responses can be highlighted and explained during the data collection process. This can provide a rich source of data to explain results obtained.

A Standish Group (1994) study showed that only 16% of all information technology projects come in on time and within budget. The situation is not better concerning health information systems. Many health information system implementations are less than completely successful (Berg, 2001; Giuse & Kuhn, 2003; Lorenzi & Riley, 2003). In this article, the health information system means “a system, whether automated or manual, that comprises people, machines and /or methods organized to collect, process, transmit, and disseminate” data that represent user information in healthcare (Kuhn & Giuse, 2001, pp. 275). What is successful implementation and whose success is measured? Successes can be measured in many ways. Delone and McLean have been finding out the success factors of management information system which are also applicable to health information system. The success factors are: system qualities, e.g., the ease of use or time savings, information quality, e.g., completeness or data accuracy, usage, e.g., the frequency of use or the number of entries, user satisfaction, e.g., user-friendliness or overall satisfaction, individual impact, e.g., changed work practices or direct benefits and organizational impact, e.g., communication and collaboration or impact on patient care. Furthermore, user involvement during system development, implementation and organizational culture have been identified as possible factors measuring the success. However, the need for further research to determine which attributes are the most useful ones in measuring success has also been revealed. (van der Meijden, Tange, Troost & Hashman, 2003). The different phases in implementation process are, in general, user needs and requirements analysis (specification), system design, initial system implementation and testing (Ahmad, Teater, Bentley, Kuehn, Kumar, Thomas & Me-khjian, 2002; Schuster, Hall, Couse, Swayngim & Kohatsu, 2003; Souther, 2001). The system requirements analysis includes workflow analysis, and the initial system implementation includes the technical installation of the information system, integration of the information system to other information systems and users’ training. Project management is an important factor in every phase of the implementation project. The purpose of this article is to highlight the health information system implementation process from end-user perspective. Which factors are crucial in the implementation process from the point of view of the end-users? How does project management contribute to the implementation process, what is the role of the end-user in system designing and how does training effect the information system implementation?

Training of health cadres on the prevention and control of Covid-19 is an important and strategic effort. Health cadres who have been trained can participate in screening suspected or suspected cases and can help carry out quarantine or self-isolation or immediately direct them to a hospital if they are suspected of being infected with Covid-19. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of health cadres related to the control and prevention of Covid-19 in Pujon Kidul Village using an online platform with YouTube videos. good use of media with a maximum combination of modules and videos in providing knowledge to participants. While the weakness is the accuracy and honesty of participants in filling out the questionnaire between before and after the training. Our online training model cannot control the existing situation and conditions, including during the evaluation. Suggestion: online model training needs to be strengthened by the village government by providing online media at the village hall so that it can be accessed by the entire structure of the Covid-19 task force team at the village level.

Abstract: Information technology is growing rapidly has an impact on changing paradigms and ways of working that are widely applied by most organizations today. As a company engaged in the plywood industry, PT. Sumalindo Lestari Jaya, Tbk has and employs thousands of employees in it. It has problems related to human resource development, but so far the management is still conventional. The problems that occur start from participant registration, participant selection and monitoring, participant tracking, placement of work positions according to employee competency and expertise, untidy filing systems, activity evaluation, to the distribution of training allocations per section and per employee. This is what makes the researcher interested in doing this study. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) in the form of software design that produces Information Systems as a tool in managing training. The result of this research is a Training Information System software which is used to assist the management of education and training activities starting from participant selection activities, activity scheduling, implementation administrative governance, budget planning and financing, to evaluation and reporting activities. System testing and implementation was carried out on 20 training participants by comparing the results before and after the system was implemented. Based on comparative data on management patterns before and after using the system, it can be concluded that the Training Information System can increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing training activities. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri kayu lapis PT. Sumalindo Lestari Jaya, Tbk. memiliki dan mempekerjakan ribuan karyawan didalamnya memiliki problematika terkait pengembangan sumber daya manusia, namun sejauh ini pengelolaannya masih konvensional. Permasalahan yang terjadi dimulai dari pendaftaran peserta, seleksi dan monitoring peserta, pelacakan peserta, penempatan posisi kerja sesuai bidang kompetensi dan keahlian karyawan, sistem filing yang kurang rapi, evaluasi kegiatan, sampai dengan masalah distribusi alokasi training per bagian dan per karyawan. Hal inilah yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini menarik untuk dilakukan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dalam bentuk rancangan software yang menghasilkan Sistem Informasi sebagai alat bantu dalam mengelola training. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah perangkat lunak Sistem Informasi Training yang digunakan dalam membantu pengelolaan kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan mulai dari kegiatan seleksi calon peserta, penjadwalan kegiatan, tata kelola administrasi pelaksanaan, perencanaan anggaran dan pembiayaan, sampai dengan evaluasi dan kegiatan pelaporan. Uji coba dan implementasi sistem dilakukan pada 20 peserta training dengan membandingkan hasil sebelum dan setelah diterapkan sistem. Berdasarkan data perbandingan pola pengelolaan sebelum dan setelah menggunakan sistem dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Training dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam mengelola kegiatan training.
