This article aimed to study Experiential and Interpersonal Meaning which was found in the discourses of the New Zealand Prime Minister. Jacinda Ardern on March, 23rd 2020, and President of Taiwan, Tsai Ing-wen on January, 30th 2020 related to covid-19. The objective of this study is to discover Experiential and Interpersonal Meaning in the discourse analysis context. This present study tried to highlight the best method to adopt for this investigation by employing the four steps proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Sadana's qualitative research method (2014), i.e., data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study showed that the Material process was prominent in the Experiential Meaning in discourses by 67.23%, The elements of participant's material process in participants were dominant by 54.61%, and location (27.435) was prominent in circumstances elements. Meanwhile, Subject was prominent in the Interpersonal Meaning in Mood Types by 52.47%, and Predicator (52.01%) was dominant in Residue Types. These highlighted how we can learn from these two female leaders in delivering suggestions, reminders, and persuading society during this Covid 19 pandemic.

This study aims to determine and described the learning creativity of elementary school students using the number head together learning model. This research method is a literature review research method. The stages of this literature review are data collection, data reduction, data display, discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that from 17 articles published from 2010-2020 about the number head together learning model and learning creativity of elementary school students, there were 2 articles that matched these variables. The number head together learning model can increase the learning creativity of elementary school students. The novelty of this research is the connection between one article and another that discusses the same topic. The impact of the results of this study is the increasing number of literature review studies to reinforce existing theories.

This study was conducted as an attempt to investigate in what step of scientific approach theteachers most frequently use translation in English Language Teaching as well as to find out the teachers’reasons toward the use of translation in English Language Teaching based on scientific approach atSMP Negeri 4 Singaraja and SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja. It was conducted in qualitative research design.There were two teachers chosen as the subjects of study. The data were collected through audio recordingthe teaching and learning process and interviewing the subjects of study, while the techniques ofanalyzing data were done descriptively following the four processes according to the theory of Miles &Huberman (1984), namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Theresults of analysis indicated that the teachers most frequently used translation in exploring step of scientificapproach. In addition, there were seven teachers’ reasons found in relation to the use of translationin the classroom, namely to help the students’ difficulty in: (1) understanding the instruction given bythe teacher, (2) understanding the English vocabulary, (3) asking something in English, (4) understandingthe tenses or grammar, (5) understanding the material deeply, (6) doing the task, and (7) presentingtheir work. The related parties interested in the same area of the research should give deeper concern indoing wider range of aspects involved in further study.Keywords : Translation, the Use of L1 in ELT, Scientific Approach

The objective of this study is to explain the reason of using euphemism in religious language especially in article on Konsultasi Syariah. The research methodology used in the research is qualitative research design. The data were analyzed by using interactive model of qualitative data management and analysis namely data collection, data condensation, data display and verification and conclusion. The findings of this study revealed that the reasons of writer used euphemism especially in religious language tot only to make fear but also avoid taboo words, to show respect and to avoid uncomfortable feelings. The objective of this study is to explain the reason of utilizing subtitling strategies in The Meg movie texts. The research methodology used in the research is qualitative research design. The data were analyzed by using interactive model of qualitative data management and analysis namely data collection, data condensation, data display and verification and conclusion. The findings of this study revealed that the reasons of translator used subtitling strategies in The Meg Movie Texts consisted of historical circumstances, traditions and the strategy to which is accustomed for both the source and the target viewer. ABSTRAKLatar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah perilaku sosial anak saat bermain balok masih suka berebutan,belum mau berbagi, pilih-pilih teman, mengejek hasil karya teman, berteriak saat berbicara dengan temannya.Pola perilaku sosial anak dapat dilihat dalam semua kegiatan, salah satunya kegiatan bermain balok yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak.Maka dari itu, dalam penelitian ini peneliti ingin menggali dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan perilaku sosial saat anak bermain balok.Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kemampuan perilaku sosial yang terdapat dalam kegiatan bermain balok dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan perilaku sosial dengan temannya saat bermain balok.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat postpositivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara.Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, seleksi data, menyajikan data dan penarikan kesimpualan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan perilaku sosial pada masing-masing anak dalam melakukan kegiatan bermain balok baik dalam perilaku meniru, persaingan, kerja sama, simpati, empati, dukungan sosial, membagi, dan perilaku akrab.Saran yang peneliti berikan sebaiknya orang tua mengajarkan anak untuk berperilaku baik, menjadi model buat anak untuk berperilaku baik, serta menjelaskan tentang perilaku baik dan perilaku buruk.Bagi guru mengajarkan pada anak berperilaku baik saat pembelajaran maupun diluar pembelajaran.Bagi sekolah menyediakan fasilitas yang mendukung untuk bermain balok.Kata kunci: Perilaku sosial, balok  ABSTRACTEncouraging background of this research is the social behavior of children while playing the beam is still fond of scrambling, not willing to share, picky friends, mocking the work of friends, screaming when talking with friends.Child's social behavior patterns can be seen in all activities, one of which is playing block activities performed by children. Therefore, in this study researchers want to explore and describe the ability of social behavior when children play blocks.The focus in this study is the analysis of social behavior capabilities contained in the playing of blocks with the aim of describing social behavior with friends while playing the beam.This research uses qualitative research, qualitative research is a research method based on postpositivism philosophy, used to examine the condition of natural objects. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation and interviews. The data validity technique uses triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data selection, presenting data and draw a conclusion.The results of the study showed that there were differences in social behavior in each of the children in performing good beam activities in imitative behavior, competition, cooperation, sympathy, empathy, social support, sharing, and familiar behavior.Suggestions that researchers give parents should teach children to behave well, be a model for children to behave well, and explain about good behavior and bad behavior. For the teacher to teach the children well behaved during learning and beyond learning.For schools providing supportive facilities for playing the beams.Keyword:Social behavior, Beam

Kepeminpinan merupakan faktor yang paling penting terhadap ketercapaian tujuan suatu organisasi baik organisasi pendidikan ataupun organisasi di luar pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jenis analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, displaydata, verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Lokasi penelitian adalah di MI Ma’arif Bego Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil  kepala sekolah, dua orang pelatih ekstrakurikuler, dan tiga orang siswa/siswi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler sudah sangat baik. Kepala sekolah memiliki kompetensi yang baik dalam melakukan tugas-tugasnya. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler meliputi silat, tahfiz, pramuka, sepak bola, badminton, catur, renang, dan hadro. Pramuka, silat, dan tahfiz merupakan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yang wajib diikuti oleh siswa. Terdapat kendala dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler seperti ketersediaan guru, fasilitas, dan kendala musim.The Role of Principal's Leadership in Extracurricular Management Leadership is the most important factor for the achievement of the goals of an organization, both educational organizations and non-educational organizations. This study aims to determine the role of the principal's leadership in extracurricular management. This research method used is a qualitative method with a description approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Types of data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection data reduction, data display, verification, and confirmation of conclusions. The research location in this study is located at MI Maarif Bego Yogyakarta. With the research subjects, namely the principal, vice-principal, two extracurricular trainers, and three students. The results of the study explained that in MI Maarif Bego the principal's leadership in extracurricular management was already very good. The principal has good competence in carrying out his duties. The extracurricular activities at MI Maarif Bego include Silat, tahfidz, scout, soccer, badminton, chess, swimming, and hadroh activities. The extracurricular activities that are required of students are Scouts, silat, and tahfidz. But in management it still has constraints such as the availability of teachers, facilities and season constraints.

This study aims to explore and describe ethnomathematics in the concepts of geometry and measurement in traditional games of West Sumbawa namely Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam. This research is exploratory research with a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in 2020 in West Sumbawa District. The data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that there are concepts of geometry and measurement in the traditional games, Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam. The ethnomathematics in Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam are speed, time, distance, angles, lines, length units, triangular flat shapes, and rectangular flat shapes

The objective of this study is to explain the reason of flouting maxim used by governor candidates of North Sumatera in election debate 2018.  The research methodology used in the research is qualitative research design.The data were analyzed by using interactive model of qualitative data management and analysis namely data collection, data condensation, data display and verification and conlusion. The findings of this study revealed that the reasons reason for flouting maxim because the candidates gave implicitly response to hearer in their response. Each candidate gave the implied meaning in their response because candidates knew that they were as a rival in this debate in order to get a chance as a Governor in North Sumatera.Keywords: Debate, Governor Candidates, Flouting Maxim.

The development of ICT offers an improvement in the quality of education. The use of ICT greatly contributes to the improvement in the quality of education. ICT provides various facilities in obtaining information. The easiness of obtaining information can improve the quality of the learning process. However, behind the benefits derived from the use of ICT, there is concern about plagiarism. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited in the world of education. The sanctions imposed for the action is even set in the Law. The Formulation of Problems: How is the development of ICT in education?, How is the view of plagiarism among students? The research objective is to analyze the development of ICT in education. This research uses a qualitative research method comprising of the data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the analysis indicate that 43.24% of respondents intentionally commit plagiarism. Most of informants in the research state that the respondents know that the students commit plagiarism. The use of the Garuda portal and turnitin.com portal may prevent the plagiarism among students from happening

This study aims to determine whether the Industrial Relationship  Between Worker, Entrepreneur and Government  at PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia has achieved its goal.           This research method used an evaluative descriptive method. The object of the research was focused on the Industrial relationship  between worker, entrepreneur and government  On the outsourcing program of PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia          Data is collected through observatied, documentation studied, and indepth interview. Data analysis used descriptive evaluative techniques, through four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification.          The results of the studied found that industrial relationship at the outsourcing program of PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia is classified as moderate. This indicates that the industrial relation to the outsourcing program of PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia still needs to be repaired in its implementation. It can be less effective in the process of communication between worker, entrepreneur and government in the form of coaching, supervision and coordination between the parties involved in the relationship industry
