The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of leadership functions (planning, supervision, and decision making) with the work motivation of health workers. This type of research is an analytic survey research, with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all health workers as many as 47 people. The method of data analysis uses Chi-square test. The results showed that there was a very significant (strong) relationship between the relationship between planning and workforce motivation of health workers with a value of p = 0,000 or (p <0.05), the relationship of supervision with workforce motivation of workers with a value of p = 0,000 or (p < 0.05), and the relationship between decision making and workforce motivation by health workers with a value of p = 0,000 or (p <0.05). Based on the results of the study it is expected that the Head of the Puskesmas must have the ability to lead subordinates well and be structured in order to carry out health programs well so as to provide work motivation with encouragement and the desire of health workers to carry out an activity or work well.

This paper aimed to determine customer experiences in the pandemic situation at a local restaurant in Laguna, Philippines, and to demonstrate that there are now beyond eating experiences available in that area. The study included 150 customers from Laguna's different restaurants. The SERVQUAL Model and Customer Delight Model serve as the foundation for this study endeavour. Pearson r was used to calculate the correlation coefficient. The five dimensions used in the study are reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness. Based on the findings, personal attention and creating an emotional connection with customers are essential in interacting with customers and delivering consistent service. The findings revealed that the total customer delight experience was moderately delighted. Furthermore, the findings have shown a correlation coefficient r of 0.720, which indicates a high level of correlation. These findings demonstrated that high-quality service always equates to high-quality delight and happiness.  Findings revealed that customers want value and the whole experience rather than just the quality of the food. Customers are influenced by how they are handled at all stages of their dining experience. The study's findings serve as a foundation for future growth, demonstrating that a small restaurant can compete in the fast-growing restaurant industry by providing excellent customer service.

Every company is required to be ready to face increasingly fierce business competition with other companies from around the world to face globalization which is often said to be an era of world without limits. Increasing customer satisfaction for companies in the service sector is very important, because it involves service quality and price which is one step in increasing customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is how much influence the price of customer satisfaction on tenants at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan. How big is the influence of service quality on building customer satisfaction at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan. How big is the influence of price and quality of service together (simultaneous) on customer satisfaction of building tenants at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan. Evident Judging from the results of the study that the relationship between price and customer satisfaction shows the relationship value 0.654 and the relationship of service quality with customer satisfaction shows the relationship value 0.720 both have a strong relationship between price and customer satisfaction and service quality with customer satisfaction has a strong relationship when viewed from the correlation coefficient. And Based on the results of other studies with R2 value of 0.587, the price and service quality have a large simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan, which is 58.7%. Judging from the t test the price is concluded to provide a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction because it has a value of t count (3.076) t table (2.002). As well as service quality, it is concluded that it has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction because it has a value of tcount (4.694) t table (2.002). And Judging from the F test produced a significance value of 0.000 0.05 means that the variables are jointly / simultaneously there is an influence on the dependent variable. While F count is 40,498 3.16 means that the independent variables are simultaneously / simultaneously there is an influence on the dependent variable.

This article discusses the struggles of urban social movements for a de-neoliberalisation of housing policies in Poulantzian terms as a “condensation of the relationship of forces”. Drawing on an empirical analysis of the “Berliner Mietenvolksentscheid” (Berlin rent referendum), which was partially successful in forcing the city government of Berlin to adopt a more progressive housing policy, the article argues that urban social movements have the capacity to challenge neoliberal housing regimes. However, the specific materiality of the state apparatus and its strategic selectivity both limit the scope of intervention for social movements aiming at empowerment and non-hierarchical decision-making.

The question of compensation in addition to sensitive to be driving someone to worl due to an effect on morale and discipline employees. Therefore , any  agency or any organization should be able to provide compensation equal to the workload  to create a workforce that efficient and effective manner can be realized. Amaore than that, the company’s goal to improve performance. Performance assessment is a subjective process that involves human judgments. Thus, performance assessment is very likely wrong and very easily influonced by sources that are not actual, so it must be taken into account and considered reasinable. Frformance appraisals are considered  to meet the target if it has a good impact on new employees who rated their performance. Simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 12:00 data processing obtained tegression equation Y = 0,487 X 74 + with an explanation of X = award, 74 = constant, 0.487 = coefficient awards, and Y = performance based on simple linear regression equation in case of increase of one unit of the  performance award will be increased 0.487 units. If company policy negates the performance award will remain at a constant rate (74) units . (A) Test results obtained thitung significant constants of (12.574) > t table for (1.960 then reject Ho constanta significant meaning. (B) significant Test award coefficient t count the results obtained by (2.164)> t table foe (1.96) then reject Ho the mean coeffent of appreciation affect the performance . (C) correlation coefficient analysis is done by calculating the product moment corration (pearson)  to test  whether or not a strong  relationship between the variables X  dan Y , based on the results of cakculations with SPSS  table valuse obtained by calculating the  correlation coefficient r (0.3100> r on the table for a = 0,05 (0.291) then reject Ho, which means there is a relationship of respect for performance. When we enter these valuse in the table shows the interpretation of the correlation coefficient between the interval from 0.20 to 0.399 which has a low relationship

The rapid development of information and technology, the city of Bandung tourism has also increased. However, tourists who visit the city of Bandung have problems with a limited time when visiting Bandung tourist attractions. Traffic congestion, distance, and the number of tourist destinations are the problems for tourists travel. The optimal route selection is the solution for those problems. Congestion and distance data are processed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Route selection uses the Floyd-Warshall Algorithm. In this study, the selection of the best route gets the smallest weight with a value of 5.127 from the Algorithm process. Based on testing, from two to five tourist attractions get an average calculation time of 3 to 5 seconds. This application is expected to provide optimal solutions for tourists in the selection of tourist travel routes.

The study analyses the factors of Country of Origin Image influencing Vietnamese consumer attitudes towards Vietnamese garments by surveying 366 customers. Cronbach's Alpha analysis and EFA analysis together with multiple regression analysis were used with SPSS. The results show that only two components having a strong influence are "Country of Origin Image" and "Country of Origin Image of Product"; only "Country of Origin Image of Product" affects consumer’s perceived cost of garments; finally, there is a positive relationship of perceived benefits and a negative one of perceived cost of attitudes towards Vietnamese garments. There is no difference in terms of "income", "age" and "gender" for consumer attitudes towards Vietnamese garments. The study also suggests a number of managerial implications for the garment companies to have better competitive advantages.
