ABSTRACTThe company cannot be separated from the workforce. Even though the company has advanced technology and large capital. One of the important factors to boost the performance of the workforce is the provision of appropriate salaries based on the length of time they work. This study aims to determine the prediction of employee salaries based on years of service. In this study, the factors that were tested included independent variables in the form of salary and years of service. Then the dependent variable is employee performance. This type of research is ex-post facto research to find out events that have occurred in the company as predictors of employee performance. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Instrument validation uses expert opinion and product-moment correlation. The data analysis technique uses linear regression analysis in python machine learning to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results obtained from this study are a positive and significant influence between salary and years of service on employee performance. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the independent variable can be used as a predictor of the dependent variable. This means that the greater the salary and the longer the working period, the better the employee's performance will be.Keyword: Salary, Work experience, Performance, Linear RegressionABSTRAKPerusahaan tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan tenaga kerja. Sekalipun perusahaan mempunyai teknologi canggih dan modal besar. Salah satu faktor penting untuk mendongkrak kinerja tenaga kerja adalah pemberian gaji yang sesuai berdasarkan lama waktu mereka bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi gaji karyawan berdasarkan tahun lama masa kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, faktor-faktor yang dilakukan pengujian di antaranya variabel independen berupa gaji dan masa kerja. Kemudian variabel dependen beupa kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto untuk mengetahui peristiwa yang sudah terjadi dalam perusahaan sebagai prediktor kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket (kuesioner). Validasi instrumen menggunakan pendapat ahli dan korelasi product moment. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear dalam python machine learning untuk pengetahui pengaruh variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaji dan masa kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Simpulan yang dapat diambil adalah variable bebas dapat digunakan sebagai prediktor variable terikat. Artinya semakin besar gaji dan semakin lama masa kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin baik.Kata Kunci: Gaji, Pengalaman Bekerja, Kinerja, Regresi Linear

This study aims to analyze the effect of the research variables including the insertion of Islamic economics, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity on interest in saving at Islamic banks in high school/MA students at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This research is a quantitative research using ex-post facto method. The population and sample in this study were students of SMA/MA Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School class XI IIS with a total of 378 and the number of samples used was 100 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the insertion of Islamic economics learning and the social environment had a significant effect on students' saving interest in Islamic banks, while product knowledge and religiosity variables had no effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks. Simultaneously, the insertion of Islamic economics learning, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks in the students of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang.Key word: Economic Learning Insert Sharia Economics, Product Knowledge, Social Environment, Religiosity, Interest in Savings in Islamic Banks

The purpose of this research was would know if there are effect mathematics connection ability and disposition to mathematics achievement student class XI SMA Negeri 2 Balikpapan in the Academic Year of 2017/2018. The research used in this study is quantitative and the type of ex-post facto research. The research sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of tests and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using f-test and t-test as a partial test to determine the independent variable mathematical connection (X1) on learning outcomes (Y) and mathematical disposition independent variable (X2) on mathematics learning outcomes (Y) , but before testing the hypothesis it is necessary to test the classical assumptions of normality test, linearity test, independent test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results in this study are 1) there is an influence of mathematical connection ability and mathematical disposition on mathematics learning outcomes; 2) there is an influence of mathematical connection ability on mathematics learning outcomes; 3) there is an influence of mathematical disposition on the learning outcomes of mathematics.

This study aims to determine: 1). Knowing how the level of parental attention to the learning outcomes of students in the Social Studies class of SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. 2) Knowing whether there is a significant relationship between parental attention and geography learning outcomes of class X IPS SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. This research is an ex post facto research with a correlational approach. The independent variable in this study is the attention of parents while the dependent variable is learning outcomes. The sampling technique used was random sampling, the number of samples was 52. The data collection was obtained using a questionnaire containing questions about students' attention to learning and learning outcomes, namely the first semester scores with school documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and product moment correlation analysis. The results shssowed that the level of people's attention was categorized as moderate, namely 78 with a percentage of 65%, while the results of learning geography for class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 3 Makassar were categorized as moderate, namely 80 with a percentage of 80%. The results of the product moment correlation analysis obtained  = 0.567 and = 0.230 with an error rate of 5% (0.05). It can be concluded that parental attention has a significant effect on student outcomes in geography learning.

This research aims to determine the effect of the level of education and training on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL) Kota Bekasi. This research is ex post facto research. The sample of this research is the Disdukcapil Kota Bekasi employees who have attended education and training (Diklat) in 2020, totaling 39 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test with normality test and linearity test and the hypothesis test used is simple regression analysis. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the effect was in the moderate category as indicated by the regression equation Y = 0.870X + 13,584 with a regression coefficient of 0.745, a coefficient of determination of 0.555, and obtained a count of 6.788 greater from t table (6,788>2,026). Based on the coefficient of determination 0.555, it means that 55.5% of employee performance is influenced by the education and training of employees while the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (DISDUKCAPIL) Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai Disdukcapil Kota Bekasi yang telah mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 39 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi kalsik dengan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas serta uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan mempunyai  pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruhnya berada pada kategori sedang yang ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,870X + 13,584 dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,745, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,555 dan diperoleh thitung sebesar 6,788 lebih besar dari ttabel (6,788>2,026). Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi 0,555 artinya 55,5% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan pegawai sementara sisanya 44,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

The main of this research is to resolve decreasing employee performance of Manufaturing Department at PT. X arround 3 years beginning of time, by using Islamic Work Ethics approach as independent variable. This research method used descriptive and verification method with 126 employees in the manufacturing department of PT. X as a population of with the number of respondents only 61 employees. The analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple linear regression analysis. Then to test the research hypothesis, t-test is used to determine the significance level of the correlation coefficient between the two variables studied. The results showed that the Islamic Work Ethics and Employee Performance were in the middle category, and the calculation results of the correlation coefficient is 0.521, the mean is Islamic Work Ethic had a middle impact of Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety and learning motivation on student achievement. This research is a kind of ex post facto, a six-month study period. A population of 125 students, with a sample of 100 students were randomly selected. The research variables are student achievement as the dependent variable, while the independent variable is the level of anxiety of students and student learning motivation. Data collection methods used were the questionnaire method and documentation. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. It can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between anxiety level of students' motivation, there is no direct relationship between the level of anxiety of students on student achievement through student learning motivation, there is a positive relationship between learning motivation on student achievement. So it can be stated that there is a correlation between the level of anxiety and learning motivation of students simultaneously on student achievement.

<div class="WordSection1"><p>This survey research using the quantitative method was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, from May to August 2020 at the 4-star hotel in Lampung Province, Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the independent variable, namely the image of the international hotel brand toward the dependent variable of guests' decisions to stay at the hotel. Primary data of the study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires which were carried out directly to 60 guests who were staying, as research samples and measured using a Likert scale of 1 - 4. Apart from distributing questionnaires, research data collection was also gained through observation, documentation, and literature review. All data collected were then grouped, reduced, tabulated and processed, analyzed descriptively, and statistically, in accordance with the context of the problem being studied using the SPSS 22.0 software tool.</p><p>Based on the simple linear regression analysis technique T-test (partial), R test and R square test, it was found that the value of T count (9,048) was greater than the T table (1,671), with a significance value of 0 or below the significance limit of 0.05. Both variables have a correlation coefficient of 0.765 and a coefficient of determination of 0.585. So it can be concluded that the international hotel brand image has a strong, positive, and significant influence on guest decisions to stay at the 4-star hotel in Lampung, with an effect of 58.5% while the rest, namely 41.5%, is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.</p></div><br clear="all" /><p><em> </em></p>

This study aims to determine the method of adult Al-Qur'an education (Dirosa) on the ability to read the Koran. This research is descriptive quantitative research with the ex-post facto design. Determination of the sample is 50% of the population entitled 90, namely 45 research samples. The research data use questionnaire and test instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Before carrying out data analysis, the data were tested first, namely normality test and homogeneity test. Data analysis The results of the study used descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis analysis. The results showed that: (1) the method of adult Al-Quran education (Dirosa) as a whole respondents who answered always (SL) by 65%, who answered frequently (SR) by 30%, who answered sometimes (KD) for 5%, who answer rarely (JR) and never (TP) by 0%; (2) Ability to read al-Qur'an respondents with excellent predicate of 43 or 96%, good predicate of 2 or 4%, predicate sufficient, predicate less and predicate failed at 0 or 0%; (3) Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of adult Al-Qur'an education methods (variable X) on the ability to read the Qur'an (Variable Y) with the independent variable (method Dirosa) to the honest variable ( Qur'anic reading ability is 67.2%, while other variable costs. Significance value is 0,000 <0,05 so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant (significant) influence of the Dirosa (X) method variable on the ability to read the Qur'an (Y). The interpretation of the r-value of 0.820 shows very strong

Indonesia Power UP Suralaya Cilegon as one of the State-Owned Enterprises currently employs as many as 733 people with various expertise and education levels.With the large number of employees/worker involved in the company PT. Indonesia Power UP Suralaya Cilegon, researchers are interested in reviewing or knowing whether there is a significant influence on the level of education on the work performance of employees in the company. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative analysis. The sample in this study were 110 employees from 733 employees of PT Indonesia Power UpSuralayaCilegon. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique with the hypothesis test used is the t test and F test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that (1) The results of the calculation of the percentage of employee education level taken based on the respondent's overall answer of 80% which shows that most of the employees in the company have high school / vocational education. 2) With a significance of 5% it can be obtained the price of r table 1.661. It turns out that r count is greater than r table (0.276> 1.661), so the Hypothesis is rejected so that the Education Level does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Judging from the results of the output on the analysis of the calculation of the t test above, it can be concluded that the variable level of employee education does not affect employee performance. This is because the value of t count> t table (-2.240 <1.661) or significance <0.05 (0.029 <0.05) so the hypothesis is rejected.

This study aims to determine the level of career adaptability and work engagement and the effect of career adaptability on work engagement in millennial generation employees at a startup company. This type of research is ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 34 employees who work at the startup company. This research is a population study; therefore, it uses the entire population of employees. The instrument uses a psychological scale of career adaptability and works engagement. The validity of the research scale uses content validity by expert judgment. The reliability of the research scale was estimated using Cronbach Alpha and composite reliability. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level of career adaptability and work engagement of millennial generation employees at A startup company is relatively high. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that: (1) career adaptability affects work engagement, (2) career adaptability concerns and curiosity dimensions affect work engagement, (3) career adaptability dimensions control and confidence have no effect on work engagement.
