The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety and learning motivation on student achievement. This research is a kind of ex post facto, a six-month study period. A population of 125 students, with a sample of 100 students were randomly selected. The research variables are student achievement as the dependent variable, while the independent variable is the level of anxiety of students and student learning motivation. Data collection methods used were the questionnaire method and documentation. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. It can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between anxiety level of students' motivation, there is no direct relationship between the level of anxiety of students on student achievement through student learning motivation, there is a positive relationship between learning motivation on student achievement. So it can be stated that there is a correlation between the level of anxiety and learning motivation of students simultaneously on student achievement.

Thematic learning is learning with a theme to combine several lessons so that it can provide a meaningful experience to students. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of thematic learning on the learning motivation of grade V students at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang Dalam Samarinda in the 2019/2020 learning year. This type of research is ex post facto research, because there is no control over the independent variables. This study consists of two variables, namely the independent variable and one dependent variable. The independent variable is the implementation of thematic learning (X). The dependent variable is student learning motivation (Y). The population of this study were class V students of the 2019/2020 learning year at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang Dalam. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques were data normality test, homogeneity test, data linearity test and simple linear regression test. Researchers also do not make arrangements or manipulate the independent variables. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the implementation of thematic learning on the learning motivation of grade V students at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang Dalam Samarinda for the 2019/2020 learning year with a moderate determination coefficient value of 0.50 or 50%. From the regression equation Y = 14.774 + 0.759X, it can be seen that the consistency value of the thematic learning implementation variable is 14.774 while the X regression coefficient is 0.759 which states that every 1% of thematic learning (X) implementation will increase student learning motivation by 0.759. The regression coefficient is positive, thus it can be said that the direction of the influence of the thematic learning implementation variable on student learning motivation is positive.

This study entitled "The Relationship of Emotional Quotient with Student Learning Motivation in the Subjects of Fiqh in MA Muhammadiyah Aimas Sorong Regency" which discusses emotional quotient (emotional intelligence) can affect student motivation in fiqh subjects. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence with student motivation in the subject of Fiqh in MA Muhammadiyah Aimas, Sorong Regency? The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship of emotional intelligence with student learning motivation on fiqh subjects at MA Muhammadiyah Aimas, Sorong Regency. This type of research is quantitative using survey methods and correlational techniques. The sample of this study was the XI grade students of MA Muhammadiyah Aimas with a total of 22 students. In order to obtain the required data, the authors use the Likert scale questionnaire method. The data that has been collected is then processed using the help of the SPSS application for Windows 20.Based on the results of statistical analysis using the help of the SPSS application program for Windows 20, the results of the study showed that emotional intelligence influenced students' learning motivation in fiqh subjects in class XI students.

<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>This research aimed to know the relationship between the implementation of 5R work culture in the school, the perception of teacher’s personality competence, the understanding of Islamic religion, and the vocational characteristics of TKJ competence students in Islamic-based Vocational Schools. This study involved TKJ competence students in Islamic-based Vocational Schools using ex-post facto research design. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used was regression analysis. The research results showed that the implementation of 5R work culture, the perception of teacher’s personality competence, and the understanding of religion of TKJ competence students in the Islamic-based Vocational Schools with a predicate of fair or moderate.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan budaya kerja 5R di sekolah, persepsi tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru, pemahaman Agama Islam dengan karakter kejuruan siswa Kompetensi Keahlian TKJ di SMK berbasis Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa Kompetensi Keahlian TKJ di SMK berbasis Islam menggunakan rancangan penelitian <em>ex-post facto</em>, sedangkan teknik analisisnya menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Budaya Kerja 5R, persepsi kompetensi kepribadian guru, dan pemahaman Agama siswa Kompetensi Keahlian TKJ di SMK berbasis Islam se-Kabupaten Malang secara simultan berkorelasi dengan variabel Karakter Kejuruan meskipun dengan predikat cukup atau sedang.<strong> </strong>

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa angkatan 2015 prodi fisika pada mata kuliah mekanika. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel, yaitu variabel bebas (Independent Variable) motivasi belajar (X) dan variabel terikat (Dependent Variable) yaitu hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah mekanika (Y). Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa prodi pendidikan fisika. Sampel penelitiannya adalah seluruh mahasiswa prodi fisika angkatan 2015 yang mengambil mata kuliah mekanika. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan tes hasil belajar berbentuk tes essay dan motivasi belajar dikumpulkan dengan bentuk angket motivasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Product Moment yang dikembangkan Karl Pearson dengan bantuan SPSS. Analisis selanjutnya mencari koefisien determinasi di mana rumus yang digunakan adalah rumus “Coefficient of Determination”. Analisis terakhir adalah mencari makna hubungan variable X terhadap Y dengan pengujian lanjutan yaitu uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif (kuat) antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar yang dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,745. Besar hubungan variabel motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar adalah sebesar 55,50% yang dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinasinya. Uji signifikansi menunjukkan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (3,162,262) yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar. Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship of learning motivation with learning physics student outcomes class 2015 studies in the subject of mechanics. This type of research is included in correlational research that aims to know the relationship between two variables. In this study there are two variables, that is independent variable (learning motivation) and dependent variable (student learning outcomes in the subject of mechanics). The population used in this study were all students physics education program. The sample of the research is all students physics class 2015 who take the subject mechanics. student learning outcomes data collected by form essay test and motivation of learning collected by form of motivation questionnaire.Data were analyzed using Product Moment developed by Karl Pearson with the help of SPSS. The next analysis looks for the coefficient of determination in which the formula used is the "Coefficient of Determination" formula. The last analysis is to find the meaning of relationship variable X to Y with advanced testing is the test of significance. The results showed there was a positive (strong) relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes that can be seen from the correlation coefficient of 0.745. Great relationship of learning motivation variable with learning result is equal to 55,50% which seen from determination coefficient value. Test significance shows the value of t arithmetic greater than t table (3.16 2.262) which means there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1)  hubungan antara sikap belajar dan motivasi belajar kejuruan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik; (2) hubungan antara sikap belajar dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik; dan (3) hubungan motivasi belajar kejuruan dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, uji hipotesis pertama menggunakan regresi ganda pertama dan uji hipotesis kedua dan ketiga menggunakan uji korelasi parsial yang didahului uji persyaratan analisis, yaitu uji normalitas, linieritas dan independensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara sikap belajar dan motivasi belajar kejuruan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. (2) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan sikap belajar dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. (3) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar kejuruan dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. Nilai koefisien determinan (R²) = 0,256, artinya besarnya hubungan antara sikap belajar  (X1) dan motivasi belajar kejuruan (X2) dengan prestasi belajar gambar teknik (Y) adalah sebesar 25,6%, sedangkan 74,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the relationship between learning attitudes and motivation of vocational learning together with the results of learning engineering drawings; (2) the relationship between learning attitudes and learning result of technical drawings; and (3) the relationship of vocational learning motivation with the result of learning technique drawing. This type of research is ex-post facto. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis, first hypothesis test using first multiple regression and second and third hypothesis test using partial correlation test that preceded test requirement analysis, that is normality test, linearity and independence. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant correlation between learning attitudes and vocational learning motivation together with the result of learning technique drawing. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship of learning attitudes with the achievement of learning technique drawing. (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between the motivation of vocational learning with the achievement of learning technique drawing. The value of determinant coefficient (R²) = 0,256, it measn that the correlation between learning attitudes (X1) and vocational learning motivation (X2) toward learning achievement of technical drawing (Y) is 25.6%, while 74.4% is influenced by other factor not discussed in this study.

This study aims to determine: 1). Knowing how the level of parental attention to the learning outcomes of students in the Social Studies class of SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. 2) Knowing whether there is a significant relationship between parental attention and geography learning outcomes of class X IPS SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. This research is an ex post facto research with a correlational approach. The independent variable in this study is the attention of parents while the dependent variable is learning outcomes. The sampling technique used was random sampling, the number of samples was 52. The data collection was obtained using a questionnaire containing questions about students' attention to learning and learning outcomes, namely the first semester scores with school documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and product moment correlation analysis. The results shssowed that the level of people's attention was categorized as moderate, namely 78 with a percentage of 65%, while the results of learning geography for class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 3 Makassar were categorized as moderate, namely 80 with a percentage of 80%. The results of the product moment correlation analysis obtained  = 0.567 and = 0.230 with an error rate of 5% (0.05). It can be concluded that parental attention has a significant effect on student outcomes in geography learning.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning independence and students' perceptions of the completeness of learning facilities with basic learning outcomes of electricity and electronics at SMK 34 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMKN 34 Jakarta with a total sample of 65 students of class X Electricity in the subjects of Basic Electricity and Electronics. The method used in the study is ex post facto with this type of qualitative research. This study uses the ex post facto method with a quantitative approach. The results obtained stated that there was a positive and significant relationship between learning independence and students' perceptions of the completeness of learning facilities with learning outcomes with a large value of r count = 0.725 and fcount = 34.38 with learning independence influencing learning outcomes by 52.56%. So that, it can be implied that the higher the independence of student learning and the more complete learning facilities available, the higher student learning outcomes, and vice versa, the lower the independence of student learning and the complete lack of learning facilities that exist make student learning outcomes also low.  Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemandirian belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang kelengkapan fasilitas belajar dengan hasil belajar dasar listrik dan elektronika di SMKN 34 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 34 Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 siswa kelas X Listrik pada mata pelajaran Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah ex post facto dengan jenis penelitian kunatitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kemandirian belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang kelengkapan fasilitas belajar dengan hasil belajar dengan besar nilai rhitung= 0,725 dan fhitung= 34,38 dengan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 52,56%. Sehingga, dapat diimplikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi kemandirian belajar siswa dan semakin lengkap fasilitas belajar yang ada membuat hasil belajar siswa tinggi pula, begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah kemandirian belajar siswa dan kurangnya lengkap fasilitas belajar yang ada membuat hasil belajar siswa rendah pula.

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of teachers' teaching attitudes towards students' learning motivation and also to find out which teaching attitudes motivated students the most. This research is a quantitative research with Ex Post Facto method. Subjects in this study amounted to 274 students. Collecting data in this study in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of calculations from One Way Anova through the SPSS program, there are significant differences in the three teachers' teaching attitudes in influencing students' learning motivation with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significant level of 0.05. Real teaching attitudes with permissive teaching attitudes have a significant difference in influencing students' learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Authoritarian teaching attitude with permissive teaching attitude has a significant difference in influencing student learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. However, there is no significant difference between real teaching attitudes and authoritarian teaching attitudes in influencing learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.126 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the teaching attitude of the teacher which has the greatest influence on students' learning motivation is the real teaching attitude with a value of 4.896. In the second place, there is an authoritarian teaching attitude that has an influence on students' learning motivation with a value of 3,624. And lastly, there is a permissive teaching attitude which has an influence on learning motivation with a value of -3.624.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to find out how the relationship between economic teachers professionalism competence and the student’ learning achievenments of student in 01 SMAN 01 KelamPermai. The method of this research was quantitative with correlation research was ex post facto. The population in this research were 226 student of class X, XI and XII IPS SMAN 01 Kelam Permai, while the sampling taken stratified randomly from class X, XI, XII IPS SMAN 01 Kelam Permai which consisted of 143 the student. Data collection techniques were indirect communication and documentation. The result showed that Economic Teachers’ Professionalism competence is not influence student learning achievement, was indicated by the results of the determination coefficient calculation amount of 0,050%. Through the result of ttest ,could be inferred that there were not a relationship between economic teacher’s profesionalism competence and student learning achievement, it was indicated by t count is smaller than t table, was 0,266243 < 1,645. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah komunikasi tidak langsung dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesionalisme guru ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, ditunjukkan dengan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,050%. Melalui uji t juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara profesionalisme guru ekonomi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung yang lebih kecil dibandingkan t table yaitu sebesar 0,266243 < 1,645.Kata kunci: Kompetensi Profesionalisme Guru, Prestasi Belajar Siswa

Leadership has an imperative mastery on employee and organisational outcomes. In particular, leaders shapes the culture of the organisation, role model behaviour for employees and develop inter and intra personal relationships between themselves and their followers. states that employees with low spiritual intelligence has a strongly relationship between abusive supervision and workplace deviance compared to individuals with high spiritual intelligence. This paper examines the leader's destructive behaviour and its impact on work place spirituality. The structured questionnaire was adopted to collect the data from217 BPO employees in Coimbatore. The results of the study shows there is a significant positive and negative relationship between the variables of destructive leadership on workplace spirituality. The study highlights the findings of previous research, and suggestions for future studies, and provides a practically useful measure of destructive leader behaviour in organizations. Background of the study: Leadership has an imperative mastery on employee and organisational outcomes. Research objective: The objectives of the study is to explore a the destructive behaviour and its impact on workplace spirituality Method: Questionnaire method was used with the sample of 217 respondents working in BPO companies in Coimbatore by using snow ball sampling. The researcher had adopted ex-post facto research design. Results: The results of the study shows there is a significant positive and negative relationship between the variables of destructive leadership and workplace spirituality. Conclusion: The study offers a range of applicable suggestions for the policy makers and the organizations of this sector.
