The importance of analyzing the relationship between enjoyment and trust in consumer buying interest before making shopping decisions. This study used a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample size of 100 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria for respondents who were over 20 years old. The results of the study indicate that enjoyment and trust influence consumer purchase orders. Therefore, a good marketer must build these two factors in the place of shopping because they can trigger requests to buy and later become a stimulus in purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between ease of use and usefulness of shopping decisions at online retail. This study uses a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample of 90 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria of respondents aged over 17 years and have made a purchase of fashion products online. The results of the study stated that ease of use and usefulness influence consumer attitudes. the results of this study can be a reference for further research.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between trust and risk of shopping decisions at online retail. This study uses a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample of 100 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria of respondents aged over 18 years and have purchased products online. The results of the study stated that trust influences consumer attitudes. While the risk was not influence on consumer attitudes in shopping online. the results of this study can be a reference for further research.

ABSTRAK. Penelitian dilaksanakan di salah satu daerah sentra peternakan sapi potong, yaitu Kecamatan Pauh, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendekatan penyuluhan dalam diseminasi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB) pada peternak sapi potong dan metode penyuluhan dalam diseminasi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB) pada peternak sapi potong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode survei melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen data. Populasi adalah peternak sapi potong yang sudah mengadopsi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB), Sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 30 peternak dengan teknik Quota Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif yang dihitung dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian adalah penyuluh sudah menerapkan pendekatan persuasif, pendekatan pervasion dan pendekatan compulsion dengan baik, sedangkan pendekatan coersion tidak diterapkan dalam diseminasi inovasi IB. Metode kunjungan rumah / usaha tani dan metode demonstrasi sudah diterapkan dengan baik, sedangkan metode kampanye tidak diterapkan oleh penyuluh dalam diseminasi inovasi IB pada peternak sapi potong di Kota Padang.  (The application of extension approaches and methods in disseminating artificial insemination (AI) innovation to beef cattle farmers at Pauh sub-district in Padang) ABSTRACT. A survey was carried out at Pauh sub-district, Padang to understand extension approach and method in disseminating artificial insemination (AI) innovation to beef cattle farmers. A survey method approach was used through observation, interviews and data document. Primary data were collected from 30 farmers using quota sampling technique. Data analysis was performed descriptively quantitative which was calculated using a Likert scale. The results showed that the extension workers have applied a convincing approach in both persuasive and compulsion types. However they did not use coercion in conveying AI innovation. Farm visit as well as demonstration have been implemented well by extension workers, while the campaign method is not applied in disseminating IB innovations to beef cattle breeders in the city of Padang.

Islamic Economics regulates development through instruments of Islamic development funds including zakat, infaq and alms. But the collection of ZIS funds is still low compared to its potential. This research is designed to analyze the influence of service quality, donor’s trust in donor’s loyalty. The population of this study was donors at the Sinergi Foundation institution. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling quota sampling with a total sample of 100 people. In addition, it also uses path analysis to determine the relationship or influence between these variables. The results of this study indicate that First, service quality has a positive and significant effect on donor’s trust. Second, service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on donor’s loyalty. Third, donor’s trust has a positive and significant effect on donor loyalty. Fourth, service quality affects the loyalty of donors through trust in donors as an intervening variable.

This study aims to analyze the process of procuring production facilities in accordance with the right six (on time, place, quality, quantity, type, and price), farm performance, the marketing efficiency of the agribusiness system, and the supporting institutions for ornamental flower agribusiness systems at Lampung. This study uses a survey method conducted in the city of Bandar Lampung, namely in Gunung Terang, Gunung Agung and in the Way Halim Permai. Sampling in this study was sixteen respondents taken using a quota sampling technique. Data collection was carried out in September - October 2019. The results showed that the procurement of production facilities of ornamental flower plant farming had fulfilled the right six. Ornamental flower farming in Bandar Lampung is feasible to be cultivated because in farming it has an R / C ratio> 1, that is, the R / C over the total cost of 1.70 of adenium flowers, 2.00 of orchids, and 1.60 of roses. The three ornamental flower plants studied have a profit margin ratio of more than 1 which is 1.41 of the adenium flower, 1.80 of the orchid flower, and 1.81 of the rose flower, which means that the ornamental flower farmers in Bandar Lampung receives profits and no loss. Supporting institutions in the flower plant agribusiness system at the research location are financial institutions, namely banks as financing and borrowing funds, government policies, and transportation. All these supporting institutions are available but have not been used optimally by farmers.Key words: agribusiness system, R/C, profit margin ratio

This study aims to determine how much the Influence of Price Perception, Brand Trust, Service Quality and Location on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of Natasha Skin Clinic Center. The population used in this study were Natasha Skin Clinic Center consumers with a total sample of 100 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique with a Quota Sampling approach, which is a technique to determine a sample of a population that has certain characteristics to the desired amount (quota) based on the results of the study found the regression equation as follows Y = 3,692 + 0,193X1 + 0,231X2 + 0,208X3 + 0,215X4 + e. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The variable that has the greatest influence is the brand trust variable with a regression coefficient of 0.231, while the variable that has the smallest influence is the perception of price with a coefficient of 0.193. Hypothesis testing uses t test which shows that the four independent variables, namely price perception (X1), brand trust (X2), service quality (X3) and location (X4) which are examined, have proven to significantly influence the dependent variable, namely purchasing decision (Y). Then through the F test it can be seen that the price perception variable (X1), brand trust (X2), service quality (X3) and location (X4) together influence the purchasing decision (Y).

This research was conducted in the city of Palangkaraya in Central Borneo and city of Banjarbaru in South Borneo in order to describe the perception of public, especially in the city of Palangkaraya and the city of Banjarbaru about the Impact of to-up mobile credit's by ATM to the SMEs mobile credit seller. The research was conducted by survey method and quantitative approach, while the sampling technique used was quota sampling and quantitative descriptive analysis performed. The results showed the less Impact of top-up by ATM to the SMEs credits seller, because top-up by ATM have certain customer segment. However, the top-up by ATM economically very positive impact for the people, eventhough its needs long time transistion of top-up SMEs to the ATM. According to the most people and SMEs need regulation and oversight to create more conductive business for SMEs Keywords : Impact, SMEs, Mobile top-up, Top Up Credit, ATM   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Palangkaraya Kalimantan Tengah dan kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat khususnya di kota Palangkaraya dan kota Banjarbaru tentang dampak isi ulang pulsa di ATM terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dan analisa dilakukan secara deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi ulang pulsa seluler di persepsikan kurang berdampak terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler dikarenakan isi ulang pulsa di ATM maupun isi ulang pulsa di kios pulsa memiliki segmen pelanggannya masing-masing. Namun demikian dengan adanya isi ulang pulsa di ATM sangat berdampak positif secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat meskipun peralihannya dari kios pulsa ke ATM atau pola pembelian pulsa berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Menurut sebagian besar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM penjual pulsa seluler bahwa perlu pengawasan dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih kondusif bagi UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan orangtua terhadap disiplin di era digital. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Ar-Rahmah, Bogor pada Januari sampai November 2020. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1–4 di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel keterlibatan orangtua pada dimensi kemitraan antara orangtua dengan satuan pendidikan memiliki persentase sebesar 57% dan termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Sedangkan untuk variabel disiplin di era digital diperoleh hasil bahwa mayoritas anak belum memiliki disiplin yang tinggi. Hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan orangtua memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin di era digital. Sebesar 27,4% variasi variabel sikap disiplin di era digital dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel keterlibatan orangtua, sedangkan 72,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of parental involvement on discipline in the digital age. This research was conducted at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Ar-Rahmah, Bogor from January to November 2020. This research method used a survey method with an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study were students grade 1–4 at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, with a total sample size of 93 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was proportionate stratified random sampling. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variable of parental involvement in the partnership dimension between parents and educational units has a percentage of 57% and is included in the medium category. As for the discipline variable in the digital era, the results show that most children do not have high discipline. The results of data analysis concluded that parental involvement has a significant effect on discipline in the digital era. 27.4% of the variation in the variable attitude of discipline in the digital era can be explained by the variable of parental involvement, while 72.6% is influenced by other factors that are not examined.

The presence of various alternative shopping places makes consumers choose one of the available shopping places. Therefore this study aims to analyze the relationship between ease and risk of consumer decisions to buy fashion products, especially in online retail. the population in this study is large and the number is not known with certainty, so in the non probalitiy research that is using sampling quota sampling techniques with survey methods with a total sample of 100 respondents from the city of Jakarta with criteria respondents aged over 18 years in the area of DKI Jakarta and have bought products online. The results of the study stated that ease of use has a significant influence on consumer decisions. While the risk turns out to influence consumer decisions in shopping online. The results of this study can be another reference for further research.

The study was conducted to find out the constraints faced by gujjars and bakerwals in availing the benefits of tribal developmental schemes in Jammu division of Jammu and Kashmir State. Multi-stage sampling technique was employed for the selection of districts, blocks, villages and ultimate respondents. The total sample size was 112. Pretested interview schedule was used for the collection of data. The major finding of the study revealed that lack of proper awareness followed by lack of knowledge of government intervention (66%), adequacy of funds (41%), High illiteracy rate among the respondents and living in the far-flung area are the major constraints which are faced by tribal in availing the benefits from Tribals developmental schemes.
