This study aims to analyze the process of procuring production facilities in accordance with the right six (on time, place, quality, quantity, type, and price), farm performance, the marketing efficiency of the agribusiness system, and the supporting institutions for ornamental flower agribusiness systems at Lampung. This study uses a survey method conducted in the city of Bandar Lampung, namely in Gunung Terang, Gunung Agung and in the Way Halim Permai. Sampling in this study was sixteen respondents taken using a quota sampling technique. Data collection was carried out in September - October 2019. The results showed that the procurement of production facilities of ornamental flower plant farming had fulfilled the right six. Ornamental flower farming in Bandar Lampung is feasible to be cultivated because in farming it has an R / C ratio> 1, that is, the R / C over the total cost of 1.70 of adenium flowers, 2.00 of orchids, and 1.60 of roses. The three ornamental flower plants studied have a profit margin ratio of more than 1 which is 1.41 of the adenium flower, 1.80 of the orchid flower, and 1.81 of the rose flower, which means that the ornamental flower farmers in Bandar Lampung receives profits and no loss. Supporting institutions in the flower plant agribusiness system at the research location are financial institutions, namely banks as financing and borrowing funds, government policies, and transportation. All these supporting institutions are available but have not been used optimally by farmers.Key words: agribusiness system, R/C, profit margin ratio

ABSTRAK. Penelitian dilaksanakan di salah satu daerah sentra peternakan sapi potong, yaitu Kecamatan Pauh, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendekatan penyuluhan dalam diseminasi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB) pada peternak sapi potong dan metode penyuluhan dalam diseminasi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB) pada peternak sapi potong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode survei melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen data. Populasi adalah peternak sapi potong yang sudah mengadopsi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB), Sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 30 peternak dengan teknik Quota Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif yang dihitung dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian adalah penyuluh sudah menerapkan pendekatan persuasif, pendekatan pervasion dan pendekatan compulsion dengan baik, sedangkan pendekatan coersion tidak diterapkan dalam diseminasi inovasi IB. Metode kunjungan rumah / usaha tani dan metode demonstrasi sudah diterapkan dengan baik, sedangkan metode kampanye tidak diterapkan oleh penyuluh dalam diseminasi inovasi IB pada peternak sapi potong di Kota Padang.  (The application of extension approaches and methods in disseminating artificial insemination (AI) innovation to beef cattle farmers at Pauh sub-district in Padang) ABSTRACT. A survey was carried out at Pauh sub-district, Padang to understand extension approach and method in disseminating artificial insemination (AI) innovation to beef cattle farmers. A survey method approach was used through observation, interviews and data document. Primary data were collected from 30 farmers using quota sampling technique. Data analysis was performed descriptively quantitative which was calculated using a Likert scale. The results showed that the extension workers have applied a convincing approach in both persuasive and compulsion types. However they did not use coercion in conveying AI innovation. Farm visit as well as demonstration have been implemented well by extension workers, while the campaign method is not applied in disseminating IB innovations to beef cattle breeders in the city of Padang.

This research was conducted in the city of Palangkaraya in Central Borneo and city of Banjarbaru in South Borneo in order to describe the perception of public, especially in the city of Palangkaraya and the city of Banjarbaru about the Impact of to-up mobile credit's by ATM to the SMEs mobile credit seller. The research was conducted by survey method and quantitative approach, while the sampling technique used was quota sampling and quantitative descriptive analysis performed. The results showed the less Impact of top-up by ATM to the SMEs credits seller, because top-up by ATM have certain customer segment. However, the top-up by ATM economically very positive impact for the people, eventhough its needs long time transistion of top-up SMEs to the ATM. According to the most people and SMEs need regulation and oversight to create more conductive business for SMEs Keywords : Impact, SMEs, Mobile top-up, Top Up Credit, ATM   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Palangkaraya Kalimantan Tengah dan kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat khususnya di kota Palangkaraya dan kota Banjarbaru tentang dampak isi ulang pulsa di ATM terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dan analisa dilakukan secara deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi ulang pulsa seluler di persepsikan kurang berdampak terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler dikarenakan isi ulang pulsa di ATM maupun isi ulang pulsa di kios pulsa memiliki segmen pelanggannya masing-masing. Namun demikian dengan adanya isi ulang pulsa di ATM sangat berdampak positif secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat meskipun peralihannya dari kios pulsa ke ATM atau pola pembelian pulsa berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Menurut sebagian besar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM penjual pulsa seluler bahwa perlu pengawasan dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih kondusif bagi UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. The importance of analyzing the relationship between enjoyment and trust in consumer buying interest before making shopping decisions. This study used a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample size of 100 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria for respondents who were over 20 years old. The results of the study indicate that enjoyment and trust influence consumer purchase orders. Therefore, a good marketer must build these two factors in the place of shopping because they can trigger requests to buy and later become a stimulus in purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between ease of use and usefulness of shopping decisions at online retail. This study uses a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample of 90 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria of respondents aged over 17 years and have made a purchase of fashion products online. The results of the study stated that ease of use and usefulness influence consumer attitudes. the results of this study can be a reference for further research.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between trust and risk of shopping decisions at online retail. This study uses a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample of 100 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria of respondents aged over 18 years and have purchased products online. The results of the study stated that trust influences consumer attitudes. While the risk was not influence on consumer attitudes in shopping online. the results of this study can be a reference for further research.

The research objective was to determine differences in the perception of consumers based on the type of work on quality, price and product packaging drinking water refill. The population is all refill drinking water consumers in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau. Where the sample in the study is that there are as many as 300 customers. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling method with Convenience sampling, considering where the population is large enough, then any consumer who is easy to find, and it was able to be sampled, then it has the right to be a respondent. This is done to diagnose the situation quickly and is simple and easy, because of the limited time in the fieldwork. Environmental dis¬tinguished work on 1. Groups of civil servants and private sector employees. 2. Groups of self-employed, housewives and others. The results showed that there were significant differences between the consumer perception based on the type of work on the variable quality, price and product packaging drinking water refill.

Abstract: The ignorance of the people, especially those living in Kotabaru Regency regarding the existence and implementation of Law no. 08 of 1995 concerning the capital market and Law no. 7 of 2014 concerning trade, is used by illegal business actors to implement Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes and insider trading on the businesses they offer. This study aims to find out about the development of digital business in the industrial revolution era, the implementation of Law no. 8 of 1995 concerning the capital market and Law no. 7 of 2014 concerning Trade in digital business, providing knowledge in choosing the right and appropriate digital business products. The sampling technique used was Quota sampling which was carried out on 50 respondents spread over 6 Districts in Kotabaru Regency. The qualitative descriptive analysis technique uses the scoring results from the questionnaire, for the results of the questionnaire with negative indications, further observations are carried out using purposive/judgmental techniques. From the results of the research, it was found that there are still many people who are entangled in illegal businesses. Keywords: Ponzi Scheme, Pyramid Scheme, Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning Markets Capital and Law no. 7 of 2014 concerning Trade   Abstrak : Ketidaktauan masyarakat khususnya yang tinggal di Kabupaten Kotabaru mengenai keberadaan dan pengimplementasian UU No. 08 Tahun 1995 tentang pasar modal dan UU No. 7 Tahun 2014 tentang perdagangan, dimanfaatkan oleh oknum pelaku bisnis ilegal untuk menerapkan skema Ponzi, skema piramida dan insider trading pada bisnis yang mereka tawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai perkembangan bisnis digital pada era revolusi industri, implementasi UU No. 8 Tahun 1995 Tentang pasar modal dan UU No. 7 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perdagangan pada bisnis digital, memberikan pengetahuan dalam memilih produk bisnis digital tepat dan sesuai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Quota sampling yang dilakukan pada 50 orang responden yang tersebar pada 6 Kecamatan di Kabupaten Kotabaru. Teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan hasil skoring dari kusioner, untuk hasil kuisioner berindikasi negatife di lakukan pengamatan lanjutan menggunakan teknik purposive/judgmental. <p>This study attempts to investigate the impact of labor market Inequality on the income of<br />medium industry sector’s worker in the Palembang City-Indonesia. Using 380 respondents<br />which covers male and female workers ranging from the age of 15 to the age of 64, this study<br />employs a proportional stratified random sampling in determining the sampling technique.<br />This study employs a survey method using in-depth investigation to explore all the facts<br />acquired about the labor market inequality in the medium industry sector. The sample area<br />includes 16 districts in the City of Palembang. The level of education, the job’s capability and<br />the working experience are some of those factors investigated in this study. The factor of<br />labor market inequality is focused on the wage and employment. The result reveals that apart<br />from the level of education, the job’s capability and working experience have a significant<br />impact on the existence of labor market inequality in the medium industry sector. It can be<br />concluded that higher level of education is inessential for the medium industry sector in<br />Palembang City-Indonesia, and this is inline with the notion that the medium industry sector<br />merely requires both working’s capability and spesified technical skills in supporting higher<br />productivity level. The inequality occurs in the wage and the job assigned. Furthermore, the<br />higher the existence of labor market inequality, the lower the income acquired by the<br />employees.</p>

This study investigated the predictive relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention and the extent to which such a relationship was moderated by entrepreneurial education. Using sample 200 undergraduates students at ten universities in Semarang by quota sampling technique. The results showed that proactive personality was significantly and positively associated with entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial education related significantly with entrepreneurial intention. It was observed that entrepreneurial education significantly moderated the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention. The findings were consistent with the personality theory of entrepreneurship. The implications of this research can be used for those who strive in higher education, how they supposed to design the right pattern of entrepreneurship education to encourage more students improve their entrepreneurial intention.

<p>Jakarta is the city that has the largest amount of shopping centers in the world and has been named “The Capital City of the World’s Shopping Center”. The high competition has become a challenge for the mall’s manager to choose the right tenant placement strategy in order to increase the profits of both tenants and the mall’s management. Broadly, the tenant placement strategy could be divided into two core strategies, dispersion strategy and departmentalization strategy. This research argues that the tenant placement strategy is affected by the height of the mall and mall’s configuration. The research’s purpose is to analyze the influence of the variables such as total levels, levels, level gross leaseable area, total units, units, complexity, net leasable area ratio, and total gross leasable area on the degree of departmentalization. The research subject is the mall’s floor of a mall located in Jakarta in the business district that not only has four floor levels or more but also has a total gross leasable area of more than 100,000 m2. Based on these criteria and using judgmental sampling technique, there were 51 observations that included in the research. The data that used are the result of the ArcGis analysis which is then processed by statistic software called eViews. The result of the research shows that the tenant placement strategy is affected by the configuration of the mall as a whole, not by the floor level of the mall individually. The degree of departmentalization is affected positively by the total gross leasable area of the mall. This finding could be used as the suggestion for the mall’s management to increase the mall’s productivity by choosing the right tenant placement strategy in order to increase the profits of both tenants and the mall’s management.</p><p><em><strong>Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia</strong> Jakarta adalah kota yang memiliki jumlah pusat perbelanjaan terbesar di dunia dan telah dinamai "Ibukota Pusat Perbelanjaan Dunia". Persaingan yang tinggi telah menjadi tantangan bagi manajer mal untuk memilih strategi penempatan penyewa yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keuntungan penyewa dan manajemen mal. Secara umum, strategi penempatan penyewa dapat dibagi menjadi dua strategi inti, strategi dispersi dan strategi departemen. Penelitian ini berpendapat bahwa strategi penempatan penyewa dipengaruhi oleh ketinggian mal dan konfigurasi mal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel seperti level total, level, gross leasable area, total unit, unit, kompleksitas, rasio net keasable area, dan total luas leasable bruto pada tingkat departemen. Subjek penelitian adalah lantai mal di mal yang berlokasi di Jakarta yang berlokasi di sekitar kawasan bisnis yang tidak hanya memiliki empat lantai atau lebih, tetapi juga memiliki total gross leasable area lebih dari 100.000 m2. Berdasarkan kriteria ini dan menggunakan teknik judgemental sampling, ada 51 pengamatan yang termasuk dalam penelitian. Data yang digunakan adalah hasil analisis ArcGis yang kemudian diproses dengan menggunakan eViews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penempatan penyewa dipengaruhi oleh konfigurasi mal secara keseluruhan, bukan oleh tingkat lantai mal secara individual. Tingkat departemenisasi dipengaruhi secara positif oleh total gross leasable area. Temuan ini dapat digunakan sebagai saran bagi manajemen mal untuk meningkatkan produktivitas mal dengan memilih strategi penempatan penyewa yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keuntungan penyewa dan manajemen mal.</em></p>
