BBWS Cimanuk-Cisanggarung is a technical implementation unit at the Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Pekerjaan Umum and Perumahan Rakyat which has the task of carrying out water resources management in the river area. As for the background of this study is the difficulty of river field officers to notify the announcement to the people who will be affected by the flood due to overflowing rivers, because the announcement is still a simple medium that is using sirens and hoaxes or electric poles. Geotagging technology and Fire Cloud Messaging Technology (FCM) is one of the ways to help field officers make public announcements through smartphone media, namely notifications that include river photos and locations. The difficulty of the people who are close to the Cimanuk-Cisanggarung watershed to get information about evacuation places before the flood occurs, because many people choose a place of refuge with their own choice. This is what makes the government more extra to provide assistance to unknown refugee camps. Google Maps technology can help people get to refugee camps recommended by the government. This research method consists of identifying problems, methods of data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, testing, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that river field staff and the community can be used as a notification of the river that will overflow and provide information on the place of refuge.

The practice of brokering is one of the concerns felt by the community at immigration services. The Directorate General of Immigration immediately followed up on the report, and appealed to all technical units of immigration to eradicate brokering practices and the practice of extortion (illegal levies) on immigration services. In line with this appeal, the Directorate General of Immigration made an online application called APAPO. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non-TPI Kediri in follow-up to the practice of extortion and brokering also built the Flip Barrier Gate system. This system utilizes the use of RFID (Radio Frequent Identification) technology embedded in the access card. However, over time, this system began to find some problems. Among the obstacles that have arisen are the inactivity of this system because it is feared that it will become the center of the spread of COVID-19 due to the alternating use of access cards. In this research, development planning is carried out for the Flip Barrier Gate Class II Non-TPI Kediri Immigration Office. Flip Barrier Gate is integrated with APAPO through the use of QR code booking code as an access reader. In development planning, this study uses the system development theory described by Tata Sutabri. This phase consists of 5 stages, namely, system investigation, system analysis, system design, system implementation, system maintenance.

Development planning in the village begins with the Development Planning Conference. The government considers the need for solutions in solving development problems up to the village and village level so that on November 7, 2018 a Mayor Regulation number 72 of 2018 concerning the formation of village administrators is issued so that development is no longer based on RT-RW but based on village. The many functions of village administrators need an appropriate system for processing data. Manually processing data has weaknesses, especially in planning and controlling budget. The purpose of this study is to produce an integrated system for planning and controlling village-based area development. The research method used consists of library research, data collection and system development of the Waterfall method (system analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing). The results of this study are a system that is capable of processing data from budget proposals to reporting and can provide varied information for village administrators, LPMK and Kelurahan.

Community Health Insurance is one of the government programs for the people of Indonesia in obtaining treatment services at Puskesmas. The program is very helpful for people who are low income and live below the poverty line. Indicators for the government in providing this service consists of 10 (ten) criteria that are House Ownership Status, Floor Area per Household Member, Type of Floor of House, Type of Wall House, Lighting House Used, Fuel Used, Frequency Of Eating In A Day, Ability Buy meat/chicken/milk in a week, Employment of head of household, Education of head of household. In the application, of course, has constraints in deciding who the participants who get the Jamkesmas service. With the application of one of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) able to overcome obstacles faced by government. Some methods of MCDM such as Simple Additive Weighting(SAW), Weighted Product(WP), Weighted Sum Model(WSM) can solve this problem. By applying the WSM is relatively easy and fast, is believed to be able to get the best results.

Economics is the first supply for the survival of a country, especially in the development, development and progress. The more developed a country is the better economic growth. Indonesia including the user databases on the economy, especially in the banking sector and the government. Government as the manager of the country's economy in order to make extra efforts of the people and citizens can get considerable economic assistance through various operations conducted by the government such as the division of poor rice and BPJS card. BPJS stands for Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (Social Insurance Administration Organization). By doing classifying economic levels using Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) methods (Simple Additive Weighting) meant that applications created can be used as a tool to suppress errors and improve accuracy by minimizing the possibility of such a wrong target or targets. The application uses the input in the form of data that has a high level of security to be forged such as: proof of payment of electricity bills, vehicle tax, and property tax. Data from the family card to input the number of people staying. The results are sorted according emerged from the lowest to the highest. AbstractSuppression of the first wave of COVID-19 in Japan is assumedly attributable to people’s increased risk perception by acquiring information from the government and media reports. In this study, going out in public amidst the spread of COVID-19 infections was investigated by examining new polymerase chain reaction (PCR) positive cases of COVID-19 and its relationship to four indicators of people going out in public (the people flow, the index of web searches for going outside, the number of times people browse restaurants, and the number of hotel guests), from the Regional Economic and Social Analysis System (V-RESAS). Two waves of COVID-19 infections were examined with cross-correlation analysis. In the first wave, all four indicators of going out reacted oppositely with the change in new PCR positive cases, showing a lag period of –1 to +6 weeks. In the second wave, the same relationship was only observed for the index of web searches for going outside. These results suggest that going out in public could not be described by new PCR positive cases alone in the second wave, even though they could explain people going out to some extent in the first wave.

Decision Support System (DSS) is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling, and data manipulation. This system is used to assist in decision-making processes in semi-structured situations of unstructured situations, in which no one knows uncertainly how decisions should be made. Application of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method with the final result shown in the ranking of the weighting process based on the criteria and sub criteria. Habitable home category can be directly seen from the value and ranking so that it can be determined whether or not the people get help, whether in the form of home renovation or home surgery. With this application is expected all problems to the determination of the category of  for the poor wrong target will be solved and no more people complain about this, and for the government is expected to convey the mandate that is correct and no errors.

Lakes are one of the surface water resources in Bali Island which supports the socio-economic activities of the community. The growing economic activities either in the tourism or agricultural sector have their effects on the emergence of various problems such as the environmental pollution, shallowness of lakes and erosions. The emergence of various pollutions and the decreased functions of the Lake Beratan is not separable from the intervention of the community living surrounding the lake so that the conservation efforts need the community participation living surrounding the lake. This is based on the idea that the success of the conservation of water resources does not only depend upon the government but the involvement of the community also becomes a key factor. This study aims to identify and analyze the participation of the community living surrounding the Lake Beratan in the conservation of water resources. The number of samples used in this study was 98 respondents gathered by means of purposive sampling in the village of Kembangmerta, the village of Candikuning I and Candikuning II which are located close to the area of Lake Beratan and the majority of the people there use the lake water for daily needs. The community participation is divided into two categories, less participations and good participations, calculated based on Likert scale while the effect of free variables such as age (X1), education (X2), income (X3), length of living (X4), and perception (X5) on bond variables were calculated using discriminating analysis. The result of the study shows that the community participation surrounding Beratan Lake in conserving water resources had been good. The differentiating variables were the age of the respondents and their incomes.

Improving Academic Achievement Scholarship (PPA) and Student Learning Aid (BBM) is one of the stimulus given to the government for students with the aim of motivating students to enhance the spirit of learning. In accordance with the program guidelines issued by the Directorate General of Higher Education must follow the principle of 3T is Right Target, Right Number and Timely. Computer Informatic Management Academy (AMIK) Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar is one of the private universities obtained on the scholarship quota. In accordance with the number of students currently as many as 1,400 people then the allocation of the scholarship must be selected carefully to fit the government guidelines. In this case we need a method that can support decision boosters system (DSS) in determining the grantee is using simple additive weighting method (SAW). With the basic concepts seek a weighted sum of the rating performance of each alternative on all attributes that require a decision matrix normalization process. This method can make an assessment criteria and detailed compound with a comprehensive framework considerations hierarchy process which then calculate the weights to each criterion in determining the priority recommendations of PPA and BBM scholarship recipients in accordance with the target.

This paper discusses on how the Directorate General of State Assets Management (DGSAM), as the state-owned asset manager, under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, analyses the best suited strategy to map public assets. The tremendous amount of assets to be managed are scattered all over Indonesian archipelago. As one of the revenue centres for the nation, DGSAM needs to have more information about the feasibility of those assets. This study addresses the mapping of potential state-owned assets and measures the potential revenue to find out how much that can be generated from them. Asset mapping was done using geographical information system analysis, while the potential value of the appraised assets is calculated using artificial neural network. The study takes place in Palangkaraya, the largest city in this country, which might be the promising capital city of Indonesia in the near future. Based on the findings, it is clear that the government assets which can be exploited in Palangkaraya alone are about 14,302 m2 of land with the potential revenue of USD 86,040/year, and 141 rooms which are predicted to generate around USD 106,342/year, with appropriate occupancy rate in the market.
