Implementation Work Practice in Higher Education in a subject that must be done by all students to try to implement the knowledge and skills acquired to society or industry. A large number of students who participated in the Job with limited human resources administration of the College governing its implementation, can cause problems in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of reporting and implementation. With practical work management application is expected to help the parties involved in effecting and improve efficiency in all administrative and reporting processes of practical work process. The increasing need for child care in the industrialization era as alternative care on both Taman Penitipan Anak (TPA) and Taman Anak Sejahtera (TAS) match the quality and child protection perspective. This study measures the quality of child care from three aspects, namely institutional, human resources, and service programs. This study uses a quantitative method, applying questionnaires interviewed and data processed using SPSS. The samples of this study are TPA and TAS in 9 provinces representing the diversity. The study found that about 44% of child care do not have a license which will affect services. The staffs have adequate quality but it is necessary to hold a selection process ensuring the child protection perspective and a good track record. Training is necessary to improve the knowledge and skills related to child protection and development. There is still 20% of child care that needs to improve the quality.

<p><em>The company PT.Surya agroloika Reksa is a company engaged in oil palm plantations by owning private gardens in Riau province, and has 2000 employees with their respective positions. Human resources within an organization are very important to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving its goals. The foreman position at PT Surya Agrolika Reksa has shortcomings in determining the foreman's position. So far, the selection of foremen has only been based on job rankings.Applications designed with the Groub method programming algorithm will summarize several points needed in determining the foreman's position. The application will calculate these points, so the calculation process is faster and doesn't take a long time.The data collection technique used is observation by directly observing the work process carried out to obtain a clear picture of the object under study. Interviewing is conducting a direct dialogue with the authorities in providing information on the required data and studying literature by searching for literature. supporting libraries.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Indonesia's human resources need to be improved through education. Current Indonesian education is still a concern. The cause of weak education in Indonesia can be observed in educational output with effectiveness and efficiency that has not been maximized. Government efforts in overcoming this must be taken seriously. To realize the effectiveness and efficiency of education in achieving the goals as desired, it is necessary to organize and compile the process of education with school administration management that will help and support education so as to facilitate in improving the quality of education in Indonesia.

Anemia in adolescents is a public health problem because it can reduce the quality of human resources. The almost identical clinical picture of anemia and thalassemia makes thalassemia escape detection. The Objectives of this activity are increase partner knowledge about anemia in adolescents and screening for thalassemia, in addition to overcoming existing problems so that partners can maintain their health, can enter a family life with healthy reproduction. The method used by giving IEC (Communication, Information, Education) to partners regarding anemia and thalassemia. This IEC is in the form of counseling and health education as well as problem solving training. The result of this program activities are carried out in accordance with the plan and succeed with consistent participant indicators from the beginning to the end of the program, increased insight and knowledge of partners can be seen from the accuracy in understanding the material, modules and leaflets that provided. Conclusion are knowledge and skills partners about anemia and thalassemia increased.Keywords: anemia, thalassemia, adolescents

Increasing the number of routine worship activities and the reduced quality of worship facilities services forced the Al Jihad Mosque, Siti Rejo II Village, Medan Amplas District and surrounding communities to carry out renovation of development in a self-managed / independent manner. In the implementation of the initial stages of the renovation there was a problem of the lack of knowledge and skills of human and community resources regarding building renovation techniques. To be the solution to the problem mentioned above, together with the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) TALENTA 2019 Community Service Team, the mosque management as the responsible and stakeholders in improving the quality of community human resources in its organization will carry out activities of understanding building drawings, controlling building costs and simulating stone and wood construction in a micro practice in building renovations. Activities to improve the quality of the community through this knowledge and skills will develop the characteristics of community entrepreneurship in the field of building renovation services or techniques.

Educational institutions can be categorized as non-profit organizations that serve the community. Even though it is non-profit, it does not mean that schools are not required to continue to improve the quality of the process and the output of education. On the other hand, schools are expected to really pay attention to quality, because the sacred duty they carry is to contribute to the intellectual life of the nation, and improve the quality of Indonesia's human resources. In maintaining the quality of the process, it is necessary to have a quality controller that oversees the running of the process and all its supporting components. However quality control in the world of education is certainly different from companies that produce goods / services. Companies are increasingly conscious of the fact that the achieving of their objectives, together with the improvement of their competitive advantages, depends on the appropriate management of the human factor. The dynamism and strong competition that characterize the business world make it increasingly necessary to introduce a system of human resources to allow the exploiting of the knowledge and skills of both people and teams, thus encouraging their learning capacity. In this context, e-learning is becoming established as a flexible and quick way of improving the acquiring of knowledge and skills within a company. The rapid growth and expansion of e-learning, together with the failure of some of its projects, has made the development of various assessment approaches a necessity. Given the importance of this aspect, the aim of this study is to analyze the progress that has been made in the quality of e-learning initiatives.

Abstract. The quality of human resources (HR), among others, are determined by two factors that are interrelated, interrelated, and interdependent namely education and health. Health is the main prerequisite for successful educational efforts, otherwise the education obtained will greatly support the achievement of improving one's health status. Therefore School Health Efforts (UKS) with a focus on promotive and preventive efforts supported by quality curative and rehabilitative efforts, become very important and strategic to achieve the highest level of health. At present, the UKS room owned by partners has never functioned properly and is only used as a kitchen. In addition, the condition of the room was still inadequate, there were no P3K boxes, and there were no students appointed as UKS officers who could immediately provide first aid when there were students who were in pain. In addition, the lack of knowledge of students about First Aid in minor accidents also contributed to the inactivity of the UKS room. The objectives of this activity are: (1) To increase students' knowledge about UKS; (2) To provide students' skills in how to first aid in minor accidents; (3) availability of first aid kits; (4) There is a Manual Book containing UKS. This activity was carried out at SDN Borisallo Kab. Gowa The method used is lecture and demonstration. The results achieved from this activity were increasing student knowledge after being given counseling about UKS and students were able to perform first aid measures such as how to treat blisters and how to treat fainting people. It is hoped that activities that can support students' knowledge and skills can continue to be carried out, so that there was a minor accident at school the students were able to deal with the problem independently.Keywords: School Health Efforts (UKS), SDN Borisallo Kab. GowaAbstrak. Kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) antara lain ditentukan dua faktor yang satu sama lain saling berhubungan, berkaitan dan saling bergantung yakni pendidikan dan kesehatan. Kesehatan merupakan prasyarat utama agar upaya pendidikan berhasil, sebaliknya pendidikan yang diperoleh akan sangat mendukung tercapainya peningkatan status kesehatan seseorang. Oleh karena itu Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) dengan titik berat pada upaya promotif dan preventif didukung oleh upaya kuratif dan rehabilitatif yang berkualitas, menjadi sangat penting dan strategis untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan yang setinggi-tingginya. Saat ini ruangan UKS yang dimiliki oleh mitra tidak pernah difungsikan sebagaimana mestinya dan hanya digunakan sebagai dapur saja. Selain itu, kondisi ruangan masih kurang layak, tidak adanya kotak P3K, serta tidak terdapat siswa yang ditunjuk sebagai petugas UKS yang dapat segera memberikan pertolongan pertama ketika terdapat siswa yang mengalami kesakitan. Selain itu, minimnya pengetahuan para siswa tentang Pertolongan Pertama pada Kecelakaan ringan juga turut menjadi faktor dari tidak difungsikannya ruangan UKS tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah : (1) Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang UKS; (2) Untuk memberikan keterampilan siswa tentang cara Pertolongan Pertama pada Kecelakaan ringan; (3) Tersedianya kotak P3K; (4) Terdapat Manual Book yang berisi tentang UKS. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Borisallo Kab. Gowa. Metode yang digunakan yakni peyuluhan dan demonstrasi. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini yakni meningkatnya pengetahuan siswa setelah diberikan penyuluhan tentang UKS yang serta para siswa mampu melakukan tindakan P3K seperti cara merawat luka lecet dan cara merawat orang pingsan, Diharapkan agar kegiatan yang dapat menunjang pengetahuan serta keterampilan siswa dapat terus dilakukan, sehingga ketika terjadi kecelakaan ringan di sekolah para siswa mampu untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut secara mandiri.Kata Kunci: Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS), SDN Borisallo Kab.Gowa

Improving the quality of human resources is very important especially the quality of the village government apparatus which is the frontline in confusion with the community. The purpose of this counseling is that the village apparatus understand related to making regulations in the village scope so that village regulations have good standards namely philosophical aspects, sociological aspects and juridical aspects. The method used is by way of lectures and discussions then ends with questions and answers. The results obtained from this community service are village officials who understand the technical procedures and theoretical procedures for making regulations in the village scope ranging from village regulations, village head regulations and other regulations. The knowledge and skills of the village apparatus in making regulations are very necessary so that in making a regulation it is always beneficial for the village community.Keywords: Village regulations, philosophical aspects, sociological aspects and juridical aspects.�AbstrakPeningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia sangat penting khususnya kualitas aparatur pemerintah desa yang merupakan garda terdepan dalam bersingungan dengan masyarakat. Tujuan dari diadakannnya penyuluhan ini yaitu para aparatur desa memahami terkait dengan pembuatan peraturan di lingkup desa sehingga peraturan desa memiliki standar yang baik yaitu aspek filosofis, aspek sosiologis dan aspek yuridis. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara ceramah dan diskusi kemudian diakhiri dengan tanya jawab. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu aparatur desa memahami tatacara secara teknis maupun sacara teoritis pembuatan peraturan di lingkup desa mulai dari peraturan desa, peraturan kepala desa serta peraturan lainnya. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan aparatur desa dalam membuat peraturan sangat diperlukan sehingga dalam membuat� suatu peraturan senantiasa bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa.Kata Kunci: Peraturan desa, aspek filosofis, aspek sosologis dan aspek yuridis.

The Mentoring of Office administrative Governance in the form of archives and archival in Madin Hidayatul Mubtadiin Gebangkerep Baron Nganjuk was conducted through training and mentoring that could be a catalyst to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative governance for human resources or managers of Madrasah Diniyah. This Program aims to improve how the management of administrative activities in the form of archives and archival in Madin Hidayatul Mubtadiin can run as standard of education administration. With this mentoring is expected to help the progress of the management of the percussion that will also impact the improvement of the quality of religious education in the side of its managerial, human resources, and administrative activities.
