Abstract This research describes several management of MI Nurul Ummah in order to improve the quality of education in the school, the type of research in this paper is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by interview and also with various sources both from relevant books and journals. From the results of the writing, it is known that there are some policies implemented by MI Nurul Ummah management (1) Assisting the reading of Asmaul Husna, intends to educate students characters to love Allah through Asmaul Husna, (2) The implementation of Full Day School, the application of this policy is expected to make it easier to supervise students in the school, (3) Dhuha prayer in congregation, get children to pray in congregation and a good character building, (4) The training of teachers to upgrade teachers knowledge in order to produce a good quality of education. While that which is the inhibiting factors of the policy namely internal factors (Funds, Teachers, Students) external factors (Parents of Students, Society)

Islamic schools are implementing full day school is almost spread to various regions in Indonesia. In addition to the output promising and school programs are laid out well, full day school is also an answer to concerns by parents about their children socially increasingly tense in the present era. Many false association that acted observation and child without parental control, on the other hand because parents are busy in a career that requires parents returned home late that afternoon after school child care is neglected. Full day school is a separate option for private schools in Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta. Although the school has a full day school more hours spent in school, the output produced in accordance with the expected. However it is still said to be far from other countries. By using kaedah literature study, this article addresses the full day school as an effort to improve the quality of schools. Maximization of service, commitment, involvement of all parties, implementation of school programs that are clear, apply learning fun, extracurricular accordance with the interests of learners, scouting activities are directed, as well as the development of soft skills needed learners and strengthening technology in every activity into the basic aspects which must be done by a full day school.

This research aims to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of educational innovation implemented by SD Muhamadiyah 7 Kota Bandung. By identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, the implementation of the innovation program is hoped can be more successful. The research method that was used in this research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis was performed by reducing data, displaying it, taking conclusions, verifying, analyzing, summarizing, and analyzing data. The research results show; supporting and inhibiting factors for educational innovation SD Muhammadiyah 7 Bandung City in developing the quality of school management, some are internal and external.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of supervision and credit rescue in minimizing the possibility of default on the completion of working capital loans at PT BPR Eka Bumi Artha Metro. The method in this studyis descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation. Theanalytical tool used is descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the credit control section hasperformed its role to the maximum extent possible, but the risk of external factors cannot be avoided.Whereas the credit rescue department has carried out its role to the maximum extent possible in returning nonperforming loans by way of negotiating settlement or by selling voluntary collateral assets, thereby reducing therate of increase in NPLs so that credit quality is maintained. This can be seen from the good credit quality in 2013and 2014, namely the NPL is 1% below the maximum limit of 5% in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations.Furthermore in 2015NPL increased by 5% from the previous year, which is 9% which means that it is above 4%of the maximum credit limit. And in 2016 and 2017 NPL decreased by 1% from the previous year, which is to 8%,which means above 3% the maximum credit limit. The credit supervision and rescue team has sought to reduce therate of increase in NPLs so that credit quality is maintained. This has been provenbecause in 2016 and 2017the quality of NPLs decreased 1% from the previous year which experienced a 5% increase in NPLs.

AbstrakTulisan ini akan membahas tentang eksistensi pendidikan karakter di sekolah dalam konsep full day school. Sekolah merupakan lembaga yang berperan sebagai penyelenggara pendidikan dan pengembangan ilmu, pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni. Tujuan pendidikan ialah membentuk kepribadian, kemandirian, keterampilan social dan karakter. Oleh sebab itu, berbagai program dirancang dan diimplementasikan untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan tersebut, terutama dalam rangka pembinaan karakter. Full day school akhir-akhir ini yang menjadi kontro versi dikalangan masyarakat pun menempati tempat ternyaman. This paper discusses the importance of the students ‘character building in the level of primary school/Islamic elementary school to face the globalization and information era. Education is the process of determining the nation’s character. Good or bad character of the nation in the future will be determined by the present quality of education. Building the character through Tahfidzul Quran learning approach is expected to be the main foundation to improve the degree and prestige of learners as the asset of the nation. This study aimed to describe the process of Tahfidzul Quran learning which included planning, organizing, doing action and monitoring the important role of learning itself to build the learners’ character, especially in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga.

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

This article discusses the problem of choosing the correct and effective organizational structure of enterprise management for its correct functioning. The existing types of organizational structures of enterprise management, which are used in practice today, are analyzed, and their positive, negative sides and the type of enterprises for which they can be used are revealed. Along with this, this article discusses and describes methods for choosing an organizational structure for an enterprise. Also, during the study, internal and external factors were identified that affect the choice of an organizational structure. Based on the analysis, a methodology for choosing the most effective type of organizational structure for enterprises was drawn up. The question of choosing an organizational structure is acute for every manager at the very beginning of the operation of an enterprise, because the quality of performance of functions, both of individual divisions and of the entire enterprise as a whole, directly depends on this. Among many types of organizational structures in this study, the types of organizational structures that are most adaptable to changes in external and internal factors are identified. This study provides methods and tools for selecting the appropriate organizational structure for any enterprise. At the moment, some methods, be it goal structuring or computer modeling, are not widely used, which in turn makes it difficult to choose an effective organizational structure for enterprise management. The choice of an effective organizational structure is an extremely urgent problem today for every entrepreneur, who is interested in the stable economic activity of his or her enterprise.

ABSTRACTLibraries have an important role in the field of education, for research purposes, preservation of information resources and recreation areas. Libraries also have a role in increasing the intelligence and empowerment of the nation, as a human person who always wants to advance and the development of institutions that are increasingly experiencing intense competition. This study seeks to see the role of the library in improving the quality of elementary schools at SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman, both with regard to student achievement and the progress of the institution. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by looking directly at the object of research (direct observation) interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that libraries have an important role in improving the quality of elementary schools such as the development of library facilities; there is a special room, a growing collection of books, modern service systems, air-conditioned room facilities, computers and LCD projectors are available and also supports children's achievements in winning several championships including in the PAI quiz competition and the MIPA OlympiadKeywords: Quality Improvement of Elementary Schools: The Role of Libraries

The purpose of this paper is to assess the extent of relevance of the federal character as a national policy in recruitment into the Nigerian federal civil service and probe whether or not the level of application of merit supersedes the application of ecological considerations in recruitment into the service. It utilizes quantitative and qualitative data collection to espouse its theme. The paper finds that there are personnel problems connected with poor application of federal character policy in recruitment into the civil service and this affects the quality of entrants. It recommends strict application of merit standard to attract best workers while implementing federal character policy through proven certification of state of applicants. The paper notes that the Nigerian federal character policy is one that places premium on state representation in governance and bureaucracy and a strategy for national integration. However, there must be predominant application of merit in recruitment.
