Abstract:  Boraks availability on food hawker at Banjarbaru city. Pentol bakso is a very popular food in Banjarbaru City. Almost all walks of life loved this dish because flavors are tasty and the prices are cheap so not surprised if traders bulb meatballs mushrooming in every area. To meet the standard that favored consumers save time and extend the bulb meatballs, many merchants are not responsible for adding chemicals that are actually prohibited from foods like boraks. This research aims to know the existence of boraks and factors which determine the presence of boraks on food hawker bulb meatballs sold around Field Murjani. The type of research used are descriptive i.e. describing the existence of boraks, level of knowledge, and merchant processing on food hawker pentol bakso sold around the field with the approach of cross sectional Murjani. The results of laboratory examination showed that all samples taken from the pentol bakso traders selling in the vicinity of the field there is no boraks Murjani. All merchants using only food additives are allowed in processing pentol bakso. It is supported most traders have a good knowledge about the food additives. The traders expected that pentol bakso still give priority to safety and security of consumers  economic interests above personally by not entering the banned food additives into processed food products. Keywords: Food snack, Boraks

Abstract Objective: This study aimed to characterise the availability, the nutritional composition and the processing degree of industrial foods for 0–36-month-old children according to the neighbourhoods affluence. Design: A cross-sectional exploratory study. Setting: All food products available in retail stores for children aged 0–36 months were analysed. Data collection took place in two neighbourhoods, comparing two different sociodemographic districts (high v. low per capita income), Campanhã and Foz do Douro in Porto, Portugal. Participants: A total of 431 commercially processed food products for children aged 0–36 months which are sold in 23 retail stores were identified. Food products were classified according to their processing degree using the NOVA Food Classification System. Results: For NOVA analysis, of the 244 food products that were included 82 (33·6 %) were minimally processed, 25 (10·2 %) processed and 137 (56·1 %) ultra processed. No food product was classified as a culinary ingredient. The products included mostly cereals, yogurts, prevailed in high-income neighbourhoods for the 0–6-month-old group. It was observed that some categories of ultra-processed food (UPF) presented higher amounts of energy, sugars, saturated fat and salt than unprocessed/minimally processed products. Conclusions: The high availability of UPF offered for 0–36-month-old children should be considered when designing interventions to promote a healthy diet in infancy.

Abstract: Family planning program is a program of the government of the Republic of Indonesia that aims to achieve a healthy and prosperous family by limiting births. Tondano is the center of Minahasa district and has four sub-districts and population of 70,467 people with a female number of 34,800. Data on women using family planning showed a number of 25,749 people which indicates a large and growing population. This study was aimed to evaluate the level of knowledge and attitudes of mothers towards the family planning program. This was a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. Data were obtained by using questionnaire as the instrument. Respondents were 50 postpartum mothers who came to Dr. Sam Ratulangi Hospital Tondano and were willing to fill in the distributed questionnaires. The results showed that 92% of responsdents had good knowledge and 8% had poor knowledge. Meanwhile, based on the attitudes of respondents, 70% of them were positive and 30% were negative. In conclusion, family planning services based on the level of knowledge and attitudes of postpartum mothers at Dr. Sam Ratulangi Hospital Tondano were good or above average. Albeit, postpartum mothers who had good knowledge may not necessarily had good attitudes.Keywords: family planning, contraception, knowledge, attitude Abstrak: Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) bertujuan untuk membentuk gerakan keluarga sehat dan sejahtera dengan cara membatasi kelahiran. Tondano merupakan pusat dari Kabupaten Minahasa dan memiliki empat kecamatan dengan populasi sebesar 70.467 jiwa dan jumlah perempuan sebesar 34.800 jiwa. Data perempuan yang memakai KB ialah 25.749 jiwa. Data tersebut menunjukkan jumlah penduduk yang banyak dan terus bertambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap ibu postpartum terhadap program KB di RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano. Jenis penelitian ialah deskriptif dengan desain potong lintang. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Responden penelitian ialah ibu postpartum yang datang di RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano dan bersedia mengisi kuesioner yang dibagikan. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan total 50 responden. Sebanyak 92% ibu memiliki pengetahuan baik dan 8% memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik. Untuk pengukuran sikap dari responden, sebanyak 70% wanita bersikap positif dan 30% yang bersikap negatif. Simpulan penelitian ini ialah bahwa pelayanan KB berdasarkan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap ibu di RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano sudah baik atau di atas rata-rata. Walaupun demikian ibu yang memiliki pengetahuan baik belum tentu memiliki sikap yang baik.Kata kunci: keluarga berencana, kontrasepsi, pengetahuan, sikap

ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung sebagai rumah sakit yang sudah menerapkan Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan mutu pelayanan, terutama mutu pelayanan kegawatdaruratan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan petugas di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan Penunjang Pelayanan Kegawatdaruratan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas yang bekerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan penunjang pelayanan kegawatdaruratan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 94 petugas dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah mayoritas petugas memiliki pengetahuan baik mengenai SPM yaitu sebesar 86,17% sedangkan 13,83% memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik. Dilihat dari tingkat pengetahuan berdasarkan karakteristik, pengetahuan baik sebagian besar pada umur umur ?30 (88,14%), jenis kelamin perempuan (96,23%), pendidikan DIII (87,93%) dan masa kerja >10 tahun (88,46%). Saran yang bisa diberikan kepada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung, sebaiknya rumah sakit memberikan sosialisasi kepada seluruh petugas mengenai SPM dengan rutin dan terjadwal sehingga petugas mendapatkan informasi mengenai SPM merata. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan, Standar Pelayanan Minimal ABSTRACT Klungkung Regency Regional General Hospital as a hospital that has implemented Financial Management Public Service Agency continues to improve and develop the quality of services, especially the quality of emergency services. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of officers in the Emergency Installation and Supporting Emergency Services of the Klungkung Regency General Hospital on Minimum Service Standards. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all officers who worked in the Emergency Installation and supporting emergency services. The number of samples in this study were 94 officers with total sample collection techniques. Data collection techniques in this study are by distributing questionnaires and data analysis used is univariate analysis. The results of this study were that the majority of officers had good knowledge of MSS, amounting to 86.17% while 13.83% had poor knowledge. Judging from the level of knowledge based on characteristics, good knowledge is mostly at the age of ?30 (88.14%), female gender (96.23%), DIII education (87.93%) and years of service> 10 years (88, 46%). Suggestions that can be given to the Klungkung Regency Regional General Hospital, the hospital should provide information to all officers on MSS routinely and on a regular basis so that officials get information about SPM evenly. To assess the level of knowledge and causes of dental disease among the urban school children a cross-sectional study was conducted in two secondary schools of Dhaka city. 20 students each of class 6, 7 & 8 from each school were randomly selected. List of the students was obtained from the teacher & from the list 20 were selected. Regarding the level of knowledge 54% were found to have average knowledge and 25.8% had good knowledge about causes of dental disease. OBJECTIVE: To verify the compliance with Law No. 11,265/2006 in the promotion strategies for infant formula in Brazilian websites of manufacturers and drugstore networks. METHODS: This was a cross-sectional study conducted in 2017. We analyzed the compliance to attributes of the Law No.11,265/2006 (Law for Marketing of Foods for Infants and Toddlers, Feeding Bottles, Teats and Pacifiers) in five websites of infant formula manufacturers and nine websites of drugstore networks. The main attributes assessed were: the presence of drawings or representations of children, the presence of warning statements displayed in conspicuous and prominent spaces informing if products are intended for infants aged under or over 6 months, the adequate display of infant formulas/similar products, and the presence of pop-ups with other infant formulas or links to websites for children’s products. All compliances and non compliances verified were described in absolute and relative frequencies. RESULTS: We verified that 80% of the websites of infant formula manufacturers displayed advertisements for other children’s food products. The main non compliance in infant formula manufacturer’s websites was the absence of warning statements about products intended for infants over 6 months of age. Only 33% of the drugstores’ websites complied with Law No. 11,265/2006. The main non compliances in these websites were the absence of warning statements on products intended for infants over 6 months of age (100%), the presence of pop-up advertisements for other infant foods (77%) and the presence of advertisements for other children’s food products (92%). CONCLUSION: We identified non compliances with the Law No. 11,256/2006 in almost all websites of infant formula manufacturers and in all the websites of drugstore networks. Most promotion strategies were found at drugstore websites, which are the main channels for online sales.

Food safety is one of WHO’s primary concerns during a pandemic. The current Covid-19 pandemic requires us to boost our immune system by eating a healthy and balanced diet. Food consumed by the masses must be free of chemical and biological substances that can be harmful for the body. Nowadays, food products have developed to be more innovative, such as packaged processed food products that can be stored for a long time, generally using Food Additives. The safety of packaged processed food products must be guaranteed by the manufacturers in order to guarantee consumer protection. To ensure this, the government has established the Consumer Protection Law; the Government Regulation on Food Safety, Quality and Nutrition; and the Food and Drug Administration Division. Through the BPOM, the government supervises food products circulating in the community. The supervision carried out by BPOM are preventive and repressive. One form of supervision carried out by BPOM is granting distribution permits for packaged processed food products before they are distributed to the public. ABSTRACT: DESCRIPTION OF PREGNANT WOMEN KNOWLEDGE LEVEL AGAINST COVID-19 IN RSUD TALANG UBI, PENUKAL ABAB LEMATANG ILIR REGENCY- SOUTH SUMATERA. Introduction: Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) is a large group of viruses that cause mild to severe symptoms. In December 2019 the first cases were reported in Wuhan, Hubei, China. Until now, the Covid-19 cases in Indonesia have always been increasing every day. Purpose: Research objectives to determine pregnant women's level of knowledge concerning Covid-19 in RSUD Talang Ubi, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency-South Sumatra. Method: The research design used was descriptive, cross-sectional methods. Technic of sampling used was the total sampling method by using univariate analysis. Result: The results showed that pregnant women's level of knowledge about Covid-19 in RSUD Talang Ubi was 67 respondents (60.9%) in the good category, 37 respondents (33.6%) insufficient category, and 6 respondents (5,5%) in the low category.Conclusion: Good knowledge can help the government in efforts to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. Pada Desember 2019 kasus pertama dilaporkan di Wuhan, Hubei, China. Hingga saat ini kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia selalu terjadi peningkatan setiap harinya.Tujuan: Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil terhadap Covid-19 di RSUD Talang Ubi Kabupaten Pali Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.Metode Penelitian: Desain Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan metode cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Total Sampling. Menggunakan analisis univariat.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang Covid-19 di RSUD Talang Ubi pada kategori baik sebanyak 67 responden (60,9%), kategori cukup 37 responden (33,6%), dan kategori kurang sebanyak 6 responden(5,5%).Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan yang baik dapat membantu pemerintah dalam upaya memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Objective: To determine the current knowledge and practices regarding voluntary blood donation among pharmacy (Pharm-D) students of Lahore, Pakistan. Methods: A cross-sectional quantitative survey was performed among Pharm-D students of two private and two public sector universities of Lahore, Pakistan in January 2018. Total 600 students were included in the study by convenient sampling technique. Data was gathered by a self-administered well-designed questionnaire and was analyzed by using SPSS version 23. Results: The level of knowledge among majority respondents (61.3%) about different aspects of blood donation was found to be good. The results revealed that despite having good knowledge, a significant number of the respondents (65.2%) were not practicing blood donation. The major reasons identified for poor blood donation practice were inconvenient environment and lack of facilities for the donors. Conclusion: There exists a gap in converting the good knowledge of respondents into practice of voluntary blood donation. Effective programs should be initiated to promote and aware people regarding the necessity of blood donation.

ABSTRAK Air susu ibu merupakan nutrisi terbaik untuk bayi namun tidak semua ibu mampu memberikan ASI Eksklusive kepada bayinya. Pembatasan sosial selama pandemi virus corona (COVID-19) menimbulkan kekhawatiran dan stres bagi banyak orang tak terkecuali ibu menyusui. Selain itu adanya ancaman penularan virus membuat ibu merasa tidak nyaman dan stress sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kondisi kesehatan dan produksi ASI. Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu dan keluarga tentang upaya peningkatan kesehatan dan produksi ASI dimasa pandemic merupakan masalah mendasar yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusive yang berdampak terhadap kesehatan ibu dan bayi serta tumbuh kembang bayi disaat ini maupun dimasa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan ibu menyusui tentang upaya untuk menigkatkan kesehatan dan produksi ASI di masa pandemi. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan crossectional. Samppel sebanyak 57 responden yang diambil dengan tehnik concecutive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif yang menampilkan frekwensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hamper keseluruhan responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik tentang upaya untuk mneingkatkan kesehatan yaitu sebanyak 46 responden (80,7%) dan hamper keseluruhan responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baikntentang upaya meningkatkan produksi ASI yaitu sebanyak 48 responden (84,2%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan ibu menyusui tentang upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan produksi ASI berada pada kategori Baik. Kata Kunci: Ibu menyusui, produksi ASI, tingkat pengetahuan, upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan, ABSTRACT Breastmilk is the best nutrition for babies but not all mothers are able to give exclusive breastfeeding to their babies. Social restrictions during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic cause worry and stress for many people, including breastfeeding mothers. In addition, the threat of virus transmission makes mothers feel uncomfortable and stressed full and so that it affects health conditions and breastmilk production. Lack of knowledge of mothers and families about efforts to improve health and breastmilk production during a pandemic is a fundamental problem that can affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding which has an impact on the health of mothers and babies and the growth and development of babies now and in the future. This study aims to identify the level of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about efforts to improve health and milk production during the pandemic. The design of this research is descriptive research with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 57 respondents was taken using a consecutive sampling technique. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics that display the frequency and percentage. The results showed that almost all respondents had a good level of knowledge about efforts to improve health, as many as 46 respondents (80.7%) and almost all respondents had a good level of knowledge about efforts to increase breast milk production, as many as 48 respondents (84.2%). The conclusion of this study is that the level of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about efforts to improve health and milk production is in the Good category. Keywords: Breastfeeding mothers, breastmilk production, level of knowledge, efforts to improve health

Background: Reproductive health in women is not independent of the health of sex organs. Whitish is a symptom of disease characterized by discharge of fluid from the reproductive organs rather than blood. To be able to perform the attitude of prevention of whiteness required good knowledge to the student concerned. Purpose: Is know the relationship between the level of knowledge about the health of adolescent’s reproduction and the prevention of white discharge on student at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan Sleman Yogyakarta Method: This is the non experiment research with quantitative method and Cross Sectional approach. This research is done at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan Sleman Yogyakarta on March 2017. The data is collected by giving questionnaire Result: The result of this research is obtained that there are 43 students (84,3%) have a good level of knowledge about the health of adolescent’s reproduction and 8 students (15,7%) have enough level of knowledge. Where as, the determent demeanor of white discharge obtained 47 students (92,2%) have good demeanor and 4 students (7,8%) have bad demeanor. The result of statistic experiment is obtained correlation coefficient value (r) in the amount of r = 0,676 with significance p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Conclusion: There is the relationship between the level of knowledge about the health of adolescent’s reproduction and the prevention of white discharge on student at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan Sleman Yogyakarta.
