<p class="03Afiliasi"><em>This </em><em>research is a form of living hadith study that discusses the acculturation of local culture and religion in the implementation of the lek-lekan tradition in the Sei Kepayang community, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. And the informants are the government, ulama, community leaders, event organizers and the Sei Kepayang community in general. The results of this study, that the tradition of lek-lekan which is carried out at the birth of a baby by holding activities at the place of the baby's parents. The tradition of lek-lekan is perfected with a wedding ceremony for the baby. The main foundation for the community in carrying out the tradition of lek-lekan, namely in the form of carrying out the traditions of the local community continuously and practicing the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad related to the akikah worship of a newborn child.</em></p><p class="03Afiliasi"><strong><em> </em></strong></p>

This study aims to describe how the development of tourism, including supporting and barrier factors of the government for development of Bukit Khayangan tourism object. And analyze the effect that come from the development of Bukit Khayangan tourism object to the economic of local community. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research were conducted by interviews, observations, and documentation. The result showed that there was an increase in facilities after the development, although the cleanliness and safety still were not optimal. The development of Bukit Khayangan tourism object gives contribution to the increase of local community bussiness, one of them is to opening jobs for local community. But, the participation of local community need to be improved to moving forward improve overall the community welfare.

This research explains the mysticism of mappadendang tradition in Allamungeng Patue Village, Bone Regency, which is believed by the local community as a form of shielding from danger and can resist reinforcemen such as Covid-19 outbreak. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative method and an ethnographic approach. This research was carried out with the aim of identifying the mystical space in mappadendang tradition which was held in Allamungeng Patue Village. After conducting the tracing process, the researcher found that mappadendang tradition which was held in Allamungeng Patue Village, Bone Regency in July 2020 was not a tradition of harvest celebration as generally in several villages in Bone Regency, especially Bugis tribe, but mappadendang was held as a form of shielding from all distress including Covid-19 outbreak. This trust was obtained after one of the immigrants who now resides in the village dreamed of meeting an invisible figure (tau panrita) who ordered a party to be held that would bring all the village people because remembering that in the village during Covid-19 happened to almost all the existing areas in Indonesia, the people of Allamungeng Patue Village were spared from the outbreak. Spontaneously, the people of Allamungeng Patue Village worked together to immediately carry out the mappadendang tradition as a form of interpretation of the message carried by the figure.

This study aims to determine the role of community leaders in shaping the personality of adolescents, the efforts made by community leaders, as well as the obstacles faced in the formation of the personality of teenagers in Tanjung Village. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The research background is located in Tanjung Village, District Bathin VIII, Sarolangun District. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviewand documentation. The results of this study indicate that: The role of community leaders in the formation of adolescent personality is good, by olding programs specifically designed for adolescents so that teenagers can follow and can avoid the form of juvenile delinquency, as well as cooperating with parents as people in the first example by his child. Data collection techniques are through informants. The stages in analyzing the data are: reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. Based on the results of this study indicate the state of personality of adolescents is not good, the efforts made by community leaders in shaping the personality of adolescents in entrepreneurship is good, the obstacles faced come from adolescents, teenage parents, youth education, and communication and information technology that makes adolescents difficult to entrepreneurship. In conclusion, community leaders can shape the personality of adolescents in entrepreneurship, but it must be supported by teenagers and teenage parents themselves. His advice to community leaders must never stop making activities that can make teenagers' personality in entrepreneurship better.

Indonesia is a multicultural country with a variety of the diversity has the potential to build a nation’s civilization based on knowledge of nationalism and local cultural values. In other side, the diversity that owned by Indonesian nation has the potential to split the unity specially when that implementation to broke tradition called by Islamic puritanism. Palang Pintu tradition in Betawi cultures is still preserving until now especially in wedding ceremony and has development at welcoming guests. The method of research is qualitative with ethnographic approach. The theory used of religion and culture. The results of this research show that the tradition of Palang Pintu in Betawi Cultures has contain of Islamic values. The values of religiosity in that tradition are such as glorifying the Prophet Muhammad, Silaturrahmi, Protecting with Silat, Manners. Local culture can build a civilization where the human as the actors of the builder civilization are be able to formulate a system of values contained in the tradition. So Far local culture can build national civilization when the local culture is formulating as the ontological level of culture. Keywords: Local Culture, Palang Pintu, Religiosity Abstrak Indonesia merupakan Negara majemuk dengan berbagai keanekaragaman memiliki potensi dalam membangun peradaban bangsa yang didasari pada pengetahuan wawasan kebangsaan serta nilai-nilai budaya local. Disisi lain, keanekaragaman yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia memiliki potensi yang dapat memcah belah persatuan dan kesataun khususnya ketika anti tradisi melalui puritanisme Islam. Palang Pintu merupakan salah satu budaya Betawi yang hingga saat ini masih dilestarikan pada acara mantenan dan pada perkembangannya digunakan pada penyambutan tamu secara adat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan nilai-nilai religiusitas yang terdapat pada tradisi Palang Pintu yang dapat dikembangkan dalam membangun peradaban. Dengan pendekatan teori Agama dan Budaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dengan jenis etnografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Tradisi Palang Pintu pada Budaya Betawi kayak akan nilai-nilai religious yang bersumber dari ajaran Islam. Nilai-nilai religiusitas tersebut seperti memuliakan nabi Muhammad Saw, Silaturrahmi, Melindungi diri atau menjaga diri, Sopan santun. Selanjutnya budaya local dapat membangun peradaban sejuah mana manusia sendiri sebagai pelaku budaya dan pembangun peradaban tersebut mampu memformulasiakan system nilai yang terdapat dalam tardisi.budaya local dapat dapat membangun peradaban bangsa ketika budaya local tersebut diformulasikan pada tataran ontologis budaya. This study aims to describe the role of local government and the participation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the development of Plastic Woven Crafts in Karanggebang Jetis Village, Ponorogo Regency. The theory used in the formulation of the first problem regarding the role of local government uses the theory of Gede Diva (2009) which divides the role of government in three ways, namely the role of government as a facilitator, the role of government as regulator and the role of government as a catalyst. Second, the participation of UMKM actors uses the theory of Cohen and Uphoff in Distianto (2016) into four forms of participation, namely participation in planning, participation in implementation, participation in the utilization of results and finally participation in evaluation.This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling techniques and data collection techniques carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research in the efforts to develop UMKM Plastic Weaving Crafts in Karanggebang Jetis Village, Ponorogo Regency, in general, there has been no interference from the government and UMKM entrepreneurs. So far, plastic woven crafts are still not developed. To develop UMKM especially plastic woven handicrafts located in Karanggebang Jetis, it is necessary to have the role of government and participation of UMKM actors.

Abstract - Early March 2020, the corona virus began to spread in Indonesia. To suppress the wider spread of the virus, the government made policies regarding social restrictions. This has resulted in many schools and colleges, offices and companies, and other public places, deciding whether employees or their students should work or study from home. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning during the Corona virus pandemic in Bandung Kridatama Polytechnic students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis of data acquisition was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that online learning carried out during the Corona virus pandemic was ineffective because obstacles were still found that interfered with the learning process, including the absence of two-way communication between students and lecturers, Besides other obstacles, namely students who do not have enough quotas to take part in online learning, or lecturers who do not understand technology so that learning is not carried out using online learning applications but through Whatsapp groups. Keywords: learning, online learning, pandemic, Corona virus Abstrak – Awal bulan Maret tahun 2020, virus corona mulai menyebar di Indonesia. Untuk menekan penyebaran virus yang lebih luas lagi, pemerintah membuat kebijakan mengenai pembatasan sosial.  Hal tersebut mengakibatkan banyak sekolah dan kampus, kantor dan perusahaan,  serta tempat-tempat publik lainnya, memutuskan  para karyawan atau anak didiknya untuk bekerja atau belajar dari rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran online di masa pandemi virus Corona pada mahasiswa Politeknik Kridatama Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis perolehan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran online yang dilaksanakan selama masa pandemi virus Corona kurang efektif karena masih ditemukan hambatan yang mengganggu proses pembelajaran diantara-Nya tidak terjalinnya komunikasi dua arah antara mahasiswa dan dosen, disamping hambatan-hambatan lainnya yaitu mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki cukup kuota untuk mengikuti pembelajaran online, atau dosen yang kurang memahami teknologi sehingga pembelajaran tidak dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran online tetapi melalui grup Whatsapp. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran, pembelajaran online, pandemik, virus Corona

This study aims to determine the dependence of society on natural resources in Ringinsari village, Boyolali district. To obtain a representative sample there, the qualitative method was carried out by conducting interviews with locals related to the topic of writing. Primary data collection is obtained by means of observation, namely question and answer sessions with the local community. Secondary data is obtained from agencies related to the issue. The data were analyzed by dividing into an analysis of the village environment, an analysis of the lifestyle of the locals, and an analysis of the population's dependence on nature or natural resources. The results showed that the Ringinsari village, Boyolali district is the largest village in one sub-district and has the largest population, namely 66 Family Cards (KK). Most of the locals work as factory workers, farmers and some have set up their own businesses, such as opening basic food stalls. Society is still very dependent on nature because some locals own livestock and manage plantations.

This study is focused on the adaptation strategy of the local community who has the problem of land rights. In Indonesia, all natural resources are subject to control and to manage by the state. As a ruler of the resources, the Government published any policy which provided revenue for the state, such as giving the right to industrial extraction of logging companies in the forest area. Whereas, many communities' lives depend on the forest. Forest resources are important for the Indonesian economy, as well as for the livelihood of communities who depend on the forest. It finds themselves in situations of conflict. The aim of the study is to analyse adaptation strategy of local community which is in the forest resource conflicts. The study used mix methods. A qualitative method with a focus on ecological adaptation and livelihood strategy, while the quantitative approach stresses defining the meaning of findings or facts that are deconstructed based on the subjective perspective of the researcher. The research held in two site, namely Sungai Utik Forest which Dayak Iban Community and Halimun Salak Mountain National Park which Kasepuhan community live. The result of the research showed that conflict of the forest resources have improved the adaptation strategy of the local community. Although various problems is already attacking them, local community still have loyalty to their tradition. They have own regulation to manage and utilize land, especially for managing forest and rice planting. Faithfulness in carrying this cultural tradition out are their ecological adaptation strategy. The background of the problem in this research is, in Jambi in the traditional wedding ceremony there is what is called adat money (Selemak Semanis), which is the traditional money given by men to women who will be married if the adat money is not fulfilled so it will not happen marriage. As for the purpose of this study, we want to know the position and legal consequences of giving customary money in Jambi Malay customary marriage, wanting to know the legal consequences of giving customary money in Jambi Malay customary marriage and want to know the Islamic legal review of giving customary money in Jambi Malay customary marriage in Jambi. The approach in this study is a qualitative normative sociological approach. In this study the authors used the type of field research (Field research), by conducting interviews with the local community, village heads, officials of the sharia ', traditional leaders, community leaders, religious scholars, and various parties needed information in writing this research. Based on the data obtained by the author in the field, after being reviewed and understood, the following research results are obtained, firstly that the position of giving customary money is a condition for the implementation of marriage and its nature is a mandatory gift from men to women and legal consequences. from giving customary money in Jambi Malay customary marriage depends on whether or not the man can fulfill the customary money which is determined by the female family, presumably able to fulfill the customary money then the marriage will be held and if the man is unable to fulfill the customary money then marriage and customary money will occur outside of the gift dowry. The two reviews of Islamic law on the giving of customary money do not violate the Qur'an and the Hadith, but there is a mistake in the community in determining the amount of customary money that is too high so that it is burdensome to the men.

This study discusses the verbal symbols of Islamic communication ethics in Gayo ethnic speech in Central Aceh District. Speech in Gayo culture is a greeting or call between individuals, between groups or individuals with groups. In Gayo culture, it is unethical to call someone by name directly. Speech in Gayo culture is placed in the context of the kinship system and social structure. The method used in this research is qualitative research with ethnographic approach of communication. While the data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, as well as interviews with customary figures or cultural figures, community leaders or elders, and the community. Then the data were analyzed using semiotics analysis of Roland Barthes version. The results of this study indicate that the verbal symbols of Islamic communication ethics in Gayo ethnic speech in Central Aceh Regency seen in the use of speech used in everyday life is based on kinship system or kinship and position or function (said degree). The denotative meaning in this speech can be understood from the meaning described in Gayo. While the connotative meaning in this speech is understood based on Gayo cultural values. Understanding the connotative meaning of this speech become a reference in using speech in accordance with the context that gave rise to the myth in Gayo culture called kemali, jis, moth and sumang.Penelitian ini membahas mengenai simbol-simbol verbal etika komunikasi Islam dalam budaya tutur etnis Gayo di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Tutur dalam budaya Gayo merupakan kata sapaan atau panggilan antar individu, antar kelompok atau individu dengan kelompok. Dalam budaya Gayo, tidak etis memanggil seseorang dengan menyebut namanya langsung. Tutur dalam budaya Gayo ditempatkan pada konteks sistem kekerabatan dan struktur sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peneltian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi komunikasi. Sementara teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, dokumentasi, serta wawancara dengan tokoh adat atau tokoh budaya, tokoh masyarakat atau sesepuh , dan masyarakat. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika versi Roland Barthes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa simbol-simbol verbal etika komunikasi Islam dalam budaya tutur etnis Gayo di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah terlihat pada pemakaian tutur yang digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari didasarkan pada sistem kekerabatan atau kekeluargaan dan jabatan atau fungsi (tutur gelar). Makna denotatif dalam tutur ini dapat dipahami dari arti yang dijelaskan dalam bahasa Gayo. Sedangkan makna konotatif dalam tutur ini dipahami berdasarkan nilai-nilai budaya Gayo. Pemahaman makna konotatif dari tutur ini menjadi acuan dalam memakai tutur sesuai dengan konteksnya yang menunculkan mitos dalam budaya Gayo disebut dengan kemali, jis, jengat, dan sumang.
