In modern literature, the dependence of inequality estimates on the situation in which the individual is immersed, i.e. on some constellation of place and time circumstances which determines the degree of availability of vital benefits and opportunities, has been empirically confirmed. Experiencing and comprehending this situation exfoliates into experience, determines the modality of personally expressed value-colored judgments.exfoliated into experience, which determines the modality of personally expressed value-based judgments. In general, although the perception of inequality does not coincide with "reality", it remains significant regardless of this, as it can be the immediate motive for political action — protest voting in elections, participation in actions demanding a change in the current state of income and welfare. The article substantiates the approach to the perception of inequality as a self-sufficient factuality. The data obtained in the survey on the module "Social Inequality–V" of the International Social Research Project (ISSP) show that respondents are of different categorical assessment of inequality to two objects: the country as a whole and their specific life situation. Since the range of perception always manifests itself in the range from “deep inequality” to “non-recognition of inequality,” the social space is differentiated into “worlds of inequality” that do not coincide in scale. Based on the answers to the questions about the placement on specific levels of the social ladder, the financial situation of the family and belonging to a particular class, quantitative assessments of each of these worlds have been made. At the same time, the distribution over the "worlds of inequality" obtained in the quantitative survey is nothing more than an approximate assessment of the "real" stratification of Ukrainian society. The results of the correspondence analysis between the estimates of inequality and the 34 predictors of their passing have been described and interpreted.

The current state of the problem of money laundering is analyzed based on the study literary sources, regulatory framework and their discussion in the Ukrainian society. An attempt was made to systematize the factors influencing the increase in the level of money laundering. The consequences of increasing the level of money laundering for Ukraine have been determined: a shortfall in state budget revenues, a decrease in the level of the social sphere financing, reduced living standards of the population. It has been emphasized that there is a need for a comprehensive approach to the problem of money laundering, which will include ongoing training for financial audit specialists, the establishment of special units to investigate money laundering crimes, enshrining the classification of money laundering crimes in regulatory documents and the establishment of criminal liability for their commission.

The world experience of most developed countries shows that the basis of their economic growth is the expansion of the spheres of activity of traditional sectors of the economy through the introduction of innovative technologies. In this regard, an understanding of the trends, characteristics and prospects of scientific and technological development will allow us to determine competitive advantages, identify bottlenecks, and set priorities in the development of long-term strategic documents for the development of not only the economy, but also the social sphere at the level of both the Russian Federation as a whole and individual territories. This, in turn, requires an assessment of the current state, dynamics and main factors of the formation of scientific and innovative potential. Since innovation potential is a multidimensional concept it is necessary, when assessing it and for comparing it between different territories, to bring it to a single integral indicator.

In the article the author examine the current state of the public-private partnership market, as well as the areas most and least affected by the consequences of the pandemic caused by coronavirus infection. It was concluded that the pandemic has caused huge damage to all industries and areas, including PPPs. Based on statistical data, the authors state that the greatest damage was caused to projects in the social sphere, as well as in the utilities and energy sectors. The transport sector and the IT infrastructure sector demonstrate the greatest stability. The author concluded that the state authorities are taking measures to provide anti-crisis support to the regions by launching a program based on assistance in the preparation and launch of PPP projects. Special support measures were taken for cargo and passenger transport, culture, sports and tourism. However, not all regions actively participated in this program, which indicates the lack of interest of the authorities in the development of PPP and the stabilization of the economy. According to the author, in order to overcome the consequences of the pandemic, it is necessary to provide direct financial assistance, as well as to develop digital and platform solutions for an effective dialogue of all market participants, to stimulate extra-budgetary investment resources, etc.
