The analysis of existing methods and systems of management of the greenhouse complex is carried out. It has been determined that the most expedient is the development of new methods and control systems that would take into account the mutual influence of microclimate parameters, predicted changes in external natural disturbances and determine the most energy efficient modes of functioning of the greenhouse economy. A systematic analysis of the greenhouse complex at the stages of structural, functional, informational and parametric analysis was carried out. A system of goals and a tree of goals for the energy efficient functioning of the greenhouse complex has been built using the decomposition of goals and objectives and synthesis with the definition of the components of the greenhouse economy. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of information flows between subsystems have been determined and a model of information flows has been built. For the purpose of carrying out functional analysis and synthesis, the method of mathematical description is used - the theory of graphs. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of information flows between subsystems have been determined using the construction of a model of information flows. A parametric analysis and synthesis were carried out to determine the main controlled and regulated parameters of the greenhouse complex in order to ensure the maximum efficiency of the control system. Structural analysis and synthesis were carried out with the definition of the components of the greenhouse economy, the interrelationships of the subsystems of the greenhouse complex were analyzed and it was proved that the object under study is a complex system. The directions of further research have been formed for the processes of self-organization and management of information flows of the greenhouse complex, which provide for a plurality of scenarios for further development. Key words: greenhouse complex, system analysis, information flows, goal tree, energy efficient management

In Romania, large companies, most of which are multinationals, have made significant progress in integrating the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) into their activity. The concept of CSR in small and medium-sized companies is still in the early stages of reporting, but with great development prospects. Romanian companies have gradually begun to develop their own culture in terms of social responsibility. The main objective of this article is to analyze how Romanian authors approach CSR theories in their research. The CSR action is seen by the authors as an interdependent relationship between corporations and society. Social requirements are generally considered to be a way in which society interacts with the business environment and gives it a certain legitimacy and prestige. Given that the history of the concept of CSR is long and diverse, I must emphasize that this article focuses on the publications of Romanian authors who based their work on a theory of CSR, providing an original perspective and understanding of the concept of CSR. The research methodology approached involves analysis and synthesis appeal. The study shows that integrative theories are the most common, based on the papers of Romanian authors regarding the concept of CSR. Most articles are based on the idea that the business depends on society to continue its activity and to develop, there is an interdependent relationship between the company and society.

As for today, political elections are the key form of people’s participation in the formation of the state in all democratic countries, which is why theoretical works in the field of spatial modeling of voter choice appeared relatively long ago and played a major role in the development of both further theoretical and empirical research in this area. In this survey we firstly give a brief overview of the history of the formation of spatial modeling in relation to election results and political preferences of individuals from the point of view of research methodology, based on the classical theoretical ‘proximity model’ and ‘directional model’, where rational individuals determine their political positions and compare them with the positions of candidates. Secondly, we explain the appearance of the studies of the mutual influence of voters living in neighboring territories on each other as one of the factors that determine the voters’ political positions and, accordingly, the final choice of a candidate. We also point out the authors’ different explanations of the reasons for the appearance of such mutual influence of voters and other factors affecting voters living in neighboring territories (also called as ‘contextual effects’) and emphasize the importance of taking them into account in the studies of electoral preferences. A separate chapter in this paper presents the systematization and description of the main empirical approaches to spatial modeling of electoral choice: at the beginning, we present the basic econometric spatial models (used by the authors regardless of the subject of the study), and then we describe the empirical work in the field of voter choice, depending on the hypotheses, focusing on the research methodology and the data used. In conclusion, we define the main directions for the research development and the vector of further practical work in this area. This paper will help researchers understand existing fundamental works, evaluate current approaches to the modeling of electoral choice, and improve theoretical or empirical spatial analysis

The deepening of the dualization of Ukraine's agriculture into "large" and "small" producers force the latters to search opportunities for competitive opposition to the firsts by intensive development of niche agriculture. The purpose of the study is to present the efficiency of niche agriculture in Ukraine, describing the main features of this branch and anticipating prospects and barriers to stable development. There are few scientific publications on this topic so far, so their use in the study was quite limited. Materials of specialized scientific conferences and publications of materials of practitioners are more widely used. The research methodology includes general methods (monographic, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, scientific generalization and abstraction) as well as economic research methods (comparisons, indexes). The results show, that niche agriculture in Ukraine is especially relevant for small farms, which can increase profitability not because of the number of products, but because of its niche character. Niche agriculture has advantages and disadvantages, so there is no reason to absolutize it as a panacea for all the problems of the small producers. The barriers to develop niche agriculture in Ukraine: the lack of the culture of consumption, of technology and of knowledge of niche products marketing.

Diversity is intrinsic to our society, fundamental to the creation of a fair and egalitarian community. Understanding attitudes towards diversity is an essential element for the establishment of measures to facilitate respect for diversity. The aim of this research focused on designing, applying and validating an instrument to assess attitudes towards diversity in students younger than six years old. A group of 125 students of ages ranging between three and six participated in the study. Additionally, six experts in the fields of research methodology and attention to diversity were chosen as inter-judges to determine the validity of the instrument. Results show that students display a positive attitude towards diversity, but that they consider lack of academic ability in students with disabilities to be a considerable limitation. These findings prove the need to start an educational intervention to eliminate prejudices and build new knowledge based on the equality of diversity.

The study of the development of bankruptcy institution procedural and legal regulation is very pressing in modern society, since the number of insolvent subjects is increasing every year, which inevitably increases the use of the norms of the institution being studied. However, in law enforcement practice, a number of problems arise due to the lack of a unified theoretical-based approach in constructing the legal regulation of the bankruptcy institution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the features of the procedural and legal regulation of the bankruptcy institution. The objectives of the study are to examine the system of legislation governing the bankruptcy institution, to analyze the law enforcement practice of declaring debtors insolvent, identifying problems of procedural regulation and the formulation of proposals for their elimination. In carrying out the study as the main method of knowledge, the authors relied on the materialist dialectic. In addition, other research methods were used: analysis and synthesis; induction, deduction; comparative law, etc. Abstracting from specific criteria and categorical problems, the study examined general provisions, concepts and categories of the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy), features of its procedural and legal regulation, as well as identified its problems. Due to a comprehensive and consistent analysis in accordance with the purpose and objectives of the study, which are its stages, it was possible to come to some conclusions and formulate certain recommendations. The significance of the study has both a theoretical aspect and an applied one: the formed theoretical concept of the institution of bankruptcy can enrich legal science, and proposals designed to solve existing law-enforcement problems can be used in the implementation of the norms of the institution under study.

This article considers the principle of constructing mathematical models of functionally complex multidimensional multiloop continuous–discrete UAV stabilization systems. This is based on the proposal for constructing a mathematical model based on the class of the considered complexity of the stabilization system-multidimensionality, multi-rating, and elasticity. Multiloop (multidimensional) UAV stabilization systems are often characterized by the control of several interconnected state elements and the existence of several channels for the propagation of signals and mutual connections between individual objects. This is due to the need not only to take into account the numerous disturbing factors (for example, wind) acting on the control object as well as the need to use several points of application of control actions. Additionally, an important point is the possible separation of the mutual influence of the roll and yaw channels of the UAV on its synthesis and analysis. For this purpose, a mathematical model has been constructed using a description in the form of transfer functions, and therefore, in the form of structural diagrams. The principle of obtaining transfer functions is shown to demonstrate additional dynamic constraints introduced by elastic deformations into the stabilization loop through gyroscopic devices and accelerometers. This will make it possible to formulate a methodology for analyzing the influence of aeroelastic constraints on the stabilization loop, which will allow developing approaches to formulate requirements for the effective placement of gyroscopes and accelerometers on the UAV. The proposed approach allows creating a complete system of analysis and synthesis tools for complex multidimensional continuous–discrete UAV stabilization systems.
